Stay far away. They are not honest, helpful, or have any integrity. Lied about not doing a thorough inspection on the vehicle I bought lied about information they provided to us and they also are not willing to do anything to try to rectify the situation by the situation Typical sales person now of a sudden can't remember anything of what he said also can't figure out how to get the information I need in order to perform maintenance on the truck I bought from them. Only have the truck 60 days and already have to do a major repair.

Wouldn’t do business with someone that does shady customer service . A friend wanted a suv they had on the lot , I called and spoke with Dave , he got the information and called my friend. They got paperwork done , she was approved for the loan . We were to pick the car up today and he tells her yesterday they sold it after she was to get the insurance information. That’s no way to do business.

I purchased a pre-owned Durango from Bolton and David Simple Simon was my trusted advisor throughout the sales process. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased out of state. This was by far the best experience! David Simon & Bolton exceeded my expectations, which is the only time I've ever said this about a dealership. Here are a few of the reasons why: - Honest - wouldn't even take a deposit after I offered. Most dealerships try to take your money before they even check if the inventory is in stock. The vehicle assessment provided by David was spot on. - Fantastic Communication as it was an out of state purchase - All of the little things that change the experience from good to great were a priority. The vehicle was filled with gas prior to it being shipped. The dealer fee was extremely reasonable and lower than any other dealership I've dealt with. David Simon and Bolton care more about the experience than simply completing a transaction.

When I called up they looked for the parts in the computer and then went to the shelf to make sure they was actually there so I didn't make a wasted trip. And then had them sitting on the counter so I could pick them up easily

My boyfriend and I had found a truck at Bolton that he really liked, so we drove 2 hours to look at the truck, after test driving and getting a carfax report and Gary explained that they had checked the car and had replaced a ball joint & a couple of other things maintenance wise, but other than that was a good, reliable truck. That same day the engine light turned on.. assuming it was something small, or nothing at all, just that it need to be turned off we took it into a local ford shop to get looked at. We found out that the engine needs to be replaced, costing just about as much as we paid for the truck. While i understand it is our responsibility of purchasing a vehicle, it feel as if we took all of the precautionary options other than having a mechanic look at it, but we were far from home. We feel like we were lied to & pretty upset none the less. Now we're out the money we had for a nice truck, and without a truck for now. very displeased.

I sent an email inquiry on a cars.com used vehicle at this dealership and included my phone number. Two weeks later the vehicle is still for sale, but nobody at the dealership has called, or responded to my email.
