What an amazing experience. I'd had my car for a number of years and even though the mileage was low, I felt like a change. I'd been looking at new cars online and I fell in love with the Honda Fit.I went over to Bob Brady and talked to Brandon. I explained what I was looking for and we talked about my trade a little before taking the Honda out for a test drive.What AMAZING Customer Service! Brandon and the Bob Brady team told me to take the car for an hour or so and drive it around town to do a few errands that I had to run so that I could be 100% sure that it was the vehicle I wanted. Who does that?!? Brandon at Bob Brady! That's who!I've never worked with a sales team or a dealership before who is so completely committed to making sure that when we make a deal, the deal is for the *exact* vehicle that meets the customer's *precise* needs.Needless to say by the time I got back from my quick run to the bank and to Walgreens I was completely in love with the Honda. They did an appraisal of my trade and came through with an amazing price which meant I was able to drive away with my new car with zero money down.The back-room finance wizards didn't take long to work the numbers and a few signatures later I have the keys to my new car, with new plates and all of my stuff nicely bagged ready to transfer to the new vehicle.Brandon even took my Chicago Cubs license plate surround off my Ford for me and installed it on my Honda!It was a pleasure to work with Brandon and the team at Bob Brady. My husband and I have both bought a new car from there in the last 2 months and when these shiny beasts start to get long in the tooth, I know precisely where we'll be going to replace them.Thanks to Brandon for going the extra mile to make sure that I make the right decision for *me* with my new vehicle purchase. This is my second purchase from the Bob Brady Auto Mall in the past year. I bought a new Hyundai for my daughter last fall and I just bought a used car for myself. In both cases, EVERY aspect of the buying process was top-notch. From the moment I first took the car for a test drive until I drove it off the lot with my plates on it, there was never a single second where I felt like I was getting the run-around or there was some kind of "funny business" going on. I've had that experience elsewhere...and it's never a good feeling! When I was in to sign final papers I had to wait on Rey (who did the final signoff on everything). While I was waiting, they brought me a Panini from the in-house coffee shop!! Awesome!! I'd had the used car for overnight and figured it was pretty much "mine" since we were working out the final details. While I was waiting, they said "hey, give us the keys and we can clean that up for you." It was already pretty clean! And I'd been driving it! They took it back, washed it, vacuumed it out, transferred the plates...it looked awesome when I walked out after signing the final papers. I feel like I got a great deal, too! The price on the used car was awesome, and I have very good credit, so I told them I was going to shop around at Quicken Loans and Lending Tree to see what kind of a deal I could find on financing. They were fine with that and said they would check some lenders for me, too. When I got in to sign the final papers, the credit deal they'd found for me was a full point lower than anything I'd been able to find AND it was a longer term!!I can't recommend the gang at the Bob Brady Auto Mall highly enough. Whether you're buying new or used, this is the place to go!!

I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on this particular day, I was in a hurry because I was driving from Illinois to Mississippi to take My daughter back to college. I was going to hear what they had to say. Two hours later I was driving off the lot in a GMC Terrain that not only roomy enough for 4 adults and a car seat for my grand baby. I've only had my Chevy equinox since July 21,2016...I've had to bring it in for service repeatedly, now they claim that the repairs are not covered by warranty , so me and my wife has to shell out over $300..makes no sense , when they've had the car for service repairs almost the same days as we've had time to drive the car...the check engine light had been on since the day after we purchased the car...so who's at fault for the repairs. ???? Horrible morals and standards for a reputable dealership.

My daily commute is 90 miles so I wanted to get out of my SUV into something more economical. My wife and I stopped by Bob Brady on a Monday afternoon to talk with Brandon Lynch and a few short hours later we are driving away in a new Chrysler 200 with 15mpg better highway economy than my old vehicle.Brandon is a super star. He listened to our needs and asked questions to better understand the type of vehicle that would suit us. We took his suggested car for a test drive and he absolutely hit the bullseye on the first throw. The car is perfect. It's roomy, comfortable, economical and has just the right balance of technology to suit my needs (for example, Bluetooth is a must have for me but I have no interest in navigation or sat radio). My experience was more than I expected. I came in expecting to be there all day like I was 5 years ago just to be told there is nothing they can do. This did not happen this time. I went in and Chantell Hilton did a brief application (she helped us before), told her I wanted a 4 cylinder for the highway traveling.We waited for 15 min or so, had a free soda and I noticed they had a bouncy house going for kids. She came back with a quick approval and told me I could get a brand new car with no money down. I said "what"!! because my credit is not very good. But they have lenders who are willing to take a chance on people like me!!!! Very quick process, test drove the car, they detailed it and put a full tank of gas in it and I did the paperwork. I got there around 1030,11 ish out by 2 ?. I will definitely be back if they continue to move that quick. Thanks Chantell for getting me exactly what I wanted and more.

I worked with Shelly from Financial department and LaToya Goin to help with the car buying process. LaToya was great with everything. This is a great place to go if you have kids. There is a bounce house in the lobby which keeps the kids entertained. They were awesome with my daughter. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this place. Other places I have gone to buy a car I have been there waiting for hours. The other places would have you come in and sit all day long than sometimes ask you to come back the next day. I was at Bob Brady's for a total of 3 hours from start to finish. I enjoy not having to spend all day at the car dealership.

The only reason we even went to this dealership was because of Joe Wenskunas. He can answer any question on any vehicle. He listens to what you want and does his best to get you the best deal on the car that best meets your needs. I really can't praise him enough. I seriously have NEVER had such a great salesman. We had not bought a car from this dealership since 1988 but because of Joe's honesty, caring, patience, hard work, going that extra mile and especially his knowledge we now have a car from Bob Brady. Our salesman Brandon Lynch did an awesome job as a customer service salesman. He was the first one to greet us with a smile in the parking lot on a chili May day. He was eager to show us a variety of cars until we finally found the one we bought today. Brandon has a very good since of hummer and was very helpful after the sale was complete by pairing my phone with the car, showing me how to program the seats and how to add contacts in the phone lists and how to use the GPS. Took my truck in for service as it was under warranty for an issue with the manifold. Took it in on a wed 5/4/16- and was told Id have it back by the end of the day on 5/5/16- after many pitfalls this was delayed and after coming to a solution it was bumped to be worked on to Friday 5/6/16- same story was told it would be done by the end of the day. I called this dealership 4x's Friday, emailed them 3x's and never got a call back about the update on my vehicle until 11:30am on 5/6- stating they messed up and the truck hadn't been pulled in to be worked on so it sat all day. So they offer me a loaner to make up for there mess up and delay. Monday 5/9/16 comes, I call in the morning at 9am to check on the progress and time frame to expect my vehicle. NO ANSWER as usual. I leave a voicemail and get a call back around 10am stating it would be done today- so I called and explained I would be in around 3:30pm to get the vehicle, upon arriving no one went out and looked over the vehicle with me, no one explained the service that was done, and my batter was DEAD. So after waiting 5 days now for my car and telling the service Manager Nick when I would be there , I still had to wait to pickup my vehicle, then when inspecting it I found damages to my rims when they removed the wheels and small nicks and scratched around the wheel wells. I pointed this out and during this time the Service Manager Nick started to make excuses for the dead battery, the damage, and poor service. This place is absolutely horrible for service and I would never recommend anyone to buy here as there service from the garage is far below the industry standard. your first maintenance /mechanic visit will be your worst. got the GM Steve Gensler involved and the team fabricated stories that I made a scene and was rude after being miss treated for 4 business days and continuous run around on my car. Un trustworthy dealership in general. Feel fee to vsit a great dealer at Green Mazda in Springfield IL-1000% better service, better salesman, and better GM Tim Nice.

One of each was brought around for me to look at, sit in and test drive. Brandon took the time to explain the different features available. Our salesman, Lamonte, was excellent, a real straight shooter. He was professional and straightforward while friendly. I never felt like he was playing games, so I'd easily recommend him to friends and family. The gentleman pushing the financing and extended warranties was the only one who gave off the stereotypical slippery vibe, but as long as you don't mind someone rolling his eyes, making a few faces, and mildly mocking you while you turn down extended warranties, you'll be just fine. Since Lamonte was so good, I didn't reduce the rating by a star for the warranty/finance guy.

I worked with Alex and he was very helpful. I had already decided which car I wanted and Alex did a lot of extra research to see if he could get me the car I wanted. It turned out that the color I wanted was unavailable in the entire Midwest (and beyond). I talked to several dealers and they were less transparent on this than Alex. Alex did a lot of extra work for me and had not even guaranteed my business yet. He also returned all of my emails promptly as I was unable to talk to him via phone. Alex and his manager gave me the best deal in the area by far. The paperwork process was pretty painless and I am really enjoying my new car. We had been attempting to deal at a local dealer 400 miles from Decatur where we live without success, my Dad recommended coming to Decatur/my hometown to buy a Honda Pilot. All negotiations were over the phone with additional questions answered either verbally or with emails. Worst experience ever took my car in to get it fixed its a hyundi tiberon needed a clutch and struts started out as 2100.00 wound up costing 4000.00 went to pic it up and exhaust was not put back together went back two days later got car they change the oil it was a quart low power steering was low transmishon is chattering and gas pedal is out farther than it should be and the people who work there in the service department are a JOKE!!! I advise people to stay away from them very unpleasant expereance!!

We are working on building our credit so it hasnt been the easiest quest. My husband had applied on line, and he quickly recieved an email and phone call. It was a two hour drive for us and we was hesitant about driving there, but it was so worth the drive. I would just like to let you know about how horrible of an experience I had with your service department. This was my first time ever bringing in my 2015 Hyudnai Sonata, as I usually take it to Green in Springfield, but I thought I would give Bob Brady a try since they are so close. I called last week about getting my car fixed, because my check engine light was on. The lady that I spoke with told me to drop it off on Thursday at 10:00 and she reassured me if they had to order the part they would have a loaner car for me. When I took it in on Thursday they did end up having to order the part. At the time they said they had no loaner cars. I then called and spoke with Nick the service manager he explained that as soon as they got a loaner in they would call me, it would probably not be unitl Tuesday. I agreed then Tuesday came and went and they have told me my part came in, I then spoke with a lady I explained that I just would drop it off on Wed. night and asked if I could get an oil change while it was in there. The lady told me yes and made a note on my account. Thursday aroun 10:00 you call to let me know my car was ready. I go in to pick it up and no one can find my keys. Come to find out they were left in the car. Then the receptionest explains to me that they have being leaving keys in vehicles over night. I was shocked. They then fine my keys and hand me my paper work and explain to me that I have services due. I asked him did they do an oil change he stated no. I then told him when I scheduled the appointment I asked for them to just go ahead and change the oil while I was in there. The man then said "well there was no note." At this point I am unhappy but go ahead and leave. I dont even get to Foryth on the interstate and my check engine light is back on and it is doing the exact same thing it was doing before. I am so unhappy with the customer service in the service department. I understand my car was under warranty and they were not making money on me, but little do they know I trade in cars about every one to two years, so in the end I was a potential buying customer in the near future. I will never come back to Bob Brady and I just felt like you should no about my experience. I will conitnue to drive to Springfield and go to the Green dealership where I never have any issues.

I have been trying for 8 months to trade in my vehicle to get out from under a loan from a divorce. I contacted the dealership, and they put me with Sara Moody as my sales rep. Sara was extremely patient and forthcoming about what I needed to do to repair my credit to qualify for a loan. It may have taken 8 months, but it was well worth it! Sara helped me tremendously along the way by telling me why I was denied credit, and what I needed to do to help repair it. This car is what my wife drives around town and on the highway to visit grandkids. It is perfect for her. The visibility is a big improvement over her older sedan. The car handles wonderfully on the highway, and the all-wheel drive gives us confidence on the road. The size is good for parking, and the cameras help too. Our sales-person at Bob Brady Honda, Lamonte Wilder, was great to work with, and I did not feel the excessive pressure while finishing the deal which has bothered me in the past.

I purchased my GMC Terrain from Bob Brady almost 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. I met with Danny and he took me on a test drive around town to different areas so I could see how the vehicle did in town, highway and interstate. Once we got back to the dealership,he sat me down and continued to give me his full attention while we worked out a deal. He got me the price I wanted and a great deal. He even went to back to service department to help clean and detail it (it was a Saturday and they were very busy) so I could leave sooner and be on my way. I purchased my 2016 Santa Fe Sport from Chris Bogle a little over 2 weeks ago. I had been shopping around at other Dealers and by chance decided to drop by Bob Brady before heading home from work. Chris listened intently to the type of vehicle and features I was intending to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of the features of the vehicle. Other salesmen I've dealt with recently could learn from Chris on how to listen and communicate with the public! First of all, our salesman was named, Danny. He was immediately helpful right from the get-go. He answered every question and was patient with me making my final decision. Second of all, I purchased a brand new Chrysler 200 S, black! I love this car to death and would not go back on my purchase! I traded in a convertible Mustang, so I did NOT think this was going to be an easy process since it would be so hard for me to get rid of my prior vehicle I was so attached to. I received a high amount for my trade-in, got a number of rebates, and was able to put some money down. All of this helped me get my payment exactly where I wanted it!!! Little did I know that I would be leaving in a brand new vehicle that is safe for my children. Although the wait was long, that was to be expected. I was driving around Bob Brady's lot, Gage Gallagher, sales specialist, came out and greeted me. He was friendly and provided a stressed free interaction. He listened attentively to my requirements and interests, and with the assistance of Blair Molumby, the used car dealer manager, he was able to match my requirements and interests to three Velosters. He was able to explain the characteristics, capabilities, and features of the 2014 Veloster effectively and compared and contrasted two other Velosters. He performed a walk around to demonstrate the features and benefits of the desired vehicle; based on his time on the job (3 weeks), if he was unfamiliar with the features, or was unable to respond to my inquiries he sought guidance and assistance from his manager.Another selling tool was the test drive. Gage took me on a test drive to demonstrate the features of the car which enabled me to check the performance of the car and determine whether I liked driving it. A third selling tool was the collaboration among Gage, Blair and Jeremy White, another sales specialist (discussed BlueLink) who escorted me throughout the car sales process according to the automobile sales system that was in place at the dealership.Mr. Gallagher is an ambitious, determined, and self-motivated sales specialist who was able to talk to me without putting pressure on me, which helped to build a genuine rapport with me, and was able to identify exactly what I wanted from a vehicle with the assistance of Mr. Molumby.

We went to the dealership today in search of what I thought I wanted. Joe Wenskunas showed us a CRV. I wasn't looking at a CRV but listened to what he had to say. We then drove a CRV and well lets say I was HOOKED ! Joe listened to what I said that really mattered to me. The bells and whistles that I wanted and not just what was on each car. Then after having driven the Honda CRV it was amazing I felt like it was gliding along the road. It has way more bells and whistles than I was thinking I wanted but I'm in love with all the buttons. Joe went through each area of the car and he knew exactly what was what. After the test drive I still felt that I needed to at least test drive what I had thought I wanted. He was so accommodating. He agreed and we looked at other cars then he went and got the keys for a different one. Joe left to go get a plate to put on the car so we could test drive it. I looked at my husband and said "nope don't even need to go for a ride". I knew at that time I wanted the CRV. When Joe came back with plates. I handed him the keys and said that was all I needed to do was to sit in the other I knew I wasn't going to be happy unless I was in the CRV. Joe stayed with us the whole time and it was the greater portion of the day. I was so appreciative of this. He explained different paperwork and the knowledge he has learned over the years. This was the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had ! At the end of the day I felt well informed and pleased with the decision we made. Dan made the paper signing easy as could be and explained things that we didn't understand. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. I want to give a big thanks to Jerry Woodard for introducing me to Joe Wenskunas. Jerry told me that Joe would take care of me and that's exactly what he did. Mae was fantastic.We were there for roughly 7 hours on a Saturday. She worked very diligently to get me approved. She would come check on us every 20-30 min or so, which was great. She got snacks for my children, and she even watched them for me while my wife and I test drove my car. We had decided not to show up for our appointment since it was 2 hours away, but while on the road we seen the turn off and decided to give it a try. we arrived 1 hour before closing and were going o look at some used trucks thinking we would not be able to afford a new vehicle. Cynthia Thomas came over and started working with us and she had another couple she was working with. She was great!!!!! She was practically running back and forth between us in a very timely manner. she asked if we had considered buying a new car and we said no we couldn't really afford it but within minutes she had gotten us approved for a new car and at exactly what payment we had talked about! She ended up making both sales within that hour and in 1 1/2 hours we were on our way home in our new Haundai Elantra! He made our buying experience so pleasurable that I will tell anyone I know to go see him. Describing him as charming isn't good enough to express the way he made me feel. Bob Brady was one of the first to call me but I kept putting them off because I live in Terre Haute, In. and didn't want to drive that far. I am writing this Review in reference to my wonderful sales person Sara Moody. I am recommending all my family, friends and co-workers to come and check out your facility. Sara Moody went above and beyond her work as a sales person. I felt as if I knew her personal. She was so wonderful in helping me with purchasing my new 4 door 2015 Jeep Patriot. For example I went to three different car dealerships before coming to your facility. I was turned down by all three dealerships due to my students loans. Sara was so wonderful in getting me approved by your finance company if was unbelievable. She called my students loans people herself, she spoke with them as well as myself trying to get something in writing letting the Banks know what my student loan payments would be each month. They would not release any information, they had Sara jumping through "hoops" for them and they still would not bulge on their decision. Sara went to the finance person in your office herself spoke with her, had that person call the student loan office to try and get them to change their decisions the finance person received the same results from the student loan office. She went to the manager of your company informed him of what was going on and why the financing was being help up. All the while assuring me to stay calm and that she was doing all she could to get me approved for so that I may drive my Jeep home. She finally gotten the loan approved, paperwork signed and I received the keys to my Jeep. Secondly, she helped me with turning in my rental car. The same day I drove a rental car to your facility. The plan was if I was approved for a new vehicle I would return the rental to Enterprise and return to your facility on Saturday to pick up my Jeep. Sara, called Enterprise Leasing, ask them if I could drop the rental at their facility and not charge me for the drop-off. Enterprise agreed I was able to return the car and drive my new Jeep home without any worries. I just want to inform in all my years of going to dealerships and purchasing a vehicles I have never had a smooth transaction as I did in working with Sara. Sara is courteous, sincere, caring and professional and I would recommend her and your facility to everyone I know in the market for shopping for a vehicle(s). your facility should be very proud to have her as an employee and part of your dealership team. I am very thankful to have worked with Sara. She put my years of horrible experiences in dealing with sale people and turned it around to something positive and wonderful. Our salesman was Danny Stanberry. He was helpful and answered questions well, working diligently to find just what we wanted. I am a very particular person and expect excellence. Danny worked hard to see that the sales process was carried out in the order that I wanted to do things and had patience as I shopped for just the right Jeep. chris was my salesman. very personable, reminds me of someone i know. understood my buying process was lengthy and was patient letting me test drive a new hyundai tucson. when i called and asked to come in to test drive another tucson, he had had the car cleaned, waiting for me. i walked into the showroom and saw the mitsubishi outlander sport, in the color black, which i had told him i didn't want originally. loved the look, even the fact that it was black. took it for a test drive and bought it. loved the price also. it just happened to have everything i required and nothing i didn't want. chris contacted me several times since the purchase. even though this is the third car we have purchased there, this was my best experience.

We have always purchased from Bob Brady. The reason we keep returning is for the outstanding Customer Service. Our last purchase was in 2013, a Dodge Durango. We were very happy with that purchase. There were a couple things we were missing and wanted to upgrade to a 2015 Durango. Kendra, took the time to listen not only to the items we were wanting, she also took time to research the color and interior we were wanting. She continued to keep in touch with me on updates, and always made me feel, that my purchase was just as important to her, as it was for me. Sara was the best person to work with. She understood what we were looking for in a vehicle and kept trying untill we found the perfect one. I bet we looked at 10 or more vehicles. Finance said that the car we chose would work, then after we said we wanted it they changed their minds. After a few more cars we were out of options and decided to just wait and see what else we can find. They sent out another lady who proceeded to talk down to us and treat us like we were stupid. She said we just have to buy something even if its not what we want because the only reason to buy a car is to buy another one in a year. If she made the payments then we would drive something we dont like. Would you go buy pants that are 3 sizes too small and not a color or style you like just because you should buy new pants in a year? We were seconds away from walking out when sara came out and the other lady left. She told us she was pushing for the car we chose, after all if it wouldnt work they should never have showed it to us. In the end, sara and whoever her finance person was got us the car we wanted at terms that were close enough to what we said we wanted and an asking price that is lower to comparable models for sale locally. Thank you sarah for a pleasant experience (with you) and treating us like people instead of like scum who should buy what you say whether we want it or not. If ever we buy another vehicle from a dealer we will come ask for you, if you are no longer there we will just leave.

Its funny to think that in today's age there are still people who try there best to help good people in bad situations. That was my experience today at Bob Brady Dodge. I traveled all the way from Danville Illinois were it seemed because my credit was not a 750 "No One" could help a 671. But thanks to Shawn the sales manager and Danny my sales man they worked over 8 hours straight to make magic happen and put me into the truck of my dreams!!! Car dealerships are not known for there customer service but I can tell you this place knows that customer service matters. We had an appotiment and were early and while waiting several employees came to check that we were being helped and made sure we didnt need anything. I went in knowing I didnt have the best Credit and left with a 2014 Jeep with 27 miles on it. The whole process only took 2 1/2 hours. I had filled out a couple online applications in early 2013 and never returned the messages and emails Bob Brady sent me because of the distance to Decatur. Sarah noticed I hadn't been contacted in a while and started emailing me about 8 months ago. Again I didn't return her messages because I didn't think it could possibly be worth a 2+ hour drive for another high interest used car (typical of most dealerships helping those with bad credit). Finally I decided to return her emails, she was very persistant (in a positive way of course). Everyone is friendly, helpful and no pressure there. Shawn Woods, the new car sales manager, is great. Went to talk with him about a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and within minutes we had the deal done to my great satisfaction. I highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used vehicle anywhere in Illinois give them a call if they don't have exactly what you want they can find it for you. This is my 9th purchase from them over the years and I am sure not the last.

I talked to Rey Rodriguez last week about getting a new vehicle, and he was on top of things! He immediately figured out my payoff and what we would need to do to pay off my lease, even though I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted to purchase. When my fiance and I went into the dealership over the weekend, Rey was ready for us and allowed us to take our time driving different vehicles and making our choice. We decided on a 2015 Pilot and are very pleased! This is the fourth car purchase I have made at Bob Brady, and I've sent my family over to purchase an additional three cars. I can't say enough great things about Rey and his "no nonsense" attitude towards car buying. Chantell Hilton made this buying experience wonderful! We needed another vehicle. I went in with not really thinking that a new car was an option with what I wanted to spend, however, I left with a 2015 Jeep Patriot. My husband and I sat down with Chantell and chatted, she asked some great questions, I shared my thoughts and that we were probably looking at a car. I really wanted a SUV. Chantell pulled up in a Jeep Patriot, not knowing that I've wanted a Jeep for a long time (no particular reason). We test drove it...it was great....chatted about it between ourselves.....and I drove it home the same day. It was a Saturday and a busy day at the dealership, we were well attended and yet given plenty of time to discuss what was good for us without any pressure. Chantell was so easy to talk with and listened. While waiting to sign our paperwork she was able to sit with us for a minute and chat. I felt like a friend - not a number or just another sale. When we're ready for another vehicle we'll definitely go back and work with her on the next vehicle.

One things were finalize it was only minutes to sign our paperwork. Took us to the car we purchased and explained all the details of the car. Upon arriving at the dealership and meeting Brandon, we were shown exactly what we expected to see and received loads of helpful and informative information about the car we were interested in. Brandon was honest and personable. He made the whole process painless and stayed focused on us throughout the entire process. It has been a week since we drove away in our new Honda Civic Hybrid and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made, I will definitely return to this dealership in the future and seek Brandon out to help us make another great choice for our families vehicular needs.

My daughter was told she was pre-approved for a car. So I took a day off work to drive her down there. That was a 3 hour drive. We spent nearly 5 hours in this place to get more nonsense than you can imagine. We arrived at 10:35 in the morning on Friday Jan 2, 2015. Happy New Year! They told her she needed a cosigner. She tried several people who were turned down. I finally broke down and agreed to COSIGN. Then they wanted all kinds of paperwork at the last minute from places that were nearly impossible to get in contact with as it was now late in the day, 3:00pm. For both of us. We were able to get some of the paperwork and were told that she could have until Monday to get the rest as some of it was in the courts. And it is the weekend after all. When we signed the paperwork we noticed that my name was first on everything. I asked why and they said it is only because your credit is better than hers. So? I am the cosigner not the OWNER. They said it is just as far as the paperwork is concerned. Making me the one who the loan is on. I did not agree to be the lendee. As I am not buying the car. I agree to be the cosigner. The man we were signing the paperwork with was like its just a detail. The next morning the sales person called my daughter and told her she had to have all of the information in 24 hours! At this point I am now having panic attacks and sick to my stomach. We spent all day Saturday trying to get insurance and found that the insurance has to be in my name as well. If anything happens it would be on me. Very VERY upset about this whole lying crap. The sales person just called me this morning and denied everything I said. Stated she told me that because my credit is better I would be the primary loan holder. I did not want or approve to have a loan in my name. I understand as a cosigner I am responsible as much but I did not want the loan in my name. Tried to be all nice and said she never heard any of the things I relayed as far as my insurance and several others had told me. That was all I could take. I hung up on her.

Every dealership I have dealt with gave me 30 days to get everything they needed this place expects u to get everything in 48 hours I did not expect to go home in a car same day I went there.

Please do not waste your time. I am from Peoria I was searching for me a Car online and Bob Brady auto mall was the one that contact me. I explaine to them how I kept been turned down by different car lots here in Peoria and they told me they will be able to put me in a car because they had "special" lenders that work with people like me. So they talked me into driveing 2hrs. I explaine to them i didn't feel comfortable driving so far just to hear NO or sorry we can't help you. I had a down payment and a trade and guess what they still told me NO. So please do not waste your time with a long drive just to hear the same thing you hear in your own town.

I bought a 2006 Dodge Charger SXT with a two year warranty and I love my car. I would do business with them again and yes I would recommend people to them. I got my car with low mileage,nice price range and comfortable payments.

WOW!!!!!!! I'm shocked by my experience at Bob Brady. I'm an educated woman with three degrees and they treated me like an idiot. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. Chantel, the dealer I met with, should be ashamed. I told her I wanted to look at a specific car and she brought me EVERYTHING, but what I wanted. I told her I wanted to spend $15,000 tops and she kept bringing me cars in the $20,000 range and just kept saying she could get it in my $350 payment range! The BEST part...she wouldn't tell me the price of the car I was looking at...she just had this stupid look on her face and said, 'I'll have to look it up, BUT it's in your $350 price range. I kept having to pull up the price on the Kelly BB on my phone!!!! CHANTEL - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I watched them do the same thing to about 6 other people...all of us walked out AMAZED and DISGUSTED that they thought they could pull over a tactic like that. Just sickening. If you've had the same experience PLEASE call the Illinois Attorney General's Office! These people are sleazier than the payday loan stores!

My car was under warranty when I developed an engine noise. I took it to Bob Brady where they worked on the engine. Immediately after I got the car back it began to use oil. It would use 1 quart every 300 miles. It never used a drop of oil before I took it to them. They "looked" at it several times over the next few weeks saying they couldn't find anything. Finally, the service manager topped off the oil and rode 80 miles with me. Then, he took the dip stick out and held it SO THE OIL WOULD RUN UP THE DIPSTICK. Even with that dishonest attempt the oil still showed it was down 1/4 of a quart. After that point they said using a quart of oil every 300 miles in a car still under warranty was "normal". The car was NEVER fixed and I never will do business with Bob Brady Dodge again.
