I really enjoyed purchasing my first brand new BMW from this dealership. I worked with Mark my salesman who helped me out so much and really took the time to help me find the SUV I wanted. Tom the manager was also great to work with when it came to helping me with the final decision and financing. I will definitely recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone I know.

I usually hate buying cars, but from the first phone call with my Client Adviser,Ryan Berge to my first drive home in my new BMW, my experience was more than a pleasurable. Ryan had great knowledge about the car, he was very personable and easy to get along with, and made my buying experience easy & smooth. No problems with the car so far! I would recommend Ryan & BMW of Warwick to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob Shaw in my quest to purchase a new BMW. From the outset, he was easy to work with and extremely personable, and was able to flex his schedule so that he could meet me either on a weekend or later after my work was done to physically learn more about this vehicle. Negotiation was fairly straightforward and devoid of hassle, and 2 weeks removed from the process I can say that I remain quite happy with my purchase and with whom I chose to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bob Shaw to anyone in the market for a BMW, and I myself plan on coming back to him for another car in the future.

Couldnt be happier Best car buying experience of my life My 2009 328i x Drive finally caved in after 267,900 miles. My wife immediately reached out to BMW of Warwick. Thankfully she was able to speak with Bob Shaw a client advisor there. She explained that through her research she had found a car that we were looking for. She told Bob that I work two states away and might not be able to make it there before closing. Bob told her that it wouldnt be a problem. When I arrived for the test drive Bob had already met my wife and was giving her a tour of the car. This was a first for us. In the past the sales person always would speak with me and focus the conversation on my needs and wants. Immediately I knew that Bob was a true Client Advisor as he cared about what we both thought of the car. We took the car for a test drive and Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features and answered each of our questions and made the both of us feel very comfortable. There was never a point that we felt pressured or the typical car sales pitch. He was always open and honest. We were very happy that the car we were looking for was available and the Client Advisor we worked with was Bob Shaw. The best part of the entire process (other than driving the car off the lot) was when I picked up the car. BMW of Warwick had their entire staff there to congratulate and thank me for my business as I walked into the back room to see my new car with a big red bow on it. Bob Shaw even remembered that I joked with my wife that the car was really her car. He made a note on a sign wishing her the best on her future new car. Both my wife and I feel that our overall experience with BMW of Warwick and Client Advisor Bob Shaw was one that we hope we can duplicate over and over again! I love my new car but I cant wait to go back again for my next new car.

Was in the market for a new car - wondered into BMW of Warwick and was immediately made to feel welcome by Bob Shaw. Over the next few minutes, Bob proceeded to answer any questions that I had and went over the differences between the vehicles that I was comparing without me having to even ask him. On a return visit a few days later, we test drove some of those vehicles for for further comparison purposes. Once I decided that I was going to move forward with a BMW purchase, the actual "negotiation" was a very pleasurable experience. I feel that at the end of the day the price I got was fair and the quality of the vehicle was second to none.Would wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bob Shaw and this dealership.

I walking into BMW of Warwick, well I actually drove there, but the moment I went in, I was greeted by Tom Vincent, he was a sales manager, but he ensured I would be taken care of, and overlooked the entire transaction from start to finish. I even had the pleasure of meeting Ron Girouard who thanked me for my business. I am completely happy with this transaction and it has been great all the way through!

I took delivery today of my very first BMW, a 2014 328i xdrive! The experience Bob Shaw delivered from our first test drive of the car through the delivery this afternoon was so far above what I would ever have expected. He is a genuine guy who truly loves his job, and it shows! Our delivery experience was exceptional; Bob delivered on all the items he said he would and the car looks gorgeous. We now know what sets BMW apart from other cars....the exceptional quality and outstanding service. Bob Shaw did not sell us a car, he gave us the experience of being a BMW owner that we will never forget.

I recently visited BMW of Warwick since my lease was within a few months of ending. I just wanted to get an idea of which model peaked my interest and was within my price range.I was approached by a sales representative named Bob Shaw. That was my lucky day! I informed Bob that my lease still had a few months to go. Bob could have very well walked away since I did not have any intention of buying or leasing a car at that point in time. However, he stayed with me and patiently answered all of my many questions. I never felt pressured. Bob was extremely informative and attentive to exactly just what type of car I wanted. This was going to be the 5th BMW that my family has owned/leased. I have to admit that this was the very best car shopping experience ever! Bob was so attentive to every detail of my dream car. I returned a few days later and Bob showed me a car that met all of my criteria. It was perfect! Bob had certainly done his research when I called to inform him that I would be returning to BMW of Warwick. I asked him if I could end the lease early and he checked to see that this was possible.I definitely would recommend Bob Shaw to my family and friends. His hard work and dedication to his customers is admirable. He is a gentleman of integrity and trust. He even helped me with the difficult decision of whether to buy or lease by listing the pros and cons of each. I felt very comfortable during the entire car shopping experience. BMW is known as the ultimate driving machine. In my opinion, Bob Shaw is the ultimate sales representative for BMW!!!!!

My husband brought his used BMW X5 to be repaired and was given a 2016 X1 to use for several days as a loaner. During that time, I was in need of a vehicle and drove the X1 and immediately fell in love! After that day I did everything in my power to obtain the X1 and worked with Bob Shaw who answered a plethora of emails from me with dozens of questions without ever getting annoyed. For affordability's sake I ended up getting that exact BMW X1 that I had driven! It was used but gently so the price was better than one right off the production line. However, Inskip cleaned it up and went through it mechanically with a fine toothed comb. Other than the 5,000 miles on it, you'd never know it was "used". I drive it every day and enjoy every second. I've not had to come in for any maintenance yet but I anticipate a comfortable experience with delicious coffee, freshly baked cookies and nice people, as usual.

Found a good looking used 2011 Buick Lucerne at this dealer on Cars.com. Looked good on the lot, but after getting it home an endless list of problems has surfaced: needed brakes and rotors, front and back. The spare tire wheel-well was full of rusty water. The spare tire was flat. Car has had a "minor" accident, fine, but the repairs were horrible - found missing rubber door gaskets, loose exterior trim, completely loose floorboard trim, loose rear-view side mirror. There is an oil leak. There was a bungee cord in the engine compartment. The seat-back pockets had cd's, wrappers, coins and other trash. Found a watch and other trash in the trunk. Unlikely they even looked through the car. Carpeting was filthy. They put the wrong mileage on the paperwork - to be in the dealer's favor. The sales rep (SL) was impersonal and distracted. I also wrote to this dealer afterward with my concerns and also got no response. So, nothing special about this dealership at all, I would not recommend to anyone.

My experience with buying a car through BMW of Warwick was a fantastic. I called the dealership to inquire about a used 3 series, and Scott Kiefer picked up the phone. I live a few hundred miles away from the dealer, and he was able to tell me all about the car, and even gave me a ballpark trade-in value. The next day I drove down to make the deal, and the process was a breeze. Scott walked me through all of the paperwork, and before too long I got what I think is a solid deal on exactly the car I was looking for. Scott has been very responsive to any questions or concerns, and is just a nice guy. I highly recommend Scott and this dealership. The no haggle pricing is a huge bonus. No hassle. You're just treated right.

Purchased a used non BMW from the BMW of Warwick RI. I dealt with a salesmen by the name of Anthony who was simply awesome. He was helpeful and patient and even though I wasnt buying a BMW I felt like he didnt hold back from the BMW experience. Some sales guys after the sale just want to get you out the door but I felt like Anthony was happy to get me in the car that I liked and wanted and took pride in his job. I would 110% recommend any of my friends and family to go to Inskip to buy a car ( and I do).

The service was too bad.. The purchase of my car started with very bad experience with this dealership. It started with the financing problem. Then it goes with the delay in the car registration. It took more time for them to do paper work and they dont even try to reach customer for papaer work completion. I had to reach the manytimes to check the updates and then once registartion is done they didnt check up the car for pre-delivery checkup. The delivery was done which no pre-checkup.. eg. mats were not placed. front bonnet was not able to open up.. then the registration plate was not fixed.. the screws were old and then it was replaced once i told them. Now it comes with the Keys... There was no spare key ready with them.. It was told me that they will order spare key and mats and send it over mail. unfortunately or fortunately it was delayed longer and then finally spare keys arrived ,which was not programmed ..Pathethic service

Sam Lee at BMW Inskip of Warwick goes above and beyond any sales representative's duties. He puts a customers needs before his commission. He understands the customer's' needs and will not hesitate to walk a customer over to another dealer, if that is a better match for the customer and his family. He speaks to you as if you were a friend honest and fair. If more people did business the way Sam Lee does, buying a car would be a very joyful and fun experience and not a stressful one. If anyone is in the market for an automobile, please do yourself a favor look up Sam Lee at BMW. It will turn out to be a wonderful experience. Can' t say enough good things about Sam. He is the real deal. Steve & Karen

I went to purchase a vehicle there & ended up walking out. First I was told the vehicle was certified so it was covered bumper to bumper, then when I was sitting down with finance she informed me that's not the case it only covers power train & engine and they don't even give a 30 day warranty on everything else. I would of had to purchase an additional maintenance plan. Secondly, the sales person & the sale manager told me there was absolutley no room for negotiation and the car was over priced according to KBB although BMW of Warwick has a fake KBB price on their site making it look like it's priced well. After they informed me there was no room for negotiation, I was back on the website & noticed they dropped the price. Lastly, there were many hidden fees. Everyone was incredibly rude and unpleasant. I had gone to this dealer before & said never again & here I am saying it again. AVOID THEM.

I sheduled to test drive a beautiful 3 series to replace my older model mid week. Originally the dealer seemed excited and helpful. He even called to confirm the Saturday appointment, Friday afternoon. I told him I was happy to put a 1k deposit down on the vehical to secure it, but was told they don't accept deposits (odd). When I arrived the gentleman I had been in contact with was no where to be found. After waiting 20 mins, he introduced himself and said he was in the middle of something, but would send someone out for the test drive (odd). He sent a technition, who knew how to fix the car but couldn't answer most of my questions. I was certain I wanted to purchase the car and asked if I could work the numbers, again the dealer was no where to be found. Finally he came out and said he was with someone and they were interested in the car I had just driven. 15 minutes later he came back out and said the car had been sold (agian, odd). I had driven an hour and a half to buy this car, confirmed the apt, tryed to put a deposit down and he sold it while I was test driving it! He was appologetic and offered me a different 3 series that was completely different in options, color, and pricing. I confirmed what I was looking for and followed up with several emails and phone calls, none were ever returned. I had purchsed 2 other vehicals from Inskip in the past each slightly less positive than the last. This was by far the worst to date. I will NEVER return to such a horrible place. They havent lost just my business but the entire families. Luckily... I was able to find another 3 series at a different dealership that was actually better in every way, but the price...although The few additional bucks spent on a positive car purchase was worth every penny! I guess in the end I owe this shady dealership a big Thank you!

We hate to shop for cars. However, Scott Kiefer made our shopping experience a truly positive one. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible throughout. There were no high pressure tactics, he was absolutely honest and forthright in answering our questions, he let us know when he didn't think we needed certain options, and his initial price offer was so competitive compared to dealer's cost that there was no need to bicker over price. We bought a BMW X3 diesel (Scott carefully walked U.S. through the pros and cons of going diesel), and so far we are delighted with our choice. We highly recommend Scott and BMW of Warwick

I saw a 2012 BMW Z4 online and called the dealership. Otar answered and offered to stay after hours so I could make it down and see it that night. When I pulled up otar was standing outside with a rag in his hand making the car look presentable for a test drive 5 minutes before the dealership was scheduled to close; mind you!! He instantly starting apologizing that I caught him in the middle of cleaning it.. I was shocked because a week earlier I made the trip to BMW in Norwood and was brushed out the door as soon as the salesman looked at my ID and saw I was only 25 years old. Otar gave me a full demo of the car and nearly a 20min back road and highway test drive surpassing closing time by well over a half hour. When we got back he wouldn't let me get out of the car until I had a full understanding of the BMW idrive media system (which is amazing by the way). The best part is every question I had about the media system he couldn't answer himself he responded honestly that he wasn't sure and would refer me to one of the product specialists during normal business hours instead of making up answers and lying. We went inside and worked some numbers after that.. I couldn't commit that night because it's hard to think about spending that much money after a long day at work combined with the adrenaline rush from the awesome test drive I had. Instead of pushing. Otar understood and said to call him in the morning (this was well over and hour after close when he should have been home relaxing). The next morning first thing I called his personal cell which he gave me in place of the dealership number and went in to finalize paper work on the car. I have more to say but I'm typing this on my iPhone while my girl is home... Wish me luck explaining to her that there are no other girls In my life and I was just writing a well deserved review for the best sales guy ever. So, Otar this is now an unavoidable fight I'm about to have with my girl but it was worth it for you my friend. if you go to BMW of Warwick and don't ask for Otar you're not getting the car buying experience you deserve.. I can honestly say after my experience I simply couldn't buy from anyone else!MJS

This is our second certified pre-owned 3 series wagon bought at this dealership. Our first experience was in May of 2008 when they were Inskip. The purchase was as straightforward as buying a car can be and the service was no hassle for the life of the warranty, several years. We came back to trade it in after servicing it elsewhere, when the warranty expired, ie not having contact with the dealership for about 2 years. To say the least I felt like I needed a shower upon leaving. Dirty deals, slimy tactics and a less than impressive vehicle purchased as a certified preowned. Rust, tire problems, needs new brakes and the hassle of the service calls. We will go elsewhere when this car ends its ride. Where or where did Inskip go because BMW of Warwick is right down there with any used car dealership.

Funny, my first feedback was apparently deleted. Bought a used car, after the deal was complete, I found my tire was slit and the rim was bent. Called the salesman, Matt, and left a message as to what the problem was and he never bothered to answer it. (called several times and my question is still unanswered). I emailed the manager, he turned the email over to the sales manager. He called me and left a message. I called him back and left him a message to call me back..... sure glad I wasn't holding my breath, I'd be dead now. A week later I called again and left another message..... still waiting! The other day I was driving down the street to see my tail light was hanging by a wire. Seems like some how the screws fell out (can't figure that one out.) Just very disappointed with the way I was ignored by Matt once the sale was completed..

I had an service appointment for a safety recall and oil change set up for over a week. Took day off from work to make appointment time of 10:20 and was expecting to be there promptly. 1.5 hours later I received a call from service dept that they were short staffed and they would not be able to do service work for another 2-3 weeks?? Bear in mind I have a recall pending on the vanos bolt that could cause engine problems. At this point I am very upset. An hour or two later I then get a call from the service department of the dealership in Worcester MA where I purchased the vehicle. Warwick BMW or Inskip should be ashamed of their poor customer service. I would not recommend them at all for service and my past experience there have not been what you would expect from a BMW dealership.

I recently purchased a certified used BMW from BMW of Warwick, and was very satisfied with the experience. I went in knowing the cars I was most interested in looking at and the process was a breeze. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from them, and would definitely consider going again. My sales associate was Scott Kiefer, and he was fantastic. I've been to a few dealerships before, where the people were pushy to the point of costing themselves a sale. Scott was not one of those people. He understood that I had a few in mind and didn't try to push anything more. He was respectful and knowledgeable, answering questions with ease. Once I had decided on a car, the process was mostly smooth. The finance manager, Victor Batista, handled the transaction mostly without issue. There was a couple mistakes the first time with some of the paperwork, due to details that varied, since I was out of state, but they didn't mar the experience. I really appreciated that he did find a slightly better interest rate. Finally, while I had to wait a few extra days for some cosmetic updates and a further delay due to extenuating circumstances, seeing my car revealed when I picked it up was a great feeling. The pageantry may seem a bit much to some, but I appreciated it. You only get to buy your first BMW once (last car ended up being a different brand from the lot).

Going in to purchase a car can be daunting. You expect to have to haggle and go through the whole cat and mouse game. But to my relief was Scott Kiefer at BMW of Warwick! From the 1st phone call to inquire about the X3 I wanted, he took special care of me, and I could tell right away that he knew his business. I was looking for a particular color combination and package that wasn't in their immediate lot, but he went the extra mile to call around to other locations to find me exactly what I was looking for and have it shipped to RI. He made the stressful car buying process seemlessly easy and pleasant. He truly is a genuine person who I could tell cared about the customer. Not the same response I felt with the Newport location. He made this process such a happy experiance for me that I will be recommending anyone I can to BMW of Warwick to purchase their next vehicle from him. Not only was he perfessional but also the car genius Kevin was also very nice and patient teaching me how to use all the cars features and Erin in the Finance office was very friendly as well. Overall my experience was fantasitc with BMW of Warwick staff! Thank you!!

I live in Shrewsbury MA, where Wagner BMW is literally down the street, but I purposely drove to BMW of Warkwick because of all the outstanding reviews this particular dealership received, and they certainly did not disappoint. The entire team is very welcoming and professional. Never once did I feel pressured. I specifically requested to speak with SCOTT KIEFER due to the exceptional feedback he's received and let me tell you, he definitely lived up to his reputation. I instantly felt comfortable working with him. He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to be helpful and make what is usually a daunting process, one that is simple, smooth, and easy! Taking delivery was an efficient and exciting process. My beautiful 328xi was presented with a big red bow and the team took pictures of me and my new ride which were sent to me shortly after. I truly couldn't have hoped for a better and more memorable experience! ADAM HEAL was also terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while pointing out and explaining all the features of the car, not to mention very patient answering my many questions. I highly recommend BMW of Warwick! This was by far my best car buying experience ever!!!

Excellent the salesman Scott Kiefer was unbelivable and if it wasn't for him following up we would have bought the car from a dealer in Georgia. This is the second car we have bought from this dealer and Scott was instrumental in this dealer keeping our business.

This was the best car buying experience that I have had in 20+ years buying cars. Found my car via Cars.com,(was looking for a very specific M3 for months and they just got one in) sent an inquiry, and they contacted me the same day, Memorial Day no less! Scott Kiefer then contacted me the next day and we worked out a deal for the car. I got a great price for the car, it was used buy nearly new. I flew into RI from Ohio, Scott picked me up from the airport and I drove the car 13 hours home. Scott and the rest of the folks at Warwick were extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. The presentation when introducing me to the car (it was used) was like I was buying a new car! Very cool. Scott made sure both keys were present, the original window sticker, and put on new rear tires without me even asking! Everything went smoothly including the financing aspect. I would not hesitate to buy from Scott and BMW of Warwick again. Very good dealership!

It's hard to find integrity these days but this dealership provided us with class A service when we bought our daugther a used BMW and afterwards when we had a slight issue with the car - they went above and beyond what most dealerships would have! I would definately purchase from them again.

Stopped in one day just to check things out. Was looking for an upgraded vehicle, but didn't have a particular brand in mind. Was met by Scott Keifer who asked good directional questions and helped me narrow down my choices. I test drove one car and didn't really like it. Scott worked with me to further refine the options. They had one vehicle in inventory that seemed to match my wish list better, but it had just been sold. Scott indicated that they had another model, but it had more options than I had indicated on my list. He offered to check around and see if he could find the model I wanted. I'll tell you this was a no pressure, very professional dialog. I was sold on the dealership and Scott. After leaving I went online and checked out the other model he had mentioned. I thought about it some and determined that I might be interested if it wasn't too far over the top. I called Scott a week or so later and asked if the car was still available, he indicated it was. I came in for a test drive and fell in love. Scott gave me a very good deal and also gave me a fair price for my trade. The real crowning momement came when he called me the day I was to pick up the car and indicated that while he was inspecting the car he saw some cosmetic damage and that they would be making an appointment for me to bring the car back to get it fixed when the body shop had availability and that I'd get a loaner while it was being reparied. I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I've been in these situations before and the whole non-hassle we (the dealersihp) take responsibility becasue we want a satisfied custiomer is extremely refeshing. Long story short they gave me an awsome loaner to have fun with while the body shop did it's thing and now my car's perfectly repaired and looks perfect. I'm an extremely happy and satisfied customer.

We purchased a car for our son's 16 birthday from Scott Kiefer. It was the best car buying experience we have had to date. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features of the car and answered all of our questions, as well as our son's. We found Scott to be extremely honest, very professional and very personable. We didn't feel any of the stress that can come with the car buying process. The financing was also done with Scott and he provided us with the information we needed and found us a great rate on the loan. Overall, it has been a great experience for our son in the purchase of his first car.

We went in to buy a pre-owned BMW and they treated us like we were buying a brand new $100,000 car. When we went to pick it up, the had a red carpet rolled out (literally), the car was covered with a major unveiling process are photo's were taken and emailed to us.. I really felt like a superstar. Our Sales Agent Scott Kiefer was also FABULOUS and he didn't have it easy. He searched his entire lot (and found) just the car we were looking for. He also very patiently got all the paperwork and negotiating underway with two squirming kids under the age of 8 harrassing him. He was professional, polite and most importantly - had a great sense of humor and a laid back approach. I did not walk into the dealership that day with any intention of buying a BMW. I just couldn't help myself! I will definitely be a life long customer.

STAY AWAY! I was a potential out of state buyer for a great looking 335i and immediately noticed a relative lack of communication from this dealership. An entire day would go by before getting a call back or email. I had to leave voicemails and emails with them blatantly stating that I wanted to place a deposit on a vehicle and they dealership called me back 2 days later. Not once mentioning that I wanted to buy the vehicle sight unseen. Naturally, they claim that the vehicle sold but oh wait, "there is a lovely one available for $15,000 more." Call me crazy but bait and switch like this is illegal. This dealership is a joke and dealing with them is nothing but a waste of time. I love my BMW but one more poor experience from a dealership like this will send me right to Audi.

I had time to test drive the Audi Q5, the new Acura MDX, and then the X3. I told Mark Tortolani, our salesman that we were NOT interested in buying now, but would be once the snow clears this season. After meeting Mark, doing the test drive and then having him help us to decide on the X3, we ended up purchasing the vehicle sooner that expected! Great savings over MSRP (thanks Mark and company), great attention to detail, and very very personable people at this dealership. Found similar type people at Acura, not at Audi (for whatever reason, everyone there appeared to be with 3 customers at the same time), and also the Lexus staff at this location were great. For now, both my wife (her vehicle) and myself believe we made the correct decision regarding SUV options, and do look forward to years of fun! Oh yes, we ended up with the X3 35i version. By the way, this is our first BMW, never did think we would own one, always favored Acura partners and VW partners in the past.

Our sales person, Mark Tortolani, was excellent to work with. We were replacing my wife's SUV and had visited many dealerships and drove many cars, none of the sales people (nor cars) impressed us as much as Mark. Mark's knowledge, his easy demeanor and patients (we couldn't decide between the X1 and X3) played a huge roll in our decision to buy from BMW of Warwick. We have three BMW dealerships within the same distance from our home, we visited all three but through the decision process we kept coming back to Mark for information. My wife hates the car buying process but Mark actually made it easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mark Tortolani and BMW of Warwick.

Would come with a number for a car, and then later would say , that it was sold. I understand, the sale wouldn't hold for a person, if they have a customer. But its a courtesy to inform the potential buyer, in advance, so that it saves a trip. And wouldn't apply the % discount for the different but similar vehicle, stating that price was for the previous car. Do I have to start again??Went to other BMW in RI, bought my X3, very satisfied with their work.Would strongly recommend BMW of Newport. They are small, but honest and true to their words..If you read other previous reviews of this BMW, you would know that its not upto its reputation. And strongly, DO NOT recommend Scott. He sounds very nice, but he isNOT.

After multiple repairs to my 2001 330xi I made the decision to trade it in for a newer model. Jason was very helpful in identifying a car that best suited me. Jason was responsive and worked to coordinate between the service department (re: status, loaner, etc). He also quickly arranged not only putting the deal together but also the delivery of the car which needed some body work. I recognize that it takes a team to deliver this type of service but Jason helped to coordinate the transaction to make it a good experience in the end. I also want to recognize Steven Bettey in service and Nicole in finance who both helped to make this a positive experience.

But the drive was worth it and folks were very courteous the minute I walked in. When we finalized the deal over email and I suddenly made up my mind to drive down the staff had the car ready to go, completed my trade-in and I was in my new car! When I'm ready to trade-in my other BMW this dealership will most likely be on the top of my list!

purchased pre-owned certified bmw. car was delivered without being prepared for delivery; i.e. it was dirty inside, had not been detailed and it had all the previous owners settings still in the computer system of car. was told "that's the way it comes." car was delivered without the caps for the "charger/previously known as cigarette lighter " which is a safety hazard if nothing else. we were told this was a USED car and that's the way it comes. we were kept at dealership much longer than needed in the attempt to erase previous owner's information, and to talk about the other conditions. Further phone call has assured us the car will be cleaned; however, in addition to this being annoying and inappropriate one has to wonder what else was not done that should have been. will report back after the detailing is complete. quite a negative experience.ealdealership makes big show of taking photo of customer.......seriously? present a clean car to the customer, save the bow.

Very bad experience after purchashing vehicles for well over 20 years from this dealership.Tried to sell me a brand new 2013 carbon black X3, 35i that had chips through the paint on the driver side door. Saw these chips and told the sales rep that I needed them taken out(painted) before I purchased. The sales rep said the vehicle would be "perfect" at delivery. Well, it was not perfect at delivery as promised! Signed all the paperwork and stood ready, willing and able to make the required down payment for the vehicle on May 3, 2013. Ready to take delivery as well. Dealer tried to pull a fast one via touch up on the area instead of professionally painting or otherwise repairing the chips. Brand new $56,000.00. Very unprofessional. They now have this very same SUV advertised on their website. Rather than satisfy a customer of the dealership for more than 20 years they would rather try and sell the same vehicle without correcting the problem! Very sad commentary for BMW who prides itself on customer loyalty and appreciation. Will not buy from nor recommend this dealership!! They makes promises they don't keep!!They don't care about their customers!!Buyer beware!!MDH

Fantastic and stress-free. My client advisor Ed Scott was very knowledgable and patient, answering every question while taking the time to walk us through the many features of the vehicle we were looking to buy. Once we had decided on a specific model, we met with the sales manager Evan Galkin who was honest, easy to talk to and very generous both with our trade-in and our new vehicle negotiation. Once everything was finalized we then sat with Jack Mcdevitt who literally went above and beyond when I misplaced both my registration AND title of my current vehicle. In any other circumstance that would be a showstopper if not a dealy of a few days or a week. Jack had everything resolved within a day, and I was driving home in my new X5 the next morning! If you want to be harassed, pressured and lied into buying a vehicle go elsewhere because this was the most laid back and professional car buying experience both my wife and I have ever had!

Lesson learned: SA(service advisor) makes or break your experience. I was transferred to a new SA because Barbara left. She (the new SA) was unprofessional, rude, impatient, condesending(the way I feel, don't know how she treat her other clients) and dishonest. I have never feel so mistreated as a paying customer in my life. The technician diagnosed transmission leak and recommended proactive repair while replacing water pump. I accepted the recommendation and paid for the leak repair while putting up with the attitude of the new SA (I want to be loyal thinking she might have bad days). What a mistake! The transmission is still leaking after the repair (as an enthusiast, I do some DIY and inspect my car regularly). Instead of making things right, she demanded me to wait a week while my transmission is at risk of running dry and fail as of the leak because the shop is busy(liar). Makes me wonder why I can get in so fast for service but needs to wait when there's issue with the service.I asked for the manager and another SA, Mr. Mark Wright step in because he was unavailable. He asked me to come in anytime I want, diagnose the issue, goodwill the repair, put me in a loaner and took care of everything. I applaud the technician team for been honest (not looking for excuses, unexpected issue happen with original repair, I fully understand), Mr. Mark Wright for been a consummate professional, and the service manager (Kevin Benway) for maintaining a fantastic culture in the department (allowing goodwill repair for the issue). Highly satisfied with experience (minus the bad SA) and feel the car (my baby) is rejuvenated. Thanks for reading.

Why is it dealers feel they can lie and no one will know. Let me be the first to let you in on a little secret. People can tell when you're not being truthful AND we find it insulting! Here is the deal. I go in because I know for a fact that the X5 35D was not selling well and it was late in the year, they had half a dozen of them or more, and BMW was offering a $4500 eco credit. (is it me or does this seem like a car that isn't moving well)The dealer then tells me these things are selling hot! I ask, "really, then why is BMW offering the ECO credit?" I'm told, "thats the federal government, thats not from BMW."Don't they know there is this thing called the inter webs? Seriously!? A quick surf over to BMW.com brought that lie to light! Then they offer me a demo with thousands of miles on it and still don't even come down to invoice! (here's another tell. they had at least 2 demos! They aren't going to be letting sales managers drive home cars that selling like crazy!)I HATE car dealer BS. I'm much happier with the Porsche Cayenne I ended up in. It is a model year newer and MUCH more fun to drive! I paid the same price they were trying to get for the year model older X5 35D and I got a better number on my trade. Oh and what they said my trade in was worth was over $10,000 under what they were selling for on autotrader and they would do me a favor and offer me $8,000 under retail. Let me tell you I did MUCH better there as well!Kiss my Butt BMW of Warwick! This was the 2nd horrible experience with a local BMW dealer. The other was worse but, I'd still NEVER buy a car from this dealership.I happen to LOVE BMWs and BMW was my first choice in a new SUV but thanks to the treatment of the two dealers I experienced, I went with another brand. They took someone who felt there would be nothing better than to be in new BMW and turned him into someone that will NEVER even consider a new BMW again! It has nothing to do with the vehicles, they truly are amazing, I'd just never do business at a BMW dealer! Good work guys! Well done!

I was going to purchase 2007 550xi and not one sales person walked up to me and there was a salesman outside and was walking towards me and i thought, oh he finally is going to help me but i thought wrong. He ignored me and walked to another customer and help him instead. Huge waste of my time. waited 15-20 mins and not one person walked up to me. Is it that BMW of Warwick employees judge customers on how they dress. I did have on shorts, a grey shirt and a cap on. The other customer button up, jeans, dress up shoes. i guess to BMW of Warwick judges a book by its cover. I will not be going here again.

this is the worst experience i ever had in my life.i went there to buy a bmw 2006 750i. the sales person was so good the first day(every one are),but i had other option and had to figure out which one first so i left and told them im interested the next day and went there all the way frm boston(47 miles).it was kinda late so they cudnt do anything so i filled out the finance paper and left. they asked me to send some document but their email can only send emails, cant receive and they dont even know that just keeps saying didnt get it(i tried on 5 different of their email addresses they provided. my email is sent but they cant receive which my other friends received). so i had to go see them driving 47 miles again.but my finance didnt get approved(which was approved at other dealer but had a little high rate) so i was about to get a co-signer and re-do it. i called them saying i'll be there tomorrow and buy the car and they said ok..but when i went back the other day the financing lady said sumone put the deposit on the car and is coming from ohio to buy it. what???? i left them my credit card number and told them to take $5000 off of it so cud be secure and they told me i didnt put any deposit(so wot was that when i filled the form and gave all my card info and signed to get charged $5000???? atleast they sud have told me not to come so i wud have made money instead of getting a hard scheduled day off.plus told me they would call either/or if the other person don't buy the car and no body called me and i see the car is still available at their website.. its really disappointing when u have this bad service. it was only 47 miles for me but i hope they won't do this with other's driving 100 of miles....

I had an awful experience at this dealership. I spoke with a sales rep, Dustin Merry, one Saturday morning and expressed interest in a 3-series wagon. Because I would be traveling from Long Island, I asked if Dustin could please take a walk around the car and make sure there was no damage on it. He returned my phone call later on in the day and said he took a close look at the car, and aside one from single scratch on the passenger side door, the car was in excellent condition. It was too late in the day at that point to make the trip up, so I made arrangements to come up the very next day as I was extremely interested. We left off, and I received a phone call a few minutes later from another salesman stating Dustin would not be in the next day, but he would be happy to help. Not a problem. The next day, after driving hours including an expensive ferry ride, I arrived at the dealership and upon walking up to the car, I was greeted by the new salesperson, who immediately said someone else was looking at the car and was negotiating a price. So, essentially they were selling it from under me. In addition to that disappointment, the car was in 'decent' condition at best. There were considerable, deep scratches on every single body panel, dings on creases and places dings cannot simply be 'popped out', as well as one large area of damage on the passenger quarter panel that was extremely noticeable. Upon expressing my disappointment in the experience thus far, to the salesman, I was introduced to a sales manager, who could not seem to care less if he tried. I explained what had happened, and he was hesitant to even offer an apology, simply stating that the salesperson (Dustin) that I had talked to was not in today. He stated the only thing he could do was offer me a good deal on the car. So, after test driving the car, I asked the new salesman to work with the manager on the price of the car to see if we could move forward. A few minutes later, I received a phone call saying the car was sold. This is not the type of service you would expect from a BMW dealership. I have called to follow up with the sales manager multiple times since this happened and my calls have not been returned.

It was a pleasure to work with everyone at the dealership. I found the used car through a dealer ad online. When I called in the experience was excellent and customer focused from the start. Being an out of state purchaser I needed some detailed descriptions about the condition and purchase opportunity before I could justify making the 3 hour drive to view the car. Matt and Ash were very personable, customer focused and extremely professional handling my purchase experience. I would recommend them to others for obtaining a new or used car.

My wife and I just picked up our new 328xi and we couldn't be happier. The car is just awesome and our experience was simply FANTASTIC. I'm a stickler for details and Ralph and Manny went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail was above my expectations and made our buying experience the most comfortable one we've ever had. Ralph and Manny may have just made us BMW people for life! We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience. This was our first experience in purchasing a BMW. We were first greeted by Client Advisor Brendan Rappoport who, for a young man, demonstrated the interpersonal skill level of a much more mature salesperson. We found Brendan to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our experience with Brendan was exceptional in every way. I'm retired and so we had to get the best pricing that we could. Brendans attentativeness to detail was demonstrated by him picking up on a comment made by wife regarding an early Christmas present. When we arrived at Inskip , we found our BMW in the showroom with a big red bow on it. We found everyone we met at Inskip BMW of Warwick to be very friendly and personable.

Brendan Rappaport demonstrated an exceptional interpersonal skill level for a young man dealing with two senior citizens. His product knowledge, professionalism and orientation to detail were demonstartive of a much more mature salesperson. He unequivocally loves what he is doing and took great pride in familiarizing my wife and me on the many features of our new BMW. His eagerness to please can only be an attribute to the Inskip BMW family.A specific example of his eagerness to provide the best service to his customers was exemplified upon our arrival at the dealership when I asked him if he could arrange to have my current BMW inspected while we looked at a new BMW. Without hesitation he made arrangements for the inspection which was completed in time for my wife an I to drive off fully satisfied with our BMWs. We look forward to working with Brendan in the future.Service department personnel were also professional and very cordial.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We traveled a distance to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend, and we are so happy we took the time to find them. We knew we wanted a BMW, and had already had a poor experience at the BMW dealership in Norwood MA. The other dealership made us feel like they did not appreciate our business, and this dealership made us feel like we were their only customer. We never felt pressured or rushed, and all of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Ash was patient and provided great service. She always made us feel like she was sincerely interested in getting us exactly the car we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and Ash, and would visit again for another purchase!

I responded to a letter received from Ash without any intention on my part to purchase a new car, but she pointed out a number of reasons why is was a good time to buy. Ash was friendly and knowledgeable from the first meeting through the fourth meeting we had for the car delivery. She was more then willing to search all dealers' inventory to find a car that fit my requirements, found on that was perfect, and then went to NJ to drive the car back to RI. Excellent service above and beyond the norm!

He personally took care of all the issues that I had experienced at the dealership in a very professional manner. Its about 4 Months since I had purchased my vehicle and I still relish my experience with this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership.my previous rating began with "Mr Phillipe,Just to let you know what happened before you believe one sided story from your salesman........... provide a quality service."

I flew from Philly to INSKIP BMW to buy a car they had gotten in on trade. The deal was made, mostly hassle-free. Dean, my client advisor, was very helpful with the whole process. However, during the drive home, I found a multitude of issues. While the sales department likely didn't know about these things, their service department should have. If they had gone through the car properly after getting it in on trade, most of these things would have been caught and fixed. Luckily their sales department was VERY professional and offered to reimburse me for the cost of fixing most of the issues I noted. If only their service department were as thorough and dedicated to customer service as their sales team! I would definitely buy from them again, but I don't know if I would bring my car in for service..

We brought our 2006 X3 in for a large service back in December of 2010. We saw Michael Rybka as our regular service advisor Lauren Avedisian was out. During the multi point inspection a major defect was discovered in the vehicle and the car had to be taken off the road immediately. Michael understood that the problem was not news anyone wanted to hear and arranged for us to have a BMW loaner during the time our car was off the road. Our car spent nearly two weeks at Inskip BMW while we waited for the replacement parts to come in. Michael kept us up to date the entire time our car was there, and called us right away when BMW accidentally sent our cars parts to a dealership in Florida. While having our car off the road for 2 weeks could have been a major inconvenience Micheal made sure the disruption to everyday life was minimal and was very pleasant.

As soon as we walked into the dealership, several heads "popped up" and asked how we could be helped. Because we had previously met with Jack Mcdevitt (but not ready to purchase), we had made an appointment to see him. Upon indicating this, a gentleman promptly went to seek him out for us. Jack was PERFECT--the antithesis to a "car salesman" whom we have all experienced and grown to abhor. From beginning to end, ergo the purchase of an absolutely gorgeous car, Jack could not have been more helful or informative. He had infinite patience and never seemed put out with our multitude of questions. He knows the BMW so well, and even invited us to return at any time for further assistance. In Jack Mcdevitt, you have an excellent representative of the BMW and your dealership. We absolutely could not have been more pleased.

Mr Phillipe,Just to let you know what happened before you believe one sided story from your salesman. Here is what happened. I saw one listing online and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Your dealership was (99 miles) about 2 hours drive from my place. I test drove the car and asked for 3 things to be done before the delivery and made the deposit. Your dealership agreed to my three small requests:1. Oil Change ( salesman confirmed that it had been done and has a service record)2. Wash and detail the car inside out.3. Touchup on a couple of small scratches.I made the deposit and scheduled to pick up the car on thursday. On monday and tuesday i send reminder emails to the salesman on the checklist and in response i was assured that he will have my car "looking amazing" when i come and pick it up. I called a couple of times and even left voice messages for Nikole in finance department but she never called back. I finally had to get the financing done from my bank.On Wednesday salesman confirmed that the work has been done and i can drive down to pickup on thursday. Here comes my nightmare thursday:I drove for 3 hours one way because of the traffic during the office hours and this is what i saw:The car was lying "as is" and two left tires were badly ripped as if they had hit with some sidewall. No one even opened the door to clean it and the entire car from inside and it was filled with some white dog hair. The engine oil was jet black thick and greasy and the salesman was surprised himself. The entire engine compartment was filled with dry leaves as if no one ever open the bonnet of that carIt looked like that the car was just rain washed and seems like it had come back from some dirt race.I was horrified by the experience and refused to buy the car. Now the salesman tells me that he did not realize all that and he is going to take the car for cleaning and get one tire replaced. he does not realize the pain from the customers point of view and all he is worried about is making a sale.I had already wasted so much time and effort on the entire process and no one else from the dealership had the courtesy to come and speak to me on what had happened. I will never recommend your dealership that has no value for the customers time and do not honor your promise. Your salesman treat the customers with no respect and dignity and did not provide a quality service.

The entire staff that I interfaced with at INSKIP were courteous, helpful, and appeared generally happy to work there. Specifically, the sales person, Brendan Rappoport was very patient and understanding, given that I am a first time BMW owner. He was well versed on the car attributes and when I didn't like the first car I tried, went out of his way to find another (that had just been traded in that day). He was supported by his supervisor, Al Viera, who was also professional and accommodating. Lastly the Finance person, Nicole Geovaia (?sp) was extremely adept at her end of the process. All tolled, this was a very positive experience for me.

We were driving around dealerships on a Sunday just looking at cars and trying to see what was out there. After the 3rd time circling through Inskip's many selections, we spotted the BMW that I fell in love with. Mike White came over to assist us and from the start was cordial and helpful. Honestly, he made us feel like we were his only customers through the whole process and never gave you that 'salesman' feel. We are hoping to get another BMW in the fall and we will be calling Mike to handle the whole transaction for us. Also, we want to thank Bill Sides for his assistance through the process. My wife and I have been searching for the right used vehicle for the past year carefully reaserching several models and makes. We decided to go to BMW of Warwick to see if they had a vehicle that met our needs. As we were directed to view a vehicle in the show room we were introduced to Lou Masello who happened to be very familiar with this particular vehicle. Right from the beginning I was very impressed with how much knowledge Lou had about not only the vehicle but about BMW'S themselves. Lou was very helpful, professional and patient with all our questions. My wife and I felt we recieved a very good deal with an absolutely spectacular car. I would reccommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to visit BMW of Warwick; the service and the way we were treated was in my opinion second to none. My wife had a blast learning about our vehicle from Lou. Thank you for having the right car for us at the right moment in time. I first contacted Inskip online. Their reply was timely and courteous. I had a very busy schedule and everyone there was happy to accommodate me. Which suprised me because I was only interested in a used car which was not their dealer brand. The entire process was fun, relaxed and professional. I'll admit that at first I was a little uncomfortable walking into a BMW dealership after a day at work (construction). With that said I have probably never had such a professional straight forward car purchase. I was not in the best situation for upgrading my car due to loan payoffs and mileage but Rich,(Greg? please forgive my memory) the sales manager and Bill the financial officer really put their best foot forward to accommodate me. These guys stayed late to secure a lower budget customer's business and they did! I would recommend Inskip to anyone, whether you're looking for something pre-loved or some of the finest engineering on wheels.

I had an appointment to look at a car this morning at 10 a.m. I was traveling from West Hartford, CT, to their location - a 1 hour 40 minute drive. I set up the appointment the night before, discussed the price and my trade-in possibility. Everything was ready to go. After driving for an hour, an associate called me on behalf of Chris, claiming he was "running late" ... oh, and by the way, the car I had an appointment for was sold the night before. I was appalled. After expressing my extreme discontent, I hung up and Chris, the sales member with whom I had the appointment, called. He said he heard that I was "a little agitated." At this point I was further enraged because he belittled the situation and my feelings. He claimed it wasn't his fault because the people came in for a test drive after he left, but he should have given the manager my information to notify me if the car was purchased rather than let me drive out there anyway. When I said this to Chris, he said "Well if we had called you, you wouldn't have come out." OF COURSE I wouldn't have come out, IDIOT. Why would I waste my time driving ALMOST 2 HOURS for a car that isn't available? After wasting time I should have spent at work and gas I could have used to drive everywhere else, I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and respect this company holds for their customers - which is clearly none at all - and will NEVER give them my business. I have told everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Briefly discussed the car and scheduled an appointment to come see it.Four days later, I drove down and took a look at the car - it was everything I wanted, so I decided to buy it.The reason that this place doesn't get 5's across the board is - the sale took most of the day. I arrived at 2:30, and didn't leave until 5 hours later. Also, it would be fantastic if the dealership had snacks on hand, in case it takes that long to process a sale.Overall, however, I am very pleased with how everything went.

Car salesman don't always have a good reputation but you can tell he has been doing this for a long time and really cares about the people and the car he is selling which is very noticeable... I have salespeople that work for me so I take notice of every detail..He's a great salesperson and I'm sure he'll do extremely well at BMW.

When we decided to go and purchase a new car my husband told me to go and look around. I went to Inskip BMW in Warwick, RI and the salesman that helped me was Dean Childs. He was excellent no pressure and took his time to work with me. Since my original visit was looking alone I returned a few days later with my husband and asked for Dean since my very first experience was excellent. I would not only tell my friends and family to purchase from Warwick Inskip, but they must see Dean Childs.Thank you for the wonderful service!

This was my 2nd car purchased at Inskip BMW in the last several years. I am from Boston and they were able to beat any dealership pricing in my area. It was well worth the trip down to RI. Brendan Rappoport was a pleasure to work with, and i would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Hid dedication to personal service was demonstrated right from the start. He offered pretty candid objective advice on vehicle options/considerations. He was never "pushy" yet would follow up when asked to.

When I was unexpectedly involved in an accident that put me in the position of having to buy another car, I was more than hesitant when I stepped foot into the BMW dealership in Warwick. Not only was I entirely unsure about what I was looking to purchase, but I was also nervous that as a female I may be taken advantage of. I was pretty certain that I would be brushed aside and not taken seriously, but nonetheless I had some questions and crossed my fingers that my experience would prove all my worries wrong. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Jack and felt ashamed for having such poor expectations! Jack approached me as if he had known me forever and made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. I explained my situation to him, and he immediately expressed his sincerity towards my misfortune. He instantly connected with me and I knew that I was in good hands. The fact that he was easy on the eyes didnt hurt, either! Even though I wasnt quite sure that my visit would end in an immediate purchase, Jack still took the time to ask what I was looking for in my new vehicle and even talked to me about options that I hadnt even considered. He was so knowledgeable and well informed; I was incontestably convinced that I had made the right decision in walking into his dealership! During my time with Jack, I was visibly nervous about having to make such a big purchase one that I had NEVER made on my own before and he quickly picked up on that and eased my nerves with some quick humor. I have to admit, his charismatic affability reassured me that he wasnt some run-of-the-mill car salesman just looking to make another sale. By the end of my visit, Jack had presented me with so many new options that I really just needed to take the rest of the day to think about my purchase. Jack respectably offered me his business card (which just happened to feature his personal cell number score!) and invited me to call him if I should have any questions or if I would like another consultation. About a week later, I had finally made my decision called Jack went on a number of test drives and purchased my new (well, new to me!) car! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JACK!! Ive been telling EVERYONE about you and the great service I received! ;) Couldnt be happier!

I usually dread the car buying process, but my experience with Brendan Rappoport at Inskip BMW gave me a whole new positive perspective on how purchasing a car should be. He was personable and knowledgeable and walked me through the many options without pressuring me into a sale. Brendan took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with my decision and worked within my budget to get me the best deal on a used 5 Series. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and more importantly the service Brendan provided. I feel like he really listened to what I was looking for in a car. Given his friendly personality and his comittment to making sure I was satisfied, it is easy to see that Brendan is a huge asset to Inskip BMW. I was so impressed with my experience that I have recommended Brendan to several friends and family.

I worked with a Salesman by the name of Jack McDevitt and he was absolutely wonderful and made me feel important. I was taken back by the way he handle to whole process to the point that it didn't feel like I was buying a car, but felt as we were building a relationship. That being said...I will always purchase a vehicle from Inskip and will keep recommending friends and family to purchase one there as well. The quality of work that he put into the purchase made it flawless; he was the friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. All of the people at Inskip were a step above the rest. The negotiating in price went smooth and without a hitch. All I can say about my overall experience is that I have always hated buying a vehicle.....now I can't wait and look forward to buying another one. I really felt the need to write a review since I've never in my life experienced such impecable customer service from a salesman. Upon arriving at the dealership a gentleman introduced himself as Brendan. He first greeted me with such enthusiasm and ease. He asked me questions to what I was looking for and was never that pushy-egotistical type you usually are involved with. He showed me a couple of different options and really worked with me regarding the financial aspect. I felt uncertain if I could afford the car of my dreams. Brendan made me feel comfortable and worked out a plan that suited my needs. I thought that this aspect truely demonstrated the confidence, knowledge and comitmment to customer satisfaction and it made me want to give brendan my business. It is without a doubt that I've already recommended Brendan to two of my family members who are also in the market to buy a car. I feel I will stand as brendan's promoter as he is well deserving of repeat business.

Having recently come into some money I decided to treat myself to an upgrade from my current vehicle. My ten year old Mercedes had certainly seen better days. I decided that a used BMW would make me happy. After checking sine other local dealers and not finding them to be of any help I made the drive to Inskip and met a salesman named Rick. Boy did he ever outshine the guys I ran into at other stores. He took his time and helped me find the perfect car for me. I ended up with a 2008 M6 and could not be happier. Philippe took us for a test drive or should I say I took them on a joyride in the m3. Vroom, vroom was the sounds I heard from this magnificent engine, no kidding BMW is still the ultimate driving machine! As I glance at my girlfriend whom also had a big smile, I knew I had to have my dream car. So,it was going to come down to the numbers to make this happen for us. The BMW team started to talk numbers of course their numbers at first were different from us. But then they made it happen. We already owned a BMW so we love the new addition to our family. I was searching for about a week online looking for a winter car for under $13k. I found a posting on autotrader.com which led me to Inskips website. I emailed Jamie the Internet Sales person an offer on the listing and she sent back their best price which put the car in my price range so I took a bus & train from Maine to Rhode Island the next day. They sent one of their drivers in a new 2010 BMW to pick me up at the train station which was about 20+ miles away. When I got there I met at least half of the client advisors in passing they were all very nice and made me feel like I was part of their family. I enjoyed a chocolate mocca in the comfy leather chair and watched cable tv until they were ready for me which took about 20 minutes, they were extremely busy which is a good sign.I signed 4 or 5 papers and they put the temp plate on the car and as we parted they told me how to get to I-95. The car had a full tank of gas and was detailed to the point where I think it was cleaner then a new car and this was an 2005 Volvo S60 with 67k miles on it. I bought the car without seeing it in person or driving it and didnt have the slightest concern in doing so. This is a big professional business with a reputation to maintaine, its nice knowing that they didnt forget about us little guys buying the used stuff off their lots. They told me to have the oil changed asap and I did have it changed that next day. They couldnt do it as they are not a volvo dealer, but it was nice for them to point those things out to the customer. No stone left unturned I thought, these guys are perfect. If you are looking for honest people and a car at a fair price this is the place. Thanks Inskip,Robin

Went to Inskip BMW from NH to look at a car I found online. Ended up getting a different one due to the poor condition of the cheaper one I went to look at. The dealer was very busy for a Wednesday afternoon. I wandered around the showroom for 5-10 minutes and no one approached me, probably thought I was the copier repair man. There were sales people sitting around and one playing with his phone. Finally Dean Childs approached me, even though he was working with another customer. I waited for him to finish and bought the car from him.

I just bought my second BMW from INSKIP and did have a great experience and I owe it to the three gentlemen that I worked with; Don, Al, and Bill Sides. A few months ago, due to some issues from the first time I bought, I swore I wasn't going to go back to INSKIP. But when they contacted me during the recent specials, I am glad I gave this dealership another shot. I think a lot had to do with Don Batten who was prompt in getting back to me and was accomodating throughout the whole process- not pushy at all. Al Viera, who was the brand new sales manager, was also great to work with and think he make BMW INSKIP a better place. Lastly, Bill Sides, who works on the finance side was great to deal with. Bill was very imformative, personable and made sure I understand things thoroughly. Bill is also working on a mishap that occured from my previous experience that he had nothing to do with. Lastly, as I was driving away from the dealership, I got a call from Don. He asked how much gas was in my car, something I didn't even bother to check. I told him I had a quarter of a tank and he told me I could take the car back in tomorrow and get it filled up. I know it seems like a small thing, but he didn't have to go out of his way to call me to fill up the car. Throughout the past 3 years I lost a lot of confidence in INSKIP but Don, Al and Bill will get me back in the door for future purchases. My only complaint this time, was it took a very long time to get everything done, but it was the last day of the year and they were busy- so I did understand.

I have had the opportunity to deal with Lauren several times when I brought the car in for warranty service. Lauren in particular has always been delightful, professional and efficient. Over the last 40 years of my experiences with car repairs shops and dealerships has been, to say the least, fair to poor. Now for the first time ever, I am overwhelmingly satisfied and happy with my car servicing appointments. All Inskip employees I have ever dealt with were always, always courteous, pleasant & professional. I have never encountered an unknowledgeable, incompentent or unpleasant employee. Lauren A. is always wonderful to deal with. She is compentent and efficient. She anticipates my needs or questions me to make sure she accommodates them. She gives a commitment for services to be,done and time it will be completed, and then meets those commitments. And during all interactions, on the phone and in person, she is great. Despite the fact that I had not seen her in over 4 months, she remembered my name as well as the last service my care came in for. Although I love my BMW and will definitely purchase another one in the future, I can say without reservation that I will purchase it at Inskip in Warwick, RI solely because of their professionalism and well above & beyond customer service. cheryl bancroft & pat hanratty

The overall experience at Inskip was positive. They have a large inventory of used cars which is why I chose this dealership. Lou Masello is very knowledgeable about BMWs. The experience however would have been more positive if our needs were listened to. I had my 4 year old with me and we ended up spending 5 hours at the dealership that day purchasing a vehicle. My spouse and I stated several times that we needed to take a break to get something to eat but we kept being told that all that was needed was to fill out this form and then do that which made it sound like the process would only take a few more minutes. I realize that this was probably done because there is a concern that we might leave and decide against the purchase but I did state this need for a break more than once. I suggested that I could sign something to make the purchase and the paperwork could be worked on during my brief absence. Thank goodness I brought snacks for the little one! I was also told to appear at 5 PM a few days later to pick up my car. I was told to appear at 5 PM so my new plates would be on the vehicle. When I got there, the vehicle had dealer plates. When I asked why Lou stated that he didnt know. If Id known that my plates wouldnt be there that day I would have gone to the dealership earlier which would have been better for me. I would be likely to do business with Inskip and Lou Masello again.

BMW Inskip is simply the best dealership in the business. Jack McDevitt made my wife & I's buying experience what it is supposed to be "FUN". He made us feel comfortable and answered any question we had. We laughed and enjoyed the experience with no pressure. What buying a new car experience should be, enjoyable, and the pricing we received was outstanding!. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and always said hi with a smile. Bill made the finance part of the deal easy. Another easy going friendly guy who always had a smile on his face and made us laugh. The purchase experince did not end after we left with the cars. Jack said if we had any questions or needed any assitance to just call (which I did several times). I told Jack that I could never get the universal remote to connect the garage door opener on my other cars and Jack told me that if I had any trouble he would come to our house to help us connect it. I also recieved several e-mails from Jack asking if we liked the car's. I can't say enough on how satisfied our experince was and I also like to add that we went to look at new BMW's for my wife as her lease was coming to an end on her Audi A4 and we ended up leaving the dealership with TWO BMW's! A 328IX and a 335IX and we cannot be happier....If you are looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle make sure to go see Jack at Inskip BMW. It will be the best car purchasing experince you will ever have!!

He made the buying process an enjoyable event, and he is someone I would recommend to friends and family. I truly feel that he is honest and won't forget me once I have left the showroom, or at least I hope so.

Purchased my 4th and 5th BMW's from Inskip and have worked with Jack McDevitt on each purchase. Without question he is the most knowledgeable automobile salesperson I have ever worked with. Not only is his product knowledge unmatched but he always works his tail off to get to the price point I am comfortable with. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW to head to Inskip and ask for Jack, you won't be dissapointed.

I am a repeat customer at Inskip BMW and find the sales team to be highly professional, respectful of my needs, and willing to work hard to be responsive to my price points for purchasing and trading in my BMWs. Jack McDevitt was especially knowledgeable and did all that he possibly could to ensure the sale and my satisfaction with the deal. His wonderful personality, sharp wit, and product knowledge made purchasing a car enjoyable--something that is not easy to do typically! The overall experience was a 5+. I will be returning to Inskip many times if this experience continues to repeat itself!

Having dealt with verious dealerships over the years, I thought I had found a dealership for life. After being introduced to Jack, I knew he would always have my best interest at heart, listen to what it is that's important to me, and do everything he possibly could to find the right fit for me. I can happily say he did everything and then some for me which is why I am loving my new BMW. I look forward to finding the next carw ith you Jack!

Stopped in to see their inventory of 650's and met Jack McDevitt--In a very short time he worked a deal and I purchased the car. I found him helpful and knowledgeable about the car and features. I would highly recommend Jack as a sales person to deal with on any car purchase.

This was my second purchase from Jack and both times I was extremely happy. He is an asset to any business. I also had the pleasure of recommending a friend to Jack recently and she happily walked away with a brand new X3 and was totally satisfied with her experience at Inskip. We both traveled all the way from Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod to do business at Inskip and it is well worth the trip. Especially if Jack is involved.

I an one who equates spending time at a dealership to purchase a new vechicle with the same enthusiasm as going to the dentist. I was recently pleasantly surprised when buying a new BMW. The salesperson was extremely professional, pleasant, and very low pressure. She expressed an impressive knowledge of the product and understood and addressed my concerns and questions. I would sincerely recommend both she and her support staff without hesitation. The car is beautiful.. I'm happy.Bob Pacitti

Jack is not like your typical saleman, he actually made me feel like I was under no pressure to buy my car. Jack didn't call me day to day, he allowed me to make my own decision without being an annoyance. He made the experience a "WoW" one. Never had I been so happy about spending so much money on a car. Most encounters at dealerships are not pleasant and you wish never to go back to them again. I am acutally looking forward to my next purchase of a BMW.....that is as long as he is working there.

I just purchased a new Z4 from Inskip. My sales rep, Jack McDevitt ,was one of the best reps I have ever dealt with, and I have been buying cars for 40 years. The BMW has lots of new electronic gadgetry, and Jack was extremely knowlegeable about all the technical features of the car. This is very rare these days. Highly recommended.

This is my third experience purchasing a car from Inskip BMW, the first being when I helped my father-in-law purchase a 3 series from them in 2006, then when I purchased my first 3 series in 2007 and today, when I picked up my new 3 series. Every time I have worked with the dealership it has been a pleasure, especially this time. Jack McDevitt did a terrific job--he gave me what I thought was a great price on the new car and worked with me to help me find exactly the one that I wanted. After the car came in he worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for me and ready when I went in to pick the car up. I was turning in my existing car on the same day and the dealership handled that perfectly so that the whole experience was seamless! Everyone at the dealership is friendly and courteous and seems to enjoy working there. I do not envision buying a BMW from anywhere else, and I cannot imagine purchasing another car besides a BMW. So good for Inskip!

Reliable, dependable especially for a woman who knows nothing about cars! Sorry you don't offer the personalized customer service follow up any more. This impersonal site is not in keeping with the personal care and service at Inskip. How hard is it to make a call to a customer; or email a customer follow up form...... My visit to Inskip BMW for routine servicing in 2009 was BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was living in CT at the time but had purchased the car in RI and wanted to bring it in for an oil change on my day off. I made an appointment to wait while it was serviced. I waited 3 and a half hours before being told that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and there would be a charge for that. I told them I would have to do it another day because I was late for another appointment. As I was driving back to CT that night, it started to rain and when I turned my wipers on, the driver's side one no longer apposed with the windshield and did not work. It was working perfectly before I brought the car in. Because I was busy working 80 hours a week, the dealership reluctantly agreed to pick up my car, fix the wiper, and give me a rental car for no charge in the interim. The rental car was an economy car, probably the cheapest car they could give me. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas in my own car (roughly $35) when they took it back to the dealership. When they returned the car to me 2 days later, I could barely make it to the nearest gas station because the tank was empty. On the next credit card statement I received I come to find out they had charged me more than $100 for the rental car which they had told me would be no charge. When I called the dealership to clear this up, the gentleman I talked to was beyond rude, said they would be crediting my credit card for the mistake, but did not seem the least bit apologetic for returning my car to me with no gas in it. When you buy a BMW, you expect to be taken care of to some extent. I drove a Honda for 10 year and had nothing but amazing service. I will never take my car back to this dealership again, and though the car itself is great, I would never recommend ANYONE get their car serviced at Inskip.

My wife and I visited Inskip BMW as a potential customer...looking for a car, but not focused on making a purchase. We met Jack McDevitt, discussed the various options, i.e., new car purchase, new car lease, or certified pre-owned purchase. Jack's unassuming, no pressure approach, augmented by his focus on what was important to us in our vehicle search, culminated in not one, but two car purchases.Jack worked with his management team to put together two deals on certified pre-owned vehicles that fit our budget and provided us solid, well-maintained vehicles. We've purchased a number of vehicles - Honda, VW, Saab, Acura, and Volvo. The BMW certified pre-owned warranty gives us piece of mind, like we've not experienced to this point.Without reservation, we encourage you to consider purchasing through Inskip BMW if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle. Ask for Jack...he'll focus on understanding your needs, treat you with respect, and direct you toward a vehicle which will fit your needs. As I mentioned before, we were so pleased with the experience and value that we feel we recevieved, we returned with our daughter to purchase our second BMW two days after our first purchase.Ed Bonetti, Warwick, RI

I had a great experience at Inskip BMW. My salesperson, Jack, new everything there was to know about the 335xi I was interested in and was a really big help. I didn't feel pressured to buy extra's and was very pleased over all. One of my primary concerns was getting the car quickly and Jack found the car at another dealer and picked it up himself so I would have it in time. Will definitely recommend them.

My lease was coming to an end, the new 5 series 2011 was not out yet, so I decided to buy the car. I had to make frequent visit to get my questions answered, and Jack (the salesman) was not knowledgeable about making the transition. He is friendly when he talks to you, but never deliver on his promises. It is been already over 2 months since I bought the car, multiple calls, and STILL haven't received my registration papers. I am very frustrated , and disappointed by the whole experience. I will never go back to INSKIP BMW again. They lost me forever.

My lease was coming up on my 335i and I was looking to order a 135i M-sport. I called Newport BMW where I had leased the last car and they were unwilling to negotiate pricing much for an ordered car. They also seemed uninterested in helping me through the process...so. I called Inskip and spoke to Jack and he immediately said no problem to my offer, just come in and we will wrap it up. Jack was a pleasure to deal with and not like so many other car salesman I have dealt with in the past. He was extremely helpful and always took my calls throughout the long wait for the car. I just received the car last week...everything exactly as ordered and the delivery process was easy and painless. I highly recommend Jack McDevitt and Inskip BMW.

Phil Driscoll and Jason Choquette of the management team are approachable and more than willing to work through any issues that may arise. Always with a more than satisfactory result for us.Our service advisor, Lauren Avedisian has an amazingly cheery personality at the crack of dawn when we drop our cars off for service. I have purchased at least 5 Bmw's from Inskip and always comparison shop at BMW of Newport and BMW of Hyannis. Inskip continues to give me the very best deals and I am a very difficult sale. My last three were purchased from Mark Mulaska, now the Business Manager, and I continue to seek him out. He very much appreciates and wants to maintain my business and knows he will loose it if the price, the service, and the way I am treated is not of the highest caliber. As an example, I bought the first 328 convertible coming into Inskip in 2007. Problem with a rattle that couldn't be fixed. One year later they gave me a brand new car,a 2008 model, charged me nothing, and even paid the taxes to register it. Don't know of another dealership that would do that for a customer. As far as service, Lauren Avedisian is my service consultant and I can not say enough great things about her. She is honest, intelligent, very knowledgeable, and knows how to do all of the things necessary to satisfy her clients. She is one of the major reasons why I just cancelled an order for a 2010 Jaguar XF(thought a change would be nice) and went back to see Mark to order a 2011 5 Series. From my perspective, great people like Mark and Lauren who are very professional and very personable, great prices, and great service are a combination that works for me!

Jack was a big help, he knew the cars and was willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, he is the reason I bought the car from Inskip. Inskip is hard to buy from; they look for the lowest number on the trade and are very difficult to work with on negotiation. Inskip has a bad reputation when it comes to buying cars, it is a function of their sales managment not the sales reps. Inskip needs to realize they don't take margin rate to the bank, if they would work more on negotiation they would sell more cars and thus generate more profit. I know of 5 people that bought cars from Norwood/Norwell because Inskip tried to undercut the trade or was asking sticker. These same three people have bought a total of 5 BMWs over the last 3 years from Inskip competition.

The sales dept really sucks. It's not only BMW, but it's Inskip's sales staff as a whole. They are not fair in offering a fair trade-in value or selling you a car. I went in there to buy one X5 and one 530. What they offered me for a trade in was insulting and then they further insulted me by trying to sell me both cars over retail. I even went to Lexus and the same thing happen. My suggestion is that you go out of RI to buy your next BMW or Lexus.

I've only gotten warranty service so far, so I haven't spent a dime (other than in parts for some optional things) out of my own pocket thus far. For the warranty service I've had, the work was good to very good. Each time I've come in without an appointment and got helped in an hour or two. I did recently bring in an out-of-warrantee 2000 3-series sedan for an estimate, and I got the estimate, but they also lubed my window regulators for free, which stopped a squeaking sound the windows were making whenever I drove over uneven pavement. Thanks! The estimate was overkill I think--entire control arms recommended for an obviously bad ball joint--but I didn't go into the service dept. with any misconceptions. The cost of opertaing an empire like Inskip must be astronomical, and let's face it, service departments are in the business of selling service, so I don't fault them for trying. I'm just going to get the ball joint done at an independent certified BMW mechanic for a fraction of the cost of two control arms. But I will use Inskip again.

I went there to look at a 330 they had on the lot. It always seemed to me that their advertised prices are VERY high. Well, sure enough I went in there and they wanted 32,500 for the car (it was preowned) which was steep at the time compared to market price. Thet were only right down the street so I wanted to make it happen..my salesman Jason was REALLY good. he was was informative about the car and he gave me a great presentation. He was very interested in selling me the car yet he was laid back and not pushy. Their sales manager leave a lot to be desired. They would barely move on the price. They went down a whooping $500 and proceeded to insult me even more by giving me a horrible amount on my trade--less that kelly blue book. They claimed that they had invested alot of money in the car and that it was certified...please. If they had gone down just a little bit more (around 30.5 or 31k) I would have bought the car...so, I walked. I finally bought the SAME exact car from a private party with less miles for $27k AND I sold my old car on my own and made 1k more than if I traded it into Inskip. I never experienced their service so I cannot say anything, although even the salesman admitted they have ad trouble with ALOT of their service advisors and that if I bought the car through him, he would tell me which one to go through...how sad. <br>Whats even worse is that they will not negotiate their prices with other people I know. Just stay away if you can...drive a bit further to purchase your new BMW.
