Car was fixed and problem resolved. However the way labor is charged is unethical in my opinion. My total time at the dealership was 1.5 hours and this is the amount of labor I was charged. In that time was the checking in process, me trying to arrange transportation as I require hand controls and the dealership cannot accommodate this(tech waited to start work on the car to assure I had this secured), and my car getting a test drive and a car wash. An hour of labor seems reasonable and what I calculated. I feel like the whole team works the labor time to their advantage. And while a car wash is nice, I do not want one at the labor rates that are charged. I asked for an explanation and the docked time reported was all that was communicated back to me. At the very least please give customers the option for a drive through car wash. This one at a 10 min labor fee cost me about $30.

Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly team… they understood my needs without any effort. They showed me all the cars I pointed out to see, however I listened to their recommendations for what car is better for me.. special thanks to my sales Rep Brandon Gorenstein and the sales manager Sal Suleiman! I highly recommend this dealership. My saleswoman, Nancy was absolutely amazing. She was available to answer any questions I had for her even when she was off the clock. Not once did I ever feel pressure from her. She was there to help me find the right car, not just sell me any car so that she could be done with me and move on to the next customer. Nancy almost immediately becomes a friend as soon as you meet her. I had a great experience with everyone working there. Very kind group of people.

I went on a test drive at the dealership and the overall experience for it and then with later conversations was great. Brandon the salesperson was super nice and informative and not pressuring at all. He definitely had an honest approach where he just wanted to help me find something that worked for me. I had already been looking at another car and ended up not getting a Mazda, but I loved working with him and this dealership. The test drive experience and his follow-up communications were friendly and great. Would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
