Bought a 2020 GMC Terrain this past Saturday night. We NEEDED a new car and we had our eye on this one for awhile. With the significant Purchase Allowances they were offering, it was very attractive. Corey and Jay did a wonderful job with our transaction! I would definitely buy from these two again. Even though we weren't there for a long time, I felt like we made a lasting professional relationship. It was late on a Saturday night when we bought this car. My only complaint is that the financing part took a while since there was only one guy working, but we worked past their closing hours to get the deal done. He was great to work with as well.

I had just purchased my new to me / used Acadia in the morning from another dealership, but went to Bob Howard Buick GMC late in the afternoon to inquire if they could put nitrogen in the tires sometime as I'm a big nitrogen proponent. Carl greeted me and said they could do it right then - so I replied, "Okay, let's do it!". Not only did they do this, but Carl helped me with a few of the computer setups of which I was totally ignorant. Some of the features had been turned off, because the previous owner was a rental car company. Did I mention that they did these things for me late in the day? Outstanding!... =÷=÷=÷=÷=÷=÷=÷=÷= Addendum: My car's A/C went on the fritz - rear evaporator needed to be replaced. David Hoffman, Senior Service Advisor, got me in and out in one day without an appointment. Thank you to the Tech who did the work - he did a GREAT JOB!! The A/C works GREAT - I now have cold air - it feels WONDERFUL ❗ I highly recommend Bob Howard Buick GMC service department! They always treat me right!...

I truly despise purchasing cars, but I had a very pleasant experience here. I had visited multiple dealerships on this day, and Bob Howard was my last stop. I worked with Cory, who was a legitimately nice guy. I wasn’t subject to any high pressure sales tactics, and I only dealt with Cory the entire time; I left with a fair trade value for my old vehicle and an excellent deal on a new one. This is the only dealer I have dealt with in my ENTIRE lifetime that, while in negotiations over a car, comes back and states "Oh, we think we underpriced the car, so we want $1,000 more for it now". Needless to say, we walked out. After having dealt with them, I'll never go back and would never recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks Bob Howard for wasting our time. It's over an hour round trip from our home to your location, and we made the trip TWICE (not to mention all the time wasted at your facility). Not pleased.

Easy online appointment scheduling, quick intake of my vehicle, clear communications of what was required. Waiting time was explained and kept to. When a stripped lug came into play a loaner vehicle was quickly arranged. Cannot say anything bad about my experience. Honest hard working folks at this service dept. I've purchased a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr 6/14/16 and heard a noise today, that concerned me. I called the service center and spoke to Chris who was really helpful and told me to come in, even on such short notice. Mr. Palin advised of maybe the brakes, quite normal but, took out his time to test drive the vehicle with other techs. I'm very happy there were no issues after it was explain to me in terms I've understood and told me to let them know if I hear where the problem may be and to bring it back in. Great place to get an oil change as they offer complimentary hand wash and vac. Only complaint is sometimes it takes a while so I get complimentary taxi ride to and from work. I shopped around for new tires and they had best deal around. So now I get free tire rotations with each oil change.

The sales person we had was new and didn't know much about the product(s) we had questions about. The sales manager seemed cordial at first but when confronted once he ignored me flat out (didn't even look up from his cell phone). The finance manager we dealt with seemed rushed and unconcerned about us as customers and our concerns/questions. The gentleman who handed my wife and I the keys and explained the vehicle was polite and professional. 1 for 4 are bad odds!

When I bought the vehicle I had problems with the finance guy lying about how much the added insurance would run, even when I canceled it. Took forever to get it fixed when he overcharged a couple thousand. I should have known better than to bring in my vehicle for a free oil change...My experience started when I called to schedule a time hoping this would speed up the process, the young man I talked to was clueless and unable to answer any questions, he only pushed me to use the shuttle and leave it. So I called back the next day to confirm my appointment for Wednesday and I am told the appointment was never scheduled. I scheduled a new appointment as waiting for my vehicle for Wednesday. Then I came in and was told there was a complimentary wash. After sitting in the wait area I noticed the guy before me was asked if he had time to wait for his car to get washed and he said sure. It looked like he waited an extra 45 minutes to get his car. I was there for an hour and a half (I showed up a little early for my scheduled time) but after 90 minutes I was asked if I could wait around for my car to be washed. After witnessing the problem the other guy had (they also misplaced his keys) I told them no I couldn't wait around for a wash. As it was it was close to 2 hours by the time I finally got out of there. Then I drove to work, then home and the next day I discovered oil on my garage floor. I called and the service lady who answered the phone wanted to schedule me for a service unrelated, I had to explain to her a couple times I just had it in and something they did caused the leak. She informed me I would be responsible to pay for them to look at it. I brought it in and went straight to the guy who had worked with me on Wednesday. He took it straight back to the bay. A little while later he came out and said the service tech said it was just oil spilled on the drip pan. 30 minutes later the service manager tells us that the filter was faulty and when it was placed in it leaked. Then it took them way too long to wash it. It was explained to me that they were canceling the contract with the current detail team but they had to finish out the month but they were very slow. Again it was over 90 minutes for the time to fix their problem. It takes me 20 minutes to drive to this dealership. So all in all I spent 5 hours of my week for a 15 minute oil change. I do not think I will be back.

You would think that since they were nice to you when you are buying that they will be nice till the end. Well think again. Who gets oil change for 3 hours when you have set an appointment weeks before?! Really bad service. And they give you all sorts of crap to save their xxx. Do not go here!!! With our financing it required us to use a USAA Certified dealer for purchase. Living in Tulsa it was not convenient at all to have to go so far to make this purchase. But, from our first contact online and by phone with Roy, internet manager, to our last handshake with Will Dodd, I can say emphatically that it has definitely been a GREAT experience!! Though Roy was not available when we first arrived, William Dodd was assigned to work with us. I had a lot of questions and he was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything I inquired about. He worked very hard to make sure that we got the vehicle that we wanted and didn't waiver on making sure all our needs were met! When the first car that was gonna be brought in ended up being sold he made sure to search out the exact same vehicle with all the options that we were wanting. When we drove down to OKC to pick up our new vehicle, Will took care the to explain all the different aspects and how to use them. I never felt that he was speaking down to me or trying to rush us and get us out of the building but just the opposite! I am extremely pleased with the customer service that we received from William Dodd and would highly recommend him and Bob Howard GMC/Buick. Will Dodd went above and beyond to make sure that we were fully satisfied during the whole process of buying our 2016 Acadia Denali! Everyone I met and/or spoke with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered professionally and in a easily understood manner. From the salesman I first met to finance, service managers and the last person I saw as I walked out the door to get in my truck was extremely helpful. The two people who waited on us was friendly but no experience they even told us one had beenthere 2 days and other 3 weeks they would not come off their price and insulted me on my tradein for $2500 and had not even seen the vehicle we did not bring it! You really need to train yourhelp alot more before you release them to sell no wonder there wasn't any people around but us. Wedid go to another GMC dealer here in okc ok and got exactly what we wanted and price was great!!

Great experience on one of the coldest snow covered days. Thanks to sales rep Justin for making the suggestion to try the GMC Terrain. I am 6'10", and originally was looking at the Buick Encore that I just wouldn't fit in very well. Justin asked what I was looking for (great MPG and plenty of comfort while driving) and he made the great suggestion. We actually had little thought of making an actual purchase that day, but the service and vehicle was great, so we thank you for the great work!

The salesman, Al Spence, has us come back when we had the time so he could go through everything in the car! He helped us register for On-Star and transferred my cell phone numbers onto Bluetooth. When we asked them to cover some hail damaged chrome, they went ahead and fixed it when we had the car in for a GPS problem. We have been to Bob Howard for our last three cars and would not go to another dealer.

The follow-up via my request from the internet was the start of this relationship. It had been over a month, but Art Rudolph continued to email me and then I inquired about a vehicle to test drive and he responded back that it was available and I came in to test drive, but actually found something better than that and in my payment range. My salesman, Patrick Sampson or Simpson (can't remember) and Art Rudolph didn't hound me like most at dealerships. They took good care of me and anyhting I didn't understand, Andy and Bill cleared up and took care of me as well. I love my car and would definitely refer a friend, a non-friend, anyone to that dealership.

I am just saddened by the fact that we wont be able to use your service dept for this vehicle in the future since it is now under our MAPS extended warranty. We appreciate our service tech Cally, he has been pleasant to work with. Your service dept has been a trusted place to work on our vehicles that we have come to depend on. I really wish you could accept our MAPS extended warranty, even though it was purchased at Bob Moore. It does make me wonder though, what would have happened if we purchased a vehicle and extended warranty from an out of state dealership, would we be required to go to that state to have our extended warranty work done? First I would like to commend the salesman Mr. Al Spence. I had an approved load for Reynolds Ford 2013 Edge. I stopped to browse the GMCs and spoke to Al about features on the Terrain. His style of explanations impressed me so much, I decided to purchase the Terrain. His personal caring attitude convinced me to forgo Reynolds to purchase the Terrain. Thank so much Al I enjoyed the process. This is my 6th new vehicle purchase and Al by far was the best salesman I have ever encountered, which included an on-line purchase and a Detroit order. Al should receive Employee Of The Month for his World Wide Customer Service. Please inform the other salesman how highly I regard Mr. Al Spence. If you have a rating on a scale of 1-100, Mr. Al should be rated 1,000. So Good Had To Do It Twice :-))

this was my second time to use a a coupon from GMC for an oil change. The coupon says there are NO extra fees for the oil change and some how the service department wants to add shop fees. I say "the coupon includes all fees"... It's a hassle and i will no longer use the coupon from GMC. Other than pricing, the service i received was great ..THANKS.

I found the service to be a good experience overall. The only items I could comment on specifically are; I would like to see a carwash included with the service. The lounge area leaves something to be desired. Most other delerships have lounges adjacent to car sales area to allow a customer an opportunity to browse new vehicles during the service. It seems like a lost opportunity for future sales to a customer who already likes GMC products.
