I've used Bob Moore Chrysler Service Dept. for years. I like the service staff who are polite and efficient. I have never had a complaint. Their work is done well the first time. I posted before but went back for more maintenance on my Van. David helped me today. I had not met him before. He was as pleasant and helpful as all the others that work there. I highly recommend this service center.

I was here five years ago and walked out after 30 minutes I was angry. I feel like everyone deserves a second chance. I reluctantly gave them the opportunity to disappoint me again. To my surprise I was greeted by a friendly staff Scott the GM and Veteran sales associate Cecil. They had the 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie I was searching for. They asked me to buy after a bit of negotiation an agreement was made. I understood they need to make money and they understood I need to get a great deal. (I think I might have got a better deal then they did)….I am very happy with the transaction. Thanks also to Jermaine in financing for making the paperwork easy. I would recommend buying here for your next purchase.

Great working with everyone. Antwan did a great job. Very professional, courteous, kind and funny. Sales Manager Marcus Costa was also great to work with. The financial guys were quick and easy. A great service experience from start to finish. It started with being greeted by David Holder, who is very friendly. The technician came in and recommend an air filter and a cabin air filter, which were both very dirty! He also recommended front brake pads which were at three millimeters of thickness, I will have to make another appointment in a week or two for those, as I didn’t have tine to do those today. Thank you to everyone involved for the fast, friendly and efficient service. ... I returned and had my front brake pads replaced and my front brake rotors machined. This service went just as planned, once again David Holder and Aaron Bouse helped to make this process an enjoyable one.

One of, if not the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. From the first phone call with Antwan, through the delivery process at Bob Moore, to the assistance after I took delivery, Antwan Hunter & Bob Moore Dodge are both a class act! They were 100% up front with their best price from the start...no, as in no back and forth for the best/advertised price. They were also very good on my trade-in allowance. I would highly recommend both Antwan & Bob Moore!
