Great car buying experience. We did everything online and over the phone, from our trade in valuation, negotiation of the new car and applying for financing. When we got to the dealership we signed the paperwork, they double checked our trade in and they already had our new car detailed. We were in and out in a little over an hour. There was no hard sell over warranties. Everyone was professional and extremely nice. Ask for Sterling, he was great!

Highly recommend this dealership!! I just bought a beautiful 2014 Infiniti SUV here. Awesome staff, they were all so professional, friendly and helpful. My sales person was Billy E. and he was fun, upbeat and energetic through out the whole sales process, even when I told him I had poor credit! Todd the Finance Director was able to obtain a great finance deal at comfortable monthly payments and on top of that, he made the signing process very simple and easy for me. If I could give more stars to this facility, I definitely would! Keep up the amazing customer service!

I had the car towed in on Saturday due to a coolant system leak. Andrew was on top of the matter and responded to me quickly about the repairs needed. I was pleased with everything. My regular advisor, Robert, called me Saturday afternoon (he was not scheduled to be in that day). Car was repaired and ready this morning at the cost initially provided to me. Andrew checked me out very efficiently.

I havent bought a car from them but once you ask them about a car....they keep sending email.....everyday, asking for info and if you are in the market etc. I have tried to unsubscribe 4 times and have email their internet manager 3 times. His name is Areliz Perez.By the way....i was inquiring for a 6 series and he kept emailing me for a 3 series car!!!!

Firstly they never return calls even the sales person promises to update. I lost a car just because the sales person didn't communicate. Called multiple times and no one has information about the real inventory. One person says it's sold the other person says it's available. Posting same pictures for different cars. I would not recommend this dealership.

Highly recommend BMW of Tulsa. Their pre-owned M4 was in pristine condition with all options, but with essentially no mark-up in price - unlike other dealers across the country. Great respect and appreciation to Tom Escue and Brian Peek. They know their cars, and handled the transaction smoothly and efficiently. Got picked up from the airport in the morning, and we were already on the road on our 700-mile home journey with the M4 by noon, with some thoughtful BMW gifts from Tom!

Checking on purchasing a X5 helped me to understand the difference between them and would do whatever it takes to get me in the vehicle I want.

DO NOT BUY A BMW FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I would not recommend one thing to anyone from this place. It is a real shame that BMW of America would allow this dealership to sell their cars.

I took my 328i BMW in for a "Service Engine Soon" light. I was told I needed a fuel tank vent valve and parts and labor was $439. Since I called a week in advance for the appointment, I was able to get a loaner while they worked on my car which took about 6 hours. They gave me a courtesy wash and vac which I realized later was paid for with a shop supplies charge of $35. All of this is expected with service departments but what's not expected in the 1/2" gash left in the passenger side door. After I paid for the repairs, they "pointed out " where my car was and did not walk to the car with me. (go figure). My husband was walking around my car and noticed the gash. I called the service adviser over and he said he would get a manager. My mistake was not walking back in with him as he brought out another service adviser with papers I had signed in his hands. They pointed out little circles (the gash and the scratches) marked on this paper. When I correctly pointed out those were not there when I signed, I was told "Yeah, I marked these after you had left and walked around the car". Really?...you marked scratches and gashes on my car on a paper I had signed, after I left? What does that tell you? I realized then they would not admit their mistake so I left. They called me about an hour later to say they wanted to "fix" it for me but I was to angry by then to let them touch my car again. Prior to this I was telling my husband how I had witnessed them being rude to other customers in the past but always nice to me. That has now all changed...I selling my car because of their horrible customer service department and buying an Audi. Nothing wrong with the car itself but having to deal with a third rate dealership service department is a definite deal breaker. You expect to be treated "first class" when purchasing a BMW but not the case with this dealership. Buyer Beware!

Service adv. displays youthful irresponsible, flippant attitude. Doesn't return multiple phone calls other than calls about service or Wrty he'd like to sell. Service dept as a whole is disorganized and somewhat shady. My opinion is shared by others I sat with in customer waiting area. Very disappointed with service dept experience. Shortly after purchasing my car, svc dept dented my door. I'd called to check on why service was taking so long, only to discover my car was at a nearby body shop being repaired! No one had called to let me know of the incident. Another visit I had new tires put on and aligned. Car drove aweful pulling to the right. Had to return for realignment since their alignment machine needed calibrating they said. While in for this re-repair, I was then told uh oh, you need front brakes, no wait, never mind...no wait...now you need rear brakes. We reprogrammed your car and the warning light is now on showing u need rear brakes. I was a bit perplexed since NO service/warning lights were on prior to taking into repair, nor any hint of brake issues at 30k miles, easy driving. Car was just out of Wrty too. Was told I didn't need brakes week before car was out of Wrty expiration. 2 months later- need brakes. Svc adv not looking out for my best interest but his pocket. Also when car in for alignment, whoever drove 16 miles to test alignment also used lil over 1/8 tank gas. It must have been quite a test drive since I was on the fuller side of fuel tank. Im just very disappointed overall with service at BMW Tulsa. If we ran our business like this Svc dept, we'd have no business. Loved my salesperson Sammy, but this Svc dept makes having a BMW a disappointing car experience.

I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from BMW of Tulsa. Seven years ago I attempted to purchase a 2008 X5 from them and the experience wasn't very good as I ended up purchasing at another BMW dealership in the state. This time was completely different. Dan Bakker, New Car Sales Manager, was professional and surrounded himself with people that understood the product and understood the sales process. Since I was replacing an X5, I had many questions about feature/function of the new model compared with the 08. After resolving all of my questions, Dan presented a good price quote right from the start. I ordered the 2015 from the factory and within 3 weeks it was delivered. I commented that it takes longer to get an iPhone than a new BMW. As always, it seems after the sale is more important than the sales process. I am happy to report BMW of Tulsa excelled at this as well, even sending JC and Chris over to assist with the garage door remote set up. (you BMW drivers know what a pain this is) I would definitely recommend stopping by BMW of Tulsa. A couple years and new management made a big difference in this dealership.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Honda from BMW of Tulsa. We originally came to look at a different vehicle but it wasn't exactly what we wanted and Brian W. was helpful and showed us the Honda. He let us test drive the vehicle twice, answered all of our questions and even hunted the store to find a CD/DVD so we could ensure the entertainment system worked. Everyone was very polite and we will definitely shop there again.

I visited the dealership 3 years ago and met a salesman that seemed to think it was my privilege to work with him. He had no interest in talking about anything but the list price. Needless to say, I moved on. I am currently in the market for a new vehicle and decided to try their eQuote system. I selected a specific vehicle from their inventory and asked for a lease quote. Instead of giving me information on the vehicle in stock, the salesperson gave me information on a the model at full list price. I replied asking for information on the specific stock number vehicle and never heard back. Needless to say, I am moving on again.

I love the service at BMW, this is my 2nd used one to purchase, have been very satisfied with the manager, Bryan Langley, and the finance dept., always make the transaction go so smoothly. Sammy , my sales associate has been professional about calling to see how the car is doing, love that extra touch of care. I have and will continue to recommend BMW for new and used car purchases.

I have purchased several cars from Bryan Langley and Brian Whitt over the years. They always make this process enjoyable. I have highly recommended them to many of my friends and family. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I love visiting the Tulsa BMW dealership. It is always a clean and friendly environment. Bryan Langley always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to help. I will always drive a BMW. Thank you for having such great employees! Sincerely, Mindy S.

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler online and found one at BMW Tulsa. I contacted their customer service online and was able to get it put on hold for me while I drove from Colorado to Tulsa to pick it up. Long drive but it was worth it. I got my Jeep at a steal of a price from these guys! The sales dude was way more than happy to sell it to me for a great price! (I'm sure they got away with a low trade in value :P), but it was way more than I'd pay somewhere else. The facilities were what you'd expect out of any high end place. Clean, sterile, and full of dream cars. Customer service: Sales guy was awesome and energetic. He shared my enthusiasm for this Jeep and didn't feel put on at all. The finance portion of the meeting was wicked simple. The finance guy broke down all of the paperwork and answered my questions. I'm Vietnamese and am very stingy with warranties, but I ended up getting one for the used Jeep anyway because he explained the warranty out in detail and it was a used vehicle. I didn't want to worry about anything. Bottom line: I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Sounds like a lot of time, but I've been at other car places longer. The drive back home was amazingly memorable in my favorite car.

This is by far the best dealer I have been to. From the moment I got on the lot and salesman approached me and offered to help me. I had a lot of cars to choose from and my the salesman named JC had a lot of knowledge about the product. I like that he did not make me feel pressured in buying the car but instead was concerned which car was best for me. I would definitely recommend the dealer to my friends family and coworkers.

I would like to take a moment and say thanks to everyone at BMW of Tulsa. The very moment we arrived we were greeted promptly, after a few minutes with our salesperson he knew exactly what we wanted and took to compare the options of a few vehicles. After the test drive we were introduced to the General Manager Bryan Langley and he advised us of the rest of the process and if there was anything he could do, just ask. Once we agreed on everything (by the way they need a That was easy button) we were introduced to the finance manager and he promptly showed us our options and once we signed we were done. We have never experienced an easier process. If you are looking for a car you need to visit BMW of Tulsa.

The last 3 of my 4 cars have been purchased at BMW Tulsa from Tom Escue. Great attention to detail, and follow up. He's great. Unfortunately, I now drive a Mercedes, because there was not one X5 on the lot to purchase that I was interested in, and very few actually. So love Tom, would say get some more X5's!!!

I have two BMWs both purchased from BMW Tulsa. I have had them serviced religiously at BMW Tulsa since purchasing the first five years ago. In the beginning service was great and I had a good relationship with Mike Kayser, who I do not believe is with them any longer. I did learn quickly not to allow them to wash my cars since all that resulted was a bunch of swirl marks. That's a minor issue, so I simply asked them not to wash my cars. Sometimes they got the message, sometimes not, to my displeasure. I always brought my cars in clean hoping they'd notice I took pride in my vehicle's appearance and would respect it accordingly. I think I wasted my time. Also in the beginning next day appointments were common and if you were in a bind, say a dead battery, they'd squeeze you in. Not anymore. It was ten days before I could get my 328 in for a scheduled service this time. The web based scheduler wasn't functioning so I had to call in. I bring my car in a for a simple service early in the morning at my scheduled time. Late that afternoon they call and state the car won't be ready until noon the next day. I have to live with it although I held up my part of the deal. At 11:30 the next day I haven't heard from them so I call the service advisor. Surprise, it goes to voicemail! He calls after lunch and states he'll check with the tech and have him get on it. Calls back; the tech has gone to lunch and won't be back for an hour. Finally get the car back after 5:00. We get back a car that is covered in dust and bird poop and the usual astronomical bill for routine service. I still don't allow them to wash it. In addition, on the previous visit Mike had listed some items which would probably need to be addressed at the next visit, which is this one. One of the issues was new tires. Not a mention was made of any of these by the advisor. They don't even bother to look at the records. Bottom line, I'm finding a third party, independent shop to work on my BMWs. When I purchase a new BMW it won't be from BMW Tulsa. If a buy from a dealer that dealer is going to service it. If I have to go to Ok City, so be it. Or maybe an Audi is on the menu. If you plan on using BMW Tulsa for service don't believe a word they say with respect to service scheduling. Demand a loaner because you can bet they'll keep your car overnight regardless of how minor the issue. Once the vehicle comes off maintenance warranty, take it to an independent shop. To BMW Tulsa I say, "don't make commitments you can't keep".

Upon arrival to the dealership the car I had made an appointment to test drive wasn't ready and the sales person was out with another customer. After waiting about 45 minutes we decided we would leave because I was being told they really wasn't sure when the car would be ready. (Keep in mind the salesperson had told me it would be ready when I got there. I live about an hour away.) We had been on the road about 20 min and I recieved a call letting me know the car was ready for the test drive. I did return to the dealership and I did purchase the car. The end result was ok but my experience started out a little rocky.

Terrible and unethical business practices. After being told a car I had expressed interest in was mine, I recieved a call an hour later from the sales rep I'd been working with telling me it had been sold. When I spoke to the sales manager, he was rude and confrontational. I realize selling a car to someone out-of-state is not as simple as having someone buy it off the lot, but if that is not the way they want to handle transactions, this dealership should not list their cars online. Even though I had a verbal commitment, they sold the car. I expect more from a BMW dealership, but that might just be naive.

This dealership is under internal review by BMW USA. I'd stay away until they straighten out their business practices. In my expereince they coduct themselves as a typical used care dealership--not what I'd expect from a BMW shop. Rude and unethical.
