The Watertown dealership is professional, trustworthy, & a pleasure to work with. Liz is an excellent communicator of the status, scope and progress of repairs. Management here reflects a priority for customer service. I have bought my car new at the Darien dealership but I drive an extra hour to get it serviced in Watertown. Darien wanted to charge for work that should be covered under warranty. Then we found that a large amount of DEF had spilled, it never got rinsed off so it crystalized all onto the alternator and the whole left side of the engine compartment. With its high urea levels, we felt the acidity must have compromised the electrical components and would eventually become a problem. It didn't concern Darien but MAS states the corrosive nature of DEF. When we complained to about it upper management as well as contested that the warrantied work should be covered, it went ignored for weeks. We persisted in following up and the car was re-evaluated but nothing came of it. It wasn't the first questionable experience we had there but it was the most infuriating. There is such a huge difference - peace of mind and trust since we've been going to Watertown for service. It was a relief to know not all BMW dealers are alike.

I appreciated that she also advised me of a recent recall that I had not yet been advised of and ordered the needed part to eliminate a return trip to the service department. Called about the engine light. told not to worry unless it starts flashing. Liz LaFond was terrific. She got me in for an early appoint at 7:30. and a shuttle. In work earlier than usual. Driver was profesional and courteous. Forgot his name but he was new to the area, came from BMW Bridgeport. Car was ready and washed by end of day. Both items fixed to satisfaction and both we covered under warranty. Liz followed up the next day or so. Great experience.

Picked up vehicle and was dirty inside and out. Supposedly had leaks fixed, leaks even more now. Said that they fixed other leak that they saw when fixing. Used to leak a drop or two once in awhile, now leaks puddles 1x2 feet in diameter. NOT happy.

Hoffman has done a great job since taking over this dealership. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Dennis Smith was excellent to work with. From the time we sat down and started to talk about what we wanted we knew that this was going to be a great experience. I can buy the same car anywhere so the thing that makes a difference is the service to the customer. Hoffman, Dennis Smith, Chales Tuscano and Joe Durante made me know that I made the right choice fir this purchase. I can't remember the name of the car detailer but he has a true passion for making sure the car was absolutely perfect, and it was. Thanks to all and I highly recommend them to anyone.

When we first went to the dealership we were there just to get my 535i xDrive appraised but we were also in the market for a new car, specifically the X5. Charles gave us a VERY REASONABLE price for the 535i. Fortunately we sold it on our own. Dennis sent us an e-mail thanking us for coming in. When I was finally ready to go over all the options he sat down with me and took his time building the car with me online. When it was time to send the car into production he called me to go over a few more details. It's very nice that he wants to make sure each "little" detail is to the customer's preference. I picked up the car this morning and Joe Durante sat with me for about half an hour for which I am SO GLAD that he did. This car is all I hoped it would be and more! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with it!

This was my second time at this service department and for the second time, they did an excellent job!! We had the BMW entertainment system installed and although it is more pricey than aftermarket ones, the quality is better and worth it. I was thrilled to find out that it remembers where the DVD left off even after turning the vehicle off. They will also still run with the engine off. Great job and awesome system!

Service consultant was very good and spent the time to discuss the repair and what some of the pros & cons were at this point regarding replacing the other coils (non of which are malfunctioning at this time). It enabled me to make an informed decision about the repair, which I appreciated. And John has a great personality and sense of humor, which I also give him high marks for.

The red circle with exclamation mark came on in my car and I scheduled a service appointment ASAP as I was going to drive to Quebec City a few days later. The service representative I worked with was John Ramos. This was the second time I worked with John. John is a professional, cordial and knowledgeable service representative. The issue at hand was resolved, but I don't believe my oil was topped off. On my drive back to CT from Quebec City, Canada, the low oil light went on, and according to the rectangle that shows oil level, I was down to the last quarter. This was unnerving to say the least, as my vehicle had been in for service one week prior. I stopped, purchased 1 quart of the recommended oil and topped it off. It is 462 miles to Quebec City, Canada and the low oil light went on during the return drive just before we got to the U.S. border. This ought not have happened. I contacted the service department for assistance with the issue and spoke to Richard. He told me that the oil had been topped off when it was in for service on June 21, 2016. However, I do not see that it was on the paperwork I have.If getting my car serviced at a BMW service center, the car ought to be extremely well taken care of for safety purposes.

My CPO warranty was nearing expiration on my 2010 X3, and following less than satisfactory treatment from the previous owner's service department, service advisor John Ramos told me to bring in the vehicle for a complimentary inspection (which I considered an act of good-will). At that time he also addressed another concern of mine that I'd had since purchasing the car, related to what I felt was less than optimal shifting behavior. Again, since diagnostics had nothing unusual to report, the previous service advisor had simply dismissed my concern as nothing out of the ordinary.After having completed the inspection and road test with nothing suspect to report, John did not simply hand me the keys and send me packing, as was the case with the prior dealership. He offered to put my mind at ease about potential transmission issues (as much as could be done) by providing me with the further option of performing a physical inspection of the transmission along with, fluid level, and any signs of fluid discoloration or burning. Though this entailed a moderate fee, I felt it was worthwhile. Again, it was reported to me that all appeared as it should, at which point John offered to me a reprogramming of the transmission as a potential fix to what I experienced. I accepted, and though this typically would have entailed an additional fee, it was performed without charge. Ultimately, I feel the reprogramming has made a satisfactory change in the shifting, providing the smooth, and predictable shifting I have come to expect from a BMW. So kudos to John Ramos and team for 1) listening 2) being proactive and responsive to my concerns 3) taking the time to be sure that I have departed a satisfied customer! Thanks!!

Having a couple of highly unprofessional experiences with the former management at BMW of Watertown [and, like many others, as I have found out, walked the well-worn, one-way trail across the street to Valenti Audi], the first thing I did when visiting the newly-Hoffman-owned BMW of Watertown was to sit down with Donny Frost, the new Sales Manager. We had a very pleasant and satisfactory conversation, and was assured that my experience this time would be entirely different, and was handed me over to the extremely capable Dennis Smith.Getting a new 7 Series, equipped to my liking, with Mr. Smith's very insightful assistance, was perhaps the smoothest & easiest car buying experience I can recall and I have been a 7 Series owner since the early 80's. I had the one very helpful session with Mr. Smith, a couple of emails and brief phone conversations, and came back to the dealership several weeks later [fresh off a "Red Eye" flight from LAX] to pick up the car. I sat down with the jocular Charles Tuscano to cover the financial details, had a very helpful [and necessary] training session to the new model's "bells & whistles" from Joe Durante [their "BMW Genius"], and was on my way home.To date, I can easily say that my experience with the "new" BMW of Watertown was 110% positive. When I came back to Watertown where I originally purchased my car, I was pleasantly surprised by the staffing changes the new owners have made. My salesman Chris was more of an assistant than a salesperson. He helped me with everything and even had Al come to my job to assist with paperwork. His other colleague Dennis was a great help as well when I came in and Chris wasn't available. If you are looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend this BMW dealership.

When in to fix a major problem - a defunct air bag module. Well, it's 11 years old, so guess something ought to break. Well, Eric rose to the need, got my replacement module ordered, squeeze me in for the replacement as soon as part arrived (in two days), and I was back on the road enjoying my X3.

Under the previous owner, I had to wait weeks for service loaner. Under the Hoffman ownership the story has changed completely - minimal wait times and overall a very promising value proposition.

My 535 Xi was pulling to the right and was not corrected by a wheel alignment at Town Fair Tires. Town Fair told me that new struts were needed. I took the car to Watertown BMW and worked with Walter, the Service Manager. He suggested an alternative to new struts which was considerably less expensive that solved my problem. In the future I'll go to Watertown first.

Worked with Rich D'Angelo at BMW of Watertown. My car was brought in for 45,000 mile maintenance. Rich took the time to go over all of the service and services that would be performed and gave me the opportunity for any questions. Loaner car was provided and he actually took the time to walk me to the car instead of just handing me the keys and send me out to look for the car.

All was just fine. Eric was very accommodating. Apparently there was an error made on my oil pan for a standard oil change and the bolt was stripped which lead me to a loaner for 2 days. Eric was great, he called me each day to give me the update on the repair of my car. The work was done and my car was detailed and I only had to travel back and forth 45 minutes 3 times to have my car's oil changed. The dealership never offered once to exchange my car by having it picked up or dropped off. The first time I traveled, I dropped off my car and was given a shuttle car an X3. Because my car was to take 3 - 5 days to have the oil pan replaced, I was told I needed to return the X3. So once again I had to drive 45 minutes each way to return the X3 and then was given an X1 as my replacement car. Once my car was finished, I had to drive back to the dealership 45 minutes each way and pick up my car. The car is working fine and I'm happy it is back. Eric was very nice during this time. I heard nothing from the Service manager. But, that's just fine.

I had a problem with a valve stem on the rear passenger side of my 750. Called service to see if they could possibly look at it and try to fix/replace it. Eric told me come on in and they would take a look at it...couldn't promise they could repair it, not knowing exactly what was wrong, and not knowing if they would have to order a new part. When I arrived, they found that I had a cracked tire valve stem. Fortunately, they had the necessary part, and the problem was solved!

Had a DSC fault on a 2007 Z4 with only 41k miles. This is a known problem with this model/year. The fix was performed fairly promptly, and they gave me a loaner while the parts were shipped. But when a well-maintained, low-mileage car with a book value of about $12k needs $3500 worth of repairs, it does tend to make one think twice about purchasing another BMW. They gave me a small break on the cost, but BMW should really be picking up more of this expense.

Very pleased with the service I received. My car was checked for a noise in the brakes. They found the noise and really went over the entire car to make sure everything was safe. Drove out of there feeling confident that all is well and drove to New York.

My rental lease was up on my 2013 BMW 528xi and I contacted Donny Frost as I had done business with him on my prior lease. An excellent service experience John. We reviewed my concern areas when I dropped the car off in the morning and John kept me apprised of the results when my vehicle had completed the service appointment. The detailing I requested was excellent as well. I arrived late in the day to pick up my car when John was on his way out for the day, but he turned around when I arrived and walked me into the building to check out, return loaner key, and he brought my car around for me. Extremely helpful!

I brought the car in to get my tires replaced / balanced, and they also included needed service that was coming up soon. They also found an item that needed repair. Just when they thought they were done, they also noticed a problem with the brakes that needed fixing. The staff was clear about the time needed for all of the work that was needed, and also clear about the cost. Very professional and thorough.

My 2013 528i 3 year lease was up on 4/29/16. I looked at a number of dealerships in Ct for a 2016 5 series maybe even a 7 series. I spent the winter in Florida and visited several BMW dealerships there to get the lay of the land. When I returned April 1 I started at the dealership that I had leased the 2013. I was given several choices including a 2015 "loaner" No followup at all. More or less take it or leave it we have others waiting even if you are not interested. They were right I wasn't interested!Once I stepped into the BMW of Waterford showroom I felt at home. The experience was seamless these people know what they are doing. The experience is and was always.... "what are you looking for Mr Greco" and none of "this is what we have..This is the price" I am a fairly confident negotiator and I felt very comfortable in the way they presented the vehicles that I was most interested. They met every question with a reasonable answer including test driving several vehicles and models during 3 visits. I live in Milford CT there are several dealers much closer. BMW of Watertown has a policy that customers within 50 miles are given a loaner delivered to their residence, an associate returning to the dealership with their vehicle, once servicing done they would return the vehicle to the home or office with out the inconvenience of driving over 60 miles round trip. That's service that makes me smile...!!Another example of their efforts was after the deal was done, I had had my new 2016 several days, I was hit with a $250 annual charge for 2016-2017 subscription charge by Sirius XM for the 2013 vehicle. The team led by Donny Frost got my refund within a matter of days when I could not get any service satisfaction from the satellite radio company. The only reward for them was a satisfied customer. This is a team whose mantra is take care of the customer they are our bread and butter. Do yourself a favor visit BMW of Watertown!!!!

Straightforward experience. Very engaged and knowledgeable. Very patient and fully supportive of multiple extended test drives. Has a roue that is well chosen to really bring out the BMW driving experience. Definitely NOT "that" typical car salesman that wants to push through a rushed test drive to race back to the dealership for price negotiations. Zero pressure from Dennis or Watertown BMW. When we got to price negotiations, they were concise and ultimately favorable to both parties. I purchased an excellent vehicle at a good price. All in all, one of my best car buying experiences. 2016 BMW 550i with x-Drive and M-Sport package - picked up 2 weeks ago.Fourth car leased or purchased from this dealership - following a 2015 X6 50i (family car), 2013 X3 3.5i, and 2010 X5 5.0i. The service center staff are very responsive when I call. I have been there MULTIPLE times over the last three months trying to get a service issue resolved. The most frustrating part is having to wait for a loaner when you have to bring your vehicle in after only two or three days following your service appointment. Most times I am given the choice of an appointment two weeks out if I need a loaner vehicle; or an appointment within a day or two without a loaner vehicle. This is extremely inconvenient because you either have to find another vehicle to conduct your daily affairs; or risk driving your vehicle which may not be safe or may cause damage to the vehicle. This is why I have given three stars. If they were better able to accommodate people like myself when situations arise I would rate them higher.

I have purchased several BMWs from various dealerships over the past 20 years and can say without hesitation that Watertown and Chris Kapp provided an excellent experience in the purchase process. I gave Chris the framework of what I was looking for in a 535 and deferred to him to select the best options. When I picked up the car it exceeded my expectations and it is, in a word perfect. While there are several dealerships to choice from in CT with competent sales people, there is only one that provides excellence at both the dealership and sales person level.

Walking, I expected the typical service experience which I receive at every other BMW dealership, the "Sorry we can't tell you anything, bring your car in pay for diag, and pay for whatever it is that you need"... Boy was I wrong, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Rich D'Angelo, great personality down to earth guy, heard me out as to my concern, and right when I expected him to say "drop it off we need to diag it" he didn't, instead he very respectively checked my key, ran my vin# and said "I'm not too familiar with the issue but let me take down your phone number, I'll talk to my shop foreman and see if he has heard of this issue". Ok that was great, then I leave thinking that I'll never hear from him and I'll have to chase him down to get an answer; I was proven false again. before the day was through Rich called me and said "Hey, I did some searching, spoke with the foreman and found out that what your experiencing can be directly related to a DME Update, it's going to be 'X' amount of dollars would you like to come in and get it done?" now knowing that I also called a few other dealerships to price out the update, I didn't even hesitate, BMW of Watertown had the best price by a long shot. so I made the appointment with Rich. My appointment day arrives, I walk in a few minutes early as I was on a time constraint from work, even though Rich was finishing up with a customer he immediately acknowledged me, and made me feel welcome. As soon as he was finished taking care of his customer he sits me down promptly goes over the process with me since he knew that I was in a rush, made everything clear as day, promised my car for 3pm as he also knew I have to pickup my son after work, and even had a driver ready to take me back to work (In a wonderful, clean, brand new 328, I might actually consider one for my next car). Finally it comes time to pick-up my car. I give a buzz a bit earlier than the promise time(about 30mins), Rich greets me, says to me "Yea, everything went perfect, the update is almost complete I'll have the car ready in 15 minutes with all your paperwork ready to go". That blew me away, no extra wait, no excuses, no B.S. everything was done when promised, as promised. I walk in to pick-up my car and everything is ready, Rich greets me with the paperwork all set, goes over the work performed, I even go on to tell him how pleased I am and I will be referring friends. This experience by far exceeded all of my expectations. I will be sure to visit BMW of Watertown for all of my future service needs!!! Thanks for everything Rich!!!!

Overall my experience was very good at BMW of Watertown. Dennis Smith was able to assist me quickly and was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I already had a vehicle in mind when arriving at the dealership so this certainly made the process smoother and nothing took away from the ease of the sales process. I went in on a casual visit to talk about my options for turning in my lease. I could have waited for 2 months longer on the lease turn in but after such a positive experience, I walked away leasing the newly redesigned 2016 BMW X1! Besides falling in love with this car, the new management/ownership under BMW is remarkable. Geoff Baldwin, Donny Frost and Charles Tuscano were all amazing and worked tirelessly to get me into the car at right price. They were all able to accommodate my needs and asks. I am a loyal BMW driver (3rd one) but now a loyal fan of the dealership under the new ownership.

I had a flat tire (run-flat) and had to have the car towed to Watertown. It was replaced quickly. I decided to purchase a wheel and tire to have on hand where I live, since I live an hour from the dealer. John Ramos offered to deliver it to me at home, but agreed to have it for me at Hoffman Toyota in Simsbury so that my wife and I could pick it up there as we went to West Hartford, Avon and Canton to do some shopping. That's good service!

My wife and I had no intention of buying a car when we did but the group at BMW of Watertown made the experience so easy that we walked out the same day having purchased a car. Starting with Geoff our salesperson with a smooth hand-off to Manny "the resident genius" to Don the sales manager it was a seamless transition and a consistent message being delivered. Our thought was if this is the face of the organization then this is the dealer we want to buy our next car especially that we keep our cars for a long time and it was very important to have a dealer that is in it for the long term relationship that will continue thru the service department to which we plan on utilizing. I would drive 45 minutes to the Watertown dealership to service my car because of Richard D'Angelo, even with other BMW dealerships in town. This is my first BMW and Dennis made the whole process very smooth. It took me over 3 months from the first time I went to BMW of Watertown to the time I picked up my new BMW. But at no time did I felt I had to make the decision in hurry. Dennis took his time to go over the different models I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. On the day of picking up the car he went over all the different features in the cars. He did not take anything for granted, that I will figure it out on my own. Even with the change in ownership, Dennis was able to provide pleasant experience.

Working with Dennis Smith was a pleasure with no pressure and his willingness to make sure I got the car I wanted. The price was also quite fair. Despite a problem getting the new car registered, he was certain to stay on top of it. Finally delivery day went extremely well with Dennis patiently explaining all the features of the car beautifully and telling me to call at any time if there were any problems. I went into this dearer with just the expectation of getting my car repaired due to an unexpected incident with the wiring in my car. I ended up meeting Dennis Smith who was an extremely helpful sales professional. What he did really was like no other sales professional ever did for me; he listened. He had no intention selling me a new car but spoke with me in the lobby area by simply giving me advise based on a tough repair situation I was in and what my best steps would be since I was most likely out of warranty for the repair. Long story short, I was able to go into a lease on a 2015 and it met all my needs and more since my line of work as a Realtor demands reliability and a write-off. He made all the numbers make sense to not have the need to keep financing vehicles and having negative equity.I would have never considered this without Dennis assisting me in this process. I also need to mention Rich D'Angelo. Without Rich, I would not have been able to get the last minute loner car I needed, a major repair done at an excellent price, and I wouldn't have been able to trade my car in without this repair. Rich is not an alarmist, he knows to speak to his customers to put them at ease before they even have a chance to become concerned. This dealership has my business for life because of these two employees in particular!I lastly need to mention Geoffrey Baldwin is always a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly face to deal with each and every time you walk in the dealership.

I've visited this dealership on two separate occasions for repairs. Each time I was met with prompt and courteous service. Rich worked extra hard to get me into a loaner as my car was going to be there for a bit. I really appreciated how straight forward they were when explaining the issue at hand. They proved me a quote for the repairs that was actually accurate! There were no hidden charges or surprises when I picked up my car! I wanted to buy a bmw 428ix. I went to North Haven BMW first. They did not even try to locate the car I want first and gave me a ridiculously high price. Then I went to Watertown BMW, where Dennis helped me locate the car and gave me a way lower price on it. After a bit of haggling between these two dealerships, Dennis offered the best price. During the whole buying process, Dennis was attentive and patient. They did not rush me to make the payment; they helped me with my insurance. Even at the very end when I was getting the car, Dennis was still very friendly and patient and explain every single detail about the car for me. Overall, my first car-buying experience at Watertown BMW was definitely great, and Dennis made it simple and smooth!

If you want your BMW to have 1st class/top service and be taken care as a member of your own family than you must trust and go to BMW of Watertown. It all starts with Richard D' Angelo who makes sure your concerns are checked and taken care of. They have Master Techs like Nicky who take care of any of your BMW baby and fix whatever it may need to run as smooth and better than you first got it. Richard knows the dealership clients and greet them like family. And even if your at the dealership your 1st time - no problem as Richard will take care of your vehicle just like an old friend. BMW of Watertown is so very lucky to have Rich a part of the dealership. Overall this is the best BMW dealership in CT and New England. This is the only place my 325 goes to and visits.

I first made telephone contact with Jeff who paved the way. On my purchase day it was Dennis who took care of me and it mean that in every sense of the word, patient, accommodating, helpful, thorough. Ended up going with in house financing- I am on visa and my credit was not superb but they were able to get me a rate that beat my credit union. I arrived at about 9 and by two i was driving out with my car- no money down. Would have left sooner if i attempted in house financing from the get go. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. This was my first car and I have no regrets so far....

Everyone in the service dept. is very friendly, and our car was serviced in a timely manner. While there for the airbag recall, we also bought a car. The salesman was very knowledgable and did not pressure us. We were there a year ago but did not buy; when our salesman saw us this year he recognized us and took us for a test drive. We received a decent (not great) trade in value, and when we picked up the new car, our salesman (Dennis Smith) explained everything with much patience. A great dealership.

While I did find the sales associate to be pleasant and honest, I truly would not buy another car from this dealer and I do not trust the CPO warranty.Within a day of buying the car, a tire was low on air. Found an old screw in the tire. The wheel was particularly hard to remove as if it had not been removed in months. How a dealership can actually measure and certify brake pad thickness without removing the wheels is a mystery to me.My Certified PreOwned 328 displayed a "change brake pad" display within the first 500 miles I had it. (less than a week). Rear pads and rotors replaced under warranty with a bit of protest from me.Rear pads measured and documented to be under the state minimum thickness, further convincing me that the warranty certification was either done months ago or is a complete farce.Two weeks into ownership I discovered the rear window did not move due to a bad regulator. Again, the CPO documentation states windows were "up to BMW specifications". In short, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Whether I can recommend buying a BMW in general, remains to be seen.

The entire buying experience from the intial test drives to the financing to answer several questions about the vehicle and its features was excellent. Dennis Smith was an absolute pleasure - by far the least pressured and most enjoyable buying experience I've ever had. Dennis is very knowledgable with a very low pressure sales approach that is reassuring. When looking for a new BMW 320 xi, he was able to nsearch through inventory to find the vehcile with the closest match to the features I wanted, then was always ready to answer questions by phone or email before the vehicle even arrived. I didnt have to do much of anything but to give a little information, and they not only gave me the deal i was looking for, they exceeded my expectations. When I decided to buy a new car, I did my research on line and narrowed down to two models. Even though I was clear that I only wanted a test drive, the dealerships tried to negotiate a deal. They tried to play the financing game - the name your payment and we'll find you a lease or a loan to fit. It was a frustrating waste of my time!Once I decided on the BMW 328i, I went into the USAA car buying service. Of the three dealerships who responded to the TrueCar pricing, only BMW of Watertown listened to me. Dennis Smith gave me details on three different cars and immediately made a best offer on each. They encouraged me to find the best financing on my own, and I did better than I would have through BMW by quite a bit!! I really appreciated the professionalism Dennis showed. I searched the CT BMW dealers for the best price on a new X4 and pleasantly surprised at the offer provided by this dealership. Although a little out of the way, I decided to go meet with Dennis after a few email conversations on the product and pricing. A few hours later, I left the owner of a new X4. I felt no pressure to buy and felt that I received a fair deal for both the purchase and my trade in. I recently purchased a new 535 sedan. I used the online True car service to try to get the most competitive price. Tom Zukowski notified me immediately and was an absolute total professional through the entire process. What impressed me the most was his quiet, but expert demeanor and his total command of the product he was selling. There was no "hard sell" attitude on his part but a compete disclosure of the entire pricing and what BMW of Watertown could do. I bought my first BMW from Tom just a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier. I picked up a certified used 328i w/ 6 speed standard transmission, what a car! But this review is about Tom and the dealership... Tom as professional and friendly, he's really a great guy and after talking to him for a few minutes I was pretty sure of his top notch character. I'm an engineer so I had a ton of detailed technical questions and Luis was right there with all the answers. At the end of the day, this is only the 3rd time I've ever bought a car (I'm still a young guy), and I would go back to this dealership no matter what they sold. Great cars, great people, great service.

That was the easy part, the hard part was finding an x1 built the way I wanted it to be. After countless attempts in finding a car with all my requirements, he was able to find one and get me in it. Due to a very fast and complicated geographical move, I had a span of only 3 days to buy a car. When deciding to buy a new car, I worked with Ian on picking out what would best fit me. I came in to look at the X1, but he also showed me the 3 series to compare. After making my decision to buy the X1, Ian was great at helping me choose packages and colors. He was very patient, full of information about the car, and in general provided me with a great car buying experience. Once I received the car he patiently went through to explain to me everything in it. His service doesn't stop when you drive off the lot. He followed up afterwards to ensure I still liked the car and to see if I had any questions. Whenever I visit for service, Ian takes the time to come over and say hello. This type of service is above expectations, showing how much he, and BMW, values customers and their satisfaction.

I was expecting the build to take up to six weeks, however, it was ready in less than four. On Friday July 11, 2014 I went to a local car dealer to buy a car. The car I picked out was very nice. The only hitch was they didn't have the color I wanted, but the salesman assured me me could get it in by Monday. I asked him if it would be easier if I picked it up the following Saturday. He said great he would use the extra time to detail it ect. On Tuesday he called and said he couldn't get my color choice to pick a second, which I did. On Friday I began calling him to see if he had found the car and for 3 hours he ducked my calls. Finally I spoke with his manager who told me that the salesman had told him earlier that day that he couldn't get the car and didn't know why he was ducking my calls..Long story short I backed out of the sale. This led me to BMW of Watertown. I have never owned but have always wanted a BMW. There I met Thomas Zukowski Client advisor. From the start I laid my cards on the table with Thomas, telling him of the experience that had occurred earlier that week. His professionalism and attention to detail proved to be extraordinary. Right up to the time of delivery (in which he spent 45 minutes going over the many features the car has to offer) he delivered on his promises. He even stayed an hour past closing to meet my needs. I have bought over a dozen new cars in my life and have NEVER had such a pleasant buying experience before. The dealership landed a one-of-a-kind and much sought after porsche 911. When contacted they provided a wealth of information about the vehicle and did not press the sale. They were very transparent and fair in their dealings and attentive to my questions and schedule. They accommodated a short-notice test drive, and provided an extended period of time for back roads and highway, then another round with just my wife and I. The deal making was honest and unpressured. When we eventually decided to purchase the vehicle they were genuinely happy for us and facilitated the transactions smoothly and quickly. Our sales agent, Tom Zukowski was great. He really got to know us and our situation, and even shared some of his personal experiences that added value to our understanding of both the vehicle and deal. Overall a great experiences, and we love our NEW 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. FYI, I also have a BMW X3 that is serviced at BMW of Watertown. The transparent and fair dealings in sales is carried through to the service department.

I called to schedule a test drive and from the initial contact the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We met with Thomas Zukowski to test drive the car and upon meeting him we were put at ease with his vast knowledge of BMW and amazed at his ability to honestly compare the X5 with other competitors vehicles. We fell in love with the car during the test drive and were pleased with the ease of price negotiating and Thomas' help and informative sales style. After looking at many used BMW's at various dealerships across Connecticut, I stopped into BMW of Watertown to see what they might have in their inventory. I ran into Tom Zukowski in the parking lot. I told him that I was thinking of buying a used 3 series, but wasn't sure which model was right. Tom suggested that I drive a few of them back to back. We did so and quickly narrowed in on the car that was right for me, a 335i X-drive with the Sport Package.Tom was super friendly, supper helpful and very consultative. Tom knew his products like the back of his hand (a rare treat today). He explained the differences and helped me make a the right decision. There was never any pressure and once I had decided to buy, Tom made the rest of the process so easy for me. Financing, insurance, registration, he took ownership of everything. I usually don't enjoy buying cars. I can't stand the game play, pressure and nonsense. But this time.... This time was different. The sales associate, Perry Gentile, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Both Perry and Jeffrey Price were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. This is the second certified BMW I bought at this dealership and both times they have been very fair in negotiating the price. After the sale Perry was extremely helpful in helping me get the bluetooth, GPS and controls setup with my preferences. He's also followed up with me twice to ensure I'm satisfied with the purchase. If you're in the market for a new or used BMW this is the place to go. Although this is a smaller dealership with less inventory the customer service and attention to the customers can't be beat - true family atmosphere.

I just purchased a BMW 328i GT from Ian at BMW of Watertown. We went there to look at a 328 xDrive and saw the GT. We were very impressed with the car. I had spoken to Ian on the phone and he seemed nice and straight forward. We worked with him to find the car we wanted. His pricing was great without hassles. Ian searched all of the cars that were coming into the East coast. We found one that had what we wanted and didn't have what we didn't want. We were a little hesitant about the color, so we left it as maybe, with the possibility of ordering from Germany. We found some other pictures of the car in the color available and it looked great. We ordered the car on Monday. They worked to get us the car which had just arrived in the port. They had to swap with another dealer and then get the car us to Ct. They were in constant contact with us. We picked up the car on Saturday. Ian called before we got there to tell us how good the color looked and he was right. We had a great experience with Ian and the dealership. I asked him to keep an eye out for a 335 convertible I know a friend of mine wants. I am happy to send my friends to him for business.I would give them 6 stars if available.

The service I received when visiting BMW of Watertown on Wednesday February 12th was over and above. I had a concern about my drivers side rear tire. Rich and Nicholas spoke to me in the parking lot, took my car right in to check, while I waited only a short while in a comfortable environment. They checked all of my tires and assured me everything was safe. I am grateful for the attention and care I received.

I had a great buying experience at this dealership. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy and my test drive of the BMW X3 was actually fun! The hills and winding roads in the Watertown area really let you experience why folks enjoy driving BMWs. They managed to find the exact car I wanted (color and options) at a good price. My salesman Ian was very patient and helpful and General Manager Peter Keast worked with me on a price that I felt comfortable with. my 2002 bmw went in for service for no heat blowing i recieved a phone call 2hrs later explaining the problem an was parts needed to be order. at that time iwas asked if i needed a loaner car since i have access to a company car no loaner was necessary i was called 2 days later by rich stating the parts were in an they would be installed next day rich called an said the mechanic wanted to go a step further he found the air cowl leaking water soaking the micro filter an getting into the fan motor causing it to fail these parts needed to be replaced since they caused the problem in the first place more parts were ordered since it was the weekend rich went out of his way to locate me aloaner car since 1 wasnt available at first rich was able to keep the price right around the first quote an i was gratefull for that the experience opened my eyes to dealer repairs an the service you get my hats off to rich dangelo an the whole crew at bmw of watertown thank you john goodman

I wrote a review at the beginning of the year when I purchased my 2011 328 i x-drive M-sport. Sales person that I dealt with was awesome and I wish he was still there (Jerome). Anyways, time for the service department. I have never experienced anything like this in my life especially when I paid 34,000 dollars for a used car. Many little thing on the vehicle have been breaking, but that is part of nature sometimes. It all started when it was time for service. They told me it would be about a week.... No problem.. drop the car off, pick up the loaner, explain what was wrong with the vehicle, and come back in a few days to pick the vehicle back up... Seems to be a simple execution of what customer service should be especially when one purchases "the ultimate driving machine." Think again... Was supposed to drop the car off at 830 am on a Tuesday. I get a call Monday at 500 pm stating that they don't have any loaner vehicles. So my next question was okay, so what do you want me to do? The service department told me that they will call me when a car is available. My next question is the vehicle says I have 200 m/s before the oil is due? Did you want me to drop the car off at a different dealer so I don't go over the allotted mileage? I was told he doesn't know. Great service.... I work third shift, overtime, and am in school full time... I don't have time to guess or receive calls 15 hours before the vehicle is supposed to be serviced to cancel. Anyway, I receive a call 2 days later stating to drop the car off at anytime in the morning. Drop the car off at 730 am, was told that the service manager gets there at 8am.. I tend to like to be on time for an appointment, so I was there a little bit early. Service manager gets there at almost 830am.. awesome. Not a problem though because I had the afternoon to myself. One thing I didn't understand was that there were 4 loaner cars sitting out in front of the building. (You can see that they are loaners because of the USA symbol on the doors). I find that strange since there were no laThings wrong with the car: shade in back broken, shifter knob broken, seatbelt extender broken, right quarter panel light (clip holding it in broken), front breaks squeeking and grinding (39,100 miles on vehicle, so time to be done anyway), battery light keeps coming on that it needs charge and to unplug external devices, car stalled out several times during winter time, remote battery always low, slipping out of third gear, and finally my model had a recall that needed to be fixed. Service manager Craig was good to me... said he would do front brakes and to bring the car back in 2000 miles to do back brakes... No problem there. Said if the car hasn't stalled recently, it could have bad gas from a mom and pop store. Sometimes that happens. Perfect, I don't have to worry about stalling and I have a Shell right down the road, will only use them.I call on Monday. Service manager Craig is hurt and wont be in for awhile (my condolences). Was told front brakes are fine. Told that they don't know why the car is slipping out of third gear, they scanned it and test drove it (liars). Dropped the car off with 39,100 miles and a full tank of gas. Picked the car up with same miles on it and full tank of gas, that's weird. They said that the battery is showing nothing is wrong with it (I am making this up and pulled this out of thin air). They were back ordered on the parts: back shade and shifter, I still picked the car up because I am livid right now. Fixed light clip but still not flush with the quarter panel. I asked why they wouldn't replace brakes when they told me they would and they said nothing is wrong with them. Car has almost 40000 miles on it and brakes have never been replaced. Vehicle is driven mostly city miles. The car now says that the front brakes don't need to be replaced for another 43000 m/s. So, I am going to get 80000 miles on a pair of brakes. Unbelievable.... The worst part about it is when I drove the car out of the lot, the brakes where grinding while taking a right hand turn from a stopped position. Going up a hill on the way home shifted from third to four and it slipped into neutral again.... Great job BMW.... As soon as my car comes off of warranty, I can guarantee you that they will be more then happy to charge me to replace and fix everything.I will be trading the car in and getting something more reliable and with a service crew that doesn't lie and treat you like a piece of garbage. I will never do business with BMW of Watertown again, they have no idea how to plan or treat their customers like customers. Most of all they are absolute liars. I am not looking for something for nothing, but when you purchase a luxury car you would expect luxury service, well think again if you plan on purchasing something from BMW of Watertown. Absolutely terrible. Jerome please come back, this wouldn't have happened if he was still working there. Through the facts and circumstances presented above, this is why I am giving BMW this rating.

NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! I should've asked for the carfax. I trusted the person assisting me when he said the car I was purchasing was not in any accidents. now that I'm trying to trade in I cant get anywhere near what I owe because I it was in an accident months before I purchased. I was also told that all the lights were covered in the expensive maintainance agreement I purchased and now that I have a headlight out they say its not covered. Wont ever purchase from this place again nor will I recommend

Brought our "Baby," our 1997 Z-3, to BMW of Watertown for her first check-up/oil change since we moved to CT. We had made the service appointment with Nick. He was very professional on the phone. The service rep that checked us in is Rich D'Angelo. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, (and VERY PATIENT with the car's old and fussy owner,) Rich took the car quickly through the initial part of the service procedure to our complete satisfaction. He has a great skill with installing trust in him, and his agency.The car was given a complete going over and an oil change in less than an hour. We were able to wait while the service was performed. Then even though there was a light on and off rain, Rich said they wanted to wash the car for us. Being a very low mileage Z, we are really paranoid about the paint on the car, but he assured us they wash all the service customer's cars by hand, and are very careful. Our little Z came out looking better than ever, even in the (dreaded,) rain!Here is the best part, though. Sometime in the two years we've had the car, the front bumper had apparently been pushed in a very slight amount, maybe 1/2 inch. There are no marks in the paint, just a very small sort of misalignment. While Rich was out at the car writing up the initial service order, we pointed the damage out, and asked his advice as to possible repair. He said when his folks were done with the service, he'd send us to the body shop they use. So, off we went, just around the corner to Affordable Auto Body, the official shop that does body work for Watertown BMW. Rich had called them ahead to say we were coming, and even though their shop is only around the corner, a very friendly tech met us in the driveway, as we were pulling in. Calling us by name, he proceeded to assess the car's bumper area. Assuring us that it was a minor adjustment, he then offered to work on it, while we waited. (!)Within about fifteen minutes, he had the bumper aligned, and as good as new! And most amazing of all, was, NO CHARGE!! We've been restoring cars, collecting, buying, selling, and generally fooling with cars for about fifty years. In all of that time, only a handful of car dealer experiences would match that of the wonderful help and good feelings we have from knowing Rich at BMW of Watertown, and the kind folks at Affordable Auto Body! Many thanks for a wonderful car experience. We'll be back!!

The service department at BMW of Watertown has been phenomenal. They make owning and caring for a BMW easy. I have been taking my 3-series there ever since I purchased it (pre-owned) almost two years ago. I can honestly say that I will not take my BMW anywhere else. Rich D'Angelo and Nick Allen have provided the knowledge and expertise to service my vehicle in the most cost effective manner possible. Dan the technician has consistently been chosen to work on my vehicle due to his skill and attention to detail. Together they have always made my service experience extremely pleasant. I will continue to return to BMW of Watertown for all of my service needs.

My wife and I both drive 3's. We bought hers from the guys in Watertown several years ago. They helped us find the right car at the right price, and their customer service has always been exemplary. It has been a pleasure working with them.Recently, we were faced with some costly repairs. Diagnostics performed by a local mechanic determined that we needed a new wheel speed sensor... and then a new ABS/DSC control unit. Before going ahead with this work, I thought it would be a good idea to get a second opinion. I called Watertown and spoke with Nick Allen (Service Manager) who clearly has good experience and hands-on knowledge of these cars. After a brief conversation, Nick diagnosed the problem over the phone and suggested an alternate approach... which ended up saving us quite a bit of money. Now THAT is customer service! I had seen an ad on Autotrader for a 2010 Certified 528 IDrive BMW, and I decided to visit the dealer and see the car in person. After inspecting the car I went into the showroom and asked to see a sales associate. In about 2 minutes, Boris came over and introduced himself as one of the Client Advisors.After some prelininary discussions, we went on a 20-30 minute test drive, and Boris was extremely helpful in explaining all the technical aspects of the car, including the iDrive system, Navigation system, idrive Controller, etc., etc.Back in the sales office the serious discussions began, regarding the price of the car, and most importantly the dreaded trade-in value of my car, which did need new tires, brakes, and some cosmetic work. After going back and forth for a while, Peter Keast, the General Sales Manager joined the conversation, and more discussions, regarding trade in-values took place. Just to note the asking price of the BMW that I was interested in buying was never a real issue. I had checked all the similar cars within 100 miles on Autotrader and BMW of Watertown was the most competitive value for the money.Still not completely satisified, I left and did some more research on my trade-in using a few online buying sources, etc.,etc. About 2-3 hours later, I called Peter and told him I wanted to come back and purchase the car. Boris, Peter, and I had a brief disusion ( on the trade-in value of course), and after a few concessions on both sides, I purchased the car.I am giving BMW of Watertown a 100% rating, because of their great help, knowledge, consideration, and understanding of the car buying process. Jerome was and is by far the best and most honest sales person that I have ever dealt with. I went in looking to gather information on buying a vehicle and walked out with a year old 328 x-drive. He not only gave me a great price, but took care of me as if I was family. I was looking to buy my wife and myself two new cars from the Honda dealership across the street, but was treated so poorly that I wouldn't send my worst enemy to do business with them. Again, I would highly recommend seeing Jerome if you are looking to purchase: new, used or a lease of a BMW. And if you don't think you can afford one, think again. Jerome will take care of you and will hit what ever price points you need. I really can't speak enough about how great my experience was. If Jerome decides to go to another dealership, whether it by Isuzu, I will purchase from him again. He also gave me his personal cell phone and anytime I needed help or had questions he always answered and helped me. On Friday some troubling alerts went off in my 335 so I pulled over immediately and called service. Sheneta was able to get me scheduled for first thing Monday morning with a loan car. She also assured me the car was safe to drive over the week end. The work was completed same day and under the CPO warranty. When I dropped the car off it was clean and when I picked it up even cleaner. The entire experience was what I expect and appreciate. Easy and courteous.

Jerome is by far the best client advisor I have ever dealt with, and this is coming from someone who has purchased 5 cars in the past 9 years . He is extremely honest and upfront, and dedicated to get you a price that you are comfortable with. I trust Rich's opinion on the work that needed to be done on my car. He is trustworthy and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was told at another dealership that didn't put my car up on a lift, that my tires were only about 40% worn. When Rich had the tires checked out, one of the front tires, on the inner rim, was so worn that he said I would've had a blown out, very soon. I replaced all four tires and had a front end alignment. My car drives like a new car! Any other suggestions that Rich had were well taken - I replaced the battery too. I feel very safe driving my car for another 90,000 miles!

Rich has worked with the parts department and the skilled team of mechanics to install and retrofit several parts at my request. Rich shares a passion for automobiles and leverages his background and knowledge of motor vehicles to relate to and help his customers. Since I have started bringing my vehicle to BMW of Watertown I have moved away from the area and am now within closer vicinity to several other Connecticut BMW Service Centers. I have continued to return to BMW of Watertown because of the dedicated employees such as Rich. Rich is an asset to the dealership and a valuable member of the service department. I can honestly say that I will continue to bring my vehicle to BMW of Watertown for as long as Rich and the other helpful members of the service department are there.

The special financing incentive (first two payments paid by BMW) from Joseph DeMayo was rescinded by the dealership on the day I took ownership of the vehicle after confirming the deal with Mr.DeMayo two day earlier. Value of this incentive was $1,500. Repeated attempts to re-instate the incentive were ignored by Christopher Janazzo. BMW of North America also attempted to persuade Mr. Janazzo to reconsider without success. I will refer all of my service and future purchases to another BMW dealer. I will also inform everyone I know of my experience with BMW of Watertown. Seems like it would have been a small price to pay for the volume of potential lost business.

Ms. Daily was very helpful to me, and prompt, both on the phone and in person at the time of my visit. I had purchased a 5 year old BMW 320xi in a private sale. It was a one previous owner car and had been purchased and always serviced at this dealership. I took it to Watertown for its last warranty service. I was very pleased with the service, and particularly with the help I got from the Shop Foreman. He went to the parking lot with me and gave me at least 20 minutes of his time to review the iDrive system. That was very helpful because the owner's manual is so detailed. This dealership is one hour's drive from my house, and I have a trusted foreign automobile service garage about 1/4 mile from my house, which services BMW's. Now that the car is off warranty I will probably use my local mechanic but will certainly drive to Watertown if needed.

After a rather difficult situation dealing with an out of state BMW location, Watertown went above and beyond to help mitigate the situation. Not only did they save me countless hours of frustration but kept proper communication during my repair process, in doing so obtained important information that most certainly saved me hundreds of dollars in repair costs. On a lighter note, you always expect to be treated kindly when doing business with a company that specifically deals with a high end cliental, but its refreshing to feel as if its not just because they want your business.

I purchased my first BMW (535I)in August 2012. I drove this phenomenal car less than a week and returned to this great dealership to purchase an additional vehicle; this time an X5 for my husband. I now completely understand BMW's marketing of "The Ultimate Driving Machine". It is a pleasure to drive. Both my husband and I are completely hooked on this wonderful product and do believe we will be BMW owners for life. BMW of Watertown was by far a pleasure to deal with, from the moment we walked in. The experience from start to finish was flawless. They are all great people who know the true meaning of customer service.

I had ought two new BMWs there, and thought they would treat me nice. NO NO. They were good for many years until recently. They serviced my first BMW, which had issues of starting and vibrating. After spending about 2K and about 10 miles out of their parking lot, the car died on the way home!! The service managerS refused to send a tow truck to help bring the car back and checking what was wrong! The altitute was so bad!! Unfortunately for me, the Watertwon dearlership was near my work and convenient. I decided to forgive them and brought back my new BMW back to fix the seat leather, which has changed color, though it is still under warranty. The service guy would not fix for me and gave me a lot of BS. I decided to never go back to this dearlership and went to Bridgeport, where they replaced the seat leather and fix a tire for me. FYI, I had fixed another of the front tire at Watertwon previously, which was about $120 more than the price I paid at Watertown. My recommendation, do NOT go to BMW Watertwon.

I just bought my car at BMW of Watertown about 3 weeks ago. First of all the sales person was not helpful at all and made all these promises to get me to buy the car but when I went to pick them up didn't follow through on any of them. Couldn't even give me an owners manual. Then they called me a few days later and said I had to bring the car back for emissions which should be about a half hour and ended up taking three and a half hours. A few days later the starter goes bad and it's in the shop for two days. Now about two weeks later it has three more issues and I called to schedule an appointment for service and spoke to the service manager Pete and he was VERY rude and told me it wasn't his problem and that it wasn't his job to get me a loaner vehicle while the car is being serviced and called me a snot and said he didn't wanna help me.

BMW of Watertown exceeded my expectation! It all started with my client advisor, Chris Hughes. From my initial email contact a couple of weeks ago when I was in the process of relocating from SFO to CT. We got the deal done by email and phone. The day I arrived at the dealership, he was very professional and made it seamless to work with. Then I met with the finance director, Stephen, he was very helpful and even took time to help me understand the CT lay-out (knowing that I am coming from the West coast). Christ then closed out my visit by walking me through the car and what I needed to know to start the fun driving. Outstanding work.Great job team Watertown! I bought my first Pre-Certified 2008 BMW 5 series at the BMW of Watertown, and all I have to say is that it has truly been the best experience for me in comparison to all the other dealership that I have ever dealt with in the past. The sales department has surpassed all of my expectations. They were extremely patient, informative, responsive and thorough with all of my questions. Additionally, I would also like to commend the Janazzo Family for their high level of professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness. It is my experience that when buying a commodity product, especially a luxury vehicle, the single greatest differentiator in making a determination where to do business is the people you are working with. My wife and I have been very happy with both the sales and service departments at BMW of Watertown. From the very beginning in 2004 when my wife wanted a 330ci convertible, the sales people accomodated her every request and somehow procured the exterior and interior colors she had requested as well as the 6-speed manual transmission, which at the time, we had not been able to find through any other dealer within a 50 mile radius. All the other dealers could come up with was an automatic transmission, and a model 325, not a 330, which has just the right amount of critical oomph when you need it. After that the scheduled service was free for the first few visits. We did not have to spend any money on repairs until June 2011, but duh, by now it was 7 years old and it was time to fix the brakes and a few other things. I came in today for my yearly oil change and checkup and including the just under $100 I paid for that, our total repair expenditure on this vehicle in 8 years, not including tires, has been just under $1500. What other kind of car do you know that has required less than $200 of repairs per year for 8 years and still runs like clockwork? If you have need of an emergency fix, BMW of Watertown is very accomodating. My wife slid off the driveway into a bush one weekend two winters ago when we had all that snow and one side of the rear bumper came loose. Being a "real man" I duct taped it until I could call BMW on Monday. They said, come on in. I did and they fixed it for free in about 10 minutes and I was back on the road minus the duct tape. Sweet! So a big round of applause to our Deutche Freunden at BMW and all the friendly and efficient people at BMW of Watertown.

I just purchased a BMW X6M from BMW of Watertown. Pete in Service is great and so was Kim the salesperson. They fired Kim two days after I bought my car. It was the third car I bought from Kim (x5, m6 &X6m) and plan to buy from Kim again where ever he ends up working. However, Steve Lucas is the worst person I've ever had to deal with when buying a car.He cares only about what will make him money, lies to try to get you to spend more money on extended warrenties and protection plans but could care less about the customer. Lies Lies Lies! I will never purchase a BMW from BMW of Watertown again. I'm was waiting for a refund check for $1500.00 that was promised by Steve and now 2 months later when I called to ask where it was he says oops I messed up your not entitled to it.Someone should say oops you don't deserve a pay check if you can't do your job correctly.I have bought 13 BMW's in 8 years and the last 3 in 2010-2011 from BMW of Watertown. I will be going back to Bridgeport for my next one

I have to drive 50 miles to work and needed an unscheduled service. The dealership arranged everything and gave me a 2012 BMW loaner - great drive.I forgot my garage door opener and umbrella in the loaner. I called the dealership, they had them and said I could get them.Rush hour traffic was terrible, the weather horrible, and I arrived after the dealership had closed. BUT Peter was there, in his car, waiting. I thanked him and all he said was "I knew that you'd come, so I waited".Thank you BMW of Watertown. YOU ROCK.

My sunroof blew out while driving on I84. Insurance covered the damages, in spite of arguing about wanting the work done at the dealer. David worked hard with my insurance company in order for the claim to go through. While the overall experience was tense because of the hassle from my insurance carrier; David, the service department, and the dealership as a whole were great. My roof was replaced earlier than expected, and the car was cleaned inside and out (the interior was covered in glass). I fully expected to find small pieces of glass under the seats and such, but the service department did an immaculate job cleaning up and I haven't found a shard anywhere. I would definitetly recommend this shop for service work. A+ !

I had been to two other BMW dealerships in CT and finally a dealership that treats you "equal" to everyone else that is in the building. I was just in for an oil change for this visit. The customer service is always a very pleasant experiance as well as the work that has been done to my BMW. Will always recommend and will return for future business.

I just complete the purchase of a 2011 335is from BMW of Watertown. It's a great dealership, service is outstanding, sales team is responsive and easy to deal with, and a hands on general manager that will make sure you're satisfied. I purchased my first BMW from here in 1998, next in 2004 and will not shop anywhere else for a BMW! I learned the hard way, all BMW dealers are not the same. Also, the service team provides outstanding customer service!You won't regret stopping by.

DO NOT GO TO BMW OF WATERTOWN!!! They are the absolute worst people to deal with. We bought a new car from them and that was fine. The service department, however, is a complete joke. We've had too many problems with them to list. Some problems are basic like them not returning phone calls, not following up on what they say they are going to do, etc. Some problems are major like giving a quote and not honoring it or telling us our car will be ready at a certain time and then saying it is going to be the next day because the service guy left. This has happened multiple times! We have found them to be DISHONEST is every way and I'd strongly encourage people to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We've used BMW in Danbury (excellent) and BMW in Hartford (Good). Use either of them but DO NOT GO TO BMW IN WATERTOWN or you'll be soory you did.

Jerome Ballesteros provided EXCELLENT service. This is my 3rd BMW and he was very knowledgeable and anything he didn't know he checked on and called right back. He was very persisitent and made everything very quick and easy and affordable. Delivered a great car and provided friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend BMW Watertown as this is my 3rd BMW from them and i have always been satisfied with the service and staff.

I hated my experience and I will not be going back there. 90% of the employees were very rude. They did not try to help me with the vehicle I was interested in.

I have 2 BMW's. A 2004 545I, and a 528XI. Both have been to this dealer for regular maintenance. The 545 I had a technical issue. Both Dave and Rich were extremely helpful in keeping updated with what was going on. The repair took a full day yet the charges were even less than I had been quoted. The 545 is now perfect. I recommend this dealership as they are much more helpful and sincere than others I have been to.

I would not recommend this dealership for sales/lease. The first time I leased my car the salesperson left the dealership 1/2 way through the deal, but I did end up with the car I ordered at the agreed price. This time around, my car was never ordered, I was never informed that it was NOT ordered, and they are not honoring the original agreement. General poor communication. Sales people do not call back in a timely manner. Great cars, but awful dealership in terms of customer service. Will not be getting my next BMW here!

Walked in cold to BMW Watertown. Strangely all people were on the phone. After waiting Ray showed us a 2008 135i leftover which I bought. Promised rusted brakes would be painted- did not happen, given $200 floor mats that retail $67, 2 months to get registration - a lot of being put on hold, and different stories depending on who you talked to. I actually did an autocheck to find that my car had been registered. I had to get a duplicate myself- 3 hours at DMV, as original was lost. Took weeks to get refund on registration.. owner on vacation, out sick etc etc. Unreturned phone calls and stories is what you get here.I have since established an excellent relationship at BMW of Newport RI, and infact never have had a problem with any dealership before Watertown.What really make me madest is that the GM at BMW of Watertown does not give a damn. When I told him about the overcharge on the mats he actually told me he had more important things to worry about than mats. Must be a very important man, but a good captain he is not.

Took my X3 in because the car had died and suspected I needed a new battery. I'd heard great things about their service dept so was probably too trusting. A real sticker shock when I was told (after the fact) that the battery was over $300 and the labor for changing it was 2 and a half hours! Replacing a battery should have been 30 minutes, tops, and shame on them for charging double for what I would have paid for a compatible battery at a non-dealership. To add insult to injury, I tried to call several times during the day to check on status and find out what was wrong, but I was constantly put on hold and left there for 5+ minutes each time and no one ever answering. When I stopped the guy who answered the phone the 3rd time and asked if he could please take a message for Service, he was rude and acted like he was doing me a huge favor. I won't be taking my car there again.

My entire experience was the best I have had with a car dealership.I had been in a vehicle rollover, had to get another vehicle within 5 days, and could not deal with any hassle. Well, I went to the right place.I got a certified pre-owned X3 si at a fabulous price, having done my homework: no sales pressure (which I do not like). They were all super pleasant, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, facilitated everything so all I had to do really was tell my insurance company and pay.They do not rush you. They have time for all your questions,no matter how idiotic (some of mine were definitely DUH). They respond to your calls. I forgot some keys - my salesman (Scott) dropped them at my home before I realized that I'd left them there...You feel that they value you as a person and customer (now that's a shocker nowadays, isn't it....)People who I dealt with:1. Level of professionalism is outstanding. Representatives are knowledgeable and friendly as well as professional. They delivered on every promise. This is the third BMW dealer I have dealt with in 5 years. I won't be searching any further from this point forward. I'm completely sold on BMW of Watertown.

I had bought two vehicles from BMW of North Haven and wanted a change for the next one. I have found the team at Watertown very friendly, honest and they do good work. They even pick up my car for service- 30 minutes away. I once complained that my wife's 2001 5 series had required two rounds of $1000 repairs over a 6 month period and I told the service manager that I was seriously thinking of dumping the car for a Japanese one. When I picked up the car there was a 20% discount- to $800- He said. " I could feel your pain." I thought that was great!
