This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought 10 new vehicles in my life. Our salesman Victor, was the best. He was not pushy or overbearing. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the truck I bought. What I liked the most was he spoke to me, a woman buying a truck. The other dealerships we dealt with this time, the salesman would speak to my husband, like I wasn't there, or couldn't possibly understand how to buy a truck. Victor was very professional and easy to speak to. He took time with us and we never felt rushed or felt like we were not important.The day we picked up my truck, Victor took a long time and explained everything about the truck and all the gadgets,bells and whistles. No one has ever done that for me before, there were things on my Mazda I didn't know how to operate the day I traded it.Your question above: would I recommend your dealership to others? Well, I already have twice, and if the remainder of my relationship goes as smoothly as the buying end I will continue to do so.Oh and by the way 'I Love My Colarado'!!!!

GM issued a recall for the accelerator positioning sensor because of the reduced engine mode & stabilitrack issues (look it up on edmonds.com if your not familiar) the 1st time I brought my impala in i made service aware that my vehicle was a salvage title, no problems as long as I had my GM issued recall letter with my Vin number. The sensor was replaced & I was on my way. 9 months later reduced engine mode again, they told me to bring it back it was under warranty. 2nd time no problem. Only 6 weeks later, reduced engine mode again, called for an appointment was told to bring her in. I dropped my car the night before spoke to Bob (nice guy) when I dropped the keys, said it's seems like more is going on since it's the 3rd time for the same issue & would have service check out the wiring. Okay, thanks Bob! First thing in the morning Joe calls, who claims to be the owner & extremely rude tells me my battery is dead & he's not touching "my junk car" without charging me. He refused to honor the warranty of the 2nd part & threatened to tow my "piece of scrap car" off his property if I didn't come get it immediately. I came down for my car & low and behold...I had lights and the car started. Now, I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty sure my car wouldn't start if the battery were dead. I will NEVER bring any car for service here again because of Joe. I will NEVER purchase a car from Bonner because of Joe. I'm done with GM completely after this whole recall. What a shame because for as long as I been driving, it's always been a Chevy & it's always been serviced at Bonner. Joe just lost a loyal customer because of his horrible attitude.

I had my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT in for service today, I had a defective drivers vanity mirror and was getting some pulsation in my brake pedel , Bonners replaced the vanity mirror with a brand new one and resurfaced my brake rotors under my warranty, no charge to me, I just wanted to tell them there the best, and I recommend them to anyone and I love my Chevrolet cruze, I have 20,000 miles on the car now and I still love it, my next car will be purchases from Bonner Chevrolet for sure!!!!!!!! on 7/27 i discussed with with mr harfman on a new truck,he e mailed info includeing price and specs, we went back and forth on trk in stock,e mails will be sent to dealer on request,on sat i stopped at dealership and was informed mr harfman had retired, by aaron c. he gave me his card and i e mailed him on trk mr harfman was woring on,the trk was in stock,i informed later i was going to pass on trk.he emailed me if i was still interested in trk,i told him it all depends on the trade of my 2013 chev trk i purchased at bonner,thats when everything stopped,i e mailed him again and got no response,so i guess i have to look elseware, i regret this as i liked bonner as a family dealership not a dealer that sells and forgets you,bonner treatd me very well when i purchased 2013 trk,now i feel like they don't want me. ????

The service we received when we walked in to Bonner was wonderful. A welcoming greet, helping in finding the right car for us, and the time spent on showing us all the features of the car. This is the 5th new vehicle we have purchased from Bonner Chevrolet. We have moved out of the Kingston Area and now live close to the NY State line, and although we have numerous Chevrolet dealers near us we continue to return to Bonner Chevrolet for our vehicle purchases as well as any major maintenance issues. In all the years of dealing with Bonner Chevrolet I have held them in the highest regard and have always found their sales and service departments to be of the highest caliber. Our last 4 vehicle purchases have been handled by Dan Dornsife who has always treated us fairly and honestly and goes above and beyond to insure that we drive away happy with our purchase. The staff was very sensitive to the fact I was on a tight schedule since I stopped by on my lunch. They were very accommodating and ensured that I was taken care of. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and never had such a personal experience. The staff all said hello, even if they were walking by. On top of it all, the showroom was spotless. Overall, a great experience!

leased my last car from Bonner three years ago, no muss no fuss and all was well. When it came time to turn it in I was in the market for a new car and wanted no parts of a lease, only a purchase. The sales manager Dave was more than happy to accommodate me, and after reviewing with him what I wanted in the vehicle, he suggested he had a demo with those exact specifications that he would sell me for an agreed upon price. After the car was pulled around i found it was stock and didn't have the options we agreed to; so Dave being the salesman he is suggested that he would find me one since all I wanted extra was dvd's for the kids in the back seat. The next day he called and asked if I believed in fate.... the truck just dropped off another vehicle to add to his stock, and this one had everything I wanted. This was on a Friday and I asked for pictures of it, he said he could not accommodate me because it was locked in the shop to be detailed. I trusted him and I told him it was sold, get it ready for me for Monday. As fate would have it, Monday comes and almost goes before I get a call from Dave, telling me we have a bit of a twist, but its a good twist. See he misread the listing again and it didn't have what we needed so he offered to give us displays that hang off the back of the seats, to which I quickly declined. They were Ipod type devices and I think he was shocked that I didn't seem as enthusiastic as he was. I told him that's just more junk I was going to have to keep after and that they would probably be stolen out of the truck in weeks. He agreed and vowed to find me another truck. Three more days later he found a vehicle that the other dealership would relinquish so I told him to go and get it, I'm ready to get all of this behind me. Two more days to get the truck and detail it and he sends me pictures of it; finally! a vehicle with all the options I wanted. I told him I put very little mileage on it and that's why we ( my wife and I) chose to buy our next vehicle rather than lease. Several hours go by and later that night I get a call where he calmly explains that this vehicle is out of my price range for a purchase and that a lease is what will be needed to make the vehicle mine. I was absolutely dumbfounded?!?!?!?! What happened to the agreed upon price I asked, he suggested that i should have known this vehicle was going to cost more (keep in mind 500.00 extra for dvd's) and he just assumed we were OK with a lease. To make a long story short, we did not take the vehicle after almost three weeks of incompetence and lies. I called him out on it as a complete bait and switch tactic to which he emphatically of course denied. Dave even had the nerve to offer the lease to me one more time before I hung up the phone, what a joke. I would tend to agree with the other poster that if you have half a clue and are not afraid to call BS you will not be welcomed there. I swear after Dave saw my credit rating he thought we would take what ever he offered. Sad, I have since dealt with another Chevy dealer than will get my future business.

Very tricky salesmen will pass you around, if they think you know anything about auto dealerships and how vehicles are priced. You are observed and deemed to be sellable, or not. If you are well informed, you will be jerked around and told "It's not US, it's GM", that will not let a deal happen. Dave, the "CLOSER" will attempt to make you understand "Their side of the story". This place is chock full of jaded (lifer) employees and you will see it in their attitudes, as you walk the showroom floor. If you do not mind overpaying, you will be loved here. I can only imagine the "Service Department" being a continuance of the jaded attitudes, at best. Look elsewhere!

I brought the Silverado in because I am not SATISIFIED with the heated seats. something in the heated back was replaced, but I am not satisified. I understand the heated seats system is different from older GM vehicles. I had a 2011 GMC and the heated seats were a '10' why would gm make a change for the worst.now I rate the heated seats a ZERO and something has to be done to correct this problem.

Once truck was towed in it was repaired early next morning. Main problem was getting the suburban towed, first tower from GM called and refused to come out because GM would not pay him enough for a locked tow on the suburban, caused me much problems getting it to the dealership

The only thing that disturbed me was that I received a coupon for a Lube /Oil and Filter change plus a tire rotation two days after I had the same work done. The coupon would have allowed me to pay much less than what I was charged.

Everything was good except for the cleanliness or detailing was not as good as I was expecting. There was mud on the pedals, door jams, and the bed of the truck. The roof of the truck had bird dropping stains on it.

I have been looking for a used Camero for some time and just happen to be driving by Bonner and one caught my eye. After speaking with Curt Crossin for about 1/2 hour one evening about purchasing a 2012 Camaro, I decided to come back the next day with my wife and check the car out. She really didn't care for the black one we talked about the night before but she did like the Silver 2013. After speaking with Curt again on the silver 2013, we came to an agreement on price. It took them about 1 hour to have the car detailed and them he sat with me and discussed how things work on the car to give me a better understanding how things work. The next day I noticed the car didn't have an air compressor for tire repair and decided to give him a call but he was off and I left a message on his phone. I never expected a return call but to my surprise about an hour later he informed me that he was off that day but went down to the office and found me the compressor I needed and was leaving it on his desk. I ran right down before anyone changed their mind. To my surprise he was still there and everything I needed was there as he said. I told him that this was the best car buying experience that I ever had and all salespersons should be as easy to work with. I definately will be checking Bonner out whenever I need another vehicle either new or used. P.S. Curt as you know I was really looking for a Camaro SS but needed an automatic so my wife could drive it but only could find standards, I really love the car we purchased. Please keep me in mind that if you ever get in a beautiful Camaro SS with an automatic, feel free to give me a call and thank you very much for giving me the best and easiest car buying experience possible. I put your business card in my glove box and I will definately be contacting you again.

I was very pleased that the dealership was willing to discuss different pricing in order to make the deal happen. I was also very pleased with the service department. they did an awesome job on the detailing of the car. when I picked it up it looked amazing. I would also like to mention how well the service department handled the dent that got on the car door while it was there for detailing. the fixed it very quickly and you could not even tell the dent happened. I was very pleased with my overall buying experience and hope to be able to make future purchases.

Service personnel took care of me immediately, told me how long it would take to see to my issue, directed me to the lounge and took care of my service issue quickly. They explained what they did and walked me out to my truck as I had a question about my vehicle.

Went to look at a used trk, i found on the web, which they sold but i only live 10 min. away, happened to see another trk, which was out of my price range, test drove it anyway,and loved it, they gave me a very good price for my trade. when went back and forth for 2 days, they almost sold it twice, but in the end. they sold it to me for a very good price, i asked for a tank of gas,as a long shot,since i didnt care i already got a good price on the vehicle, and they gave me a full tank on delivery,as much as i dont care for car salesman,this was not a bad experience, This was my first time dealing with Bonner, and i would buy from again!!!

We leased our first Cruze at Bonners and did all of our service there. Tom called and told us we could get out of the old lease and we went down and met with Tim. Tim found us just the car we wanted. We drove home very HAPPY!

Was allowed independent test drives in the two different vehicles that we were interested in. When we decided to buy, Bonner found the color and options that were most important to us. Gave us a fair value for our trade. Very friendly and gave us a price that made leasing affordable. Would come back again to buy or lease anytime.

I purchased a new 2011 Silverado from Bonner in July of 2011. It was a decent price (I got a better price from a dealer further from my home) but I gave them the business because I knew many of the people working at the dealership. Never again. I got a recall on the truck for the transmission dip stick tube to be replaced. I made an appointment for the recall and dropped the truck of the night before. The service department had my work phone, home phone and cell phone numbers. They never contacted me during the day to tell me the truck was done. I had to call them late in the afternoon. When I got to the service department desk the paper work was ready and they gave me the keys and told me where the truck was parked. I went out to the lot and located the truck. I have a habit of looking around my vehicles after they are serviced. When I walked around the vehicle I was astonished to find the right front fender damaged. I did not even get in the truck. I went right back in to see the service manager. They did fix the truck but they did not even tell me. If I would have moved the truck they would have denied any responsibility. It took 3 days for them to do the repairs plus a weekend. That was 5 days I was with out my truck. They did offer me a Chevy Cobalt as a loaner. That does not do me much good for a truck replacement. Don't trust them. If they think they can get away with something they will try.About a week after I got the truck back I received a call from Bonner asking me if I was satisfied with the service and if I would fill out a rating form. I told the Representative what happened. Guess what! They never sent me the form. So much for their claim to #1 in customer satisfaction. Their surveys are rigged.

My var buying experience at Bonner was great. They have a wide variety of used cars to choose from. Todd, the sales representative that assisted me, was very personalable. Todd knew what I wanted and what I had to offer and did what he could to make the deal happen. I was given a fair trade in value for the car I was trading in and also a fair price for the car I was purchasing. I would recommend Bonner to anyone buying a used car.

Dave and Todd have given me my best experience ever in purchasing a used car. They were attentive, polite and to the point. I told Todd what I wanted and he showed me three cars that fit my needs. One of which was a 2012 Impala and my wife loved it. Needless to say--I now own it. These guys are super and a real pleasure to do business with--no nonsense and, friendly and to the point. Only one problem---My wife claimed the car and won't let me drive it. I am recommending these gentlemen and this dealership to everyone.

Called the Used Car office on Saturday morning to inquire about the availability of a car and was connected with Todd Wende, a sales person.While I assume that not all of there sales people are this rude to their customers, this particular individual was probably the worst car salesman I have every spoken to.He was uninformed about the product he was selling, and was generally boorish and rude (I won't go into detail). He didn't sound like he wanted my business. I told him I wanted to know if the car was available because I was driving in from over an hour away. He did not seem to care about that at all. He told me he would not know about the car's availability until Monday morning and would give me a call then. Well I waited patently, and ended up having to call the dealer directly. The Used Car manager told me it was sold on Saturday afternoon. In today's economy, I am completely astonished to see such poor customer attention. Needless to say, Bonner Chevrolet will never get my business for either a new or used car.
