Mike Kufskie answered all of our many questions and never made us feel pressure to buy. We knew it was time to replace our 10 year old Ford focus and wanted a new Escape . We also fell in love with a slightly used F250 super duty to replace our 2002 Ram. Mike worked up a deal that was very competitive compared to research that we did. Bought both and are looking forward to many great years driving our new Fords and having them serviced here.

Best thing...It took us about 45 min. to do finance paperwork with Chris C. We did fill out some previously after our test drive. That took about 15-20 min to fill out after our test drive. That helped shorten the time when we returned the next business day to purchase it. We would recommend and buy from them again. Our family went to Bommarito Ford on a recent Friday evening to look at the Explorer SUV. We worked with Nathan Bultman who did an excellent job of understanding our needs and requirements for a new vehicle. Even though it was getting close to the end of the day for the store everyone on staff including the finance department worked hard to make the experience easy and without delay. When my husband took the kids to get some supper they even let them enjoy their meal in private and offered them the TV remote to choose their show. After the sale, Nathan spent time with us to show special features of the car as well as the Bommarito facility so we will be prepared to return for efficient service appointments. While buying a car often can be stressful and frustrating, this experience was neither. And we love our new Explorer!

Went to Bommarito Ford because of their outstanding selection of new Ford vehicles, and a prior sales experience with Terry Watkins, their New Car Sales Manager. Because Terry had a prior doctor's appointment, I dealt with Jeff Mueller, who is by far and away one of the finest salesman I have ever met. He showed us several models of the Focus we were interested in so we could see and experience the different options and their functions. We received a more than fair trade-in allowance for our used car. The dealership is bright, clean and friendly to anybody looking to buy a car. When our new Focus was being prepped for delivery, they discovered a flaw in the battery and immediately replaced it. Other dealerships would have simply washed the car and sent us out the door. When the battery would later fail, they would have replaced it as a warranted item, but we would have been inconvenienced by the whole process. A dealership, and their sales staff,that looks out for the well-being of their customers is had to find in todays world!

They were able to work with me on the price of my trade-in pretty respectively, and I couldn't complain about the way my trade-in was handled considering the car wasn't in perfect condition. Craig our salesman was the best dealer in car shopping out of all the places we looked. Got us a great price on a Mustang and don't feel at all we over paid. He also treated us with respect and sat with us during the boring long process of papers and car being detailed. Definitely would recommend him as your next salesman I would of given 5 stars for Craig but the mean phone call dropped them way down Only problem we had was the ugly call we got from one of the managers acting as it was our fault no one asked for a check for the down payment towards the car. We felt like he was accusing and degrading towards us and not sure we would want to deal with them again for the blame pushed on us but clearly there mistake.

This is my first time dealing with Bommorito Ford - Hazelwood. I knew one of the salesman, Terry Watkins, when he worked at another dealership. I called and ask to talk to Terry about our next purchase. He told me that he was glad I remembered him and said he was going to have Steve Nodiff take care of us on our next purchase, 2016 Ford Explorer. Steve Nodiff called me back within less than an hour after talking with Terry to setup an appointment for me to come in and talk to him. I had done my researched on line so I just need to see if the vehicle I found was still available and wanted to take look at it. After meeting and viewing the vehicle I told him I needed a little time to go home and discuss with my wife. I returned to the dealership later that evening to let Steve know we were ready to set-up a time purchase our vehicle. When we arrived to purchase our 2016 Explorer it was already clean, ready for delivery and we just had to fill out the necessary paperwork and proceed. I have to say we had an awesome experience not only with the new cars salesman,Steve Nodiff , but also with the finance, Dan King, as he took time to explain in very good detail all of the options that were available to us to choose and we felt no pressure to purchase any of them. Overall we had Great experience, we were in and out within about an hour.

My wife and I just purchased a 2014 pre-owned Buick from Bernie Johnson and Jim Lodes. The experience could not have been easier. I had made arrangements for a test drive, the car was ready to go when we arrived. After the test drive we sat down to talk price; I had done my research and the car was priced fairly, but after a brief conversation with Bernie we made an even better offer that we all thought was fair. In less than five minutes, Bernie shook our hands and asked us when we wanted to pick up the vehicle. Since Bernie was going on vacation, he turned us over to Jim. The excellent service continued in Jim's hands. When we arrived to pick up the car, everything was ready, Jim ran us through the car one more time and asked if we had more questions. I was told from the beginning that they accept Edmunds trade in value. After spending about two hours dealing back and forth they low balled me a trade in value that I already told them I wouldn't accept. They sent me the Edmunds appraisal and it did not list most of my options on it. I sent them my appraisal and I got no reply. It is my opinion that this is a shady way of saying they will accept appraisals from Edmunds then not listing your appraisal correctly. I would not recommend to this dealership to anyone. I am from out of town and was willing to travel for the right deal. Very disappointed with the professionalism

My daughter and I went into Bommarito Ford to compare buying a new car with leasing a car. Michael Stone and my daughter had been e-mailing each other the week before. When we got there, he immediately told us the great deal they had on their 2015 Ford Focus cars. We went in thinking that the only way my daughter could afford a monthly payment on a car was to lease it, but left with a nice new car at the same monthly payment. Michael was great to work with! If I can ever afford a new car, I will definitely be going to Bommarito Ford! Another thing that really stands out to me is that both men that helped us that day, really complimented how wonderful it was to work for the Bommarito family! That really made me very comfortable buying a car there! Chris Clark helped us with the financial part of the deal, and he was great also! And the fact that they give you free ice cream while you're there and then sent us fresh baked cookies in the mail is a very nice touch, also! Great place! Great Experience! I had parts ordered for my 2016 Explorer, several weeks went by a no one called to advise me parts were in. I called and got the run around from several different people. I further had a problem with my window molding strip that they claimed was fixed. I took my vehicle to another dealership and they fixed the window molding and promptly ordered and fixed the repairs needed. I called the service manager and again, no call back. I live close to the dealership but my first contact was horrible so I'll take my vehicle to other Ford dealerships. This happened in Oct of 2015 and as of this date, no one has ever called me back to try and fix my horrible first impression.

I had been to many Ford Dealerships in the St. Louis area in July wanting to order a 2016 Shelby GT350. I was getting frustrated for many reasons, rude salesmen, extreme over sticker markups and sales personnel that looked down on me because I was disabled. I first visited Bommarito Ford about a month ago with interest in a new F-150. Jeff Mueller was very helpful on a cold Saturday as we made our way across the way to the church lot. By the time we returned I knew I would eventually purchase one of the two trucks I had narrowed my choices down to. i thanked him for his time, put his card in my wallet and headed home. For the next three weeks or so, I visited several other Ford dealers shopping for comparable vehicles but as the end of November drew near, the memory of my initial meeting and conversations with Jeff solidified my decision to buy our new F-150 from Bommarito Ford. After a short And very busy Saturday visit with Jeff, we agreed to reconnect on Monday. During two visits on that cold and rainy day and night of November 30th, Jeff and I agreed on the deal and with Chris Clark's help, I headed home to Ballwin at 7:30 pm in our new truck. I went on-line to look at new F-150's , found one I was interested in and went on-line to make an appointment to road test the vehicle. When I got to the dealership the sales man had the vehicle washed and ready for me to drive. I was very happy during the road test, I brought my wife back for her to road test the vehicle and she was happy with the vehicle also, she suggested we look at several other vehicles before we decided on one particular vehicle. Nathan showed us several more vehicles but we always came back to the one we first drove, so we decided on that one. Nathan was very patient and courteous with us. Shame on you, Bommarito service. I suspect that Bommarito is taking advantage of senior citizens. Who knows if they do this to everyone. No apology was given after a repair that cost hundreds of dollars failed in less than a week. Then, they wanted several hundred dollars more to fix the same problem. I did find an excellent shop elsewhere. The technician at the shop that fixed Bommarito's errors wanted to know where the vehicle had been serviced before. After hearing it was Bommarito, he said "I wouldn't go there again if I were you." Yep. Note: I would have given a ZERO out of five star review if I could.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, asked my needs and directed to the correct person, Jeff Mueller. Jeff was outstanding, thorough, honest and kind. The expediency of the transaction was also impressive as I believe I was in maybe three hours. Jeff used excellent customer service skills. For example, he suggested before we completed paperwork and financing information, that he let the detailing staff know to clean the car so that by the time we finished up all the paperwork, the car was clean and ready to go. I'll bet it wasn't even ten minutes to wait for them to bring up the new car. Finally, when Jeff exited the car after showing me how to work all the controls, he told me to give him a call for anything as he likes to stay in touch and help no matter what. In other words, "now that you've purchased your vehicle and walked out the door, please know I am still here for you and if you have any problems, let me know." This made me feel really secure and satisfied because too many times after purchasing a vehicle and being treated like a queen, once you walk out, they don't care about you whatsoever. Service doesn't care to treat you with respect even though you have helped their livelihood in some way. Jeff let me know that wasn't going to happen.

I arrived at Bommarito Ford to look at two new cars: the Focus and Fiesta. Shae was great at explaining the differences, as minor as they are. We took a test drive of both and I settled on the Fiesta. He gave me pricing and allowed me to think it over. In thinking about the car, I realized I was 'settling' and decided to look at mid-size SUVs. He pulled out an Escape and explained all the nuances. Not very happy with the layout of the vehicle, we started talking about other Bommarito stores, Nissan and Honda. We sat down at his desk and looked up Rogues and CRVs, along with a couple other options. He then walked me over to Bommarito Nissan and asked me to wait outside. When he came out, he had a Nissan sales expert with him and explained that Chris would be best suited to help with Nissans. He was selfless in making sure I was comfortable and happy with whatever car I purchased, even if it wasn't from him. Because of that, I'm a proud owner of a Bommarito Nissan Rogue.

Nathan was up front and honest about all of the details related to the vehicle in which I was interested. There was no pressure to buy, which is a big plus. He involved my seven year old son in the process and impressed him with simple gifts and promising to keep the Mustang available for when he turns sixteen. I had a small issue with a crack in the windshield. Nathan took care of that issue with no debate. My son wants to come by and get some more ice cream.

1. Parts not assembled (antenna stick). Dash display showed "In Transport mode". NO SD card installed for NAV system. Overhead lights in cabin will not go on when door is opened, then would not go out while in motion when driving home in the dark.2. F&I person took 1.5 hrs. to close finance contract, even though customer had pre-approval arranged at Credit Union.3. Ford Focus was delivered with only ONE key fob.Had to drive back to dealer 42 miles(84 Round-trip) next day & still incomplete.

We bought a 2015 Focus SE. He was very helpful with getting us the best deal on the car. My first car had just died and was left at Bommarito. Since my first visit the attention was pretty good, I was in the rush and the sales person that was with me (Shae) quickly understood my needs and provided me all the info that I needed, including a great initial price for my new mustang and for my trade-in. This review is about my son purchasing his first vehicle. He was home for a period after completing his AIT training as a Combat Medic in the Army.We had already been to another Ford dealer (in O'Fallon, MO), much closer to our home, and where I had purchased a new Ford vehicle within the past year. That dealer assured my son that his zero credit history wouldn't be an issue and all he had to do was to pick out a car and they would work it all out. Essentially, they wanted my son to fall in love with a car, find out he wasn't eligible for a loan and make me and my wife feel guilty for not co-signing a loan. We told them from the start that we were NOT going to co-sign since we didn't know what would happen if he was going to be called overseas at any given moment. We left and we will not return to that dealership.I told my son to start looking at used vehicles and we saw a selection at Bommarito online and so we decided to take the trip to Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood, MO - which is a 37 mile trip (one way). We started looking at the used cars and Craig Sammelman came up and asked what we were looking for. I explained my son's situation and he was very upfront with the difficulty with financing someone with zero credit and no co-signer, but would certainly do what he could with the tools he had available. My son chose a car that he liked and Craig went to work. He involved Dan King in the process and Dan also explained how difficult it would be to finance someone with zero credit, but said that he would try every option available. After a time, Dan came out and apologized, but didn't have anything available to him to finance my son using the lenders he had available to him.At no point, did anyone from Bommarito guilt me into co-signing a loan to help my son with his purchase.Since my son is active duty with the military, he has some options available through Navy Federal Credit Union. I told Craig that we would investigate the options at home and return. Craig encouraged us to stay at the dealership and use both him and the finance team to help with the Credit Union's application process. That was an excellent idea because they required a lot of documentation that the dealership had. Craig worked with Dan King and gathered and faxed documents several times and did whatever necessary to help get my son the loan for the car he wanted.The long wait paid off. The approved loan amount was more than required for the car - a lightly used 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback.The Credit Union was going to mail a check and my son would be able to pick up the car on Wednesday of next week. Unfortunately, my son needed a vehicle since he was part of hometown recruiting and since the check came on Tuesday, he had to see if he could pick it up a day earlier than originally planned.We went to Bommarito Ford to see if there was any way to get the car a day earlier than planned to help my son out. Craig had planned on getting everything ready before we showed up on Wednesday like we originally scheduled. Unfortunately, Craig was off that day, but Steve Bachesta gladly took charge of the situation, found the keys, helped set-up the final paperwork with Chris Clark and ultimately get the car ready for my son. Steve took care of us like Craig did the day before - made us feel like the only customer that mattered to him.I cannot express how pleased I am with the patience and care of the individuals at Bommarito Ford. They bent over backwards for us from the moment we walked in and that did not go unnoticed. What an amazing group of people, including Stacy, at the front desk, who entertained us for a bit while Steve was chasing paperwork.I know who I will trust with my new and used car needs in the future. We took our 2012 fusion to Bommarito for oil changes for 2 years. When we no longer had free oil changes we took it to an independent shop. This shop pointed out that the timing cover and main seal were leaking and had been for a while. We brought it back to Bommarito to be repaired under warranty. We believe they didn't want to point out the leaks because it was still under warranty.Then at less than 3 years and 39,000 miles the battery went dead. It was supposed to be a 5 year battery. They said it was probably old when it was put in but since the car was 3,000 miles past warranty they wouldn't do anything, not even pro rate it.Now the blower motor makes noise,I have emailed their customer service department with these complaints twice and have not received any response.

Came in with no credit history, no loan, and was the second dealership we'd gone to this week. Was looking to purchase a car but almost doubted that it would happen. Found a rather affordable Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Ford Focus and our salesman, Craig Sammelman sat with us for nearly 5 hours helping us to set things up and ended up actually purchasing the car, but the check didn't come til the next week. We came back a day earlier than scheduled and Steve Bachesta helped get the car ready and Chris Clark took care of us at finance. Steve Nodiff helped me order a new 2015 F150 with all of the features I wanted and none that I didn't. Steve called me with status updates on my order as is progressed through getting built and delivered. The process was painless and didn't have to haggle at all to get a great price. The finance manager, Dan King, also set me up with an amazingly low interest rate on a 60 month loan. I can't express enough how impressed I was with Bommarito Ford and their customer service. And the cherry on top was the 10yr 200k power train warranty that they are offering to all of their customers at no cost at all.

It isn't often that you can say buying a car is a pleasant experience. I saw the car i want while doing other chores on the computer, a thing i would typically ignore. I did an internet inquiry and found exactly what i wanted and was provided with immediate assistance. The next morning i drove the car and bought it. I have always hated pushy salespeople especially when it comes to buying cars but Dan Lesinski and Jim Lodes was anything but! He listened to exactly what I wanted but didn't have the exact car and instead of pushing a car he had on me he searched for the car I wanted and couldnt find the color so he suggested we build it. Which takes a little while to recieve but these guys kept me updated throughout the entire process. He had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive it. Everything looked amazing inside and out, Financing went smoothly and now I have the car I've always wanted, a 2015 ford fusion tailor made for me!

I purchased a car from Bommarito in December 2014, but since I live out of state, I had to pay a service fee and allow Bommarito to get my license plates for me. It's March 2015, and I still do not have my license plates. I haven't been able to drive my new car since January, and all I've been getting is the runaround and excuses. I was promised that my plates would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday of this week - it's Friday, I have no plates, and of course, no one is returning my calls or able to help me - they're magically out of the office until Monday. At this point, I need someone to pay for a rental car until they figure out what kind of incompetence led to a three month wait for license plates. Brad Gilbert promised to contact me this week, but now he's apparently out of the office and of course, doesn't have a cell phone number. It's sad and pathetic. I can walk into the DMV and get my license plates in an hour, but Bommarito can't get my license plates in 3 months.

I just bought a fiesta hatchback ecoboost from Bommarito. From the moment I called to test drive the car to the time I drove off with it the service at Bommarito was great. Lamont was the salesman that worked with me and I would definitely recommend asking for him by name if you are considering a ford at Bommarito. Lamont was friendly and was definitely not the stereotyped salesman (unlike some of the other dealerships I visited while car shopping). He was not pushy, let me test drive the car without him in the car, and what I liked best was he was not evasive when it came time to discuss a price. I also called him on a Sunday when he wasn't at work and he followed up with me later that day on his own time. I know that we all strive to get a price on a car that would cause the dealership to lose money, I don't know if I got the fiesta for that price but what I can say is that I left feeling happy with what I paid and a good part of that was because of Lamont. I also don't want to leave out Tony who went over the financials and warranties with me. he was very friendly and again didn't push anything on me or try to scare me into getting some warranty I didn't want.I'd definitely go back to Bommarito and as for Lamont although I hope not to have to do that for another 10 years.

I found my 2013 Chevy Malibu (fully loaded) online on a Sunday and the deal was absolutely great (the deal on this car was better than the deal at a Chevy dealership). I arrived at the dealership when they first opened on Monday at 9. I dealt with Sergey the online contact. He took my application to Chris Clark who got me approved and I was driving off the lot with my new car in 2 hrs. They were both very professionally. I decided to go back to Bommarito for a second vehicle purchase after the good experience I had in 2012. I ended up working with Steve Nodiff who was very professional and always available when I called. I ended up ordering a 2015 F150 and Steve was very helpful in keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. When the 2015 started showing up on the lot, I requested to drive one that they had and Steve set it up, handed me the keys and said take your time and try it out. I love that about this dealership. When my truck arrived Steve worked to have it ready for delivery quickly. I then met with Chris Clark for the finance portion. Chris was very easy going and low pressure. Something else my wife and I really appreciate it. I would recommend Steve Nodiff to anyone interested in a vehicle from Bommarito Ford. It is worth noting that I had 4 ford dealers closer to my home than than Bommarito but I feel the experience I have had with Bommarito is worth the drive. I am expecting the same great service department experience I had at Bommarito VW when the time comes.

We live in NW Arkansas, but because several of our friends and relatives in the St. Louis area had told us of a good buying experience with Bommarito Ford and Steve Nodiff, we contacted Steve by phone and told him what we were in the market for - a 2014 F-150 with a specific options mix. He found the exact truck out of state and had it delivered to the Bommarito dealership in just a couple of days. We were able to drive to St. Louis the following day with our trade-in and drive home that afternoon in our new vehicle. The pricing was fair and the entire process was unlike any previous car-buying experience we had had. Saw a pre-owned car on the Bommarito website and requested more info. Within 20 minutes I had an email response and a phone call. Steve Bachesta, Internet Manager was very friendly, so we decided to visit that afternoon. Steve already had the car pulled to the front by the time we got there. He handed my wife and I the keys for a test drive, instructing us to take all the time we needed. The car was perfect. When we returned, Steve explained the buying process, and compared the 2010 Fusion SE with other like models in inventory. We negotiated a very fair price. Then we met with Dan King, the Finance Manager. He got us financing with a good rate even though our credit was iffy. I have to commend Bernie Johnson. My mom needed a used car and Bernie Johnson was there to help us. The car we wanted to look at was under contract that day, but when the deal fell through, Bernie called us to let us know. Bernie had to deal with 5 different people while dealing with my mom for this car because her kids wanted to make sure she got the right car and the right deal. He put up with a lot, but kept smiling through it all! He saw me once and knew my name the second I walked in. I was very impressed and will send others to Bernie who need a car! Our salesman, Lamont Hawthprne, was friendly, professional and efficient. He was great. I have no complaint with him. The problem is that the finance manager lied to us. He said in order to receive one of the rebates ($1000) we had to finance through Ford (over 6%), and make three payments before we could refinance. After the purchase, I was telling a friend, who has been in the car business for over 20 years, about the claim. My friend told me that we could have refinanced the next day. The dealership however, gets money from the manufacturer if the customer keeps their financing for at least three months.

I was in three bommarito dealerships in one day, Mazda St. Peters, Honda and Ford. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I drove three cars that day. Branden Officer at Mazda was very up front and helpful when learning I was interested in multiple vehicles. He pointed me to Kevin Hall at Honda, who took the time to sit down and understand my needs and desires even though it was a very busy day on Black Friday. He personally took me over to the Ford dealership to see a car I was interested in. There we met Steve Nodiff. After deciding upon the Ford vehicle, Steve and the team at Bommarito Ford were very efficient in getting the vehicle ready for delivery, completing the paperwork and getting me ready to go all the while making sure my needs were met. The price for the car was great. In line with what I targeted (and I'm a well informed car buyer), so essentially little to no haggling was necessary.

Although, we knew we wanted the Ford F-150 we weren't completely sure we were ready to take the p[unge of ownership.. We talked to salesman, Nathan Bultman, and he was so patient with us. I was looking for a specific 2014 Fusion when I started looking for a Ford dealership online in late September. I looked at dealerships across all of Missouri and even in bordering states. Being so late in the year, inventory for 2014s was extremely limited. Bommarito was the only dealer with a large 2014 Fusion inventory and had exactly what I wanted. The icing on the cake was the fact that they also had the best pricing. Mike Stone, my internet salesperson, was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Would definitely buy from Bommarito Ford/Mike Stone again and highly recommend.

Used to purchase our vehicles from a different dealer. A friend recommended we try Bommarito as I really don't enjoy the haggling experience. We met Steve Nodiff and our experience completely changed. We were presented with REAL numbers up front, no games, and spent the necessary time to make sure the purchase was complete. We were purchasing the vehicle for our kids and even though he did not have it on the lot he had the vehicle in two days and did not even charge for the dealer trade. While my wife and I did the paperwork, he went out with the kids and made sure they understood the vehicle and paired the sync system with their devices. I will definitely go see Steve again when it comes time to purchase our next Ford. The Staff is also completely friendly as well, we visited on a rather warm day and the wonderful receptionist even brought our chiwoxy ( small dog) inside and gave it some ice cream and water and entertained our 12 year old. Definitely a unique experience that we will never forget!

To whom it may concern,My name is LaShander Williams and I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment during yesterdays (8/18/2014) consultation/conversation with your staff. A little background, I purchased my vehicle from the Bommarito St. Peters a few years ago and Ive received all my repairs and maintenance from either St Peters location or this one. I changed to this one, out of convenience. Ive always respected and counted on great service at both locations. The customer service and diagnosis of any vehicle problems has been appreciated by me, and promptly taken care of at your suggestion.Last year, I had both my front and back brakes replaced. Recently my car began to shake and I was told by the vendor (who I purchased tires from), that I had pulsation in my breaks and needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I was shocked and instantly told them there was no way that could be true, I had just had new brakes put on, and at the time was told I didnt need rotors, so mine were resurfaced. I stopped by your location yesterday and explained this to a service tech, I think hes the manager over service. He quickly told me, that I could make an appointment and have my rotors resurfaced again for a hundred and something dollars. I apologize I cant remember the exact amount because my anger began to build at that point. I explained to him that I just paid to have breaks not even a year ago, and was told I didnt need rotors, and now you want me to REPAY for a service that I already paid for..I expressed to him I was upset by this news. He offered nothing further. After taking all evening to replay this, Ive decided I will not be returning here for service nor will I refer anyone. I understand I have money in my Ford account but I will not be using that either. I am beyond angry that there was no offer to even look at the vehicle before a price was quoted to me. On top of the fact no sympathy showed for the fact that I just paid for this service and nothing was explained or even mentioned that I would need to have this done again within a year.

I came in to the dealership just to check and see if I could trade a vehicle in to get something I really liked. I thought that I would have to wait at least a year to trade in a vehicle before you could get something else. Boy was I WRONG. I went in Steve took me to see a couple of vehicles and after picking one I drove it and it was great. We went in did the paperwork (in a timely manner) went to see the loan guy and EVERYTHING worked out in my favor. Not only did I get out of a vehicle that I did not like I was able to get into a great vehicle with all the whistles and bells plus they made the deal so sweet I could not confuse. We went to Bommarito Ford in Hazelwood with a few vehicles in mind and options we needed to have. After doing much research online and on the lot after-hours (to look without sales people), we were ready to look and test drive to make a decision...which meant talking to a sales person. Not one person likes that part. We ended up very pleased with our sales professional. Steve Nodiff walk up to us in the lot and offered his assistance. He got the keys to EVERY vehicle we wanted to get in to. Even though it meant a lot of going back and forth. He explained the options, details, and pricing of each one. When he asked and learned what features and options were our necessities, he found vehicles that better matched our needs and in the price range we were looking for. He offered some spectacular inventory options and sales deals. We ended up deciding on a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. I had never heard of this model. I was not too partial to the regular Escapes I had seen in the past. THIS one, though, was INCREDIBLE! Fully loaded, leather interior, platinum pearl white paint, sunroof, navigation, SYNC, Sony Sound System, the list goes on and on. I was afraid to know what the price would be. AGAIN, I was thrilled by his expert sales techniques to get us in the car we wanted at a price we could afford! The Financing was a quick and painless factor too! Tony got me the financing at 0%! I have NEVER had an offer on that ANYWHERE! The offers just kept on coming! Steve never gave up on anything but top tier service. He was very honest about everything the whole way. He was REAL. Not a sales person you just want to get away from. You trust him, he solves your problems, and makes you happy no matter what it takes. He was very professional but very down to Earth and realistic. He isn't about to ""fluff the feathers" to make something seem like it is something else. I was very please, and so was my husband. We would recommend him to anyone, even the ones that are the most reserved on making a car purchase decision. He will not pressure you or make the process in any way uncomfortable. He is 110% about customer satisfaction, not customer sales. You are not a number, He is your guy. I will never use any one else. Just remember Steve Nodiff in this story when you go to another dealership, and realize you have spent too much, you felt pushed into a loan you didn't want, a car you didn't want, were rushed along so he could get to another person, true facts, and features you wouldn't want. If you go to Steve at Bommarito Ford, none of these are a factor. He is bottom line., Mr. Nodiff is who you NEED while shopping for a vehicle.

I couldn't be happier with my new Fusion. Had a slight problem with a molding and a leak in one of the windows. Guy at the service desk got it fixed and me out of there in 15 minutes. I came here after having spent hours at other dealerships, and I felt like I was done looking for a car for a while... I had an appointment set up, which I was late to, but was still greeted with a smile. The car I had been interested in was ready to get in and test drive. However, it wasn't the color I wanted so we went in and looked at their inventory and found a great car. The negotiations were quick, and I got down to a very reasonable price within my range. Unlike other dealerships they weren't concerned with running my finances for my monthly payments, which I was happy about since i knew what price range I wanted to be in, and the details of what this would cost me in a month without them telling me, and tricking me into a longer term than I wanted just to get within my monthly payments.. My husband (I went to the dealership alone) wanted to see the car before purchase, although it wasn't on the lot, and it was late in the day, they came with me home to show him the car similar to what I would get before I put my deposit down as we couldn't finish the paperwork that day..The financing and purchase process was great too. They were up front about everything, and informed us about our refinancing options later on since we had to finance through ford for a rebate. They were very helpful and made buying a new car a little less scary! I will definitely go here again whenever I need a new car, and recommend it to others, even though it's a little out of the way from where I live!

I was recently in a hit & run accident which total my Jeep. After being car-note free for 5 years, I was skeptical to enter into another note. However, the sale person was not pushy, arrogant or dying to make the sale. Just got it today; it was almost exactly what I was looking for (didn't really need the 20 inch wheels, but they were on the car). Have driven it about 16 miles and it's going to take awhile to learn how all the gadgets work, but it is a fine car and the experience was great. The sales man knew his stuff, didn't pressure us at all, and went out of his way to find the car for us. I was very pleased with the service I received from Eddie in search for a new vehicle. When I first showed up to the dealership and started looking around at all the different vehicles they had to offer, I felt like I was being avoided by the sales people. I passed numerous of sales personal and not one greeting or hello from any of them. I had to walk up the main office to receive some help and I was then handed off to Mr. Eddie Johnson. He was currently dealing with 2 other customers and still found time to help with questions and test drives. Meanwhile, 4 salesmen where standing around joking and carrying on while Eddie was working hard running back and forth to help his customers. I feel that I wasn't given the time of day because I was a young individual and they didn't want me to waste their time. Well the joke is on them, because I was motivated to buy and drove all they way from Cape Girardeau, MO to make a purchase. I called the Bommarito Ford and was connected to Mr. Nathan Bultman (sales consultant) by random. After explaining my frustrating sales experiences at other dealerships close by, I described the vehicle I was seeking to buy as well as the price. I told Mr. Bultman that I do not have the time to mess around and if he could 1. find the vehicle I wanted and 2. meet my price demands, we would do business. Nathan immediately went to work finding my vehicle and quickly informed me that Bommarito would meet my price. Still leery from being misled by inexperienced, over-eager sales people, my wife and I agreed to test drive the selected vehicle. I admit we were skeptical and fully prepared to be blind-sided with hidden fees added surprise expenses but such was not the case. Nathan and Bommarito Ford delivered on every aspect which we discussed over the phone. The vehicle was clean and ready for inspection. The sales terms were precise. All in all my experience was extremely pleasant and as efficient as car buying can be in today's market. I would like to note that most of the sales people at Bommarito seemed to me to be a bit more mature than at the other dealerships. This tells me that people are staying employed longer but it also implies that the management values an experienced, well-trained salesperson. I appreciate a salesman who works hard for my business.

I informed Lamont that I would return the next day because I wanted to think about it Lamont did not try to pressure me with a decision that same day instead he took my name and telephone number and said he would see me the next day. I returned the next day and the sale seem flawless .Thanks again Lamont and Bommarito Ford.

I've tagged along with friends when they purchased vehicles from various dealerships under the Bommarito name and I've seen first hand that that the customer service is second to none. However, when I found myself upside down on a car and in need of an upgrade to something more reliable, I foolishly shopped elsewhere first. Once I found my way to Bommarito, the sales consultant I worked with, Brad Clanney, was great and really friendly and patient. I pretty much knew what I was looking for, but he showed me several cars and didn't try sell me on the most expensive one, but the best option for me. I found a great Ford Certified used car on their lot and Bommarito really worked with me on my trade, more than any other dealer in town - and I spent several days looking. I will definitely think of Bommarito first going forward and recommend this dealer to anyone I know shopping for a new car.

Communication with Sergey via email/internet was always quick and timely responses. Sergey handled any concerns that i had with prompt replies. Once at the show room they had a car ready for me to look at and test drive, and when i changed my mind on color, glady switched it around for me. They gave me exactly what i wanted on my trade to meet my payment budget.(which they met). Tony handled the finance process with accuracy and clarity. On top of all of this i did not sit at this dealership for hours on end. They made the process go as quickly as possible while still being friendly and treating you as a person not a sale!! Great job Sergey, Tony, and every at Bommarito!! Highly recommend!!

Eddie Johnson was courteous and polite and did his best to locate a vehicle type that I had requested, (first a certified used crossover). He located one and I did a test drive on a 2013 Escape. The vehicle was ok, but did not feel like what I really wanted. A new vehicle was suggested because with my trade in and the other discounts offered by buying a new vehicle. A 2014 Tarus SEL was located. I test drove a Tarus. It felt better than the Escape, and Chris the finance guy worked up the deal. My trade in, the maintenance refund and the financing was good. I accepted the deal, but needed to really take a good look at my current financial position. I looked at my position overnight and realized that I would be putting myself in a strained position. I went back in the next day and spoke with Eddie and told him I appoligized and explained I would not complete the sale. The response was greateful and very courteous. I appreciate the efforts put forth by Eddie and Chris. They did a great job. I will definitely come back to Bommarito. I purchased my current vehicle from Bommarito and have it serviced at Bommarito. All good!

My husband and I went in to look at a Ford Fusion Energi. We met with Nathan and was treated very nice. We enjoyed our experience. He took his time to get us a great deal and explain our new car on delivery. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Tony was very easy to deal with on the financing end of our deal. All in all, we would recommend getting a Ford from Bommarito.

Visited the Ford dealership, to test drive only the Flex and the Escape. We have not determined what type of vehicles we want as of yet but these two vehicles are ones we are interested in. The salesman promptly got a Flex to test drive, gave us a brief overview and sent us on our way. When we got back he had a Escape waiting for us, did the same brief overview and off we went. When we got back asked if we had any questions and answered them, gave us some info, answered the questions and asked us to consider him when purchasing a vehicle, which I will.

Like many others, I always dreaded the car buying experience. Not this time! Lamont Hawthorne dealt with me in a straight-forward manner and completed the sale negotiations unbelievably quickly. Another big plus, was being able to decline the extended warranty without any additional pressure or sales pitch.
