It was good. Everyone was nice. Shuttle service was helpful. Wasn’t sure where to go after the shuttle brought me back so I had to ask. If I have any constructive criticism it would be to tell the service coordinator to just inform us where to go when the car is done being serviced but I am not complaining just offering advice. I had a great experience

Marc Chapman was BY FAR the most comfortable, hospitable, personable salesman we have encountered. He made the car buying experience smooth and most of all fun. When is it ever fun?! What can I say about my experience at Bomnin Cadillac/Chevrolet other than the fact that their customer service is top notch. All salesmen are good and know their product. But this review 100% needs to go to Ivan Guillotti for his energetic and great professionalism towards his customers. From the minute you walk in Ivan is at your service asking you how can I help you? His knowledge of all the Vehicles is amazing. He makes you comfortable and relaxed as he does all the hard work for you. He goes above and beyond for you. Just like he has done for me twice already. And I wouldn’t go any other dealership that he’s not at. Bomnin should be proud of having an amazing salesman with amazing skills, drive, and professionalism. Ivan thank you for everything.
