Feel I paid too much. Not their fault. I'm just not good at making deals. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Amber, who has made several follow-up calls and offered help if needed. No experience as far as service, maintenance, quality of work, etc. Too soon.

Concerning the Service Department I have owned two other Hyundai Azeras (both purchased at other Hyundai locations) and have been very impressed throughout the years with the service we have received for those vehicles at this location. Services to be performed have always been explained to me in an understandable way and serviced speedily.

Bob Howard gave us a good deal from the beginning and was very helpful. Amber was great to explain everything during the process and then answer my questions afterwards. Met a professional and courteous group of people at this dealership. Amber Miller was the employee showing me the used vehicles I was interested in buying. She was knowledgeable about each one and she did the test drives for two vehicles at my request. Such a wonderful person to do business with and I would highly recommend her to friends and family. She provided excellent customer service!Chris Hale worked with me on credit and finance. He did a good job getting me a lower finance rate than a previous dealership that I had visited. Friendly and professional as well.

Doug and Amber really worked hard to give us what we needed in a timely manner. We had been on the road traveling,had been at another dealership first and we were so tired. But they provided us with a Santa Fe that had more features then we asked for at the price range we wanted to be in. We could not pass up the deal and they were so open and fun we just felt it would not get any better.

Amir handled the financing of the new Accent my husband & I purchased on 9-22-16. When reading over the finance contract, I found a charge for $1,822 for ResistAll NG2 which we hadn't requested. I asked Amir why that was in the contract. He stated that Hyundai Finance adjust the interest rates with there product they sell & that the interest rate would be higher with any other finance company. My husband said that he wanted the ResisAll under those circumstances. The contract we signed showed Hyundai Finance financing the Accent & the monthly payment within the range we wanted. On 10-1-16, we received the title info. and a letter from a different finance company, we were totally pissed. We feel Amir had the financing set with the company we received the letter from when we signed the finance papers and he used the Hyundai lie to sell us the ResisAll! The finance contract allows the dealership to change the financing company without informing the customer. We felt good about Hyundai Finance because the new Hyundai we bought in 2014 was financed by them. We are very upset because of this scam. We intend to trade in the 2015 Sonata in 2017, BUT IT WON'T BE TRADED IN HERE!!!!! I did a review on 9-28-16, which indicated our satisfaction with Amber Miller etc . That review was done before I became aware of Amir's scheme.

Sales professional, Kenny Shultz, greeted us warmly, seemed intent on helping us per our auto requests, sought to manage the most agreeable deal, and stayed with us from the lot to driving our newly purchased Tucson off the lot.Through no fault of Mr. Shultz, waiting time between obtaining the bottom line price to the Finance Manager to the detailing of the car, and finally driving away with it took hours. We don't know what may have contributed to the drawn out process, but in all fairness this was not the case when we made a previous purchase from Bob Howard in 2013. Although Bob Howard is our preferred dealer and although they are almost perfect, Nobody is.

Just had the worst dealer experience of my life! I called to confirm that the price on the internet was in fact the starting price. I was told absolutely. Get there and nope - extra charges. The salesman straight up said they tell people it's the true price just to get people to come in. When I complained and asked for the internet price I was told "don't you read the fine print" - um that's why I called to check!!! They were so unbelievably rude about it and this after the salesman insulted my husband. The manager chased after me as I left - not to offer a price but to tell me this was how Hyundai dealerships worked! Thanks for the tip jerk - I will never step anywhere near Hyundai again.

No pressure, just professional and customer friendly attitudes. Amber Miller had such a refreshing attitude from other car dealerships we have visited. She took the time to let us ask questions and offer options. She gave us time to discuss among ourselves and never did we feel pressured into buying. Chris Hale also had this same no pressure attitude when discussing price and other options.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our car-buying experience at Bob Howard Hyundai! We had a horrible experience at AutoMax Hyundai in Norman just the day before we bought from Bob Howard Hyundai, but we were sold on the price, features, and warranty of Hyundais and decided to keep looking for another dealership to make our purchase. We really appreciated our salesperson, Kenny Shultz, and his professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of the process. We also had a fantastic experience with the General Manager, Michael Ferguson, who gave us a great price on our trade in, and the Finance Manager, Chris Price, didn't try to pressure us into going with another lending institution when we let him know our intent of going through our credit union AND he got us bumped to a better tier for financing through our credit union! The service department manager was helpful and made us feel like we would be taken care of with our future maintenance appointments. My husband and I have spread the word to our friends and business associates about our fantastic experience at Bob Howard Hyundai, and we will most definitely be back to purchase another Hyundai (we have our sights set on the Tucson)!

I couldn't be happier with Bob Howard Hyundai. The sales person demonstrated all the features of the car prior to my purchase without any pressure. In addition when they delivered my car they went through how everything worked again, downloaded and installed the iPhone interface and showed me how it functioned. They setup my Hyundai account and described the different levels of service you could subscribe too. They had a Hyundai themselves and demonstrated how the app on their phone worked with the car. I have no reservations about bringing my car into the service department due to the top notch experience I had with the purchase.

This is the third Hyundai I've purchased in the last three years from Bob Howard Hyundai for my family and it should be obvious that my experiences were all good ones. Also bear in mind to keep them honest I always visited their competitors and always found myself coming back to their showroom for the best deal without all back and forth play you get at other dealerships. On top of that we love our hyundai's. Two Ekantra's and a Sonata. I won't hesitate to return here for another purchase, but that may be a while given how long these cars have a reputation for lasting.

First time car buyer at a dealership. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and excited to drive my used 2013 Sonata. I'm not one to get excited about buying a car -- so the shakiness of my experience is likely contributed by my reluctance to spend large sums of money or commit to years of monthly payments. However, on day 3 of my new purchase, I am happy with the choice I made and the willingness of the sales department (Amber & Chris), finance department (Chris P.), and service department (John) to address my concerns and work with my budget. Pros: Sales (Amber) was approachable and responsive to my needs, desires, and hesitations. Communication was established early without being pushy; and a member of the sales team brought a candidate vehicle to a central location for a test drive to accomodate my schedule. The Sales manager (Chris) met my bottom line to get me a whole lot more car for my budget than I had expected. Lastly, the service department allowed a last minute service to replace the weak battery of my new purchase after 2 days of driving. Cons: My initial visit was based on incorrect inventory info -- I called before heading to the dealership to confirm two vehicles were available to test drive. When I arrived, the sales person couldn't find the keys because they had been sold earlier that morning (waisted 40 min). The vehicle that was brought to me off location to test drive at a later date was $4k over my budget (note: I eventually purchased that car.) The fact that a battery had to be jumped twice to start the car on the 2nd day off the lot is suspicious that they sold me a vehicle that had low maintanence check. HAVE THE SERVICE DEPT VERIFY YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE SIGNING!!! The sales manager split the cost of the battery+service instead of covering the full expense because he "took $200 off the sales price at my request." When asked if he would replace the battery at no cost if I had paid the full list price he said "ya, probably." In sum, I'm happy with my vehicle 3 days after purchase. I appreciate Amber in sales and John is service, but my experience with the sales manager was sketchy and rude. He is the reason for the 3 star rating instead of 4.

Our salesman, Kenny, did a fantastic job. He was very nice and worked hard to get us what we wanted within our budget. Doug, the sales manager, was also very helpful in helping to find the car that had the extras that we wanted without every single bell and whistle. Both were nice and easy to work with. The finance guy, Josh, was very friendly and timely. The service department had the cloth seats changed to leather for us per our purchase agreement, and they did a great job. Good experience overall!

The experience was good, timely and to the terms that we verbally agreed to. My sale representative was cordial, helpful, and showed knowledgeable when asked questions. In the other hand , sending the underwriting paperwork through to the bank was very slow, especially that we had secured our own financing, came prepared and did not need to use any other financial institution but the one we had the approval through.

When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door by our salesperson, and met with the manager within ten minutes of being there. We were treated great from the moment we stepped on to the property and even after we left. They were even able to get us a lower payment for the vehicle. I would recommend Bob Howard Hyundai and the Hyundai product to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle.

Beautiful automobile and priced right. I was treated with respect and it appeared that Ross wanted to make me happy with the product. Never were they pushy not put out by what I wanted not what I expected. They picked a program that they thought fit what I was looking for and it fit. I will most assuredly be a return customer.

I had just been burned on a deal with the Del City Automax dealership. We had a signed deal with the managers initials but when it came time to write up the actual contract, they said they had made a mistake on the offer and said it was going to cost us an additional $1000 dollars. We got up and walked out. I called Bob Howard and worked out a deal over the phone for a total price I was willing to pay including ALL fees. When we went to get the car, they tried to add a $399 documentation fee. I refused and told them our original agreement had included all fees. They finally agreed.

Went with a friend who was going to look at a Santa Fe. Had no intentions of buying a car for myself. Saw the Veloster and fell in love with it. Our salesperson was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. As it turned out, my friend and I both bought a Veloster. The cars were not available on the day we bought them, so loaners were provided for us. The cars were delivered a few days later and Delano showed us both all of the features on the car and synced our phones to the entertainment system. Overall a fantastic experience! Hopefully won't need another vehicle for quite a long time, but if I do will definitely buy from this dealership again.

When I checked other prices from the same dealer and similar offers online, and checked the TrueCar ratings, I feel like I got totally ripped off. I won't be recommending this dealership to anyone unless they can fix the situation.

We were not the typical customer coming in looking for a new vehicle. We presented many challenges to the sales and finance team. At no time did anyone there make us feel like a second class citizen. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We were given just as much time and attention as anyone else in the dealership. The overall experience was very pleasant and the outcome was more than we'd expected.

I am not one to normally write reviews, but I still cannot believe the way I was treated yesterday at this dealership. I had been talking to Brandy all week about coming to look at a specific car. I called early in the morning, spoke with Courtney and told her I was coming today for the Mazda CX-5. She said it was still available. Brandy called me around noon and I told her I was leaving Wichita in ten minutes and I would be in OKC around 3pm to see the vehicle. She told me she would have it pulled around to the front so I could see it. I texted her when I was 30 minutes out and told her I was almost there-- be there in 30 minutes. Not only was the car not pulled around to the front, BUT IT HAD SOLD! No one had the decency or common courtesy to tell me or save me the trip. They knew I was coming from out of town, knew that I was having trouble getting there because I am caring for my parents who were recently hit by a drunk driver in a motor vehicle accident and they are now handicapped. It was like they didn't care. They wanted me to come anyways because I appeared dedicated, to see if they could still make money off me on a car that I was not interested in. As I am currently writing this review almost 24 hours later, they still have the vehicle online saying it is available for sale. I don't understand and I feel completely lied to and disrespected.

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? My oil/filter change went off without a hitch. Perfectly done (I check afterwards, for spills, drops of oil, etc.), no issues. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and professional demeaned of the staff. The ENTIRE staff! Five star service.

If you purchase a car here, definitely ask to work with Kazem. He is one of the most polite sales people that I have ever worked with. There are definitely some sharks at this dealership that will try to push you into a car just to make a sale - but Kazem is not one of them. Kazem took the time to understand what we wanted and let us test drive several vehicles until we were happy. Be careful with the finance department - they will push hard on you. They also made multiple mistakes on our Title form, requiring repeat trips back to the dealer to get it fixed. It would be best to walk in with a pre-approval from your Bank or Hyundai directly, to avoid the 10+ inquiries on your credit.

I was very impressed with the friendship in this Dealership. Everyone was present, greeted you with a smile, and very professional. Mr. Smith did an excellent job of explaining the features of the Genesis, and provided excellent information, during our test drive. He also spent time explaining some of the information in the Owner's Manuals and other material. More than enough to get me started driving the Genesis on my own. He is an extremely professional man, while being very friendly, at the same time. I had several requests and he provided those requests. I called back to the Dearlership to asked Mr. Smith some questions and he always provided those answers. He has called me several times asking how I liked the car and if I had any questions on its operation and controls. Also, Mr. Ferguson came over and introduced himself, while Mr. Smith was completing some paperwork. Again, very professional and friendly. We had some worthwhile business and social discussions.

Cody Waddle was a great salesperson. He really took the time to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and showed me all the features of the car. He took the time to even compare the competitor car I was looking at and was able to show me the pros and cons of each vehicle. At no time did I feel that I was in any way pressured to purchase a car from him....he simply showed me the features and helped me make the decision for myself with all the right information to make an informed choice. "The salesman was excellent and did his best to save the sale when it was clear to me that the vehicles I wanted to buy were mis represented on the Internet. The price online not only included discounts that customers may not qualify for but they had added tint and corrosion add ons which drove up the price of the car. I was prepared to walk in the door pull up the add on the website and say ""give me that one for that price you advertised"" we ending up feeling cheated and tricked leaving the dealer when we ended up having to pay more than advertised. Although I did buy the car, I would not recommend this dealer to a friend for this reason."

But much to my surprise all he said was if I needed anything just let him know, so I asked about the elantra and he asked what color and some other questions about the car i wanted and led me right to the perfect car. 3 minutes tops. I told him what I could afford and he said we should be able to get it for that.

Shane did a good job explaining everything to me. This was replacing my other Genesis. Good group of guys, Shane does a wonderful job of helping me out from time to time, most of this new technology is hard to understand but Shane did a great job.

Overall it took too long in the dealership. We previously filled out information hoping to speed up the process but were still there several hours. The staff was friendly and personable, we had no complaints where that was concerned. However we had to come back once and they had to come to us once because of mistakes/confusion in regards to the financing of our vehicle. This was very frustrating.

This is my first purchase of a brand new vehicle. I thought the overall experience would have been great. However, Im not satisfied at all. My car was NEVER detailed. That includes when I first bought it and after it was repaired. I had an appointment scheduled to bring my car in to be repaired. That was a hassle. The salesman, who I bought the car from and set the appointment up with, wasn't there and no one seemed to know I was bringing my car in. I waited an hour, if not more, to get things taken care of and drive away with a loaner car. The service department however, was very nice and helpful. The salesman upfront has made this experience less than satisfying. I would think Hyundai would have higher standards than this after a sale.

The first encounter came online. I saw a Corolla I liked and inquired vie email. They called me shortly after to speak with me. It was ok at that point, I spoke with a guy who's main process seemed to bring me into the dealership, but I expected this since I have worked as a car dealer and kind of know the process. They can't help much, because if they do they run the chance of disappointing someone with conjecture. They told me that they have had a good day, and that if we got in there the sales manager would be more apt to take a deal. He told me to ask for George Bell when I arrived. After spending the day at multiple dealerships I told my wife and kids to get in the car, and let's do it. The prospect sounded promising. When I arrived, there was a sales man sitting outside and he was so eager to claim me as his customer he was at my car door and writing the vin off my jeep before I even had a chance to get the kids out of the car. I explained I was here to speak with George Bell and that it was his work that brought me in here. He explained that he just stepped out and was not available. I was reluctant to start over as I have built rapport with someone already and this guy seemed extremely pushy. Instead of taking me to his inventory of cars, he took me to his desk. I tried multiple times to explain exactly my circumstances, what I was looking for, what I needed, and why I needed it. He proceeded to not answer my questions, try to get me to fill out credit apps in my wifes name, and even give my social security number. I told him I will not be on any credit application so it is not needed. He told me ok, and left it alone. Then, it seemed he went to the desk to run the credit application. At this point, we didn't care, we had a good idea of what we wanted already and if he wanted to push through a canned, untactful and crappy system, he can, as long as I get what I need. Then, he came up to me after waiting about 15 minutes, and insisted they needed my social security number. I told them, he didn't need it as I am not an applicant. He said, because the Jeep we were trying to trade in is in both are names they DO IN FACT NEED IT. I told him he was wrong, and that he was being shady. He then tried to tell me that my 4 and one half years in the car business doing what he does is no match for his 10 years. At that point I told him, we were done. He tried to back track and tell me no SSN number would be needed, however the damage was done. They were doing what many dealers do and trying to run two credits to see if they can get me a better deal, but not telling me they were doing it. It is ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL, AND SHOULD ANYONE GO THERE, BUYER BEWARE.The person who tried to pull this and his manager who looked upset that I didn't fold and just give into their request NEED TO BE FIRED BEFORE THIS PLACE IS WORTHY OF ANYONES BUSINESS. I never even had a chance to look at a car and all they did was waste my Saturday evening.

Financing and warranty was explained in great detail, car features and what would fit in my budgeted price range went well. Was offered many different financing options and a great aggressive finance rate much lower then my previous car. They worked with me on trade in vehicles and money down options to reduce out of pocket expenses and to get me to a decent targeted monthly payment. All the vehicle accessories and options were explained thoroughly and politely to where they were easy to understand. I was introduced to the service manager and department employees everyone was friendly and welcoming. Over all experience with all the staff was delightful and friendly. Had a great car purchasing experience have already directed a few friends there and had an awesome time. Definitely will be back in a few years to upgrade.

The dealership is very dishonest. They did not file my application for "Recent college grad" rebate when they were suppose to and cost me $400. Changed the value of my trade in at the time of delivery while previously agreeing to a certain price. Made me pay the difference or asked me to bring the new car back. Called Hyundai care center and they were unable to resolve any issues regarding to sales. Ross Barton is a very good sales person, but everyone else at the dealership is very unprofessional and dishonest.

I am so aggravated right now. My boyfriend and I drove 80 miles out of our way to see a 06' Sonata, we even called ahead of time. When we got there, the dealer was unprepared. When he got the car out to show us, this car was fair on the outside. The inside looks like a garbage truck threw up all up in it. It was honestly the most depressing car I've ever seen. The guy even tried to sell us 10 other cars. We weren't having it. I will never go back here again.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was greeted quickly and friendly, but did not feel like I was being attacked by a committee of vultures, as is often the case when entering a car dealership. I was asked questions to determine which model would be the best fit for my needs and was asked what color I was looking for. The salesperson found a Sonata hybrid in the color I was looking for. We went for a test drive. The salesperson drove first so he could explain some of the features and I could check them out while he was driving. He pulled over into a parking lot and showed me the navigation system and other features of the vehicle. From there, I took over the driving. The salesperson asked if I had any questions, and pointed out additional features of the car. The remaining car buying experience went just as well as the test drive. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

When you hear the saying car dealerships will "get you" if they can..... This one will. Pay attention to everything you are signing. I was naive. I'm shamed to admit it but I was excited to buy a new car. Should have been a good experience. Please learn a lesson from me and just go somewhere else. when they act like something is a bonus with the car ask how much. I was charged 1,600.00 for a lot of things that seemed like they came with the car. Never once was I told these were extra charges. I now have windshield coverage for 7 years, interior and exterior coverage for 5 years. When I contacted the dealership finance manager he agreed it is dishonest however I did sign all the papers......offered me a free tank of gas. Here it's 30 days later I still have no title in the mail. Of course it's in the mail.

I took my car in for a severe wear check. The people were friendly and directed me to where I needed to go. They gave me a rough estimate of when it would be done, although they said they'd call me when all the service was completed. I took an hour and a half (longer than the estimated time) to walk around the area, which lacks sidewalks and crosswalks making it quite dangerous for pedestrians, and grab a bite to eat. I returned to the dealership, assuming that maybe there was a bit more damage than I thought. Nope, they just forgot to call and tell me my vehicle was done. The person profusely apologized and took my information right to the payment window where the person in charge of the service went over the inspection line by line. He was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I paid what I assume was a fairly reasonable sum, and went on my way. Overall, helpful dealership but they could stand to be a bit more organized.

I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis in for three recalls and a front end alignment. I dropped off my car at around noon; around one the service rep called saying that yes, my car was out of alignment and it would be $104 to correct, I okayed the work. He said it wouldn't take very long and he would call me back when my car was ready for pickup. Two hours later I called asking if my car was ready, the girl took my name & number and said she would have my service rep call me. He called back stating my car was ready for pickup. I go to pickup my car, he did not go over any of the repairs done on my car, just said the paperwork was at the service window. I paid for my repairs and left. Two weeks later I receive a call from the service department stating my part that was ordered was in, I had no idea what she was talking about, no one ever advised me that a part had to be ordered or that I would have to bring my car back in for the remaining recall to be completed. When I left a message for the service manager, he called back stating "I reviewed your records and I talked to the service rep and he stated that he did in fact go over with you that a part had to be ordered, but that is neither here nor there, we can take care of it" I feel as if he was calling me a liar since I stated I was not told of a part being ordered. Also, he hadn't had lunch so if I wanted to call him back I would have to do so after he went to lunch. I just feel the whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not be taking my car back to Bob Howard Hyundai for the remaining repairs, I don't care if they ordered the part for me or not; I will be going elsewhere.

We researched the Hyundai Elantra on line along with a different car we were considering. Contact was made with Bob Howard Hyundai about an Elantra they had in stock. Living in a different state, we had to have all the specifics over the phone. Gary Trent was very helpful and provided everything we needed to know. We drove to the dealership and bought the car the same day. All the staff members we dealt with were very friendly and they had a very nice dealership. We purchased the car and were on the road back home in no time. We will consider Bob Howard Hyundai again in the future if they have a car we are interested in.

We had researched the car we wanted (Elantra) online and went to the dealer to make the purchase at the advertised priced on their website. It was a very easy process and actually went much smoother than expected. No hassles or pressures in the least. I would definitely recommend this dealership based on our personal experience.

I went into this dealership with my sister-in-law to purchase a brand new Hyundai Veloster. The buying process took 4 and half hours with constant struggles and lack of communication between the finance department and sales. After finally closing the deal, we were waiting for the title to come in so we could register her car. Three weeks after we left the dealer with the car, she began getting harassing emails from the finance department demanding all kinds of information that was already provided when she signed the paperwork. for the following two weeks, she received threats that they were going to come take the car from her if she did not provide them with proof of residence. After reviewing her paperwork, Bob Howard placed the incorrect address in the forms. I requested that we sit down with them to re-do the paperwork so it could match, and they refused and wanted me to sign some of her paperwork. They were supposed to pay for the tax and title of the car as agreed upon purchase. They finally sent the title 6 weeks after we purchased the car, and did not provide a check. They now refuse to give her the check. This dealership has wasted much of our time and has been the worst car buying experience. I do not recommend buying or shopping at this dealership. I have been awaiting a call back from their Finance Department Manager for over three weeks and he is conveniently out of the office every day I call. DO NOT give this business your time or money!

I hate buying cars. Even told the salesman that. I test drove a car. The salesman made an offer. My internet went down on my phone so I made the mistake of trusting the dealership that I paid a fair price. My credit rating was very high. Then I started getting rejection letters of being turned down because I was paying to much for the car. No one was even honest enough to step up and lower the price. If i started overcharging my customers I would be out of business. I believe in treating customers fairly and they will treat you fairly. This was my bad for not waiting until I could check price on car but my other car had died and I needed transportation. I feel like I was made a laughing stock from the sales department. Never again! Do not go there. Can't wait to get it paid down so I can remove the memory from my driveway.

This was the worst car buying experience. I was misled by the manager and and an employee about many things such as cars available on the lot, options, prices, etc. They did this to get me in the door. Once I complained to the general manager about the deception, he didn't care either. He used terms like "I'm not taking the expense of getting the car you want" and "Whether you buy a car from us we are going to make money". A very hillbilly attitude. I couldn't believe they treat customers like trash and expect repeat customers. They don't realize the power of word of mouth and negative reviews on the internet.They tried to treat me like an idiot on my trade in. I got an offer on my car from another Hyundai dealer and the manager looked me in the eye and asked me a nonsensical question. He repeatedly asked me "Will that dealer cut you a check for that amount of money for your trade in?" I didn't understand the question because we are not trading cash but value. Then he tried to low ball me on my trade in for my car by a few thousand dollars. The answer to his question was YES! I went back to the another dealer who gave me what I was asking for in my trade-in. If someone from Bob Howard Hyundai tries to reply to this comment and say "I'm very sorry you feel like this..", don't believe it! They had many chances to make things right. It's easy for them to apologize on the internet but its hard to do the right thing in person. I am never going there again and won't recommend any of my friends here.

I bought my car from Bob Howard Hyundai and wouldn't take it anywhere else for service. The service department is always fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I love that I can make my appointments online, and the online tools tell me exactly what services my car is due to get and what the expected cost will be.

Called for a truck they had for sale... they agreed to wait for me until the weekend, because I live in Tx. They were going to email pic and more info. Needless to say that never happened, and I called again and they said the truck wasn't up for sale anymore, instead it was going to be sold in an auction. Unprofessional staff.

The manager Chris made an offer to us for the vehicle we were interested in and kept going back on his word on the price and even tried to add an extra $1000 without us knowing. Luckly after calling the GM and letting him know how his managers were running things, he took great care of us and got us the car we were offered at the price promised! Scott was our salesman and he stuck by us the entire time!

We contacted a salesperson at this dealership about a used car they had listed. We confirmed that we were coming by to see the car. When we arrived, not only was he unprepared to show us cars, the specific car we had called about was not even available. He said the transmission had gone out on it. He then proceeded to walk us all around the lot and not even open a single car door to show us anything. We realized that we were not looking to spend a tremendous amount on this particular car, but we are in the market for another vehicle that we will be spending much more on and will not be going back there.

I bought a 2009 Accent there around Oct. 21st, and I had no problems at all. I took my car to a repair shop to get it checked and Bob Howard Hyundai fixed every single item for me free of charge. They did some painting and buffed out my car scratches for free! On top of all that they let me drive one of their cars while they were working on mine. I really appreciated that. Robert was the manager who helped me, and he was very professional and assisted me on all my needs. I recommend this place to everyone looking forward to buy an used car.

Never recommend this dealer. Visited with an appointment to buy a used car listed in their website. When I went there, they said its been sold and pushed me to buy a different car which is far beyond my budget. The sale manager promised many but nothing was true. When I told them I like a car when I took for test drive, they forced me to go buy it. When I tried to change my mind before signing the paper work, one of their employee even threatened that he may lose his job if I don't sign the paper (don't know why that would happen). I didn't receive my title on time and ended up paying penalty when transferring to my name. 0% trustworthy. Not all Bob Howard are same. Worst experience.

I actually visited Bob Howard Hyundai, not Bob Howard Toyota. Casie did a great job recommending cars that fit my needs and requirements. She was extremely professional and polite, as well as knowledgeable about the inventory. We drove a few cars and she was very accommodating with my needs. The finance department was also very helpful and polite. I would recommend Casie and Bob Howard Hyundai to anyone, and will definitely consider them for any future car-buying needs.

I also was promised "free oil changes for life" on my new 2012 Santa Fe. Suddenly no one at David Stanley knows anything about this even though I still have their card that says "Home of the Free Oil Changes for Life." Bob Howard said they are not David Stanley and know nothing. Besides the attempt to get me away from my preapproved financing at the credit union they sent me a surprise lein from Wells Fargo when I expressly told them I do NOT want to finance with Wells Fargo. I had to refinance with the OECU credit union where I was originally approved. Now this. No one knows a xxxx thing about the free oil changes. Since they do not honor their word they have lost me at every David Stanley as a customer forever. I buy brand new cars every few years because I do not want to deal with repairs and I will NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR from David Stanely or Bob Howard because of their failure to honor the free oil changes for life.

My car was totaled in the recent storms so I went out last weekend shopping for cars. Bob Howard Hyundai was the first stop on my list because they had the lowest prices online and a decent selection of cars. Terry Epperson met me when I arrived and showed me the Elantra (my car of choice for a replacement) and let me test drive both models. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles. What he didn't know, he was very happy to find out for me. Being someone who researches as much as possible before making large purchases, I looked around at a few other dealerships before making a commitment, but I ultimately returned to Bob Howard to purchase my new car. Both Terry and Chris were extremely helpful, and their customer relations manager Shy exceeded my expectations, even going so far as to drive out of state to go get me a car in the color I wanted. Buying a car can be a very stressful situation, but the guys I've mentioned in this review were extremely helpful and made the whole thing as painless as possible. Even the finance guys were awesome and I never felt pressured at all to add anything to the final tally. I was able to walk away feeling like I had made a good decision with absolutely no regrets about my purchase. Thank you Bob Howard Hyundai! I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family!

Bought a brand new accent, was told I had free oil changes for the life of the car, one of the reasons I bought here instead of automax. The first oil change was done with no problems or issues, time for the second one and the entire experience changed, "I'm sorry Bob Howard has Bought the dealership and you must rotate your tires and blah,blah,blah, your free oil change is now $68.00, you can't go somewhere else for your tire service, etc, etc, yak, yak, yak. So done with this crap, going to buy another Hyndai this year, guess where I won't be doing business?

I was exceedingly pleased with my experience dealing with Allie. She was extremely helpful and courteous, and did everything she said she would. The finance department was not helpful. The individual I worked with in finance was friendly at first, but subsequently insulted me by making comments about my mother and my credit union. He did not explain anything in an understandable way, seemed to have a difficult time with numbers (not great when you're the finance guy) and he did not seem to listen. When I asked what interest rate the dealership could offer me, he neglected to ever actually address my question and present a figure to me, leaving me no option but to go through my credit union. He did not sell me the warranty as he never explained it to me in a clear way. He only told me how I could finance it if I wanted to (I never asked about that). It is now October 20, two weeks after the purchase of my vehicle, and the check I wrote for my down payment still has yet to be cashed. That alone is ridiculous and a terrific inconvenience to me. After speaking with and visiting the other Hyundai dealerships in the metro area and being thoroughly discouraged by the unsatisfactory service, lack of delivery on promises, and overall aggressiveness I had to contend with, I was very pleased to find Allie. Ms. Chaffin was so helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns without being overbearing or insulting. She found the exact car I wanted and got it in very quickly. I have already recommended her services to a friend who is in the market for a new Hyundai vehicle.

After looking at 2 other Hyundai, a Kia & a Nissan dealership, I'm grateful I came here. Aley spoke to me over the phone & listened as I told her what my needs were in a car & what price range I could afford. On arrival to the lot she had keys to 4 different makes both new & used for me to consider. Not once did I feel pressured & she was very patient, even staying late to make sure my kids could help me decide on a favorite. All in all it was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

I had a great buying experiance to say the least. The dealer was quick to get me though the buying process and I was impressed! Then after signing the paper work I was suprised how much the table turned. I have had issues getting my title information, getting my trade paid off, and I did not recieve all the paper work I signed. I was talking with the sales management team when they would take my calls. They were always too busy to take my call cause they were selling another car. What happened to the person who put food on your table? Is selling a care to a new customer more important than taking care of the person who bought the car? They think so. I even ended up in Toby F office and he is General Counsel and he said all he could do is appoligize for my problems. He ask what they could do to make me happy and I mentioned a few things and according to Toby those were not an option. Then why did he waste my time by asking if he knew the answer to his question. Warning when a dealership has an attorney on site run the other way!!! I have been on the phone with Hyundai Corperate trying to seek help from them and they are also getting the silent tratment as well. I bought the car on 5/28/12 and my trade was sold I called about my title information on the 6/25/12 and was told I would have it by the 28th. It did not come in so I went to dealer on the 29th and no title!! Not only that the dealer had no MSO for the car. I was guaranteed my title info by 3pm on 7/4/12 no call or notification that it was in. I called dealer and I got no one to answer my calls. I then was notified by Hyundia that my title was in on 7/5 and went to dealer and guess what no title!! I was then taken to the office across the street were I had the privilage to met Toby. Also it took them 30 day from funding to pay off my trade. They sold my trade before all my paper work was complete and did not give me delivery agreement that has all the dealers will do's!! Suprise!! Now I have to seek legal help to get the dealer to take the car back due to breach of contract which is clearly stated on the delivery agreement I did not recieve, how ironic!!! Be ware buying a car here!!! I will not pay my hard earned money to a dealer who treats me like this!! They do not desirve to be in the car business!!! I wish you the best if you buy here! I am warning you once you sign on the dotted line they are done and thats it as stated by the staff!! Do not question them either they will band you from calling and refer you to Toby who does not have the respect to call you back. That is why I had to seek legal help!!!

It seems like the sales end of this business does well but no one says anything about the service area. Well I'm here to tell you they are awful!! I recently took my car in to get some very minor things fixed and the gentleman told me all this should be under warranty. So I was happy about that. The man told me they would call me that even and let me know. Did not receive a call for 2days so I called them an they told me only 2 things were covered. I was a little upset but I understand that it had to be a manufacturing problem. He then started to tell me the car was getting in the shop now and he would give me a call after the check everything and to see how long it will take. OF COURSE I did not get a call. I FINALLY receive my car on the 5th day. My mats were filthy! My stuff in my glove box was just thrown on the floor board, and to top it off one of the two things they "fixed" is still broken. So they are very nice to your fce but they truly don't care about you or your vehicle. I've never had a really nice car so I finally got one!! And I love this car. I will NEVER take it there again because they don't take care of your car.

I was happy that I was able to choose the vehicle I wanted, and receive the advertised price. A lot of other dealerships would advertise a lower price, only to later say the lower price was only a rebate if you were military, or a student. I didn't feel manipulated or pressured at David Stanley Hyundai.

Normally, we dread the thought of purchasing a car because of all the hassel/negotiations/waiting and waiting some more. We already owned a Santa Fe and knew it was what we wanted. The whole process took less than three hours and we feel like we have a wonderful vehicle at a great price. Something comparable with Ford, GM, Nissan, ect were all 10-15,000 more on sticker price. Sebastian was the best. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I went here to look at the Veracruz. I was the previous owner of a 2005 Lexus RX. I was told by a friend to check out the Veracruz and I am so glad I did. It is every bit as luxurious as my Lexus and you can't beat the price! Every single employee of David Stanley Hyundai treated me with complete respect and I felt like a VIP guest every time I went in. Went in to trade in our old vehicle for a new one. From the beginning we were passed back and forth between multiple salesmen as if neither was really wanting our business, but rather they wanted to try and handle multiple customers at the same time. Didn't quite get the price we wanted for the new car nor quite enough on the trade. Decided to leave and check around and we're glad we did. We found a competitor who was willing to meet David Stanley's new sales price but with a 2013 model instead of a 2012 and with a more fully loaded vehicle. They also gave us substantially more on our trade. Furthermore, we were repeatedly warned about the "free oil change for life" offer that Stanley offers. We were told that this is a tricky practice that Stanley will terminate if you do not agree to other service that they recommend. One dealer told us to take a look at the Better Business Bureau and see for ourselves. We did and although we could not find exact reasons for each complaint filed with the BBB, it is worth noting that at the time of our purchase, Stanley had 4-5 times as many (125) complaints over the last 5 years. Edmond Hyundai had 34 and Norman Hyundai had 25. I know that Stanley Hyundai has not been open that long but you gotta think that if they have this many complaints at their other stores then the poor practices that get them these complaints will most likely follow them tho this new location. Overall, our experience left a bad first impression with sales, higher overall cost than competitor and too many unanswered questions about the reliability of future service. All in all, our advice would be to shop and not make a hasty decision... there's always a better deal... Glad we found ours!!

When I first visited the dealership, I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a new or used vehicle. Brian showed me around the lot and talked to me about the different options, he never once forced me in one direction or the other. Ultimately, I decided that I should purchase a new car and started down that road. From the beginning, Brian kept reminding me that he doesn't spend his customer's money and that I could take time making my decision. When the time came, I walked in, sat down with him and left with my bright, shiny new car. Even after the sale he has stayed in touch to make sure everything is working out great. As a first time new car buyer, I don't have a ton of experience with dealerships, but I can't imagine that they all treat you this way. I highly recommend Brian and the team at David Stanley!
