She was able to help me identify the right car to meet my needs, and actually bring the car down to me for a test drive (and then later deliver it when I decided to purchase). The time and effort she put in saved me so much headache and made the buying experience amazing, accurate and absolutely a joy! Best buying experience ever - and the car is just AMAZING!

Had a great experience with Gretchen! She made the car-buying/trade-in experience so easy, seamless and friendly for us and I loved how she matched my own enthusiasm in buying a new (to me) whip. She was so helpful — she answered our questions, laid out the necessary details and didn't push us at all. We got a pre-owned 2016 Subaru that feels like a dream to drive and is in really nice shape. All of the staff we connected with while we were there were very friendly — Kathy in finance was amazing too. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you both so much for making this experience exciting and easy for us! I love my new rig! :) PS - Also loved the snacks and coffee bar. :) Nice touch!!

Susan at Borton was nothing less than fantastic and made my buying experience as easy and stress-free as possible after I had been unexpectedly thrown into the market. I started by looking at used cars, just as I had always done in the past, but ended up making the easy decision to make a Volvo the first ever brand-new car I have ever bought. I had been burned on some not-so-long-lasting repairs on my last used car that I purchased elsewhere, and that I thought I’d be driving for a few more years. It too was a luxury brand and throughout my last several luxury vehicles I have become accustomed to fully-featured, somewhat sporty, and yet something still quiet and has a comfortable ride. I hadn’t looked closely at Volvo until seeing their electric and plug-in hybrid models and I sure am glad that I did. After checking out a few modes that were super-nice, but a bit too small (I’m well over 6 and a half feet tall), Susan steered me towards a model that is above-all safe, but also large enough for our growing family and my travels for work. My vehicle is truly is my office and I can think of nothing more comfortable than my new XC90 Recharge to spend most of my day in. I look forward to years of worry-free and reliable driving.
