ASKED FOR WIPER BLADES 2016 FORD NO STOCK ASKED FOR A TIRE ROTATION TOLD ME IT DIDNT NEED IT EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS ROATE MY TIRES. I WOULD NT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALLSERVICE MANAGER SAID ITS OK IF IM NOT HAPPY OTHER CLIENTS ARE HAPPYxxxxxxxxx ANSWER NEVER AGAIN I BUY A NEW EXPENDITION EVERY TWO YEARS WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

My F150 developed a jammed tailgate (not Ford's fault-original owner changed the gate} when we were trying to leave town on a Friday afternoon this summer. We had 3 hours to reach my daughter's softball game in a town that's 2 hours away. So we pulled into our hometown Ford dealer, Bob Lowth Ford of Bemidji, where I knew they'd be busy. And it was Friday, so everyone wants to finish up and get home ASAP. The woman handling the desk tells me to drive into the shop and they'll work on it right away... surprise #1. The guy working on another F150 drops everything and fixes the gate in about 15 minutes... surprise #2. No charge... surprise #3. And I didn't even buy my truck there. I've had other special care at Bob Lowth, too, but I thought it might have just been a good day. I guess that's the way they do it everyday. I am in no way affiliated with them; I'm just a very satisfied customer.
