Absolutely incredible customer service. I rarely write reviews but it was just such a lovely experience that I had to. My husband and I are still in the research phase of figuring out which car we'd like to get, and Peter took the time to give us the pros and cons of the style of vehicle we were looking at, and comparisons with vehicles we didn't even know about. You can tell that they take pride in getting only the best used cars, and we didn't feel any pressure at all to buy something that day since we were still researching. I've been to quite a few dealerships over the years and many times the wife will be ignored in favor of speaking to the husband, and this wasn't the case here either. Peter spoke to us both equally and made us both feel very at ease. Just wonderful service.

I want to thank the whole team at Bob's. I went there with low expectations and they shattered that and went above and beyond. They are so just helpful and caring about every person and their situation. I could have not asked for more. I would recommend this to everyone and I will be back for sure. Good people! Very helpful with first time buyers...no high pressure here! They offer newer used cars that still have factory warranties. Third generation in business and at current location which has been operating since the 1960's. Bob (father) and Peter (son) owners and the only salesmen and Sally (office manager) are good, kind, helpful people. They put you at ease and make you feel like extended family. You can trust them to put you into a good vehicle that will fit into your needs and budget. I very highly recommend them and will return to them when I buy another car.

We have bought several cars from Bob's dealership and have had 100% positive experiences every time. We have complete confidence in their honesty, their cars are indeed "fine," and we will go to them again. We first purchased cars from them when we relocated from Redding to Eureka, and bought a couple more even after we moved from Eureka to the Bay Area.
