Just took my lease for it's 30,000 mile inspection and maintenance. Nice friendly staff. Informative clean, orderly service department. Will go there again.

I have been a customer of Bob Maxey for years now, I usually refer people to this dealership rather than other places unfortunately I will not be continuing business with them any further. I was just charged 499.95 for a upper hose replacement to my ford fusion. The part was 69.58 to replace this type of hose would take an hour or less. Im used to over paying at dealerships but this was extreme and I will be having my car serviced somewhere else from now on. FYI I am customer coming from Ann Arbor because this dealership previously charged fair pricing but not anymore, Lesson learned.

I got a new starter which so far is fine but I now seem to have an oil leak coming from one of the hoses. I have never had a leak on this car since I have owned it. I called and discussed my problem and the service manager who wants to charge me to look at the hose even though I just got it out of their service department. And they are sure that they did not cause this new leak. I doubt I will return to Bob Maxey for any future business.

I visited the Service Department, and received prompt and courteous attention. Bob Maxey treats customers with respect. Masks are required, which made me very comfortable.
