Thank you so much Robert and gang! Great selection of cars with very fair prices. Best lot I went too (and best sales people). It was such a low pressure and great experience. They let you take your time and look without hassle. They were honest. If Robert had bought or driven the car he was happy to tell you what he knew about it and if he hadn't he let you know that. Felt well taken care of and will probably buy future cars from them. If you don't like the typical high pressure experience, this is the place to go, take your time, and enjoy the experience.

Bought a couple vehicles in 2017, one for myself earlier in year them another one later in year. They were both used cars. One 2006 and other 2005. One was a Chevy Malibu and other was Toyota Corolla. Both great cars! Never had issues with either cars. What a great deal for both vehicles. My father bought a used truck also years ago from this place, never had problems and it actually lasted years for him!! I believe we bought one other car also! So you know that's good when not one car had any problems!!!! :-) THXS Just want you to know I truly believe this is the BEST USED CAR LOT AROUND!!! it's really hard to find one too. These days you never know, I know! If you looking for a used vehicle, check this place out!!! Hands down FIVE STARS ***** The owners Bob and his son are the best, along with the office lady! Go check them out if you in the market! You will not be dissatisfied!

Looking for a used car under $15K? This is the spot! These guys have the best prices. They're the most honest. Also, they make a non-subtle point about treating people with respect regardless of color, gender, etc.

Of their lower and $1,500 cars or less Its been a crapshoot 1 car okay two other cars after we bought them after we were told they themselves used the cars for their own personal business were good cars who founded having media problems one had to be returned and the other lady is just suffering with not being able to open the driver side door, oil leak happened the first day she brought it home. I recommend not to go here. Unless you don't care about being sold lemons.

Lots of less expensive cars to look at. No pressure from the sales staff. Didn't find what I was looking for but I will be going back to check as they get more cars.

Bought a truck at a good price. Put 3000 miles on it and 7000$ in the shop. Still a pile of crap!

I did end up purchasing an SUV here and the entire experience was wonderful. The sales people made it clear they were available yet did not hover and try to pressure you. The mechanic that greeted us when we first parked was also very friendly and social even though talking to us is not really his job. Our questions were answered and even after we had narrowed our interests to 3 different cars and we grabbed a sales person to ask questions, they STILL were not high pressure. We are in love with our SUV that we purchased, and the service was just the right amount of being available without pressuring us.

Good service. We bought a van a few months ago it was fine for a week and then broke we tried to have it fixed by our mechanic they can't figure it out so now it sits we simply can't afford any more money trying to fix it. I now can't get to work or kids school things or monthly doctors appointments.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding to go to the dealership and I decided to give them a chance. I found the car I wanted on cars.com and walked in Bob's and asked to drive it. They gave me keys without needing my license-they told me to drive it and see if I liked it. I drove the vehicle and was pleased with It. It was priced right and there was nothing wrong with it. The dealership was busy the whole time I was there but I never felt neglected. I asked for a CarFax and was given it promptly. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks Rob! I would definitely go back.

I got linked up to Bob's via Cars.com. Bob's Auto Ranch webpage was very informative, a lot of photos and even videos of the cars I was looking at. I was very impressed with the price points and general quality of the cars they were offering at prices that don't make you pass over them. We worked with Rob. He was professional. Our negotiations easily came to an agreeable sum and we bought what we think is a great car.

Bob's Auto Ranch responded quickly to my internet inquiry. They had a huge selection of reasonably-priced vehicles, with pertinent information & prices clearly visible on each car. Cars were unlocked to allow easier browsing. There was no sales associate breathing down your neck as you looked around. Test driving was hassle-free. The sales associate was so kind & easy to work with; she didn't play those silly negotiation games, either! ("I've got to talk to manager about that...") I've received numerous compliments on my new car. Many can't believe that I got it for such a great price. I've already recommended Bob's Auto Ranch to several family and friends. When it's time to car shop again, Bob's Auto Ranch will be the first dealership to check out.

Normally my husband and I look for our cars from private sellers. But when we saw Bob's was selling several cars we were interested in we decided to give them a chance. Boy were we glad we went in! Bob's is not some soulless, slick used car dealership but instead a place that's a bit rough around the edges and full of authentic personality. We felt very comfortable working with Rob and we didn't feel pressured at all. That's my kind of salesperson! In the end, Rob worked out a price for us and we bought a car. We are ready to recommend Bob's Auto Ranch to friends and family.

Let me start by saying this place looked very promising online! (great prices for good reliable used cars) WRONG! My first indication that buying a car here would be a mistake was the customer service. The younger girl behind the desk was rude , impatient , and made it seem as if it was physically painful to do her job. the older of the two women was much nicer but had zero knowledge of the lot she was working for. I didn't interact with any of the other employees but not for a lack of trying (on the phone, busy , etc. ) The second hint was that many of the cars on this lot were advertised as running , and despite the mark up for high millage cars I was willing to check it out. One of the only two cars they let us start, not drive, had no battery life at all. The second had a very loud exhaust and we couldn't test the way it runs because it was parked in. The second car wasn't at all a problem but just frustrating. In regards to the first try I guess I'm just wondering why they would have even handed the keys over in the first place knowing it didn't run and knowing that we had a few other cars I wanted to see and that they closed soon. Overall this place needs an attitude adjustment and a revaluation of the prices.

Me and my dad have bought a few cars from this place. Only had to do minor repairs to a couple of them. Always have been cheap and affordable. I recently had a baby and need a bigger car so I'm selling mine and bobs auto ranch is the first place I'm going to buy a car. They have a great selection of cars.

The most unique car buying experience we ever had. They didn't hound us at all as we walked around the lot looking for the cars I had seen online and was interested in looking at. When we had picked out the one we were most interested in, we went into their office. Bob confirmed the choice we had made was the better choice of the two. We were given the keys to take a test drive without even being asked for name, ID, license, or anything. After test driving, my wife an I had a quick, private chat about what we would be willing to pay for it and what we really wanted to pay for it. We went back to make an offer and before I could even make an offer, Bob said I can let it go for $X, which was exactly what my wife and I had agreed we wanted to pay for it. We did later find one issue with the vehicle that I had missed during my inspection, but it was pretty minor and I still felt like we saved probably 35% over what it would have cost from a dealer. It's several years later and 42,000+ of mostly kid-driven miles and I still have the car. Best car deal of my life. I would definitely go back. As others have mentioned, YOU need to check the car over before you buy. If you want the "normal" car buying experience, this is probably not the right place for you.

I saw a car online, and went to see it. The lot seems like a horror movie scene. All cars are in horrible condition. Rusty and old.

No frills auto sales but great prices. Bob's doesn't have layers of management. Therefore he can keep his prices much lower than the big dealerships. Nothing fancy but they're honest, down-to-earth people. Bob, or his son, Rob, is who you'll deal with.

You need to review inventory on website first. Inspect for leaking fluids after test drive. Staff was friendly and polite. Fair pricing for minor repairs that will be needed on cars. Low cost cars are available.

The folks at Bob's Auto Ranch treated me well. They showed me cars in my price range, and told me straight up which cars to look at and which ones to steer away from on the lot. I explained my needs and they listened The car I got had a little rust damage on sides and one floor panel but not many issues and I drove it all over the western and southwestern U.S. this summer.

Of course after reading reviews I wasn't too sure about this place, but I was still interested in a specific car after seeing it online. The car runs great, the only thing from making it perfect was the slight body damage. Not really an issue and not really noticeable so overall the car is great. They were friendly and helpful at Bob's and honest through the whole process. I was able to get financing easily and through a credit union with low interest. Overall, just be smart and thorough during the test drive and before you sign or pay for anything and make sure to get the car checked out before you complain down the road (pun intended) about buying a lemon.

I know several people who claim this place ripped them off. "buyer beware", is the common shield for deflecting negative comments tward lack of honesty and quality of product. I wonder how many vehicles they have that are rolled back about 50k or more. I know a couple buddies have got burnt, and with the auto ranch troll on here commenting on everyones comments in fear that the word might get out. Just makes me laugh even more. Examples you might ask, a buddies tranny dropped after he put 10,000 miles on a 2005 impala, as soon as I got in and read the mileage I knew something was off about the purchase. Maybe I am wrong, but a car with 70k should not drop a tranny.

I've bought a few cars from these guys and when buying always check their website. Most of their cars have at least something minor wrong with them. But thats kinda expected for cars that are so cheap. Bring a mechanic or get it checked out at a shop worth the 50 bucks. Because they arn't going to always tell you everything thats wrong with them. But you can find some very good deals here.

About 5 months ago I purchased a truck from Bobs and have had nothing but problems with it, prior to buying the truck I asked multiple times for inspection and carfax information and got the run around from the dealer every time and eventually was told that I would receive the carfax after purchasing the truck. After having problems three and a half months after purchasing the truck I contacted the dealer explaining the problems I had been having, the dealer simply responded with "Good luck with that" and hung up without any offer to even look at the truck. I've had this truck for 5 months and have dumped thousands into just having it fixed. Save yourself the time and trouble of even looking at vehicles from these guys.

Through the years, we have purchased five vehicles from Bob's Auto Ranch and are preparing to buy another for an upcoming newly licensed driver. The Ford Ranger which we purchased was in such good shape and so affordably priced that the banker financing the vehicle for us actually came out to the lot to ensure that it was the real deal! We appreciate that we can stroll the lot without high pressure sales tactics and that the price is clearly stated on each windshield. Test driving is also no pressure and we are allowed to drive as many vehicles as we are interested in. As stated in other comments, a used vehicle is a used vehicle, and we don't look for a detailed previous owner's history to base our purchase on. It is always helpful to either be knowledgable about cars or have someone with you who is, and that would be true anywhere that you go. We have referred many, many people to Bob's Auto Ranch for value pricing, good selection and ease of purchase. Bob's is a no frills business, so if you are looking to be pampered in pink, pay a couple grand more for your vehicle and go to a dealer and help defray their expenses for their large over head costs by paying more!

I was interested in a particular vehicle, but would have to drive 3 hrs to come and look at it, so i've called a couple of times and asked as many ques as possible, that I could think of at least. The answers were very vague, so I called another day and talked to someone else asking if they could text me a few more pics to see what the inside looks like and the front end because they are paint chips off and I wanted a better view...the guys said no problem on fri. am and by Mon still no pics. So I called again and asked for them and was given the phone to Bob, and he basically told me the "I don't have time for that", "I've told you all I could if you want to come and see it, you can test drive it", I said well, I"m so far away I just want to see more before I make the drive, he says, "well, there's nothing more I can do for you"!! Really?? That's how you want to sell cars?? Horrible customer service, I will never give them any of my business and I will make it know on every review site at my poor experience. If they are this bad on the phone, can't imagine what it would be like had I bought something and been lied too, by his very vague answers. He wasn't even willing to try everything out (all the features) to make sure they worked, even though they are advitising it as such!! Sooo very disappointed, but thankful I saw their true colors before any purchase was made!!

I am not an employee or a friend of Bob's. I am a customer just like anyone else looking to buy a used car. I bought a 1998 Toyota Corolla from Bob's Auto Ranch recently. They were great to work with. They allowed me to take the car to a mechanic to have it checked before purchasing it. They even allowed me to put money down to hold it until my mechanic could look at it. They held it for 3 days for me. The car checked out great. The purchase agreement stated as is. I had no problem with this after having it checked out professionally. I see people giving Bob bad ratings over buying a car from him. All I have to say is did you have it checked before you purchased it???? When buying a used car... Its buyer beware and its up to you to be your advocate to make sure your getting a square deal... No business is perfect stuff just happens.

I was looking for a used car and easily found one. Bob's Auto Ranch contacted me a few times to allow me an opportunity to test drive the car. Unfortunately I changed my mind in the process, but that is not a reflection on Bob's Auto Ranch.

Don't attempt to contact them via cars.com; my messages were not responded to. Went to the lot in person, and had similar luck -- no one around.

What do you expect from a used car lot? They can't know everything on all their vehicles. You are buying usually a very used vehicle. And the vehicles are fairly priced. Do your homework. I've bought 3 vehicles here and made a few repairs, which are to be expected.
