My experience buying a car here was incredible. My sales man can’t remember his name but was absolutely great, made everything so easy and perfect. Since then I’ve had coolant issues with my vehicle talked to a service manager over the phone first time He told me sometimes it happens and to bring it and they will top it off, if it continued to occur then I’d need to bring it in for further evaluation. But told me to reach out to him when I call. Well I’m having coolant issues AGAIN which is not anybody’s fault per say, but I’m extremely angry and upset that I’m told they have a certain date to fix my car and I agree to that date, then a message is taken down for the service manager to call me, didn’t hear anything for 2 days, I decided to call again, they take down my name and number again still don’t hear anything for another 24 hours so I decided to call again. I leave a message on the managers voicemail this time But the lady tells me the appointment date I was told is gone and wasn’t saved for me so now I have to choose another date.. problem is I have already taken off work for the first date. I asked the lady if there was anyone we could talk to about the issue since I had to put in notice to take that original day off… she said no nothing we can do, but you should take this new date or it will be gone too, we’ll I can’t just keep taking days off. I would of never thought this is how you do business but I guess it is. So mad, I didn’t even schedule another appointment because now I don’t know when I’ll be able to take another day off. If I could give no Stars because of this issue I would have.

In February we purchased a Land Rover. Dylan's office is in the Maserati dealership building During our discussions with Dylan West we mentioned that our 12 year old grandson would be coming for a visit this summer and would love to come in and drool over the Maserati's. Dylan said to bring him in and he would give him in a ride in one. We told our grandson about the offer.Our grandson came in mid July and brought a friend with him. The first thing they both asked when they got out of the car at our house was when did they get to go the Maserati dealership.We called and made an appointment with Dylan. He got them a ride with Curtis Kelsey, another employee. Curtis gave those two boys the drive of their life. He became their Super Hero. Everyone at the Maserati and Land Rover dealerships treated those 2 young men like they were kings. They also gave each of them a bag of goodies. When the guys got back to Albuerqueque the first thing they did was hand their Maserati poster on the walls of their rooms. Thank you Dylan and Curtis for making their trip here so memorable. You two men will always be part of their memory book.

I came into town for my daughters Dance Competition and my 2011 Range Rover had a problem that caused me to call into Bob Moore. When I was there I asked about 2013/2014 Range Rover's for sale and was introduced to Brad Murphy. He took me to his office to scroll through inventory, listened to my needs, and we found a vehicle. From start to finish we got this purchase done in less than 8 hours and I love my new car! This is my 4th Range Rover and I am driving it back to Kansas City with it on Monday! I was in the market to purchase a truck! I came by Bob moore to test drove one, where Kingsley Tazinya helped me with the process! We test drove 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 and I loved all the features but could not do the job I would like for it to do which is to pull a 22 foot food trailer, I needed a 1 tonned truck. I called Kingsley and I said please fine me a dually he asked me what's that I explained the vehicle and went back to see him and he had a few trucks ready and waiting for us to look at. He was able to locate a dually we liked at another location he gave us contact info for manager there. We went by there test drive the truck and we loved it. After that the process was fairly simple and we were able to take home truck that night. Today we owned that vehicle, a 2009 GMC Sierra 3500. If it wasn't for Kingsley and his expertise we probably would have been running around the city trying to find a vehicle that fits our needs. Good job Kingsley and thanks for taking care of me!

Going into a Land Rover for the first time we had and will have questions. Every question was answered before we left the dealership from Dylan. He was very upfront and honest with issues the vehicle did and did not have and four days after we bought the vehicle he sent me a message asking how we were doing with it! I have never felt more comfortable at a dealership in all of my buying experiences and we will buy from Bob Moore Land Rover when we're ready to upgrade! Tim was very helpful in contacting the banks and getting everything we wanted sorted out before anything was agreed upon. As a repeat customer at this particular dealership, I have come to expect the great service they provide from beginning to end on a vehicle purchase. However, this last experience was above and beyond those expectations, because of the exceptional job that Sales Consultant Dylan West did. He knew the product, in this case the Range Rover Sport, inside and out and was very patient as I narrowed the selection down to two vehicles. Besides being knowledgeable and well-spoken, this young man was the most dapper dresser around! After finishing my vehicle transaction, I was concerned about a few remaining items left in my previous vehicle and told Dylan as much. To my surprise, he had already moved everything from my old vehicle to my new one. Everything was in place exactly as it was, down to the smallest detail; like hanging the ornament from the mirror and putting my vent air freshener in place. This exceptional service experience was the caliber that one would expect from both a Land Rover Dealership and its Representation. Keep up the good work!

After bringing in my vehicle during the rain storm we were experiencing, not only was I able to park quickly in a dry area but I was taken care of too. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, which meant less time concerned if my vehicle was going to be properly serviced or would I be back to have the same thing fixed again by them. I highly recommend them as the staff is friendly and not rushing you to the check-out like others.

The service manager came thru with the repairs even though he was not sure upon arrival. I had talked to them and sent pictures several weeks in advance so it could be taken care of but they did do all that I ask and cleaned my dirty car up nicely. I am very disappointed though that my car has lost 1/2 of its value in only 3.5 years. That speaks very poorly about holding its value and they cost too much to begin with.

Their ethics of car dealership are sketchy at best. Lesson learned: if you aren't able to bring your car home until the next business day because you don't have a driver to drive it home, then a signed contract isn't enough to keep them from selling it to someone else when you come to pick it up. So make sure you know how to work them or they will work you over.

My husband and I are both military and were both deployed overseas. We had been looking online for a vehicle to purchase upon our return to Oklahoma. We found the perfect one on Bob Moore's website, but we wouldn't be home for a couple of weeks. The Salesman, Jason Webb and I, emailed back and forth a few times and he was able to work with his manager to hold the vehicle until I could get there to pick it up. This isn't something they typically do since there was no guarantee I was going to show up. In addition to making this special exception of holding the vehicle, Jason offered to pick me up at the airport when I told him I was going to take a taxi to the dealership! That is above and beyond great customer service! Once at the dealership, I received exceptional service from everyone I interacted with. Hani Kabariti, the Finance Consultant at Bob Moore also deserves a shout out for his patience in completing the transaction. My husband was still overseas and I was using a Power of Attorney to complete the financing through our bank. There were some issues with that, but Hani called my bank and patiently worked out all of the details. At one point he even offered to let me use his personal phone to try and reach my husband via Skype in Afghanistan. In addition to the excellent customer service experience, I got a fantastic vehicle for a great price! I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Bob Moore without hesitation!

All employees encountered were attentive to our presence and comfort. Specific employee answered all our questions or quickly obtained help to answer our questions. This may just be good salesmanship, but we felt they were just as interested in our needs (price, vehicle, schedule) as they were in their own (sale, commission, bonus, quota, etc.). We feel as though we received a good deal from good people on a good vehicle. Now, we just have to let time be the final determining factor.

The best experience was my salesman, Timothy as for the rest of my experience, it was far from pleasant, starting from the finance dept delays to the delivery of vehicle, and finding out that the dealership owns the shipping company that delivered my vehicle. Number (1) Vehicle delivered through rain, sleet, and snow with window all the way down!!! (2)Interior totally filthy, food, crumbs, etc!! (Have plenty of pictures) (3)Dealership had to let out air of tires to get the vehicle on trailer and neglected to give valve stem caps back, so I'm stuck at a service station not knowing if the vehicle has Nitrogen in tires or air!!! (4)Upon delivery the operator noted to myself that there was a big scratch that runs from the front of the hood of vehicle to the back of vehicle. The operator was nice to bring that to my attention!! (5)I tried to get a second (key) from the start of this procedure and delay after delay was unsuccessful. (5)Really don't think that the vehicle was ever prepped?? (Dirty and previous owner licence plate still on vehicle)

Everyone I have dealt with has been top notch, from Sales, to the Finance Department, to the GM, Jeremy Freeman. The knowledge of their vehicles, friendliness and honesty cannot be matched. My salesman, Barrett Huffmyer, puts me at ease and reassures me that I'm getting what I deserve. I don't plan on needing another car in the near future... But if I do, there's no question about where I will go.

I recently bought my second Land Rover and Monroe was my sales person both times. He is very nice and easy to work with. It is difficult to judge too harshly on price because, HELLO? you are buying a Land Rover what do you expect? I will say for my most recent experience I could have done without Brendon (he is one of the managers) walking into the room. I hope he doesn't mean it this way, but he almost comes across like he is belittling you. I would do my best to avoid dealing with him in the future...like drive to Tulsa.

I first stopped into the dealership while on business and was impressed with the facility and staff. Mohammed spent quite a while with me discussing purchase options and features of the Land Rovers. Over the next few months, Mohammed stayed in touch on the phone and kept me updated of changing inventory and prices. When I was finally ready to purchase, Mohammed worked with finance and others at the dealership in advance of my arrival (I drove 6 hours to OKC) so everything went seamlessly when I arrived to purchase the new LR4.

We alomost walked due to the 1st salesman, however Monroe was assigned to us and sold us the car we wanted. Outstanding job from Monroe hopefully we will be back in the future to deal with him again.

Very friendly sales staff including both the salesman (Mohammed) and the sales manager (Brendan). Never felt like there was any pressure. I'm enjoying the car and looking forward to working with the dealership. I'm a long time Lexus owner and always appreciated their service which included loaner cars. There are some aspects with Range Rover that haven't caught up with the technology in other high end cars (Lexus) but overall a very quality vehicle.

Very pleasurable experience in purchasing and financing. Nobody attempted to sell me services or warranties that I didn't want. The entire process took less than one hour. I had made several trips and test drives before purchasing so when I showed up to buy the car I knew what I wanted and the salesman worked with me as best he could.
