Bought a vehicle from them (which went fairly smooth) and within a month had a transmission go bad. The tech working on it failed to fully check over the transmission and did not order the correct things to fix it. Denise and Sam in the service department have been helpful but the parts and service side are an absolute joke. Over 6 weeks they have had it and still are unable to even give me a time frame on when it may be ready. I will absolutely never use their service department again.

I do not know how the sales department is, but I can tell you to run away from the service department. Never again! The only reason my car was taken there was because I was told my remaining warranty "should cover the issue". I drop my car off and was told before the keys were even set on the counter "yeah the warranty isn't going to cover anything". Upon picking up the car I was handed the multi-point inspection sheet that shows my 4 year old car needs $1800 worth of work, not to mention when the technician that looked at my car checked the cabin filter he dumped all contents of the glovebox on the floorboard/under the seat and left it there. Fast forward a couple of weeks I took this same vehicle to my usual mechanic and everything that legitimately NEEDED to be done only cost $300. So if you are considering using this "service" department, I strongly urge you to look somewhere else.

Phil Muldovan was an exceptional salesman. I have walked out of car dealerships before because the salesman would talk to my husband instead of me when I was the one buying the car. This did not happen with Phil. From the time I arrived and he new I was the one buying the car, all questions were directed at me. all my questions were answered. Rebates were good. I left feeling very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Bob Johnsons in Pulaski, N.Y. to anyone.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Had a short wait while our vehicle was being serviced. I would have no problem using this dealership again.

I was able to make a timely appointment on line. Received a confirmation on line. I had an appointment at 8 am for maintenance and warranty work. Truck was taken in at 8 am. Great service reps.
