I was incredibly surprised by the new car purchasing experience at Borton Volvo. While I hadn’t been very excited about the process, Susan T. made is super fun, exciting and really really easy. I enjoyed her knowledge about the cars and her patience while I checked out different vehicles. The whole team at Borton made the experience wonderful and Susan led the charge. I had an amazing experience at Borton Volvo on Saturday! Geno is so knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable! I literally spent less than 3 hours from leaving my house, to trading my old car in, to driving away with my Volvo! And I had my previous car for 10 years! My son is 12 and he said it was so EASY. Also a shout out to George in finance who claims I was the fastest document signor ever. So we named the car George! :) Thanks Geno!

We cast a fairly wide net for a new car as we had been aligned to a particular brand that hadn’t kept up with the times. From our first interaction with Susan to picking up the keys to our new XC90, it was a great experience! Susan was an excellent communicator, the full Borton team was kind and helpful and Javier helped walk me through each detail I needed about my new car. Super excited for the car to be ready to pick up. Would highly recommend Susan and Borton to anyone interested in a new vehicle!
