We had an awesome experience! We were greeted and helped by Eddie. He was able to find us a vehicle quickly, that worked with my disability. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We never once felt pressured. Are finance manager Chris was able to get a payment within our budget. Would recommend them to our friends and family!

Eric Smith was out standing from start to finish. Kept constant contact, made sure I got the car and deal I wanted. Provided a meal and a positive experience that will definitely stick with me. Eric Smith was the best car sales representative. He took really great care of me even in my situation. Took the time to work with me and got me a great deal on a great car. I really didn't know what I was going to do if he told me no I have been to other dealerships and they never seemed to want to hear what I was needing to accomplish. Eric was great from the time I walked into the dealership all.the way to the finance department Excellent customer service would recommend this place a 1000 times.

I was anything but happy with the service I received when shopping for a new vehicle. From the minute I mentioned exactly what car I wanted, the sales person was trying to up-sell me a different model. Then as we walked inside, he asked me if I wanted him to wear his mask. Not only was he not wearing one from the beginning, but I noticed numerous people in the building not wearing them in close proximity to others. Then while we were discussing what I wanted, he only gave me one option to look at. Finally, when it came to possible financing, I was given interest rates higher than anyone else I talked to. And this includes when purchasing a brand new car. There was no mention of other deals or incentives going on. As a matter of fact, I heard an advertisement for two deals on the radio for Boomer Kia that was never mentioned in person. I have been bringing my vehicle there for three years now for regular maintenance and have been happy with their service. That is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. One would think that there would be some loyalty shown to a dedicated and long term customer. But from what I experienced with the sales department, I will be going in a different direction in purchasing a new vehicle.

This dealership is fast, efficient and extremely helpful. Michael P. Is a great salesman. He went over everything inside and out with me from beginning to end. He made sure my experience was fast and easy. Chris is finance was very thorough and went through all my options and made sure I got the best deal for me and didn’t push me into anything I did not want. Highly recommend these guys!!

I had been reviewing cars on-line and in the market for several months. My wife and I decided that we would buy a used 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe that was certified by the dealer so that the original manufacturer warranty would remain in effect. We could not find one that wasn't a little scratched and beat up or the right color, and since we were going to spend around $17K I figured we should look into new cars. The 2017 Kia Sportage interested us and after I did a little research and test drove one we decided to look online for the best deals and that led us to Boomer Kia. The salesman, Ray Herrera, was very pleasant and asked us what our goal was in buying a car. I really appreciated that he listened to US. We got a pretty good deal and Demarco, the finance guy was really good too and no one was pushy trying to sell us something we didn't want/need. We are very happy with our purchase!

My husband and I are in our early thirties so we've purchased about 7 vehicles from different dealerships. This was the best experience we've ever had. Everyone there seemed like a person that could be your friend or family member. They were so "real". There were no stiff shirt, full of bologna, typical salesman. It was so laid back. We've never bought a brand new car and they helped us get 2 brand new vehicles. They even took a trade in that we still owed thousands on and one that didn't run. We are very thankful for the whole experience and the way they treated us. We are looking forward to coming back!

They were very helpful at the beginning but when it came time to make a deal it felt like I was being pressured to buy the car. But after thinking it through and talking to the salesman and the finance manager about my concerns, they were able to help me get the car that I wanted.
