What an incredible experience. Our salesman Paul has gone so far beyond any expectations. He created a comfortable, caring, and friendly environment that made us so confident about buying with him. I honestly, did not believe that the car buying experience could be so smooth, easy, and fun! Brandon in finance made sure that everything was in order, he was so much fun to spend some time with. And he was efficient in how our time was used. Zach was an incredible concierge. He made sure I knew my beautiful Mercedes in and out before we took her home. If anyone is looking for an incredibly impressive team with your best interests at heart that is willing to consistently go above and beyond anything you would ever get at any other dealership… The entire team (especially Paul) at Bobby Rahal needs to be your first and only stop.

Update: It's May 2020 and I just completed my second lease with Pete. Even with business adjustments due to Corona, it was a quick and painless process, and I love my GLC. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I leased a brand new 2017 Mercedes E Class 4matic Sedan at this dealership. Pete, my salesperson, was extremely helpful. He took time to talk through different options with me both in terms of models and finances. He was very responsive and did not put any pressure on me to move quickly, and made sure I was satisfied throughout the transaction. I'd highly recommend Bobby Rahal to anyone looking for a new Mercedes.

Just had a call with the service department and the man could not have been more helpful and patient with my questions. Needed a quick appointment and while I couldn’t get in when I needed to before my road trip he politely and clearly instructed me how to do the service myself, answering all the additional questions I had with pure class. Would recommend this place for their customer service alone!

The buying experience at Bobby Rahal was amazing and I was so pleased with the whole experience. The service on the other hand is the worst service I have ever experienced. With this being a luxury car brand I expected a higher standard of service from them. I never would have expected to have better service at Ford or Hyundai but I've never had an issue at either place for non luxury cars. At Rahal, not only do you have to tell them every single thing that you could possibly want done to your car, they give you your car back dented and then you spend weeks playing phone tag with them. Not to mention them only replacing one of the parts that needed replaced after pointing out flaws in two different pieces. My apple car play was also not working properly and they claimed it was my cord even though I knew it wasn't. The first guy just threw away my cord and then told me I'd need to spend $100 on a new cord which I was not happy about after talking to another service guy a couple of weeks later and being told "Oh yeah we've known about this it's a simple software update" without acknowledging the fact they threw away my perfectly fine cord and making it seem like it was my fault. I would expect to be told what needs done with my car when I take it in for service instead I have to tell them what I need done. Can't even expect them to rotate your tires because nope they won't do that either, and then they'll tell you oh by the way you need two front tires because we never rotated your tires. This is completely unacceptable. I've spoken with several other Mercedes owners and their experiences have been similar to mine. I am not happy with my experiences with their service department and will be taking my car elsewhere for service and will not be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.
