This was The Ultimate Car Buying experience. I was just “window shopping” online and saw a 2021 X3 that was just perfect. A few clicks later and Joy Laydbak reached out via email at my request. Joy is absolutely incredible! A few emails back and forth a quick phone call and I was off to the dealership. Once there she was busy with another client but she came right over and handed me over to Blake Downing who was FANTASTIC! He got my trade in appraised and got me a great offer. Price of the new X3 was also a breeze. I’ve purchased a few cars and this was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had. Oh I forgot to mention the X3 was still in transit to the dealership! So this was all done without even seeing the car in person. We agreed on all terms, I left my deposit and went home. 4 days later I picked up my beautiful new X3 and I could not be happier. I worked with Joy Laydbak. Although our test drive appointment fell out of her schedule, she was still more than willing to accommodate us into her busy schedule. She had the car quickly ready for a test drive. Very clear and effective communication about car availability and prices. Great experience, overall!

It started with an email regarding an x5 on their website. Within an hour Benson Yim had called and answered our questions as well as sending a personalized video of the car. We drove from Portland to Seattle the next morning and picked up our new car. Benson was awesome and made the process easy. He got us a good trade in value as well as a good price for the x5. Easy!
