Oil change, rear wiper repair, tire rotation. Again exceptional service and attention to detail. Thanks Jay, for addressing my concerns. My Navi was immediately address upon my arrival. Service took approx an hour for everything. I dread the day I would ever have to select another service rep other than Jay and another service garage. Bob Smith would never be the same without you, Jay.

Bought a vehicle here a couple years ago. Nice place. The sales person who helped me was great. I have his card somewhere still, I forgot his name. Wasn't your typical "pushy salesperson". After purchase he went over pretty much the entire vehicle with me, just to make sure I was well aware of all features.. Upon of receipt of the car on the lot he noticed a small ding on the door and told me to bring it back later n they'd fix it for free... I brought it in a couple days later and they fixed it for free. Not entirely convinced they didn't know it before hand, and just wanted to make it a point that "oh don't worry we'll get it, no charge " haha.. Great place, great staff. I've taken my vehicle in for routine checkups and haven't had any issues... Actually the garage prices seem very fair compared to other shops... I shopped around for 6 months before choosing Mazda and boy was it an adventure.. Seems like I had the best experience at Mazda...

This was more than just a service this time. My car needed a little extra TLC. I felt that it received all that, and I thought the price for the work was fair.

Bob Smiths Lincoln dealership has the best crew and service that I have ever met.They are extremely friendly, listen to the customers needs, and were able to identify the cars issues and repair them on the spot! We were driving cross country and they took our car into the shop right away and repaired it and got us right back on the road. When I got there my phone was dead, they went above and beyond by charging my self phone and taking us to the mall to pass the time ! We are extremely great full to all of the employees at this dealership, and highly recommended everyone to attend regardless of its to fix a car or buy a car the staff are very eager to help!

It was very good. No nonsense and listened to what I was wanting. It took me a couple weeks for me to decide and no pushy salesman. As soon as I made my mind up, he went right to work and got the paperwork done immediately. Thank you!
