Bought a used 2008 Mazda here a couple of days ago. Bobby was extremely helpful during the whole process. While I was busy at work, he had the car completely registered, inspected, and coordinated with my insurance, so when I picked up the car it was completely ready to go. Unexpectedly, one of the headlights I found was not working. Bobby had me fix the issue with a local auto shop, and send him the receipt. He will be mailing me a check for the cost of headlight replacement. Very courteous and professional, the car is in excellent shape. Thanks again!

I bought a car from Bobby and I had the worst experience of my life. They are liars, I bought the car a month ago and the car came with multiple problems and I couldnt enjoy it. I asked for another car and they like to play games. After that experience I wish I went to a different dealer. I sent the car to a Land Rover authorized dealer, and they gave me a list with issues that my car had. The people from Boston Foreign Motor did not even change the oil. Terrible car dealer.

I saw a great price for a 2014 Lexus IS 250 on-line at Boston Foreign Motor. A little bit of a drive [I live in Springfield] but, in the end, well worth it. The low overheads mean better prices - I paid $2K less here for the same model/year/mileage at a dealer with its own barista. Wesley was very helpful, and he even filled up the tank the day we picked up the car - other dealers NEVER filled up the tank for me.

Bobby was very helpful and easy to work with, he has a great personality, and showed me and my wife all the feature the car offered. He has driven Porsche Cayennes in the past, so he knew the vehicle very well. Even at our departure, we were looking for restaurants, and he kindly suggested a couple of nearby great options, very nice guy. I love my new Cayenne and can't wait to take it on many trips with my family. CONS: My suggestion is that if you have a trade-in, the best thing is to sell it yourself. I traded in a 2002 Mercedes Benz C-Class wagon, which currently sells from $4,500 to $7,500, and I only got $2,000 for it. I had a suspicion coming in, but wanted to make sure I got the Cayenne before someone else did since I had been looking for the perfect one for 18 months, and couldn't drive back home with two cars and no tags on one of them. Because of the convenience of not having to deal with selling it myself, I lost at least a couple of grand. I also understand they have to sell it to another dealer and everyone needs to make a little money, but it still hurts regardless. SUMMARY: I'm very happy with my decision, and highly recommend this dealership and Bobby to anyone considering buying a car from them. I drove four hours each way from NYC and spent the night in a hotel to make the deal, and would gladly do it again if I had to do it all over.

I discovered this dealership through Car Gurus. I was in the market for a used Audi A6 and they had several to choose from. I bought a great looking A6 that had a clean Car Fax report saying the car had never been in an accident, but several days later I discovered the car had been in an accident. The dealership manager bought the car back from me at the price I paid, and gave me a discount on another A6 he had on the lot to compensate me for my trouble. Most dealerships would not have been so easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a luxury used car.

I purchased a 2015 G63 - sight unseen - from Boston Foreign Motor in October 2015. I needed the car delivered to Chicago by the following week and they delivered! The transaction closed on Saturday, and they had the car delivered to my doorstep by Wednesday at noon... incredible. The car itself is immaculate... it still even has the factory tags on the steering wheel and seats, plastic covering the floor mats, etc. I will definitely be calling them again to purchase another ride in the future. I recently bought a BMW X5 at Boston Foreign Motor from Bobby, who was a great sales person. The SUV had low mileage, was in great shape and I was able to get it for a fair price based on the Blue Book. Bobby was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. He fixed a small ding on the door for me. He also had a lot of information about financing options and extended warranties. Since I am from out of town and had to pick up the car in Boston, Bobby went out of his way to help me do that. I also overpaid for the car, which Bobby pointed out and refunded the overpayment!!!

I have to say I had the exact opposite experience as most people here. They have a really great selection of good used cars, especially high end ones. I did my research before going in, knew the value of the car I was interested in, and was thrilled by the price I was given without having to negotiate. Every dealership you go to will try and sell you extras, but BFM only offered the tire and wheel plan which I always get anyways and find crucial for Boston. Even that was presented as an option and they weren't pushy about it at all. I took my sweet time filling out the paperwork and they didn't seem to mind staying way past close (their hours are awesome btw). After everything was signed their guy Christian cleaned up the car real nice and it was ready for me within 48 hours. Their manager Milad (slightly bulky guy) was pleasant and cordial throughout the process. I think if you do your research and have credit that's worthy of the car you want, you'll have as positive of an experience as I've had.

I initially called in an spoke with Won Chai, who did a fantastic job informing me of my soon to be new Infinity. He was low pressure and very helpful. I ended up driving down to Boston from New Hampshire the very next day to test out the G37. Won wasn't available so Jacob helped me out. Delightedly, he was very low pressure and informative as well. I ended up getting the car, and two months later, am very happy. The car rides great as Jacob promised. Furthermore, Jacob helped me get new winter car mats and a new intelligent key for the car; which goes to show you they care more about the customer than just a sale. I'll be coming back here for my next car, no doubt about it.

Never trust this dealer they put totally fake info about their cars on the website and they hide so many info about the cars they sell until you buy the car and find out your self when it's too late I just had very bad experience with this dealer and now I am taking him to court for selling me a 2013 Audi A8 as I trusted him and after paid for the car went to pick it up they said car is not ready yet we need to replace the winshiled and took them 10 days to do that and they put after market one and then I found out the car has been repainted very bad painting which they claimed the car has the original paint and head light was damaged and rear seat was damaged all windows trimes dammed they have replaced them with after market parts

I bought my first car a Honda civic in 2004 when they were located in Lynn, I had such a good experience that I searched for and found them in Allston! went back in 2010 for my second car (BMW), and I recently bought an Audi A5 from this dealership. The price for my trade-in BMW was fair and more than what I though. I think if your buying a used car you should really trust the dealership your purchasing from, and I've found them honest, fair, and caring. I have always dealt with the Dealers and was aware that I was really being taken advantage of - but I kept on taking my cars so they would have the best service. This is my first time purchasing a 7 year old car - there are cosmetic issues as well as a rattle that they would not take care of - I had the car inspected so I am hoping there will be no major issues. I purchased a 2011 Volvo XC60 T6 that was falsely advertised online, on the phone, and in person by Boston Foreign Motor, 523 Cambridge Street Allston, MA 02134, as containing a Technology Package valued at $2100 that it does not contain. The vehicle also has excessive cosmetic damage that Boston Foreign Motor did not disclose before I traveled to Boston from 1000 miles away to pick-up the car, despite numerous detailed inquiries about the cars condition, including failure to disclose the presence of a hairy white dog that lived in the cargo area who's fur has infiltrated the air conditioning/ heating system causing an odor throughout the vehicle and potentially a very costly repair in the future. Boston Foreign Motor also claimed the 30,000 mile service on the car was done and it was not. Boston Foreign Motor replaced 3 tires on the vehicle with cheaper, inferior tires to the 1 factory tire they left behind, even though they swore the replacement tires were all identical. AWD vehicles require 4 identical tires for safety and performance, something BFM clearly knows. In addition, Boston Foreign Motor advertised the vehicle as having had 1 prior owner, when there were 2 prior owners, that all service records were available but refuse to provide them, and that the vehicle had "No Visible Dents" and was in "Excellent" condition, when there are more than 3 visible dents and more than 2 dozen deep scratches, dings, stains, tears, etc., on the vehicles exterior and interior, many non-repairable. There are countless online complaints against Boston Foreign Motor with the BBB and other agencies. They are a "family business", owned by Esmail Farahani and mis-managed by Milad Farahani, of liars and conmen, plain and simple. There is no way possible that they did not know the car did not have the Technology Package or about any of the other damage to the vehicle and it is not believable that they did not know about the hairy white dog. The cargo area was covered in layer upon layer of dog hair and rotten dog food that migrated all the way down to the spare tire well, under the non-removable backseats and into the cooling and heating system. It is illegal and highly unethical to withhold information that will affect the long-term mechanical operation of a used vehicle at sale (dog hair in the cooling/ heating system) or to advertise vehicle options that the vehicle does not contain. I have spent more than $2,000.00 on repairs, maintenance (that I was repeatedly told was already done), and a replacement tire and alignment. Boston Foreign Motor has categorically refused to settle this matter in good faith despite being contacted by my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, the Massachusetts Independent Automobile Dealers Association (MIADA), and the MA Attorney General's Office. After weeks of Milad Faranhani running up my legal bills but refusing to provide his attorney's contact information, he finally agreed to send a check for $800.00 to conclude this matter (which is far less than the $2000.00 I have spent repairing the car and doesn't make up for the lack of Technology Package) but he never sent the check to my attorney as he promised in writing to do. Boston Foreign Motor are LIARS and they don't give a crap about anything or anyone except their bottom line. As another online complaint about Boston Foreign Motor stated: Coercive, discourteous, and misleading are the words I would use to describe the way in which business is conducted at this dealership.

Ask for Jake as he is honest and straight forward on top of being extremely knowledgeable about pretty much all types of vehicles. I was in the market for a 2010 Q5, saw they had one, and called them right away. When I got there, the car was clean and ready for a test drive. They were able to answer all questions I had about the vehicle, and took the time to show how me how to use everything. That was on a Tuesday. When Friday came, it was time to pick up the car. Upon arrival, the car was registered, inspected, and detailed, I didn't have to do anything! Love the car, and could not have had an easier experience. Will recommend to all friends and family looking for luxury vehicles.

We were shopping for a diesel ML-350 in early January and ready to pull the trigger on one at a dealer near where we live when an internet search turned up a much better deal at Boston Foreign Motor. Seemed too good to be true, but we decided to take the time and check it out. The car had literally just come in and they hadn't had time to clean it up all the way. The car was exactly what they said it was in the ad and was in great shape. There were a few things not fixed yet since they had just got it and they put it on a "We Owe" list. They lived up to everything on the list. Scored as good not great because I had to do some chasing on the Owed items and a bunch of driving to a repair shop for them to fix a few items on the owe list. The repair shop they referred me to was great and there was no paperwork or extra money, just a time sink since it was a long way from BFM and where I work and live.I should add that I didn't use any financing on the purchase so I have no idea how that process is.In the end I bought a 2011 ML-350 from Bobby in January 2014 and am very happy with the result and overall experience. I'd definitely use BFM again if I was looking for a high class used car in great shape.

I certainly found the right car at a very competitive price at BFM - the best I was able to find in my search. He went above and beyond in making this transaction as easy/smooth on me as it could get, and as fast as reasonably possible. All-in-all, it only took two visits to the dealership, first - to choose/test drive the car I wanted and get the paperwork situated, second - to take it home :). No hassle, no headaches. Bobby took care of absolutely everything that I was reluctant to deal with, and I state without any reservation that the level service at BFM is simply superb. (I also want to mention that I got a great deal from BFM (Bobby); the evidence is - one of my friends who recently purchased a car of lower quality - basic model, not a luxury brand, with higher mileage and at a higher price is a bit jealous of me.) Ad listed on web page stated "no know accidents" after negociating a price I asked to see car fax and the car was hit. We then re-negociated the price. The car was missing owners manuals and a second key. The dealer was going to get me a key. When I showed up to get the car no key; instead they gave me $250.00 so I could get my own key. I called the closest Audi dealer and was charged $350.00 for a key. BFM would not cover the difference. My registration was not in hand at the time of pick-up and inspections was not completed. They are mailing me registration and $29.00 for inspection. Problem is that they charge you a fee to perform all this and then you have to do it yourself. Slppery group stay clear; pently of good dealer out there and plenty of cars!

The Ad BFM had listed was not correct; the ad stated no known accidents - the car was hit. The car was missing owners manuals, navigation CD and second key. The dealer knew that the second key was going to be an issue and covered the cost of the key $350.00. When I picked up the car the mirror adjustment knob was missing; again the dealer made good and mailed me a knob. Overall the deal was not perfect but in the end Kyle delivered what he promised.

Very nice people! Its a little scary being a girl and going to a dealership alone, but sean and the other guys did a great job of not making me feel uncomfortable or pressured! I went to one of the big name/high pressure dealerships just after BFM and quickly found out the difference in selling style. The people at this other "mega dealership" were your typical used car dealer variety (i.e. desperate). It was such a bad experience and sent me running back to BFM.. If you want honesty and to buy a used car at a more than fair price then make the car buying process easy for yourself and just go to BFM :) For the record BFM only did maybe 3 follow up calls the duration of my looking/buying exeprience while the high pressure "mega dealership" STILL HASNT STOPPED calling and emailing me. Cars sell themselves.. go to a dealership that wont try to force you into things.

I, like some people, was a little skeptical about going to a used car dealership because of the stereotypes about used car salesmen. My experience at Boston Foreign Motor was far from that. Everyone was very friendly, they didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want, and they made sure that I was very happy. Marat was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and was very friendly. The price of the vehicle was fair, and a full Carfax report was provided. When I picked up my car, they had cleaned it so well that it looked brand new. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to other people looking for higher-end used cars.

Please know that I purchased this car online and it was shipped to me without ever seeing it first hand. I put a lot of trust into Sean and the team that the car would be what they said it was. IT WAS, the car is extremely clean, has low miles and I am very happy I chose them. Not only did they deliver the car to me, they helped me get financing I could not have gotten through my bank and sent a runner to NY state (where I live) to regsiter the car and take most of the paperwork off my plate.Sean returned all calls timely and even put additional tire and wheel insurance on the car I did not think about. It was very affordable and although I second guessed taking it, I actually drove over a nail on my first drive with it, and Porsche replaced the tire! Thanks Sean and thanks to Boston Foreign.

I just bought a 2005 Mercedes E320 4matic from Boston Foreign Motor, and Sean Movahedi was my sales associate. From the very moment I walked into the office, to the time I drove off with my new car, the experience was phenomenal. Never once did I feel pressured, and they made the process quick, painless, and actually enjoyable. Being in sales management myself, I tend to notice great customer experiences, and this was most definitely one of the best I have had. I bought a 2011 Mercedes E350 from Boston Foreign Motor recently and I must say the whole experience was amazing. Sean Movahedi was a salesman and he was truly exceptional - friendly, courteous and considerate. He made the whole process truly pleasurable. My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience and were extremely satisfied both with the service and with the purchase. I had cold called Sean (on seeing a car that I liked on the web). Sean was extremely polite on the phone and encouraged us to visit. I am glad we did. I am also glad tha I chose Boston Foreign Motor over one of the big dealerships where the service is low and prices are high. Boston Foreign Motor is the opposite. Purchasing a car can be a long process. A process it was. We visited with many different dealers in two states. Countless hoursSearching on the web. Clocked many minutes on the phone with dealers.After a few attempts at making a purchase, it seemed we would be on the search for a long time.I was about to take some time off from searching all together.Then I came across Boston Foreign Motors. Boston Foreign Motors had a good selection of vehicles. I must say truthfully, the web site was very impressive. It looked very professional, easy to navigate and chose what you wanted to look at.Were considering an Audi Q5. They had a few to chose from. Found that there was one that met our criteria.Just from the pictures on the site, we liked it very much. I sent an email for more information. Sean replied very quickly. He was very accommodating. Everything we askedFor Sean gave us without hesitation. He almost made it seem to easy. After consideration between my wife and I, we decided toGo take a look and go for a test drive. As soon as I pulled up to the car lot, Sean immediately greeted me without missing a beat.Even though he was with another customer, he made me feel important and that gave me a sense of relief.Sean never seemed to stop. He quickly got me in the car for a test drive. I knew this was the car for us. Sean was waiting for me outside when returned. Went through the car and explained A few things about the features. I was dreading the next part, making the deal.I couldn't believe how easy flowing Sean made the process. I recently bought a 2011 Honda Ridgeline from Boston Foreign Motor. My sales person was Sean and he was very pleasant to deal with. No hard sell or pressure and very respectful. I got a wonderful vehicle for a fair price. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle that I wanted addressed as a condition of sale and all was agreed on. Most everything was taken care of in a satifactory manner by the time I took delivery of the vehicle. The only matter not taken care of was obtaining the second key to the truck. Sean has assured me that he will be sending it on to me very shortly. Buying a used car can be a little unnerving, but all in all I found my experience with Boston Foreign Motor to be a good one.4/21/13After a couple of months of not receiving another key to my 2011 Ridgeline I went to a honda dealer to have a new one made. It is fairly pricey to have keys made these days, well over $100. Boston Foreign Motors has reimbursed me for the cost of the key and has promised to do a full detailing on my truck.

My wife and I were looking for a MB R 350 which is a fairly rare vehicle. After talking with 3 dealerships we found Kyle and their product was cheaper by about $2,000 and had only 8,500 miles(pretty good for an '11)They made every arrangment including superior financing rates and even delivered the vehicle and took my trade sight unseen.We will definetely use this dealership in the future.

Jonathan is a biggest asset to this dealership due to his communication skills, indepth knowledge, negotiation technique. He was very friendly and ready to listen all the time. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience due to him. His energy and interest to help is very appealing to the customers. It felt a family environment with the people and the place. we ould recommend this place and Jonathan to anyone without hesitation.Because of these reasons i have given the above rating.Jonathan, good luck with the future endaevors and thanks for all the help. We love the ML350.One point of note is to the dealship folks is that keep updating the sold car status promptly on the website.

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Audi A6 Sedan with low mileage in January 2012 from Boston Foreign Motor in Allston, MA. (We are New Hampshire residents.) Sean Movahedi, our salesman, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very responsive to our needs. The car was prepped perfectly and delivered in the condition it was advertised.My only advice for prospective buyers is to allow extra time for parkingthe Boston Foreign Motor lot is cramped and Cambridge St., where it is located, is very busy and parking is limited. Beyond that, the dealership has many fine cars and it was a pleasure doing business with Sean. We had a positive experience.

Love the car and its condition. Delivery was several days later than originally stated, but that caused no issue. There was an issue with title paperwork from the original selling institution that required a return of title paperwork and correction before my state's DMV could process for title and plates.

I bought a ML63 Mercedes from Boston Foreign Motors in Boston. My experience with Boston Foreign Motor and Sean was Great, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation. I have already given there Dealership and Sean out to some friends of mine here at the Beach looking for High End Cars.The entire Deal was made over the phone and thru Emails.The complete deal went thru with no problems. I recently purchased my new vehicle from Boston Foreign Motor and had a great experience. The salesman I worked with was Jonathan. Jonathan was very polite, and extremely helpful. There were two vehicles I was interested in, but I was not quite sure which one I wanted. Jonathan was very patient with me, and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. After I decided on which one to go with, the process was very easy. They were able to get me financing that same day, with an interest rate way lower then what I had expected. When it was time for me to pick up the vehicle, the car was detailed and looked beautiful. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a used car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone. A special thanks to the Jonathan, and the rest of the guys at Boston Foreign Motor.

There is simply not enough credit given to this dealership and their staff. I recently purchased a MINT 2008 Infiniti G37S with very low miles, in great condition, and EXACTLY as they advertised it! Not to mention it was already advertised at one of the lowest priced in the region and they gave me absolute top dollar for my trade in. I dealt with the sales advisor there named Kyle, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and didn't hesitate to show me the CarFax to the vehicle (rare find at ANY dealership). As for any requests I had towards the purchase, I just asked and they DELIVERED! Financing was a breeze, even as a first time buyer the approval was FAST and the banking power the finance manager had showed to be VERY effective. Easiest vehicle purchase I have made, highly recommend the dealership and Kyle for your next pre owned vehicle purchase!

I Will never recommend this dealer shop to even my enemy, they are nice to start off but once you buy the car you better hope you never have to call them for anything for the attitude changes and very rude !! they could care less what your concern is. Just do yourself a favor and invest in a real dealership that will back you when you have a concern.

Thanks to Milad F, I not only found the car I was looking for, but also within the price range I could afford, saving me several thousand dollars! When I picked up my car at BFM the team there had made sure that any concerns I had about the vehicle were corrected and in tip top shape - I mean this car is beautiful. I love my vehicle and showed it to a friend on BFM's website, she saw an Audi she loved and went to BFM within the next 3 days and bought it! Can you believe it?? If your looking for any kind of vehicle, the team at BFM will go out of their way to find it for you. I would refer anyone to BFM to get the best deal along with outstanding personalized service. I bought a car from Boston Foreign Motors, in June 2011. And I can honestly say this, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.Along with the car, they insisted that we purchase the extended warranty through them. We trusted them and went as they recommended. This year (almost after a year) I called the warranty company because I had an issue with the car and came to find out that the warranty did not even exist. I spoke to Shaun, the sales person there and then to the owner Milat, however they both insisted that I did not buy the warranty, when I clearly have the warranty papers in my hands. After going back and forth.. Milat finally confessed that he had forgotten to put the warranty in the system and that he would do it that day. However I had to wait two weeks to file a claim. Milat was supposed to call us back to confirm and never did. My husband and I called him many times and each time ..we were told that he was either not in the office or away from his desk. It was at that moment my husband and I decided to confront him in his office When confronted, Milat asked us to leave his office and that he would not help us. I told him the reason why we were so upset was because I have an infant that I need to take to the doctor pretty often for check ups and that I was concerned that the car might be unsafe to drive. He showed no remorse and ordered us to leave his office. He clearly told us that he would not help us. We are considering taking him to the court.

I recently bought a used Acura TL from Boston Foreign Motor. Used car dealers are typically very hit-or-miss. This dealership was by far the best experience of any in the area, to include the actual Acura dealers. They do the little things right: the cars are very clean, the staff is friendly and seem to be very honest. Their prices are very competitive. In fact, most of what they sell is substantially less than most of the other used car dealers I've dealt with.

I am a student and two friends recommended this dealership to me. I liked the BMW and the salesman and manager were nice and negotiated a fair price with me. They have good financing and helped with my loan too. They explained things well and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was extremely happy to find a low mileage, Mercedes E350 under warranty at a great price. Even better they made the whole buying experience stress-free for us! Our Sales Rep Sean was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about precision engineered fine foreign cars. Milad and Alvin were so helpful in obtaining financing and walking us through every step of the process! They were always highly professional (a term I could not previously use when describing a Car dealer). My experience with Boston Foreign Motor was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation to everyone. I would also like to add my husband's comments that it has been the best car buying experience we've ever had. Everyone at BFM was very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I went to Boston Foreign Motor (BFM) to look at a vehicle listed on their website. It was listed wrong on their website as it said the vehicle had a Sequential Manual Gearbox (SMG), a $1,500 option, and it did not. Other than that the vehicle was in decent shape besides a more than average amount of grease under the hood, a cracked shifter knob, and a light out in the glove compartment. When I offered $2,900 dollars below their listed price, they explained to me that the price online these days are pretty much fixed. They insisted that the listed the lowest they could sell it for and no dealers who list their cars online are negotiable. It was so fixed that I managed to get $1,300 off the price. When we agreed on the price we talked about financing, they promised to get the same rate I could get on my own. I started filling out the application and before I even handed him the application or agreed to a credit check, Peter, the finance manager, had ran it without my consent! The rate was not even close to what I could get and they stated that this is what they could offer, and I stopped filling out the application.I explained to them that I could not pay that high interest rate and I needed some time to make this decision. Milad told me that this was only the rate for tonight, and pressured me to buy then since it was already passed closing time. I told him that I really need to think about it and I will be back first thing in the morning if I decided to buy it. On the way out Milad had remarked "come back when you have some more confidence!" This statement had made my decision not to purchase an easy one. Sure enough I got a call the morning from Peter to purchase the car.I called Peter today to ask him to remove his credit inquiry as CREDCO, their credit reporting agency, had recommended. Peter said that he had three witnesses to me verbally agreeing to run a credit report; his alleged witnesses are the high pressure salesmen who were standing around. I never consented to this. He also told me that he had my signature authorizing this. I have not signed any documentation for him to run my credit. I wish I had taken the reviews and Better Business Bureau complaint more seriously before I went to Boston Foreign Motors. They do have competitive prices but are less willing to negotiate than most dealers so I would be cautious of everything they try to tell you and be sure to shop around before resorting to Boston Foreign Motors.
