After shopping at many dealership, I bought my new Corvette Stingray Z51 from Boardwalk Chevrolet. They have a huge inventory and I found the exact model, color and equipment that I was looking for. I was hesitant in choosing this car with a manual transmission, but the sales person Edward took me on a test drive and made me comfortable to thoroughly test drive the car. He was professional, knowledgeable and good to work with that made me felt comfortable to finalize my decision and purchase. As Chevrolet try to attract younger buyers to the corvette, Edward is the type of sales person that serves that purpose well. I view a big purchase like this as a partnership and I hope Edward and the dealership will take good care of me when maintenance needs arise.

This is the first time I bring the car in for an oil change. I have always changed my own oil even if it is free. Was there mainly for the air bag recall and Android auto update. The car was finish ahead of time and I can't tell the tech even touch the car. Which is a first since I always go over my car with fine tooth comb. Jason the service writer was the best. He kept me up to date when I was just hanging around the dealer.

Got an oil change using a coupon emailed from the dealership. Dropped off my car a day ahead due to being unable to come in at my scheduled time. Got a call the next day that my car was about to be serviced and work was done not much longer afterwards. Rep was very nice and not pushy. Pickup was easy, cashier was quick and friendly.

We have waited over two years to purchase a new five passenger Volt with adaptive cruise. We tried to order it from another dealership, but after four weeks, GM hadn't picked up the order, so our grandson found our Volt at Boardwalk Chevrolet from their Internet listing. I called Josh the salesman Friday and he had the car ready and waiting with our name in the windshield Saturday morning. This car was built less than 30 days before, and is one of the very first to have been built with adaptive cruise. I was hesitant to drive over a 200 mile round trip, and trust that my wife would not be disappointed once we arrived at the dealership. We had test drove a Volt at another dealership and were told it had the adaptive cruise, but were disappointed after driving it, that was not true. I had actually called a large dealership in Los Angeles about an Internet listing, but they never followed through with a call back to check their inventory. To finish, Boardwalk Chevrolet did a great job and we were not disappointed, and are extremely happy with our new Volt.

I worked with several salespeople who were all outstanding in talking through my questions, pointing me to features, yet had a laid-back, non-pushy approach. It was easy to pinpoint the model and configuration that was best for me.The finance manager (Ali) was terrific to work with....very open and honest in discussing plusses and minuses of various options pertaining to my lease. While I'm a financial professional, I often find these situations to be intentionally opaque. Ali and some of his colleagues talked me through every single question and I was able to completely understand every single charge and option prior to signing on the dotted line.

Joe and Jason (I think his name was Jason) were great. Once the technician got there, they were able to reset the sensor and allow me to pass my smog test in less than half a day. That was a big deal because two other independent service companies had not been able to help me. My only suggestion is to make sure the tech is there when I drop off my car. I had to wait a day for the tech to arrive and work on the car. But overall, great experience. People are patience as well.

I gave a 5 star rating based on the excellent customer service. My only issue was my wait time. My appointment was at 9:30am. I was told my wait time would be 45 minutes. My car wasn't ready until 1130am. I don't have a problem with waiting but if I knew it was going to go beyond a 45 minute wait time I would have just left and requested a phone call to return to pick up my car. This was the first time where I had a two hour wait time for an oil change. I'm hoping this does not happen in the future. This was the only hiccup I've experienced so besides that the service at Chevy Boardwalk is excellent!

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Camaro and am very happy with my decision. It's fun, save, sounds incredible and the quality is an A+. I think at this point after buying my second vehicle from Boardwalk, I'm going to be a customer for life. They work with you to give you the best deal possible. They don't scam you, they don't play you and they're not a "Stealership" as some people on Car Club Forums throw out about their bad experiences.Boardwalk is a very honest, trustworthy dealership and this is why my Father and myself will continue to do business! I've even established a relationship with the employees! They're very cool to chat with on a personal level! For those of you who love electric/eco friendly vehicles, they have a fantastic line-up! They have plenty of torque-monsters to choose from like the Spark or the soon to be released Bolt. I mean these things have more torque then my 2016 SS Camaro and trust me, you'll feel the G's! :)I plan on possibly converting to a 2nd Generation Bolt within 3 years if they exceed 500 pounds of torque. But with him as an employee, I believe he will do his best to cover up and provide true customer service to me while hiding the flaws of the rest of your staff. Went to look at a lightly used car, but was really put off by this dealership. The car had been for sale on their lot for 30 days, but they never bothered to clean it! No joke, the backseats had old sticky soda spilled all over them. The front center console had what appeared to be fast food grease all over the buttons and knobs. There were food crumbs everywhere, this car was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The sales person was not concerned about this. The asking price was quite high compared to other dealerships in the area and they stated they wouldn't budge.In the end, I felt this dealer wasted my time and I felt slightly offended by that. Honestly, who puts a used car on the lot and shows it to a customer without ever cleaning it?

We purchased a used Kia Sedona from Boardwalk VW. The staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on our new van to boot. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I would certainly go back for my next purchase.

I had the best buying experience working with Melina and Ali at Nissan. I love my 12 GTR and they made me feel very comfortable. They had the exactly what I asked for. Would buy from them again, no question. Oh and the pricing was very fair....

Interesting experience. I worked with three dealers in my immediate area, with no success in getting the car and price I wanted. E-mailed Boardwalk VW, which is about 100 miles away. They were very responsive, good communication, had a deal worked out fairly quickly. Excellent! But when we drove down to seal the deal, the car was not exactly what we had discussed (and confirmed in detail by e-mail) - the right model, color, and options, but it was a 2011, not a 2012. I can't be sure whether they knew it ahead of time or not, but they took a big enough chunk off the price that I was - and am - very happy. Another plus - the finance department treated us with respect (not all of them do) and got the paperwork done quickly.
