This is my third time buying or leasing a Subaru from Boardman Subaru. The staff always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. At this visit the building was undergoing construction but they did their best to have areas to talk with salespeople privately and the staff was friendly and helpful. My salesman, Dan was personable and knowledgeable. It was a very busy night but he insisted on making sure he took the time to go over the features of my new Forester and wanted to make sure I left without unanswered questions. Another great experience here!

I was in need of 2 new cars. I was trading in 2 Subarus which were at least 10 years old. Salesman Joe Bada was referred to me by a friend. We leased 2 new Crosstreks over the phone. Easy and simple, not much haggling. We left satisfied and happy with the experience. These cars will be #5 and #6 Subarus for me and my wife. Joe was very versed in the functions of all the options. Overall I would definitely deal with Joe and Boardman Subaru again.

This is my second Subaru Forester , and totally love it . Dan Roberts is always very helpful and knowledge of the brand is great . Everyone is nice as well . I tell everyone I know to go there and talk to Dan Roberts if they need a very good automobile and great service.

Recently purchased my first Subaru here! Very happy with my certified pre-owned 2013 Forester! Everyone at this dealership was so genuinely nice and helpful. Pete was our salesman, Pat took the time to explain everything financing related and warranty related to me and also took us on a tour through their facility as its getting amazing remodeling! It is very clear that everyone here believes in their brand and what they sell. Would highly recommend a Subaru and this dealership to anyone! :)

I was looking for a used vehicle. I sent an inquiry to the Boardman Subaru Dealership through cars.com about one of their vehicles; then I forgot completely about it because my husband and I had been looking at several cars at different dealerships. Doug Shirley from Boardman Subaru called me on my cell to notify me that they marked down the price on the vehicle. He even sent me pictures of the vehicle to refresh my memory. We came to look at it. Kevin Guthrie took us on a test drive. Kevin was vey courteous and patient with the many questions we had. Subaru Boardman was willing to make a few repairs to give us some peace of mind. We could not pass this deal. The whole purchase experience was great. I was very pleased purchasing my second subaru outback from Boardman Subaru. Kevis Sakora was very professional and extremely helpful. HE even volunteered to come to my house to program the garage door opener if needed. They gave me a good price on my trade and a fair price on the 2017 outback. I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a car.

Found a car online there, emailed Dave Kuszaj checking on availability, and he was awesome through the whole process. Even came in on while he was on vacation to make sure I was taken care of. Very happy with the entire process from start to finish, and love my new car!

I had a great experience buying a used car from Boardman Subaru. The guys here are trustworthy and upfront about their vehicles which is what I really liked. The whole buying process right from the test drive to the documentation part and getting the vehicle ready to go on the road was very smooth and transparent. I had a great experience with this deal. I saw a used car online and called to see if we could negotiate a deal before I made the 3 hour trip to see the vehicle. They came back with a good price and I made the trip. Everything was ready and waiting when I got there. We took a test drive and the car was as advertised. We were there about an hour and drove it home. They were super easy to deal with and it was a no pressure atmosphere. Our salesman, Pete, was great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and I wish they were closer to home. Thanks.

I reluctantly traded my 2005 Subaru Outback (249,000 miles) on a 2016 Cross trek. I did not want to part with my Outback.........two weeks with my new Cross trek and I am loving it! This was the very first time that o have purchased a car on a loan. Don was great. I highly recommend him. He was very honest and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. The cleaned my new car and filled the tank for me. He even started it before I signed the paperwork so I wouldn't have to wait for it to heat up. I was able to walk out the same day with my car. Quick and painless. Financing was amazing too. They were very clear about everything. This is a great team that really cares about getting you in the right car for you.

Purchased a 2012 Outback, no issues with Purchase. Returned and purchased a new 2013 Legacy, again no purchase issues. When 2013 Legacy transmission failed, were told out of warranty (just over the 60,000 miles) could do nothing to help us. Really, purchase quality build cars and Dealership would not even look to determine if this was a manufacturing error. Salesman (Kevin) offered no help, so traded Legacy in on a Jeep at another Dealership. Took 2012 Outback to Dealership for 1st. Oil Change, left and Oil Light came on. Checked Oil and was 1-1/2 Quarts Low. Still loving the Subaru Brand, went to trade in 2012 Outback for a new 2016 Outback, would not offer current market value ($500 difference) for trade in from the Dealership the original car was purchased from. So called next day and requested additional information on the Specs of the 2016 Outback was wanting to Purchase. Never received a return phone call. I guess they are selling so many cars they do not need to keep loyal customers. Traded the 2012 Outback on a New 2015 Suburban, just this past weekend. Back to Chevy (currently have 2015 Silverado and new 2015 Suburban) and so far a Dealership that wants to retain Loyal Customers. I still believe Subaru is a quality vehicle, but will NEVER visit this Dealership again!

Great people working at this dealership. I have bought 5 cars there and counting. They have a great service department and I get all my service done there as well. I will not go anywhere else for an automobile! The product speaks for itself, but having such a great experience at a dealership is even better. Go see these guys!

This place is not like your typical car dealership. Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly/down to earth people, and great management. Everytime I come in everyone remembers me and seems like they remember everyone else too. Sales and service staff always does everything they can to take care of any issues quickly and easily. I've been to plenty of other dealerships in the area and a few other Subaru dealerships and nothing compares

I have been a customer of Bordman Subaru & Imports since they opened their doors. They acquired the Subaru brand from another dealer and I happily had my 2002 Baja (169,000 miles) and 2008 Tribeca (186,000 miles) serviced and bought from them and have never had a bad experience. I recently ordered a 2015 Outback 2.51 Limited with Eyesight and Dan Bond has been great to work with as he has given me a fair trade for my Tribeca, as well as worked things out to match another dealers quote and beat it (not to mention me being the impatient type, has kept me updated on my order via txt messages) The staff here is passionate about Subaru and if you see a slick looking Forester, or WRX sitting by the bays, it is more than likely one of theirs! I have a few friends who have changed to Subaru vehicles and have bought from Boardman with no issues. I reccomend paying them a visit, and as they are the only local Subaru dealer can be a little busy at times, but will be happy to assist you in sales and service as soon as they can!

Purchased a used van to give as a gift to a young couple with a very ill newborn (cystic fibrosis) Wrote a check for the purchase price on the 5th. Check cleared my bank on the 6th. The dealership refused to process the title for 2 weeks. This couple needed the vehicle to take a baby to hospital appointments and we could not take it to Wisconsin to give them because the dealership refused to process the title work after the check cleared. This is a HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP.

They knew we were purchasing a used vehicle for children/grandchildren who were virtually without a car and that we needed to get the vehicle to Wisconsin ASAP. They did not tell us that they would hold the title for 2 weeks because we wrote a personal check. Our check cleared our bank the next day. VERY INCONSIDERATE DEALERSHIP. We could have easily paid with cash or bank check to accelerate the process. NEVER again.

Terrible experience with this dealer. My friend and I (both females) went to shop for a used car from this dealership. The car was not clean, nor did the service department clean it up when I bought it. The car had a history of a wreck, yet the salesman failed to mention this to me. Also, I was owed a refund check as they estimated my pay off amount. The sales rep called me the next day and said we were square and that my payoff amount was corrected. A month later I found out he was wrong and the dealership owed me a refund check. I called and spoke with the account manager who stated they weren't holding my money, but that it took longer because my car payments were automatically debited from my account (which they weren't). I distrust this dealership and would not recommend to anyone else. Shady place just trying to make a quick buck. I never received a follow up call from the dealership asking how I liked my recent purchase. It's clear this dealership cares nothing about its' customers.

The first time I came into the store I wasn't greeted by anyone, I walked around looking for help and found none. They had a vehicle that I wanted to buy and I ended up getting help the next day when I came back! Everyone seemed nice, but it seemed to take forever for the salesman to come back to tell me if my offer was accepted. The whole experience was okay, but it could have been better!
