My experience was pleasant and we are very satisfied with our GMC Acadia. Our salesman Adam Koldeway was knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us useful insights on the various options. The buying experience was beyond EXCELLENT! My Sales Associate was Dynel Endl (all shoppers should ask for her by name) and she certainly took care of me and my family. We were in the market for a SUV and she made the entire Boucher inventory available to us, not just the product as her store. She called and brought in vehicles from 4 other locations. Features and of course budget were important factors and Dynel helped us find the best of both worlds. It took us a couple days to weigh our options and make a final decision, but she and the Boucher team were very kind and patient. Prior to shopping, we were planning to arrange financing through our credit union and with a no pressure approach, the Finance Manager, Matt Anderson, provided warranty options and shared information on how he could provide financing options that could lead to greater savings. We ended up using one of Boucher's lenders and are very happy with our vehicle. Everyone we encountered was great, including the management team, Don Jordan, Kevin Dennis and Ken Rice. Dynel Endl and Boucher are highly recommended by me and my family!

I recently purchased a new 2015 GMC Sierra SLT from Boucher Buick GMC. This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and it was a good one. Tony Ranieri took a significant amount of time to walk me through EVERY feature on the vehicle including the navigation system. I received a very fair price for my trade and felt good about the deal. Tony and the entire team at Boucher were very personable and professional in my dealings with them. I recommend Boucher for a good car buying experience.

It was the easiest experience we ever had in buying a car. We let Nick know what we wanted, he found it immediately and we picked it up. Nick went over the new details thoroughly for us and the hardest part is for me to remember everything it has on it. It is beautiful and fun to drive. I love having the unseen chauffeur put the seat back so it is easier to get out. Also, the back-up window is wonderful. I would recommend Boucher to anyone.

This is a great place to shop for Buick and GMC vehicles. I really had a very positive experience with Boucher Buick GMC. I worked with Byron Bock and he is an amazing sales person. I must really appreciate his patience. I picked a car and the very next day I changed my mind and had to choose another one, he seamlessly worked on both the cars without any hesitation and gave me apples to apples comparison which helped me to choose the right car without burning my budget. Even after sales, Byron had the same enthusiasm when I asked for accessories. I must appreciate Cory Elbert who helped thru our paperwork without any hassles. Nothing was forced on me, I had the complete liberty to choose the right thing for me and my family. As a customer Boucher Buick GMC can expect my loyalty for all the years to come..... Good Job!!!!

Boucher Waukesha was a pleasant, comfortable, stress free environment where I felt almost at home. My salesman Pat Kerski. Well, what can I say, Pat went to bat for me everytime I asked him too and he held up his end of the deal so I was more than happy to hold up mine. I would have to say that at this point I would NOT consider buying a car from anywhere, or anyone else other than these guys. Even after the deal was done after 10:30pm, Pat & Byron were so helpful & patient with me. The term: "going the extra mile" is often played out, and over-used, but these guys, and this team, they really do just that. From staff management, to finance, to floor sales, to service. 2 weeks ago, my car was totaled in a terrible accident and I was at a complete loss on what to do next. Bill and Dynel at Boucher Buick GMC were my lifesavers in a very stressful time. My experience at this dealership was excellent and painless. Everyone I came in contact with, especially Dynel and Bill, went out of their way to make my buying experience as painless and as quick as possible. I cant' say enough good things about this place. We were loathing having to purchase a car, and all that entails. We went to several dealerships in the area, and all the salesmen were the same...trying to get the sale; could care less. But our last stop, we ended up at Boucher GMC. A nice gentleman greeted us: Terrance Neal. We explained what we were looking for, and within minutes, he had three options. The sales manager, Bill teamed up with Terrance to provide the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Terrance made sure everything happened, and the vehicle was pristine. Bill and Terrance went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough. I think we can all agree, car buying is not fun, and this experience with Terrance and Bill made it enjoyable. They stepped up to fix small things on my car, I had never noticed before releasing it to me, to ensure my happiness, and to ensure good customer service. They did this and beyond. Scott was very professional and extremely helpful, I had many questions about a variety of cars and he was there to answer them all. He helped me make an informed decision without using persuasive sales pitches. If he was not sure about a feature or additional information I wanted to know he was honest and went to find the answer for me. He was down to earth and fun to work with. I will go to him again for my next car. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new or used car because he cares about the customer not the sale!

We purchased a 2015 Yukon from Boucher Buick GMC. Our experience was wonderful. Our salesman Byron delivered friendliness, professionalism and courtesy each time we were there. He promptly returned calls and made himself available to us. The dealership is modern, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Each staff person we dealt with was extremely approachable and professional. Pick-up day for our vehicle was organized and streamlined, but not rushed, and we were trained on all of the new options that came with the vehicle. It was seven years since we purchased a new vehicle, and our car buying experience has changed for the better, and we highly recommend Boucher Buick GMC.

I loved dealing with this dealership, even before i came in i dealt with a woman named tarah, she went above and beyond to try and find me exactly what i wanted, and made sure to make everything extremely easy for me, and always kept in great contact. I wish i would have found the vehicle i got, there, because her and tony were so helpful. i highly recommend these guys. they make selling cars a personal and awesome experience
