Best experience I've ever had on a car lot. My daughter bought her first car here with Scott Prince. She wasn't buying a Porsche or a BMW, and she was still given A+ treatment. I will probably be a Porsche owner the rest of my life because of the great service they give. I recently had my car in the shop because I heard a rattling noise. They picked it up in Gainesville free of charge. I told him that I thought it could be the brake pads since when I would break it would make noise. But they checked my brake pads and he said I did not need to once. They ended up finding rocks in my tires. Now I do not have that crazy rattling sound. They drove my car back and they did not charge me. Class act if I might say so.

I remain impressed with the high level of service I receive from Ryan and Aaron in the service department at Porsche of Ocala. Very few car dealerships truly understand the importance of taking care of their customers like these guy’s. Specifically working with my schedule to get my Porsche 911 serviced. You can expect professional concierge treatment even if you live outside of Ocala. It’s evident that they work on building long term relationships with each of their customers. There is always someone friendly that greets me by name when I take my vehicle in. It’s worth noting that they are transparent and honest with their pricing and push to get everything covered under warranty unlike some of the other dealerships. With service like this, it’s no secret why Porsche has some of the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings in the industry. When you buy a Porsche you aren’t just getting an amazing vehicle but a lifetime of quality service to go with it. It’s comforting to know that I always have a service team on my side that is willing to help at anytime!
