The service dept is always changing, I've never been in and seen the same employees twice. So you have to explain things to a new person each time. Which is annoying, maybe if you increase the pay you'll have better and more knowlageable employees that will be there for a longer time. Familiar faces at service centers are reassuring

Guadalupe was such a joy to work with and really made me loosen up and listen to the great offer and opportunity available to trade in my 2011 cx9 for a 2016 cx-9. I had a very good experience in purchasing a new Mazda 3 for my wife this past week. Very friendly and helpful faces all around. Everyone was very welcoming and really enjoyed their job. Just a slight missed opportunity that would have made a very good experience into a great one was the Nav GPS System install. During the test drive, I stated definitely needed that installed, since it was not a standard feature and was an extra $450-500 cost. After the paperwork was completed and I was reviewing the next day ( I was to pick up car later that week), I noticed the Nav GPS system was not listed in the pricing options. When I called, I was told by my salesman you did mention it, and it was my fault for not adding but since it was not listed or installed that I could only add it later. This was my fault too for not checking or noticing the day of, but that was just a missed opportunity to turn this into an excellent experience, as it could have been updated in the paperwork or added on at no cost, but instead I would have to have another $450-$500 out of pocket, which our budget did not allow at the time. Sold me my rx8 at 64,000 miles found out they aren't mad to last after 65,000 miles the service man Renee told me I should take the loss and get a new car I haven't had the car for two months and I paid in cash! He said he wouldn't even let the car sit in his garage??? Like why are the allowed to rip there customers off . I've been at Bob King Mazda over 25 times since I brought the car. Please save yourself the time and money these ppl are scamming the poor public. Look at there Facebook reviews definitely getting a lawyer and contacting the better Business bureau. I gave them 10,000 dollars lannie should be ashamed of his self he has a wife me buying my first car with Mazda don't trust them will do anything for a sale even if it means selling you a lemon

They do not stand behind their products. We bought a used car from Bob King Mazda and attempted to return it as IT WASN'T SAFE - BIG promises they shout - BIGGER LIES and MORE LIES. It should be fun to buy a car - it's a BIG investment - but they took any fun or HONESTY OUT OF THE EQUATION. Car folks are just trying to make a living - but the MANAGEMENT IS JUST GETTING RICHER!!!!! NEVER go to BOB KING dealerships!!!!!! Please.....save yourself the money! Lenny the salesman told me that they do not fill up the gas for used cars that are brought??? Even tho I spent 11,000 dollars cash. The tire sensor was on Lenny told me it would go off it never did had to come back the next day to find out the sensor was broken. Don't y'all check the used cars before you sell them?? Then tonight driving home I realized my windshield wiper blades are no good really bad smearing on the windshield I could not see and almost crashed the car. Kinda nervous now.. might see if I can return the car because if they are not checking simple things like the wiper blades and tire check lights what else are they not checking with the cars. Concerned customer also when I asked to buy the warranty they were trying to talk me out of it. And when I asked to talk to the warranty guy the past two days he was not available. Bob King Mazda. Please do not send me email saying it was the wrong dealership because I have the car and receipts for the car . Very disappointed

I understand MazdaUSA was / is limiting on the information they communicated to the dealers on the 2016 Miata launch edition. Why, I do not know. I read Miata forums to get most of my information on the happenings of the launch. Some of that was even accurate.That being said, Burt Heaven, along with Zachary Perry and Keith McKeller, helped me follow the delivery process and be prepared to pick-up my new MX-5 without a hitch.Thanks much. Would not leave remarks, except when my wife requested.a brochure on cx5 in order to read up and see available color schemes was informed by Zach he had brochure but we could get it at another dealership, since we had mentioned we were planning to go to another with more on site inventory so she could actually see various interiors, other than mostly black at this dealer lot. Our intent was to simply see more colors not neccesarly buy from other dealer. We had bought two previous cars from Bob King, a Mazda 626, and our current Hyundai (in very good shape which we were trading.). In fact our preference is to buy local, but not now after the very unprofessional and in fact rude treatment from Zach at Bob King Mazda. We will be buying a CX5,but quite doubtful it will be from this dealership. Phillips Adams was fine to work with, but certainly not his boss Zach.

I requested a quote on a Mazda 3 that was listed on the BOB KING MAZDA website for $15,499. The rep sent me an emailing referencing the car priced at $15,789. I test drove the vehicle, and then they said the best price they could do was almost $18,000. TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH. I provided screen shots to the sales manager and said there was no way they could make money selling the car at that price and I would have to come up over $2500. He was less than helpful. said he "guessed it was a mistake''. Because miracurously by the time I showed up the website was changed. He was really surprised I had screen shots to back up my story. THIS IS WHY I DON'T TRUST CAR DEALERS. Don't do business here, car dealers have no integrity. He should have honored the price advertised.

My husband and I made a 2 day trip to NC from Pittsburgh to help our daughter with a first time car purchase. Cannot say enough about Paul and Keith and the excellent customer service they provided. I was certain that we wouldn't have enough time and "comfort level" to help her find her "perfect" vehicle in such a short time period. But she did, with our blessing and Paul's help. His laid back, easy going demeanor made it very easy to work with him. Keith checked in on us throughout the evening and was also a pleasure to work with. There are a couple, minor things that need to be addressed with the vehicle, but I have no doubt that they will be taken care of with Paul and Keith "in charge"

I bought a Certified preowned mazda 3 from them. The looked brand new, very well waxed, cleaned and polished. I dealt with Juan Mosquera and Bryan Smith both were really nice and friendly. Except for a couple of issues I am having with my car which should have been taken care of by the CPO inspection. I doubt they actually do the real 150 point inspectionMy advice to anyone buying a car from them: 1. You have to bargain, and bargain for the final price, they have a $600 charge and a lot of other charges that adds up to the cos of your car. I got $2000 off their list price for a car. Bargain!2. I relied on the certified preowned warranty did not really check the car well when I was buying it. Well 2 months later my car started to make a squealing sound. Brought it to a dealer (different dealer closer to me) they said it was the serpentine belt and tensioner and gave me a quote of $500. If you look on the CPO brochure, both of these items are on the 150 point inspection. The dealer says it is not covered by the CPO. 3. 6 months later now(i put about 3000 miles on it), my brakes are squealing, have not brought it to the dealer yet but I bet I need new brake pads which they will also tell me is not covered by the CPO. I bought this car about $1000 above market value because of the CPO and the inspections they did on it. But did they? Both the belt and tensioner supposed to be in the 150 points inspection and after only 3000 miles I have had 2 mechanical issues with the car already. Do not rely on the CPO make sure to get the car checked by a mechanic or someone who knows what he is looking at.

We Love our 2015 Mazda 6 it is a excellent fit for me, and the road handling is wonder, like I'm riding on a cloud. We where told that all used cars had new Yokohama Tires on them, the one we purchased had 3 different brands on it. We where also told we would get a call on the following Monday to come and pickup a 2nd key which didn't happen, after we called the fourth time we where told we would have to buy a 2nd key if we wanted one. If I talked or treated my customers the way I was treated by Darin Griffin I would not have a job.

Zach was the most friendly, down to Earth sales person I have ever encountered. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy so he got me out of the heat, asked me a few questions, and pulled up the car of my dreams on the first try. It was the perfect color, equipment, and overall feel. They gave me a wonderful deal that I could feel good about. Everyone I encountered was over the top nice and went out of their way to help me, make me feel comfortable, and get me feel like the car buying experience was all about me.. and they have great fresh baked cookies. I shopped around for months to find just the right model of the Mazda 3 (Manual, iTouring) at the right price. I spoke with several dealerships in the surrounding counties and test drove at several places. My husband and I saw the internet ad for a 2013 Mazda Cx5 Gran Touring . Called the dealership to ascertain that the car was still available. Was told yes. We also asked about their hours of operation, told Darin Griffith that we were driving from another State 2 hours and 30 mins, but we will be there . We got there about 1 hour 15 mins before closing time. We were introduced to Darin Griffith, who then passed us along to Zachary Taylor. So far so good. The car was in front waiting for us, we examined it and saw it had all the features we wanted. We also noted a scratch on the back lift gate of the car. We were asked if we wanted to drive it. At that moment my husband got a very important call from work. He is in IT and someone needed help to fix a job. So we did the test drive. I liked the features on the car. We got back to the dealership to discuss numbers, or so we thought. Zachary started asking us for our personal information. We asked why and he said he needed to do it for financing. We told him we have been pre-approved by our credit union. He asked how they would get their money, we explained that the credit union gave us a letter confirming this. He stomped off throwing a tantrum, claiming he was confused, like a child. He came back with a form laying out the price of the car, taxes, fees and their doc fees. My husband who was on the phone with his job, asked for paper and wrote down a figure, he was going to negotiate for the car. Zachary took it to the office, Returned in seconds to tell us that the internet price is their best price, they don't negotiate. He then tore up the offer paper, slammed his desk drawer and stomped off. We were left sitting there in awe at what happened. We have never been so rudely treated as customers in any business. We eventually realized we were dismissed, and got up to leave in shock. There was no mention before that the price was fixed. We have always negotiated when purchasing a car, we were never asked about our vehicle, whether we were going to trade or not I am writing this review, because most businesses, pride themselves on their customer service, and this young man and his superior have a lot to learn. We came to take the vehicle home yesterday, if all negotiations worked well. Needless to say, would never recommend this dealership. On the way home , we stopped at the Flow Volkswagen dealership, just down the road and the service we were received from them made up for the lack of it at Bob King Mazda. Walking in, I was a tad bit skeptical as far as what type of salesmanship I was going to encounter at this particular dealership. Being that I'm a woman, I was afraid to be taken advantage of, that the customer service would be "just okay", and that I'd encounter the pushiness and over-bearing persona that most car dealers operate in; boy was I WRONG!! My salesman was Mr. Zachary Perry, and from the beginning to the end, I was pleased with his easy going and HONEST character. I also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Darin Griffin and Mr. Ricardo Perez, who were also very honest and trust worthy in their business approach. When my husband and I heard Bob Kings commercial on TV, we just knew there had to be a catch. There was no way we could have a brand new Mazda3 for the price we were intending to pay for a used car. We had been researching the purchase of a car for several months. As soon as the commercial was over, I hopped on www.bobkingmazda.com to see if this was real. I viewed their inventory and requested a price. Jade Eisenman immediately responded. She is so genuinely friendly. I welcomed her emails as I spent the next couple of weeks reviewing different makes and models to make sure the Mazda was the way to go. We looked at several different dealerships and after careful consideration, found Bob King Mazda to be our top choice. The night before we planned to take the Mazda3 for a test drive, we looked at their inventory again and found a Mazda6 within our price range. Again, we became skeptical if the internet price was real. I emailed Jade again and she confirmed the price was real. She has an awesome gift of being sweet and patient without any the unwanted pressure. When we arrived, Ivan Washington greeted us, and from there we were sold. We had two more dealerships to visit but Ivan helped us feel that we already made the right choice. Ivan shared his knowledge about the Mazda6 as well as differences between other cars. Ivan made us feel comfortable through the entire process and we even shared some laughter. Ricardo Perez sealed the deal. We do not have the best credit score and he was able to complete our loan package at a price we could afford. Bob King Mazda has a dynamic team as well as the best prices. We drove over a half hour away and it was worth every mile! We love our new Mazda6 and when we decide to upgrade, we are going back to see Ivan.

As a first time new car buyer, the whole process can be a bit overwhelming. I knew I wanted a Mazda2 with manual transmission, and Bob King had the best sticker price in my general area. I walked through the door expecting to be trampled by overeager salesman, but instead, I was politely greeted and assigned to an associate (Lannie Ledford) who would answer my questions. As a salesman, Lannie did his job perfectly. He presented me with options and the benefit of those options in a way that was persuasive, but not disrespectful or pushy. The same can be said for Ricardo Perez, manager, who finalized all of the paperwork and billing. My new car was washed and given a full tank of gas. Most importantly, the car is fantastic!

Their price was better than quote from Trucar.com / Car care secrets.com / Fighting chance.com. Besides all the negotiation, their customer service was fabulous, in particular Danielle. We did trade in our Honda Element for a great price as well. Danielle was so friendly that, she let us drive their loaner car home at no cost. Our experience was not the best and we would not feel comfortable recommending this dealership to our friends. The first salesman did not know how to put the second row seats down flat, which removed the vehicle from my consideration (plus he did not try to get someone to help to confirm whether they did or did not go all the way down. He just said they didn't go down). When I got home I saw a video online about how to put the seats down, so I went back to the dealership. The second salesman was very very nice, but he was new and did not know a lot about how the dealership was run - I don't think it was his fault - I don't think he had been trained, and I know he certainly did not get the support necessary while we were there trying to wait for a car to be ready from the service dept. to test drive, search for a car in the database, figure out when the car would be available, etc. We were told wrong information about when to arrive to pick up our car, and the manager blessed our salesman out in a way that we could see through the window, which I thought was very unprofessional. It took over an hour and a half to pick up our car even though we had already paid by check 2 days before. The finance manager seemed addled and both of us felt that something was amiss both times we met with him.Finally, this is the second review I have written because the first one I filled out was not "accepted" because I was not able to "select the vehicle brand purchased" since the only options was 'Hyundai'. When I tried to figure out why I was getting a Hyundai survey when I had bought a Mazda, the review I wrote was lost. So I redid the review and I am selecting that I purchased a Hyundai, which of course is ridiculous.

We took a wrong turn and ended up driving by the dealership, there on the hill sit a Toyota Tacoma. My husband had been looking at this make of vehicle so we stopped to look. We were immediately greeted by Zach who was very friendly and helpful. As they looked at the truck I saw the Mazda CX5, that i though would be perfect for our son. We left that day without a decision but came back with our son and took at test drive. We then went to another dealership but came back and honestly one of the reasons we came back was Zach. He was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. We purchased the CX5 and later in the week my husband purchased the Tacoma. Zach was not able to be there when he picked up the truck but Ricky took over and finished up the paperwork and had him on his way in no time. I do think the person crunching the numbers should take the time to speak to the customer and at least introduce him/herself to finish that person feeling that was started by Zach and finished by Ricky.I would gladly recommend this dealership to other, just make sure you find Zach.

I made a trip to Bob King Mazda for the first time looking to buy a used Mazda Miata 2008 model that I first saw on Auto Trader. When I first met Don outside, he seemed like a very nice guy.....and indeed he was a great salesman that knew all about the Miatas! During the buying process, he was very polite and intelligent and dedicated to his job. He did everything he could to make things go smooth for my purchase of the car. I really enjoyed dealing with him. He has a great personality. He went out of his way to find me an Owner's Manual for my car, and he found me one quickly! Then later on I had to take the car back there because of a bad headlight. It took a long time to repair the light, but thatwasn't his fault because the parts had to be ordered from Canada. After the car was fixed and ready for me to pick it up, I had a problem. I was not able to get somebody to drive me from Greensboro (where I live) to go pick up my car. So Don was very nice and actually drove to my house after he got off work at 9:00 PM. to bring the Miata to me! He put in extra gas for me, too. I was really impressed with Don Cole. Heis very dedicated to his work and a great guy to work with. Thanks again to Don for his excellent job.

I walked in on not knowing what i was going to do. I had a truck to trade and was sick of all the other dealerships playing "games". I just wanted a fair price for my trade and a great car. Lannie Ledford kept me on the track i needed to get what i wanted, no games were played. He told me that he could put me in a new Mazda 6, but he told me that it would be out of my price goals and geared me to a more affordable Mazda 3 (with some bells and whistles), the sales manager, Darin, was extremely friendly as well and worked hard to get me the monthly payments i was looking for. I visited Bob King Mazda on August 10th 2013. What I liked almost immediately was the friendly atmosphere. I was greeted immediately, asked my name and was addressed by everyone I had come in contact with by name from that point on. I was extremely specific as to my wants and needs in a vehicle and Don Cole was able to meet those expectations. He found the perfect vehicle for me and made sure that I knew about it and was comfortable with it before we went forward in the car buying process. I was then introduced to Angela Obi. Angela's professionalism and dedication to her customers was something that I personally had not experienced in quite some time. She went out of her way to get me in the payment price range that I wanted to be in. My whole attitude going in was, "Show me the numbers" and they were able to deliver. I had been pricing vehicles for several days on the internet getting a knowledgable insight into what packages were available the incentives each dealer offered and the financing available. I also read what consumers had to say about certain cars I was interested in. What it all came down to was a test drive of each vehicle. So with that in mind my first stop was Bob King. I was greeted by Don Cole who showed me several cars. I chose a Mazda CX5 to test drive. I really liked it but I had promised myself to give each of the other vehicles a test drive also.None of the other dealerships were as friendly and none of the vehicles were as comfortable within my price range or as fun to drive. I went back to Bob King, met with Don Cole and Don Guffey came up with an excellent price. It all went so smoothly until we found out they had just sold the last car with the color I wanted. You see I wanted a different color this time one that would stand out. It took a few weeks for them to locate one. In the mean time I was given one of their demo cars to use until it came in. Don Cole kept me informed of what was happening.It was worth the wait!!! After spending a little bit of time with Brandon getting the financing in order we drove home in our beautiful new Mazda CX5!!! I'm lovin' it!!

I went to Bob King mazda to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman Lannie Ledford was friendly and professional. Lannie went out of his way to answer my questions and assist me with the purchase of my CX5. I would recommend him to anyone. The first problem that I encountered was a few days after my purchase where the dealership made a mistake and did not transfer my personalized tags from my old car. As I was to renew my registration the same month this caused an additional problem. Currently I am still driving with a registration that has my old car on it not my new one. I have been told by Brandon that I "should" recieve another registration card from DMV. My second issue came with a faulty windshield in the car within two weeks of the purchase. When I took to the dealership I was told that I had to show to the service manager Toby to get it replaced at no cost to me but that he only worked on the weekdays. I brought it back on the following Monday on my lunch hour and Toby agreed that it was fautly and stated he would order another one and it would be in and installed that week. I clarified as I was going out of town that weekend and he again assured me there would be no problem. By Thursday that week I had no contact and I left Toby a message at 11am with no response. I called back at 2 and still could not reach him. I asked for a manager and spoke to Mike the sales manager. He said he would find Toby and find out what was going on. Mike called back and said the windshield was coming from Texas and would not be in until the following week. As of the following Tuesday still no word so I called again. They stated it had just come in and that I had to set up the installation with the service department. When I brought the car in today for the installation was told they did not know if they molding was here and that they contract with an outside company to have this done which I was never told. They did not know if the contractor had been called and if I could get it back that day. As a single parent I was stuck without knowing if the vehicle would be ready. When I asked for the survey and told them I was not happy the general manager then called. When I explained to him what had occured he said he would get me a car to drive. At no point through all this has any of managers offered me anything to make this right and keep my business. I have made several trips to the dealership over the tags and the windshield, several on my lunch hour and many phone calls when I recieved no call backs or updates. If you only had to work with the sales staff Lannie that would be excellent. But for anything else at this dealership it is not worth the hassle and has really made the whole car buying experience a nightmare. To finalize it has now been two months since I purchase my car and as of today my tags nor registration are correct. I was called again today to pick up the tag that never should have been there. I have also never received the correct registration from DMV either as I was told I would. Sorry but would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Update 10/18/13My issues have not been addressed or resolved. Bob King Mazda continues to post comments they are working on their errors. Nothing has been done at all. Now because of the tag mix up the local tax office thinks I still own the vehicle I traded and the new car so they are billing me for both. When I refused to pay the taxes on the car I traded they blocked my tag from renewal. This was the tag Bob King was to have transferred. Now I am having to give up my tag and purchase a new tag to get the matter corrected. Bob King has not attempted to compensate me for the additional time or expenses due to their mistakes. They have washed their hands of this matter and left me with the pieces to pick up. I am upset that I had to get rid of my personalized tag because of them. I recently also ran into a coworker who had a bad experience as well with this dealership. I will not be returning to this company and will tell anyone I know to go out of town for their vehicle needs. So now Bob King has responded they are not responsible for the tax office and gave me their phone number. Are you kidding me? It is because of the non transfer of my tag that the tax office thinks I have two vehicles. They can not even own up to their own mistakes. This is a complete joke of a company. The new response is the I should go to the DMV office and show my paperwork to get it straightened out. Well I have done that and the tax office and they still claim I own two vehicles that I do not. I have spent several lunch hours of my time trying get this mess corrected to no avail. Now I am out the time, money for gas and aggravation and had to give up the personalized tag I loved on my new vehicle so that it shows correctly between DMV and the tax office.

We went to this dealership to trade my husband's truck for Mazda3 Hatchback for better gas mileage. We also were looking for my daughter who is soon to turn 16 a used car. We met Tammy Lawson in the parking lot and it was an awsome experience for my entire family. She was so helpful and honest regarding any questions or concerns we had during our decision making process. We spent most of our day at the dealership on Saturday April 14th but it was well worth it. We all came home excited to know we had made great purchases for the entire family. Went in just to look at the new Mazda 6. Met with Lannie and he showed me the 2014 Mazda 6. At this point I was torn between this vehicle and the 2013 Chevy Malibu. I previously had owned both and decided that I like the Quality of the Mazda as wwll as the included upgrades that I would have to purchase on the Chevy. Very rarely am I impressed or even satisfied with car salespersons. I am not one who enjoys the negotiating or playing the game of working your way to the best price, etc. However, I was very pleased by William Monk. He listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. He then worked with management to identify a vehicle that was within my peramiters and met the specifications that I had provided. There was no attempt to push me into something a bit more expensive. Everyone there was helpful and courteous and I ended up purchasing a good car at a fair price. The folks at Bob King Mazda were extremely helpful.. I started looking at the CX5 last summer. I went in a number of times to check out the car to see if it was what I wanted. They were very nice and helpful each time I went in. They helped me measure the car, then put my dog crates in and out and then one more time we put the crates in with other equipment I use...they helped me decide that I could use a small car for my dogs.

I came to this dealership from south carolina for a 2010 chevy malibu. After talking with Mr. Monk , he said the car had no problems and they even worked a great deal. Upon arriving Mr. Monk was very helpful we test drove the car but felt like something was off with the wheels. But because the could not order the wheels that day they cut the price of the wheels off the prics tag. This dealership was friendly and true to their word , I reccommend to everyone.

Needed my car wheels mounted and some minor paint problems repaired. They fixed it and I took it home and the car was still not running well. I took the car back FOUR times and they said the car was fine, that they were not going to belive my complaints and sent me home. I finally drove the car a few miles and caused more damaged due to their negligence. I then took the car to another shop and when they lifted the car, I could SEE bent and damaged parts. If they would have even seen the car, they would have seen it. I paid $1,200 just for broken and bent parts and the car was fixed at the other shop. The service dept. at BOB KING MAZDA/Hundai are total inepts and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. They also have very bad customer service. Even if the customer is wrong, you do not tell them that they are crazy. I am very upset.

After speaking with Amanda via email for a couple of days we drove to Winston-Salem from outside Martinsville, VA and received a warm and attentive welcome. Absolute fantastic visit. I really enjoyed my time with William. I didn't buy a Mazda - I purchased a Hyundai Elantra - but he didn't force the upper hand in any situation. He was a very personable guy and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. We only had one minor snafu on the day - he temporarily misplaced my license, but to be honest, it made for a good story. I really enjoyed my time and experience and would certainly recommend him for anybody. Plus, if his coworkers are anything like him, then I can say it would be well worth it to stop on by.

William will go above and beyond to make sure his customer knows he cares and is working for you to get the car you want at a reasonable price. Because of my ex-husband, my credit was not so good for a long time.Over the past weekend, my car's engine blew, actually caught on fire. I was, needless to say, very upset. So, we looked on line for the car we were searching for and found that Bob King Mazda possibly had it. We called the next day and after speaking with Tim for only a few minutes were absolutely pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. He then had Bill Mowery speak with us about the car we were looking for and Bill was just as professional and friendly as Tim. The customer service with the sell reps. was good and I like the visitor lounge with cookies and coffee but the service department sucks. They act like they Don't want to do any work and keep acting like they are not willing to help me at all. They have a very bad attitude, I was not happy about this. I was told that I would get my car cleaned for free and sodimized and everytime I spoke to the service department they would not make me a scheduled date to come by and I could just tell they were not willing to help me. If they don't want to do their job they need to find a new one.

I drove a used CX 7 and a new CX 5.My wife and I wanted a red CX 5, so they looked all day Friday and found one. I came in with numbers already in my head, and what they offered me was more than expected from the price of the car to the trade in for my car. Very smooth transaction. Brent was very personable and will refer a friend to him. The only complaint and really not a complaint is I felt a little pressured into buying Gap and extended warranty that was not interested in. My family and I visited Bob King Mazda to purchase a new car that we saw advertised on the internet. I told my daughter not to get her hopes up; the car would have been sold. Not only did they have the car, they had several. The price was $2000 below anyone else in the area.Cory Holder (salesman) was the most knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining person we have ever met. His nick name is The Magic Man he took was is normally a stressful situation and made it enjoyable. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but this was the by far the most enjoyable experience I have had. This was the first time I have been to Bob King Mazda but in the future it will be my first stop when considering a new car. He was very friendly, and this is saying a lot considering it was 9pm and he had been working since early morning. He was patient with us and went back inside several times to get different keys in order to show us different vehicles. He wasn't pushy and made us feel "at home" even though we didn't actually make a purchase at this dealership. My first contact with Bob King Mazda was with Amanda by e-mail inquiry. In the span of 8 hours, she had worked with sales managers to get the price I wanted on the car I wanted. Their finance department got me a better interest rate than I initially asked for. In less than 48 hours after my first e-mail, I was driving my new car home.My drive to this dealership was more than an hour but well worth it. I was initially hesitant to work with such a large dealership. At some large dealerships, I got the feeling that if I didn't buy from them, there were always twenty more customers behind me and they could move on to the next. I NEVER got that impression at BK Mazda. I appreciated Calvin's explanation of everything about my car and the tour of the facility including an explanation of how their service department works.There was a minor issue with my new car which Jack explained to me on the day I bought it. It necessitated an additional trip to the dealership for a quick service. I made an appointment for the service the following week. Having had the tour, I knew exactly where to take my car for faster service. The service guys were friendly and efficient. I was given a full tank of gas for my time and the extra trip to the dealership. The waiting area for the service department was wonderful - roomy and wi-fi enabled so that I could work while waiting.Thank you Bob King Mazda for an excellent car-buying experience.

We were very impressed with the customer service from the sales staff to the finance department to the service department.We were"just looking"but ended up buying a 2011 Mazda 3 for our daughter. Darren greeted us first but had to attend to another car sale so he introduced us to Michael Warren who was extremely pleasant and friendly (as was Darren).We looked at a variety of new and used cars. Michael was very knowledgeable about all the makes and models. During the test drive, Michael didnt even flinch when I screamed at my daughter to slow down.After our decision was made, we met with Mike(fellow Steelers Fan) Cutshaw. He went over the options for financing and helped us select the best choice for our financial situation. Again, we were impressed with the knowledge he exhibited and his friendly demeanor.The car was spotless upon delivery and our neighbor from Pinnacle (forgot his name but he is an asset also) attached the temporary license plate. The Sales Manager took my daughter's picture and away she went!It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Bob King Mazda.

From my initial inquiry and request for a test drive Bob King Mazda were 100% professional and courteous, I felt relaxed and not pressured during the time that I was looking at the Mazda 3 and eventually the Mazda 6, this is very important to me because had I felt that I was being pushed into something that I didn't want I would have walked away.Bruce Christopherson (my sales agent) answered all of my questions to the full regarding the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. Bruce was a pleasure to work with, he went through every detail of both vehicles during the test drives, making me feel very at ease like he was working for me and not Bob King Mazda.I have now purchased the Mazda 6 and feel fully confident that going forward I will have 120% full support from both Bruce Christopherson and all of the staff at Bob King Mazda.While I was finalizing the purchase of the Mazda 6 I was able to book my first service for the vehicle using the online services at Bob King Mazda. Very impressive, I lead a very busy life and anything that I can do online is extremely helpful. Before I arrived home with my new Mazda 6 I had already received an email confirming the scheduled service.I have no doubt that the next time I am looking for a new vehicle my first call will be to King Mazda and Bruce Christopherson.

I give this dealership a positive review. We worked with Jeremy Butner, and he had a fair grasp of the vehicle we were looking at. When he didn't know an answer to a question, he was honest and indicated that he didn't know the answer, which was appreciated. Pricing was reasonable as well, though the "special" price on the car assumed about a $1,000 in discounts that required financing with Mazda and being a pre-existing Mazda customer. We were able to work around that with Mr. Butner's assistance.

I have been looking for a vehicle for about 2 weeks when I came to Bob King Mazda. I was approached by Monte in a very professional way. Although I am young he was the first sells man to treat me like an adult instead of a child. After he introduced himself to me he asked me what exactly I was looking for, and then took me straight to the Mazda 6 that I have fell in love with. After I decided I would like to drive it told me he would have to drive it off the lot, which was fine with me. As soon as we sat in the car he cranked it then showed me exactly what every single button in the car was for and he is the first sells man to show me this most of them just jump in and go which could be dangerous. After showing me everything we went for the test drive. He was laid back, yet professional enough to make me feel comfortable driving a brand new car with a stranger. After getting back to the car lot we went inside and started talking money, and he explained what everyone was doing. Then I went upstairs to the finance office, I believe her name was Beverly. She was great as well. She explained every paper before I signed it, and was also very professional. While we where in her office Monte took the car and filled it up with gas and had it washed so when I left the car would be perfect. After leaving her office I went back downstairs to Monte and he took the manual and other books and reviewed those with me, and he also showed me the shop that I would take my car to in the future. After everything was done he went and got the car and drove it to the door for me. I dont plan to buy another vehicle anytime soon but if I do I would deffinently go back to Monte. I have already recommened him to my friends that are just shopping around right now, and I have told them if they decide to go there they should deal with him. I am so glad you have such a great sales man as Monte, because thanks to him you sold a car, instead of me leaving disappointed.

I had a great experience with Bob King Mazda. I bought the new Mazda 2 and I absolutely love it, although I now wish I had bought the automatic but the manuel has a lot of spunk for a small car. Bruce Christopherson was the best, he was helpful, honest and knew what he was talking about. He actually talked me out of a more expensive car because he knew that it would really stretch my budget. I would recommend that anyone that is interested in a car go see Bruce he is awesome! Ryan was the finance guy and he got me financed and in and out quickly. No muss and fuss just in and out and done. Very happy with my overall experience! Now my son wants to buy a car from Bruce!

Spoke with Curtis Johnson yesterday morning, and wasn't counting on being able work a deal on our first day shopping. I say this because we stopped by another Mazda dealership on the way (we drove roughly 100 miles to visit Curtis at Bob King Mazda), and the rep at the other dealership was having some math problems... With Curtis, we laid out what exactly we were seeking and what would work for us (which was pretty extreme), and Curtis was straight up from the start on what he could do. I already had the numbers worked out, and knew we were going to have a deal when his numbers matched mine exactly on the first round. First rate car buying experience, we couldn't be happier. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was great, and we love our new Mazda 6. Thanks Curtis and Bob King Mazda!

We got a great price on Mazda3 and Chaz was great to deal with.We had one hiccup during the settling/negotiating process which detracted from a perfect buy, but overall it was a painless experience.The financing department was great as well. They made us aware of the products they offer, but didn't press us when we said we weren't interested.My wife loves the car, I loved the deal, and we would recommend others buy their car there.

I thought being a Mazda dealer they would have a clue as to how to fix my 01 626 Mazda air-conditioning system. Big and costly mistake!!! They had the car three times and once kept it over a week and racked up hundreds of dollars in parts and services fee's while they played "plug and play" trying to fix the air-conditioning. The last time I took the car in I made an appointment over a week in advance and when I arrived they told me they one had ONE Mazda tech and he said he would be lucky if he could get to it. Of course hours later they said I would have to bring it back for further diagnostics! I said screw them and took the car to independent garage and they had the problem fix, bad compressor clutch, and back on the road in a day. It was nearly a $1000 dollar lesson that I have learned well to never ever deal with these land pirates again! If you buy a new Mazda from them all I can say is beware they are going to take you for a good ride down the road when you have to have the car serviced!

I contacted this dealer and wanted the lowest price. I was told the lowest price with no hassle. I originally was looking for a Mazda 3 with manual transmission. They told me that the only one that met my requirements was about to be sold. But, in order to not lose my business, they gave me an automatic at the same price.Curtis is a model for great customer service. He listened thoroughly, was knowledgeable, and acted very professional. We went to Bob King Mazda to buy a Mazda 3 for our son, they were very friendly and accomodating. Once we decided on the car we wanted we started the negociations, even though we went back and forth on the price we wanted to pay, they were always respective of what we needed to do the deal. We actually left the dealership the first day after we decided the price was higher than we were willing to pay. Even at that point they were very respectful of our decision and did not try and bully us into buying the car. We received a call the next day and over the phone were able to agree on a price that worked for us and them and went back that night to buy the car. We felt we got a great price, super car (we did our home work using Comsumer Reports) and it was actually a fun experience. Our family decided to purchase with Bob King because of the pace. We initially looked at cars about a week before our purchase and told the we did not know when we would be making a purchase. Their response was please call us when you are ready because we dont want to push something on you that you are not ready for. Bruce was especially laid back and let us look at a pace comfortable that we were comfortable with. When we went back to make the purchase they accepted our offer within a reasonable amount of time and there was little back and forth bidding. Since our purchase we have been very pleased with our car. This is the third Mazda we have owned. Bruce has continued to follow up making sure we have been pleased with our Mazda 5.

We were also impressed with the management staff when it came to financing. At first, the finance department had quoted us an unmanagable price.
