I bought a 2017 SUV outback, and If I have anyone that would like to purchase an automobile, he would be the person I would Recommend! We finally purchased our first Subaru. The experience was one of the best we have had since we started buying cars. It was remarkable that this dealership, specifically Dan Roberts, never gave up on us. We test drove various Subaru cars over 10 years but would invariably purchase a different manufacturer's product. Dan left an indelible impression on us. We always left Boardman Subaru impressed by how we were treated. So, how was our first purchase experience? The paperwork process was extremely efficient. Dan had our car cleaned and fueled, Then, he stayed after closing hours to make certain we understood everything about the car before we drove off the lot. Had we been previous Subaru owners, we could have completed the entire process, including the test drive, in a half hour of less.

I traded my 2005 Subaru Outback (249,000 miles) on a new Cross Trek. I knew that I wanted a Subaru-each one that I have owned (4) has been outstanding and reliable. The experience of buying this car was very pleasant, honest and enjoyable. I am please with my new car and will make the trip to this dealer for all of my transportation needs. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you!

Have dealt with Kevin several months ago. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I called when I found a car I wanted and Kevin and I reached a fair deal in a short time. He was also available a few days later to give us an orientation to the vehicle. Good experience. Would recommend dealership and the salesperson, Kevin Guthrie.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Dan Bond and Don the GM at Boardman Subaru. I recently bought a used car from them via an internet/phone sale from autotrader and it was a fantastic experience. These guys were very personable, professional, reasonable, and not pushy at all. Exactly what I would want from a modern car dealership staff. The nearly 2 hour drive for a used car was well worth it for this experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family, and in fact I will likely go back when I'm ready to buy a new Subaru.Kudos guys!

I have bought 5 cars at this dealership and was treated fantastic every time. The customer service is fantastic, the Subaru product is great. It was easy to deal with these guys. I get all my service done at by their great service department. They are now like family. I tell everyone, before you buy anything, go see these guys!!

Purchased a used van and wrote the check on June 5th. The check cleared my bank on June 6th. The dealership refused to process the title for the vehicle for 2 weeks. This vehicle is to be a gift for a young couple who need the van to take a very ill newborn to hospital visits (the child has cyctic fibrosis). Despite the fact that they have my money, they refuse to give me the title.

Some bumps in the road and difficulties in dealing with them, but overall a pleasant experience. The service and sales staff are both friendly and engaging and genuinely love the brand that they sell.

Terrible experience with this dealer. My friend and I (both females) went to shop for a used car from this dealership. The car was not clean, nor did the service department clean it up when I bought it. The car had a history of a wreck, yet the salesman failed to mention this to me. Also, I was owed a refund check as they estimated my pay off amount. The sales rep called me the next day and said we were square and that my payoff amount was corrected. A month later I found out he was wrong and the dealership owed me a refund check. I called and spoke with the account manager who stated they weren't holding my money, but that it took longer because my car payments were automatically debited from my account (which they weren't). I distrust this dealership and would not recommend to anyone else. Shady place just trying to make a quick buck. I never received a follow up call from the dealership asking how I liked my recent purchase. It's clear this dealership cares nothing about its' customers.

worst dealership i have ever tried to do business with. I want to Boardman Subaru three times trying to buy a WRX. First time they did not take me seriously because I was a 19 year old kid, second time I was 21 and they did nothing but try to shove a brand new STI down my throat. Third time i tried was over the phone when the salesman Dave Richards ended up hanging up on me after being extremely rude throughout the entire conversation with comments like "do you even know what you just asked me?".I now own a 2014 WRX which i purchased from a different Subaru dealer. Boardman Subaru will NEVER see a dime of my money, ever. Have never had a worse dealership experience in my life
