I was looking for a specific type of vehicle, because of a recent job change. Bob Mariano was the only dealership within a 50 mile radius that had what I was looking for. From the very first phone call until driving away in my new vehicle, it was a true pleasure and the best buying experience I've ever had. Dianne was very polite, knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and detailed. When I buy a vehicle I have specific things I want done to them before they leave the lot with me. Dianne took care of everything, from handling my trade in, lining up accessories to be installed on my vehicle (i.e. a tow package, wheel locks, to extra diesel emission fluid) she took care of it all. Honestly, she made it very easy for me. She called or emailed to keep me updated on the progress of the vehicle. Dianne is a pro and extremely good at what she does. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram to go see Dianne. You will not be sorry.

Haven't bought a car since 2006 and was not looking forward to all the negotiation tactics and bickering. I was so happy when none of that even happened. We said what we wanted, and where we wanted the payment range and he found it. No bickering.... it was Easy Peasy! I love my new car and I am so excited. Who knew there were so many new features in cars. He explained everything so well. It was fast and efficient. Thanks Jason for all your help, you and your team are amazing! Stuck in a dealership for hours with a bunch of weird people, always feel like you are getting ripped off or not getting the best deal. I always hate going to buy cars as I always come away feeling I have been shafted in some way. NOT with Diane Mariano and the Bob Mariano dealership. Diane Mariano was a great sales person. I have purchased may cars from dealerships in many states over the years. Diane was the best so far. She had a nice appearance and made me feel like I was dealing with a good person, not some shady car salesperson which is typical at most dealerships. Very friendly, open to negotiation, I was not stuck in there for hours. The vide of the dealership in general was pretty positive due to being a family run business and focus on customers first. I would recommend Diane and Bob Mariano's Jeep dealership in Concord NH, even if you are not local, its worth the extra effort.

I was in contact with another dealership in New Hampshire an I was coming from Cape Cod to New Hampshire a two hour drive one way. To purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 from them.When I got to that other dealership they told me they had sold it . I had traveled 2 hour to buy it from them. Realize I had been in contact less then 12 hour prior to confirm I was coming. They tried to sell me another vehicle which I didn't want. So I drove 1 exit up and pulled into Bob Mariano Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram were I was greeted by JASON THERRIN sales rep. I explained to him what I just gone through and I was irritated by the events of what just happen. He asked me what I was looking for and he showed me several models in my price range. I couldn't get over the volume of vehicles that they had on their lot. Which I thought priced very moderately. Went through several of them- drove them all- all in great condition. With Jason's help I found the truck of my dreams! Next was the negotiation because I can't pay sticker price I just can't. With out too much haggling I bought the truck for exactly what I could afford. I had to meet with their finance manager Robert Lasher. I have to give him a shout out because I've been in business for 38 years and this man's professionalism and knowledge of his job was incredible. Everyone I met there was great and helpful to my needs. When I left the dealership with my new truckin Concord, New Hampshire and drove to Cape Cod Massachusetts this Dodge truck I purchased used 6.03 gallons of regular gas at average of 70 mpg incredible. I would highly recommended a Dodge for your next performance truck and especially recommend for the BEST service and sells BOB MARIANO Chryler,Jeep,Dodge,Ram in Concord New Hampshire. My husband and I bought our first van from Dodge, Diane Mariano a few years ago and we had the best experience possible. SHe was accommodating to my children, who I had to bring with me a few times while searching for the right vehicle for us. She let us take the van home and make sure it was for us. BEST experience ever! The sales manager and Diane made the process of applying for the loan very easy and not stressful at all! We just recently went back and asked for DIane again to purchase our new vehicle due to a car accident that left my van totaled. Again, best service, so polite, accommodating, answered all my questions very detailed and made sure we understood everything, and she did as much as she could on her own that we spent as little time as we could in the dealership. Diane got us in a 2016 dodge caravan, with the best extended warranty....we don't have to worry about anything besides normal wear and tear for 5 years!!!! And on top of that we get 20 oil changes and tire rotations over the next 5 years included in that extended warranty! I even mentioned that we really needed a hitch and roof rack because we are campers and she accommodated that for us too and had the hitch put on that day we finalized paper work for the van! They also give you free state inspections for life when you purchase through them! Can't go wrong! We will never go to a different dealer! They made us feel comfortable and didn't take advantage of us. They didn't keep pushing more and more o try to get more out of us.... They were fair and polite! If you are searching for a new car or even used one....come to dodge.... And ask for Daine! She is amazing!!!! Thanks again Diane!!!!

Went to look at Jeep Cherokee's on a whim and drove away a 2016 75th Anniversary Edition. Alex was really friendly and he made the process really easy. We bought our first new car in quite some time from Dianne Mariano a few months ago. The buying experience with Dianne was so professional, so personal, and so pleasant, that we bought our Jeep from her on our first visit. We didn't even bother checking with another dealer. We showed up for our appointment, test drove two vehicles we were interested in, and came to an agreement that same day. The next day, Dianne showed up at our house with our beautiful new Cherokee. She spent over an hour going through all of the features, answering our questions, getting our phones synched, and making sure we were comfortable with everything. If this is the way all transactions with Dianne will go, I see us buying all of our vehicles in the future from her, and would recommend her to anyone we know.

Let's face it, buying a car is often a very frustrating thing to do......your trade in is never worth what you think it should be, the car your looking at is always overpriced, and finding a happy medium isn't always easy. Sometimes it's hard to walk away as excited about your new car as you should be. We not only did it once with Diane at Bob Mariano's, we did it twice within 3 months (we had such a positive experience when buying a used vehicle, we decided to go back there when it was time to buy a brand new one)....we both ended up replacing our vehicles and are now a Jeep family. Our recent experiences with Diane at Bob Mariano's Jeep was different than any other car buying experiences we've ever had. She listened to our needs, offered suggestions, and helped us find the perfect vehicle for each of us. When it came time to make a deal we were ready with facts in hand..on why she wasn't giving us enough for our trade and why the price of the new car was too high, however, we never needed them either time. The deals she presented us during our two visits were very fair and before we knew it we were Jeep owners. Picking up our vehicles was also an easy experience. Things were ready when Diane said they would be and she was extremely knowledgeable about both the used vehicle that we bought first and the new vehicle that we bought a few months later. Our sale didn't end there, she has since checked in with both of us to see if we had any questions or problems and to remind us that she wasn't just there for the sale, she is there to support us throughout our ownership. Our next visits were with the Service Department for our inspections.....once again our experiences over a few month period were very positive. They were very respectful of our time and took our vehicles in at our scheduled time. We were in and out in 20 minutes. We truly enjoyed working with Diane and although we don't buy new vehicles that often, she will definitely be the first person we go see when we're ready!

I contacted this dealer after seeing a used car on their site I had been searching for. I made an appointment with them, and planned on seeing a similar vehicle directly afterward. I never made it to the second one! I was greeted by Alex, who I had made the appointment with, and he introduced me to Donna, who would be taking care of me. I have had poor experiences in the past with purchasing vehicles, but this was a very pleasant and genuine one. Donna was very welcoming, not overly pushy, asked me the right questions, sought to understand what I was looking for and what it would take to make a deal, and walked me through the process explicitly, without ever speaking "down" to me. My boyfriend recently purchased the same vehicle (2012 Jeep Liberty), and said that if I had made my purchase first, he would have returned to make his here as well. What made it that much more impressive was that as I was driving my vehicle home that evening, I heard a small noise on the right side. My boyfriend took it back to the dealership during his lunch the next day. They took it in to the shop, loaned him a car so he could get back to work, and had it ready for pick up shortly after lunch. From start to finish, it was, in fact, almost fun to sign my life away!

DO NOT BUY FROM... If you're in the market for a new car I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Sales man (Jeff) and Finance Manger (Bob) are both typical and are only out to make a quick buck. In my recent purchase they did nothing but push for a fast transaction and even after multiple times of bring told NO I'd like to think about it. If you have to do business at this dealer STAY AWAY from both of these guys. Over all I recommend to SHOP ELSEWHERE.
