Had service performed on my vehicle and purchased new tires . Brian the service manager 5 stars all work was done in a timely manner . Very professional they don't try to sell you something you don't need it was a great experience I will be back. highly recommend. Update 9 days later it back in let's hope it gets fixed this time they say it's a different code but same part just on the other side I will give them the benefit of the doubt but not as pleased as I was they are still professional and all but I am going broke on this Chevrolet.

My transmission went out on vacation in Twin Falls Idaho. The Chevrolet dealer there did not have a new one nor could they find a dealer who did. It was on back order from GM. I called Bob Tedford Chevrolet in Farmersville, TX, my home dealer. Robbie Tedford said he had the transmission I needed. He offered to drive and meet me half way to Twin Falls, ID. I did not want to put him out and instead had him ship it to Twin Falls Chevrolet by two day FedEx. Twin Falls put it in and I was good to go. This was unbelievable service. I can not say enough good things about Robbie Tedford and Bob Tedford Chevrolet. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone other than Bob Tedford Chevrolet and will always us them for service.

We experienced no-pressure, so we didn't feel rushed. Everyone was trustworthy & actually listened . Buying our new truck process was quick and painless — the dealership / salesman made the process easy using quick and clear communication. Best of all: No games Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) everything was above board. James was a very professional and polite salesperson. In closing we'll definitely be back for our next vehicle.

My son was buying his first new car. They offered better pricing than anyone in the Sherman, Dallas, McKinney area and better deal on the trade in. We had been to several larger dealerships but Tedford was the best in customer service and just all around good experience. They will be our first stop next time we are buying. I believe they made a customer for life with my 19 yr old son also. Well worth the drive!

My family and I have done business with Bob Tedford Chevrolet for 30 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. There is a Chevy dealer five minutes from our house but we gladly drive 30 miles to Tedford's - they know how to treat their customers!

Bob Tedford Chevrolet is an excellent small town Chevy dealership and repair facility conveniently located between Mckinney and Greenville just north of Dallas. I have experienced top-notch customer service as well as a friendly and no pressure atmosphere when buying my cars here. They have a great service and repair facility which is very reasonable and customer friendly. Great place!

Bob Tedford Chevrolet is far and away the very best dealership I've dealt with. It's a small dealership in Farmersville, TX that will bend over backward to help you find the right car. When I bought my used Malibu from them, Robbie, the owner, dealt directly with me to get me where I needed to be with my trade in and financing. To say he is genuine and friendly is an understatement. It's obvious he cares about his customers and will do what he can to make you feel comfortable with the deal. I didn't once feel like I was being taken advantage of or being sold "snake oil," like I've often felt at larger dealerships. I used his service center for some warranty recall work on my car, and was equally pleased. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet, or any used vehicle. If you have a particular used car in mind, give them a chance to locate it for you. It's a little way off the beaten path for people in DFW, but I know anyone who makes the trek will be glad they did.
