Leased a XT5 in July. This is my fifth Cadillac. The other 4 where with another local dealer. Salesperson at Bomnin was friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. I am very impressed with that side of the business. The issue is that I noticed a clunking sound on the passenger right tire. I called service to get it looked at, and the service person said they no longer offer loaners. How is it that on GM's high line they are not going to offer a loaner? This is the first time this has happened to me. The other dealer always offered a courtesy loaner as part of their service. Not acceptable and for all those leasing or buying beware. Know that you will not be provided a loaner. It's going to be out of your own pocket. Totally unhappy with this policy.
