Used Cars for Sale at Bob Richards Toyota in Beech Island, SC

I arrived around 8am. I asked for my tires to be rotated and my oil to be changed. One of my tires had a small pinhole leak (I was putting air in it about once a week). The service lady came out and told me that one of my tires had a huge hole in it to where they could stick their hand under it and feel the air pouring out. I told her my tire was fine and that I was aware of the pinhole leak. She proceeded to tell me that they filled my tire to 50 with air and it leaked to 38 real fast. She then quoted me a price to get 2 new tires. I declined, the prices were outrageous and my tire only had a small pinhole leak when I arrived so there was no reason for my tire to be that bad off unless they tampered with it! Two hours after my car was serviced here, my tire was completely flat! I am beyond mad. I ended up having to purchase a new tire, but not from here. This is the first time I have experienced an issue here but it definitely left a very bad impression. I will not let them do any tire work for me again.

I enjoy the atmosphere so much that I also receive all of my vehicle maintenance there. I was treated like family, Bob Richards gave me an exceptional price on my trade in. Gave me a really great price on my new corolla hybrid. My over all experience was truly beyond what any other dealer has done for me and I'll definitely be going back for my next new car purchase. I dropped my truck off at 7:15am for my appointment at 8:30am and was greeted with a smile. Out the door I went to work after signing that the truck could be worked on by the dealership. I received text updates during the morning and after the truck was completed!! Simple, easy, fast service with no hassle. This was a much better experience than the other dealers around! In my opinion worth the drive from Evans Georgia.

Great car buying experience and my salesman Darius was so good. He did everything to make sure all went smooth for me. I will be using Bob Richards Toyota from here on out and hope Darius will be there to make sure everything is easy for me.
