Broke sensor off in oil pan on my street glide. Had it towed to Boondox and Brett got it taken out and back on the road within 24 hours. Man thank you for the quick service bro. I appreciate it. Highly recommend having them do any service work you need.

Tom North was our salesman and was wonderful to deal with! I stopped in one day and mentioned I was looking for a jeep about 10 years old and my price range. He kept looking for me with no pressure at all! He found a jeep for me and called me up to take a look with no commitment. It was Perfect for us and Tom and the General Manager were Great to deal with! I would recommend them to anyone👍👍

Coming from, and doing my whole purchase of an F350 online with Boondox was fantastic - end to end. I found a couple comparable trucks in CA for more than $20k than what I paid here. The team at Boondox was engaged and willing to help with everything from inspections (Chris at Quicklane - the Ford Dealership service center) through detailing and the red carpet on the way out the door.In thanks to Amanda / Marketing whom helped with logistics; Tony in Finance and; Todd the GM - really good folks.Above all ... Found these guys on the internet, didn't even know they existed. I have purchased a lot of motorcycles from other dealers throughout my lifetime. Let me tell you.... by far best group of guys I've ever dealt with. Cameron the salesman I dealt with, awesome.... easy going, laid back, no pressure type of guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Then I met Tony, finance manager. Totally organized and efficient, Doc's were all laid out ready to sign when I got there. Tony was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Then to my surprise, Troy the owner came out to congratulate me on my purchase. Gave me a once over on my new bike and made sure I understood how everything functioned. Last but not least, I met Brett, "Parts and Service Manager". We put together a speaker system that plays through my IPhone and/or Ipod. Great working with him also. These guys are an amazing team!! Found a truck on Michigan auto and Rv 06 Ford Crew Cab Harley Davidson never saw it or test drove it they just got it in. We drove over 2 hrs to pick the truck up not knowing what we were getting into. Tony and Todd was very good with questions over the phone about truck. We showed up to pick up truck and was what we expected I couldn't have been happier I will be coming back to buy another vehicle from them again in the future very nice place and very friendly staff

My sister and I walked in and felt listened to as well as treated with respect. The root beer was a unique and tasty touch! I bought a 2005 vw beetle and I was ecstatic about the multiple warranties that they included. Cameron and Tony were real and patient with my questions. I will recommend this family atmosphere kind of dealership to family and friends.

I was contacted promply by cell phone. I did inform in the contact I was just looking and had to get credit in order for a sale. The sales person was very couretous and polite. I will contact again when I feel I can truly offer a deal with money to pay.

I had a great experience with Boondox. I was vehicle shopping, unable to find exactly what I wanted. I had let them know what I looking for, down to color and all options I wanted. The very next day, they can found the vehicle I was looking for and drove it home the next day! This was by far the best experience I've had with a dealership. Everyone was friendly... the showroom was immaculate and the service was exceptional. I am also new to riding... Boondox will be the place I go for any future motorcyle or vehicle purchases. If anything.. I highly recommend just stopping in and checking out the showroom and have a glass of their Rootbeer that on tap! YOU GUYS ROCK.... and thanks for the shirts :)

bought my 2006 dodge charger form them a couple months back had the car sitting during the winter time and when i started driving it after winter my car was having problems shifting. Over the past months i have went to many dealers to get a diagnose on it well over $400 out my pocket and i recently found out the transmission is bad on it. I also purchased a 3 month warrenty thru boondox for $550 the warrenty was not good at all i went up there to tell them about the transmission and they did nothing to help me and now im stuck in a $15,000 loan with a car that dosent even have 100,000 miles on it. One of the managers told me to go to my credit union and buy a warrenty thru them and dont tell them about my transsmission. Just beware of theses people they smile in your face and act like they care but they dont really try to help you at all. Take it from me i have my hands full with this car and they show no compassion or anything a bunch of frauds!!!!!

This place really takes care of their customers! We bought a great van for our family, and they made the buying process really easy. Love the lifetime engine warranty - not many other places give you that! There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed on our vehicle, and they did what they said they were going to do. Very Satisfied!

The initial purchase of my motorcycle was great. After I picked up my bike and realized that it only started with a battery booster hooked up to it I was bummed. I called them and they told me that they would sell me a new battery but they would not do anything beyond that. I have never even ridden the bike because I bought it in the winter and they stored it for me until spring. Now I get to put a new starter on my bike before I can ride it. It was a $10,000 purchase with possible repeat business and word of mouth references in the future to all my biker friends, but now I don't think so.

Great place to go. I was looking for a Harley and bought it through them just on service alone. Nothing like a typical dealership. They actually care about you and what you want. Not Johnny sales guy going to "talk with the manager about a deal for you". Over all just a great group of people. I think I met everyone and Woody took me on a grand tour of the place. I will continue to give them my business and would recommend if you are looking to give them a shot.

I shopped all over Grand Rapids and found a barely used Harley Street glide at thousands below other dealers in the area. The staff was awesome and the owner walked me through the bike from front to back and explained every option and detail of the bike. It was more then I had expected and road home on my new (premier per owned Harley) What a great place and I hope they expand to other cities. Everyone deserves a Boondox experience!

I came into Boondox after having followed their website for some time. The staff was more than helpful, and almost as eager to help me as I was to buy. The salesman Woody walked me around showing me the different bikes and listening to what I was looking for. Ray took the ball from there and put me on a bike most suited for me. I'll be returning to Boondox for all my motorcycle and vehicle needs from now on.

I went to Boondox because a close friend of mine had bought from them before and said she had the most relaxed deal ever. Troy, Ryan, Ray, and the rest of the staff were extremely easy to work with. I've never been to a dealership that i wasn't pushed to buy something, the staff at Boondox was more into what was right for me and making sure i could afford what I was buying. Stopped in a Boondox Motorsports to look for a nice quality used car. I was greeted as soon as I walk in the door by a smiling friendly face. I told the salesman a bit of what I was looking for and after being served a cup of their specialty rootbeer I was shown some cars that would possibly fit what I was looking for. I appreciated the friendly cando of the dealership as well as the personal tour. No high pressure push to buy a car right then and there, instead I was made to feel at home and giving class A treatment. After selecting the car of my choice I was impressed with the ease of financing my vehicle here as well. I left feeling good about my shopping experience and I will be back if nothing more then to say Hi and have some more of that great root beer.

Dealership was aware that I was driving 10 hours to purchase their vehicle. They assured me that it was mechanically sound and hade little body damage (scratches, dings)and looked it over for me. Upon arrival, I found significant interior damage, additional body damage, and when test drove, vehicle motor knocked and had a VERY strong coolant odor. The salesperson said they were not aware of the interoir or mechanical damage before my arrival. They said the original owner misrepresented the car and blamed them, who by the way is a friend of the owner's. (Isn't the dealership supposed to make themselves aware of what is on their lot?????) Their listing even listed this vehicle with all power options. It had NONE!
