Recently purchased an older Honda Odyssey from Bob's. Mike Fischer was our sales agent and the experience was very calm and enjoyable. Outside of the sweltering heat we were able to test drive the vehicle and also have our mechanic inspect it. The van was extremely clean and the CarFax sealed our deal. I will definitely return when I need another vehicle and can highly recommend them. Not shady at all. I received the title in a speedy time frame as stated. Happy customers we are.

This was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have had. Mike was kind and courteous and very easy to work with. He gave us a fair price and really went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. We purchased the car of our daughter on her birthday and Mike put Happy Birthday balloons on it to surprise her when we came to pick it up. It was a very personal touch. I would recommend Bob's to anyone looking for a car!!

Just bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla S from Bob's. Nice car in great shape! The salesman was was not pushy, and the negotiation went smoothly and quickly. Ran it over to my repair guy for a double check, and they gave it a clean bill of health. Would definitely consider buying from Bob's again.

I was looking for a truck and found what I was looking for at Bob's. Went to look at it and was pleased at what I saw. Mike told me what he knew about it and the test drive confirmed what he said. I was satisfied with it, we made a deal and I drove it home.

My experience was less than great. I had contacted the dealer the day before I bought the vehicle. An individual at the dealership had misinformed me regarding the vehicle having a sunroof. I specifically chose Bob's location with that in mind. I was really excited at the prospect of getting a sunroof. I could not get anyone to take me to Canton from Cincinnati to get the car with the sunroof. I ended up taking a Greyhound bus (not too much fun), but, oh well. When I arrived, I discovered, much to my dismay, there was no sunroof!!! It was very agitating and I was not happy. The man who had told that there was a sunroof was RUDE and told me "I don't care if you buy it or not". The manager Mike was pretty nice and he did remind me that the ad that I had seen did not include a sunroof. Completely true. Bob's is responsible (or should be), when their employee is conveying incorrect information-particularly when the potential customer is travelling many miles for a purchase. There were expensive repairs including four new struts. There is a transmission issue and a non-working window. My recommendation is get the vehicle checked!!!!! P.S. Mike did drop the price $200. upon my insistence, considering the non-sunroof.

Mike is a great salesman, makes you feel at ease with the process of buying a car. Told how they go through the process of selling a great quality car so that the customer(me) had nothing to worry about. Also if I had any problems to come back and they would be happy to help. Needless to say...No problems at all. Great truck and great people. Highly recommended for everyone. Thanks again Mike and Brian and Kathy.

I didn't buy the vehicle I stopped for, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. Good communication beforehand, low pressure and friendly staff. Very nice experience overall. I would shop there again.

Convertible shopping..... saw one they had, called them, drove out the next morning, test drove and brought it home. Process was pain free. Very nice people to work with. Received a call almost two weeks after the purchase and they stated we didn't recieve a cover that went with the car. They met us close to our home to give us the cover. That is above and beyond in our opinion. They could have thrown it out and we would have never known. Appreciate it Bob's. Thanks again! Love the car! :-)
