We met Steve at the dealership and he was awesome. This was our first dealership experience and we were hesitant to say the least. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SSN or running YOUR CREDIT> BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY LIED ABOUT RUNNING CREDIT AND TRIED TO ACT LIKE IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL>Bad service on the credit side. This statement will be made much thorough in the future. They ran my credit multiple times without my authorization. I told them to run in one time and that was it. I was told by the salesman that it was only ran one time and I had great credit so I did not need to worry about it at all. Come to find in the mail that I was denied by several credit companies and have several credit inquiries on my credit report because of this dealership. I spoke with Mike Maxey and he became very defensive and threatened me many times try to say if I slander them they will take me to court. I will never recommend doing business with this dealership as it came straight from high management that they do not care. They tried to send me an email admitting that it was there fault but it did not matter because experian does not recognize multiple credit inquiries on the same day. This is true to some extent but it does matter for other things, dealing with credit inquiries in the future do show and dealing with those same lending companies in the future when they have already denied you...etc and more. It does matter if you look for financing in different sectors and they all would have to be car loan places and not all of them were that I was denied by. I am putting myself out there, to help others and am completely vulnerable but I will not stand for unethical businesses or practices. THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THEM.The whole point of the situation was I told them to specifically only run it once and they lied and ran it multiple times until they got approval. This policy is unethical and illegal and I then signed a contract under false pretenses. I will take this further so others and myself are not hurt and lied to.Scott the salesman seemed like a good guy but I will not know who to trust as I was not told at all the same story as what arrived in the mail. 100 percent would NOT recommend this dealership.Ardi was helpful in parts and thank him very for his help.

I needed an oil change for my 2014 leased Ford Taurus, and wanted to come in the day I called for an appointment. Service Dept. said to come in at 4pm and they would work me in. They did just that & 45 minutes later I was on my way with the oil change, tires rotated, checked back-up camera (nothing was wrong that cleaning wouldn't take care of), and a clean car. I leased a new 2016 Ford Explorer. This is my third Explorer and it comes with even more great features including heated seats, heating steering wheel, front and rear sensors, swipe to open lift gate, navigation and video headrests in the second row. My salesperson, Paul Wisniewskiis really incredible. He always works with me to get me the best deal. He came over and helped me set up my phone to the Sync and set the keyless entry and showed me how to use every feature.He is always very patient and positive. 2013 Taurus, have owned for almost 3 years. The shocks on my trunk went out, which created an unsafe ability to use the trunk as it would not stay open. I was taken care of immediately and directed to the lounge where there was a variety of snacks and coffee and donuts. It was nice to partake and watch the news while I waited. Another touch of class was, my vehicle was washed and ready for me outside the door. Had a warning that the transmission needed to be serviced. Called for an appointment. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told that the work would take a few days, and was given a loner car to use. My Escape was returned twelve days later as a result of "backorder parts". Overall, the service was good and the delay was acceptable.

Made an appointment to bring the Taurus in for an oil change and tire rotation the staff was very personable and friendly. During writing up the service to be performed I was told it would probably take a little over an hour to perform. I was pleasantly surprised that they performed all of the needed service in less than 45 minutes. My car was even washed for me, AWESOME !!!!

My car was struck by another car in a parking lot and after contacting AAA, I was told I could take it to Bob Maxey Ford for an estimate and repair. I was able to bring the car in the next day and they performed a damage assessment and said they would order the parts and let me know when I could bring car in to have the repairs completed. I got a call two days later and made an arrangement to drop the vehicle off the following week. After starting the repair, the technicians found addition damage which they repaired. The entire process took one week and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

This was the first time I have used your service. I was coming in for an oil change & a vehicle recall on my leased 2015 Fusion. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke to was very helpful. He explained how long it would take. The staff was courteous when I got there. It took a little longer than expected but that was because they did such a thorough job. They found a nail in one of my tires and were able to patch it. I was very thankful they checked everything out as a flat tire would have been very stressful for me.

had a full brake job done on my 2010 F150. noticed vibration that wasn't there previously. brought it back in twioe to rectify the problem. was advised to take it to the place where I bought the tires after rebalancing twice did not work. was also advised to bring it back in if further attention was needed. I felt like the service manager, Dan Retherford, really cared about getting it right for me.

I brought my Escape in for warranty work on leaking coolant and a sticking hatch in the back. They were able to fix the hatch easily. They weren't going to be able to fix the coolant issue before close and I needed a car for work the next day. There were no rentals available so I was going to have to bring it back at a later time. When I went to pick up my car, a rental had come back so I was able to use the rental and they fixed the issue the next day. The timing couldn't have been better. All the guys in service are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, especially Billy Oatman who is great at his job!

Our salesman, Will Andrews, was one of the most pleasant, most courteous sales representatives we have encountered. He told us right off, if he didn't know an answer to our question he would find someone who did. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past and this was one of the easiest transactions we have done, We sat briefly with Will and gave him an idea of what we were looking for and he found us the perfect vehicle first try. He *listened* to what we said and he nailed it....! We understand that Will is new to your dealership and believe he will be an asset to your company. Due to Tow Truck damage to my truck, Bob Maxey Fixed my Grill after countless attempts to contact Ford road side assistance.I do not recommend calling Ford Road side assistance as the tow companies they use do not treatyour vehicle with respect. My search for a vehicle lead me to Bob Maxey due to the specific option content I needed (6.7L Diesel with 5th wheel tow haul prep package). You had unit in stock that matched my requirements. Sales process went smoothly - John Camilleri was knowledgeable and efficient on making the sale and helping research some load distribution and axle capacity ratings for me. Only disappointment was valuation of my trade in vehicle was low. Seems to me that new car dealerships could be happy with profits on the new vehicle sales and be more willing to have a "break even" exchange on the trade in. Needed to make a second trip out the dealership from the Milford area, to pick up my old vehicle which I will now keep or sell myself.

My 2014 Ford Escape has had a poorly aligned Hatch since it was built. I could literally pull it open when it was closed. I spoke with the Body Shop manager Matt, scheduled an appointment and left it at Bob Maxey. Within a few hours Matt called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up he showed me how much better the hatch fit after they adjusted it. I am amazed at how much easier it is to open and close. It fits perfectly! I was there just for an oil change, and that was handled quickly and efficiently at a price that's hard to beat. The newly remodeled service facilities are a definite improvement over the old, and the waiting room is now first class, with pleasant decor and tasty snacks. Even the payment procedures are much better than before. My only reservation: When the technicians discovered that my oil pan has a leaky gasket, they were not able to deal with it on this visit. Since my vehicle is a Chrysler, it's understandable that the right gasket would not be in stock. I'm just concerned that the new oil may turn out to be wasted when the gasket does get replaced.

We were impressed that Dan responded to our email on a Sunday. We were able to get the car towed to the dealership and it was there for them to check out on Monday morning. I called in Monday morning to leave a call back number. I did have to call back again late Monday afternoon to find out what the status was, as I needed to make arrangements for a vehicle for Tuesday. I was told it would likely be ready on Tuesday morning if the updates were completed. I called back on Tuesday and was told it was all set to go. I guess I would have appreciated someone calling me to let me know it was ready. Overall though, everyone was very nice and we were very happy with the service.

The problem was determined and corrected and the rest of the vehicle given a multi-point check. All done promptly with full consideration of our transportation needs through their courtesy service. Had a broken mirror - stopped in to order a new mirror and had it replaced later that same day! Perfect!! And my granddaughter left behind her purse/wallet with her whole world in it, in the waiting area. It was turned into the service director who was trying to contact her as we were trying to contact the dealership. The wallet was placed in the safe for safekeeping until the next morning! My overall experience with the dealership is really good. The truck I purchased is very nice. The financial services got me a better than average interest rate. I had to take it back at 350miles for an innocuous issue, which they handled quickly and with good service. What I am not happy with is the ordering process for my vehicle. I must say, this is not specific to just Ford. The car companies force us into purchasing things we do not care to have because they put stipulations on those items you do want. So to have item X you must get Package Y. In my case, there were a few items I wanted; key were the seats. I have severe back problems and in order to get the seats that were best suited for me I was forced into the premium package to get them. I am sure many would agree, I just want to choose those items important to me and minimize the impact on my budget. So my consumer satisfaction is very low.

With the new set up, I wasn't quite sure where to go, but Brian was very friendly and guided me to Billy (who was equally as friendly) Billy wrote my oil change up. I brought my Ford 2012 Taurus to Bob Maxey for service because I thought there was an oil leak. It turned out to be a transmission PTU sensor problem. Bob Maxey had my car for 7 days (including the weekend) while they obtain the parts that were out of stock and made the repairs. The first oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle check at 10000 miles for my Ford Fusion Hybrid purchased on 12 June 2014 was free. I asked the service advisor to check the floor heating on the driver side as it appeared to take a while for the heat in the very cold weather. He said there was no problem with the system, that the Fusion had one vent on the driver side. He was courteous, knowledgeable and I was out in 45 minutes.

We had taken our vehicle back to the dealership where we purchased it (about 10 miles east of Bob Maxey Ford) previously for the same concern. Needless to say their fix lasted about 48 hours and we started having the the same problem. I had never been to Bob Maxey Ford, but I decided to give them a shot. From the start Service Writer, Billy Oatman, seemed interested in getting the vehicle fixed and focused and not on simply selling us some additional maintenance work (although we did have an LOF completed) etc...Billy did a great job keeping us informed and even after telling us the vehicle was fixed he had the technician check the vehicle one more time where they discovered the concern was not resolved despite following Ford's ESP hotline instructions to simply clean an lubricate the running board motors. Before we came to pick up the vehicle Billy pro-actively called me, told me they needed more time to see if Ford ESP would now authorize a replacement motor for the running boards. They did and the vehicle is fixed and Bob Maxey Ford has a new customer.

I was so please with the Quality of work. I had $5700 damage done to my car and they got my car fixed less than two weeks. Provided a loaner car for me. When I picked up my car it was sparkly clean, vacuumed out and very well put back together. Matt the manager was so Pleasant, and friendly. I was surprised to find out that with only 30000 mi. on my truck that they would not cover the bumper to bumper waranty and charge $240.00 to change a blinker light switch and then at my suggestion found a loose ground cable that had probably been that way since new causing electrical problems, on the other hand I did break the switch but still don't understand about the loose ground cable. The staff was very considerate and helpful and I felt at ease with them working on my truck.

I made an appointment to get my 15K mile maintenance and oil change. The moment I pulled up to the service entrance and honked it opened up. I was greeted immediately and went to the waiting room. I was only there for a short time and the manager came to let me know the car was ready. They even washed the car which I really liked. Everything was great except when I inquired about having a remote starter installed I was quoted a price of over $400 so needless to say I skipped that. Too bad you don't offer some kind of a discount.

I'm pleased with the way Dennis Balla handled this transaction. I had ordered the vehicle about six weeks prior to planned delivery. Ford built and shipped the vehicle sooner than I anticipated, so when the vehicle arrived at the dealership in early December, I wasn't ready to take delivery. Dennis assured me it wouldn't be a problem and we set delivery up for December 30th, when I wanted the vehicle. Dennis never bugged me, he handled my request as directed and we took delivery at the end of December as expected. Dennis is a pro and he is to be commended.

We purchased a 2014 Flex and I love the vehicle. It has a lot of technology that I will have to figure out but it is a very nice car. Our salesman was Dennis Balla and he is always a pleasure to work with. In fact everyone at the dealership is very nice and helpful.

2014 Edge. Can't say enough about the staff and service at Bob Maxey. My sales consultant, Paul, was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted, fully explained Sync and My Ford Touch, and made the entire purchase/lease process very enjoyable. Finance representative, Rick, was very helpful and made sure we understood every step in the process. The used car staff worked with us to provide us the best trade in value. The entire staff was friendly and respectful at all times. We will continue to do business with and recommend Bob Maxey Ford.

I brought my Fiesta in for more transmission repairs following the Ford warranty letter. It runs great now and the loaner car really helped. The only thing I noticed (and it's minor) is that the "automatic up" feature on the driver's window is now disabled. It must have happened during reprogramming. You may want to tell the techs this when they do the transmission repairs and have them test the window up button (I know that fixing it involves the program as well). The staff is fantastic and I will buy my next car from there.

A little over priced. Car was driven through a good sized mud puddle which splashed whole side of car. At least an apology was in order.Overall, service was good. Repair done quickly. Courteous.

We appreciate the honest, trustworthy, quality service we receive. Also, we had a coupon for a free oil change, and they found it and applied it without us even having to ask! This dealership goes the extra mile, so we do too. In fact, we drive right by another Ford dealership and a Lincoln dealership to bring our vehicle here for service. The convenience of walking in the dealership at 10:30 a.m. and driving away in our new car in the afternoon. The ease of trading in our car, even though Bob Maxey Ford didn't want it, we had a bid on it and new what our trade in value was.

I had such a wonderful buying experience with Tina Socha at Bob Maxey Ford. Tina was 'on top' of her game every step of the way. Called me when she said she would, checked on things for me, when she said she would. She also got me the best deal on my trade-in. Tina was very organized and knowledgable. Not to mention very personable! I could not be happier. She even called me the next day to check on me and make sure I had no questions and to make sure I loved my car. had body work done here. car was like brand new before minor rear end accident .back bumper and trunk lid and a buckle in side at top of back quarter panel . car was there for a week and half . went to pick up was inside in dark corner of shop. popped open trunk . and looked thinks over. looked ok! went to close trunk it took 10 times to close it or more. well I left with thinking maybe it would get better after being used more. no next day went to Walmart . could not get trunk to close . sorry this was after work it gets dark here early in winter so I never really got a chance to look at it in sun light. that next Saturday washed car and took a good look. the whole back where tail lights line up with side quarter panels were not even close to lining up on one side . like a half of a inch off . paint was missing from quarter panel on a corner . and there were crazy looking rings on top of deck lid under clear coat. did not see until it was out in sun. so went back to Maxie. had for one more week. got things lined up better and trunk closes better but paint still the same. showed them the things I had concerns with when I returned to them. did not touch paint. I would steer clear of this place. it was really a jacked up mess when they gave it to me the first time .and wanted me to accept it . crap .no taking the time to look over and make sure things are right . and work right dealers suck!! this was a recommended by my insurance company . they suck to . just get your money and get out of here!!

Tina is the best sales person you could ever ask for, she is honest (something a lot of sales people lack). She is helpful in finding exactly what you are looking for and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend her.
