My significant other and I drove over an hour one way to see a car that we test drove and liked a lot. In fact we agreed to a price, signed agreement, put money down, which they cashed the next day, and filled out credit financing. 2 days later they call and say they sold the car out from underneath us and didn't come with any solution to resolve it. Nothing. Like they thought it was OK? Then it was days of placating with no real work being done at all. I even went out of my way to find other similar cars at other dealers that they could make something happen. Not one thing did happen but a lot of excuses. The most popular was that the GM isn't available. Do these GM's work or just take people's money and run? This dealer is not trustworthy and they sell cars underneath each other and do a great job of covering it up. Not only have they not really made any reasonable attempt to remedy the situation, they don't appear to care. I recommend anyone considering any used car from these guys to run to another dealer. DON'T buy from ANY Boucher dealer. Because it appears Corporate is ok with their Dealers taking advantage of people and their money. This dealership group obviously has no process in place nor do they have people who understand how to follow it. They say they want to help, but nothing really happens. Talk is nothing if you can't back it up. We were/are just shocked at the excuses we heard instead of action. Corporate obviously condones it and just would prefer customers they took advantage of just go away. This was the most disappointing, frustrating, infuriating car buying experience we have ever had. And we will make sure people we know don't ever go to a Boucher dealer. Just ridiculous.

After test driving a car at Boicher on 8/31/2016 I agreed to a price on the vehicle and both the dealer and I signed a purchase agreement. I paid $500.00 as a deposit, and arranged a pickup of the vehicle on 9/3/2016. I had funding prearranged. On 9/2/2016 I was notified by the dealership that they sold the vehicle to another buyer. They have my deposit and are not willing to honor their purchase agreement in anyway.

Unable to complete a deal but very courteous and friendly. No high pressure tactics employed by them. Have bought here before and that Internet buying experience made me come back to them to find a deal. Will likely check with them for my next car.

Have not purchased a car from them yet but I get an instant response when I inquire about a vehicle. I have been to their lot to look as it is close to where I live. I would certainly feel comfortable buying a new or used car here.

I want to say my salesman was very professional and extremely helpful. I agreed to a price to lease. When my credit was run, it returned good, but the finance guy didn't like my job and said he said my payments would go from $180's/month to $250's/month. WHAT? Funny thing I leased another car and my credit was run and I was Tier 1, no extra $70/month. Is this a racket??

I recently decided to purchase a mid-size sedan. I met Jimmy L. at the Autoshow downtown. He showed me the 2015 Volkswagon Passat, and I was astounded as to how knowledgeable and personable he was even though he couldn't sell me a car at the Autoshow. I took his card and went to the dealership Monday. He found me the right Passat for my budget and did so in a timely manner. I found the staff at Boucher VW to be courteous and respectful. Nobody pushed me into any decisions, which was a breath of fresh air following my last encounter with a car dealership. I fully recommend Jimmy L. and Boucher Volkswagon!

I searched Cars.com for VW Golfs and found one within my price range. I contacted Nick Imig about the vehicle and we sent Emails back and forth. He told me about the car and I was honest what I needed and could afford. Nick was wonderful and worked with me. I stopped by to look at the Golf and he let me take it for a test drive. My other Vehicle is a 2001 Escape with over 288K on it and now I use just for bad snow days. We talked price and payment and agreed on a price. The purchasing went along fine and Sarah Colla explained everything as we went through the paperwork. We had a few corrections which went smoothly and now I own a VW Golf.

I checked with other area VW dealerships and picked Boucher in Franklin. This also happens to be the furthest one from my home. I picked Boucher because their personnel was the most attentive, knowledgeable, and overall the friendliest. I have a great new vehicle that fits me perfectly along with a nice extended warranty. My final decision came down to the VW Passat TDI Premium vs. the Lexus ES350. I went with the Passat and feel great with my decision.

I contacted Franklin online, and received an email back the next day. When I noticed that the dealership was much farther away then I anticipated I asked for assurances that they could give me at least what I owed for my trade. I was given a email reply quickly that I would be able to get at least what I owed. I appreciated that. While I was car shopping in my home area I found one I liked and didn't need to make the planned trip, but was given piece of mind that they would help.

I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen. It was a great experience! Michael Tillman my salesman and was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Even though it was 95 degrees and hot and humid he never rushed me outside. He also understood that time was very important to me and that I didn't have a lot of it. He worked with me throughout the day by email to "get the job done" BEFORE I came in to the dealership later that day. Another very nice gesture was they offered to go pick my daughter up from the airport from her flight so I wouldn't be rushed at the dealership As it turned out she missed her flight and all was fine. Michael even asked about her in his message that he left for me the next day when he followed up with my new car purchase. What a great dealership!

On June 14 I stopped in to Boucher Volkswagen to surrender my 2010 Jetta at the end of its lease. I did not think I could afford another Jetta so I had looked at other cars. Luis Veguilla was assigned to help me fill out an odometer statement. He inquired why I did not want another Jetta and I told him. He then said he would like to see if he could find a new Jetta that would fit my budget. He was able to work with other personnel to find a Jetta that fit my needs and had a lease less expensive than my last one. I am grateful for his assistance. The Jetta is the nicest one of the three I have had from Boucher. Muchisimas Gracias!

i recently contacted this dealership to get some information on a car I was interested in. The sales rep, Nick, never sent the information or followed up with me. I decided to check out the car anyway & made an appt with the Sales Mgr. Upon arriving, i got shuffled to the guy who ignored me. He was unprepared & didn't know anything about the vehicle. Then had the nerve to state that I knew more about the vehicle because I had more time than he did to research it!!! He was sloppy, unprepared & made my daughter sit way in the back on the test drive. When it was time to discuss price, there was no negotiating room & I had to deal with Nick being the middle man until Sal came to help. Sal was very professional, unlike Nick. I find it hard to believe that a salesman doesn't know anything about a car that is selling especially knowing 2 hours ahead of time that someone was coming to look at it. Funny how he stated that I had more time to look at it while when I was there the 2 sales reps next to him weren't doing anything but listening to their ipods.

After months of researching and test driving many cars, I made my decision. I was not looking forward to the next phase. Having to go to a car dealer and haggle over the price. Of course I was looking for the best price possible, but customer service was also a priority. On line, I found the exact car for a great price at Boucher Volkswagon. I called Boucher and spoke with Mike DeVries. I was not expecting what happened next. The advertised price was in fact the price. No hidden fees. Mike was such a pleasure to work with. No sales pitch here. Just friendly, honest customer first attitude. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was still expecting hidden or add on dealer accessories to raise the cost of the vehicle. They did offer the extended warranty and a protective coating, but did not receive the high pressure sales pitch to purchase. The over all experience with Boucher Volkswagon was excellent. I would highly recommend Mike and Boucher Volkswagon to family and friends. Thank you Boucher for making my dream car a reality and the car buying experience effortless.

Sean Christofferson and Boucher Volkswagon were fabulous to work with. I knew which Volkswagon I wanted but wasn't impressed with the price offered by my local dealership. I sent an internet inquiry to dealerships within a 250 mile radius, searching for the best deal on a VW CC Sport. Boucher Volkswagon's Internet Sales Representative, Sean Christofferson, repsonded promptly. His offer embarrassed the competition. He was exceptionally delightful to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. Sean carefully reviewed all the features of my new car, came in on his day off to accomodate my schedule, and even set up my Bluetooth for me! The quality of their service was well worth the 200 mile drive!

Unbelievable. $320 to open one drivers side door panel and re-attach the window, no parts. I don't come to the dealership becuase I truely beleive that the cost is out of this world, and this continues to prove my point. Very disappointing.

Took car in for routine oil change/service maint--- was told they can see I will have engine light alarms soon-- have had multiple sensors replaced--- never has been covered by warranty. Very frustrating to be charged an extra $100 to be told soon I'll be incurring more expenses-- "sensors are fine now, but it will be occurring soon." Apparently I purchased a very expensive blue lemon. Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth and wallet.

Coldest day of the year and the Jetta decided it did not want to accelerate. Called the dealer and they had it fixed in a Jiffy. Customer Service is the key to a happy customer and repeat buyer. Dave in the service department not only followed through with the expectations he set but he also LISTENed to what I had to say and made a recommendation for a New Car for my husband. I think we are going back to buy a new CCC!

I broke the cover on my side view mirror. Called for a quote and they failed to mention that the turn signal plastic is not considered part of the side view mirror cover. That piece of clear plastic (2 x 6 inches) =70$ on top of the 150$ for the painted plastic and the 114$ for the hour of labor to put on the new cover. Next time I will certainly shop around more. When I called to talk about the repair they said they had "Quoted me fair" on the side view mirror, ignoring the fact that the 70$ piece of plastic was not included in the quote. Completely unapologetic. Personally I consider this not only a dealership problem but a VW problem as well.

Had a great experience buying (and locating) the car I wanted for lease (model, color etc.) I didn't feel pressured or pushed into anything, although the finance guy was a little pushy with the "extra insurance". I did receive various follow-up calls afterwards and was impressed by that. Service is always clean and timely.

The guys at Boucher VW were great to do business with from the start. Their customer service skills were superb! From the moment I inquired about the certified VW Golf I saw online to the minute I drove off the lot, everyone was professional, courteous and respectful. My headlight went out over the weekend and not only were they able to fit me in, but they were also able to do an oil change while my car was in. They checked without prompting to see if the headlight repair was covered under warranty. They provided shuttle service to my work and picked me up again when my car was ready. Multiple employees went out of their way to open doors for me. I appreciated the timely and courteous service I received today.

Go ahead, have your world turned upside down by a truly pleasant car buying experience! Give Boucher VW a chance. I am totally skeptical and defensive every time I set foot into a dealership - and rightfully so. Honesty, integrity and respect and the three biggest things about Boucher VW. This is my first VW, and they went out of their way - everyone - from the sales staff, to financing, to the service team (I did have a few warranty items early on) to even the cashier and shuttle driver! My next car, should it be a VW (and it likely will be - LOVE THE CC!), will be purchased here and serviced here as well.

I took my VW Bug in early (7:15 a.m.) so I wouldn't be too late for work. The guys were there and started working on it immediately. They told me everything they checked on the Bug, had it done in a very timely manner and washed it for me. They could NOT have been more polite or professional. LOVE MY BOUCHER SERVICE GUYS!!

Along with having all of my service work and maintenance done at this dealer, I also bought my car from here. The service and staff is outstanding. They are extremely good about giving all the information up front with regards to what work needs to be done, time of completion, and pricing. They are also very good with keeping you "in-the-know" about your vehicle.

Quality and customer service lacking in service dept. Paid extra for factory Bluetooth and it has never worked as documented. Dealer has showed no concern. When they serviced car they left "service now" light on in dash. I called right away but they didn't fix it until I brought in for the next scheduled maint. Never would have noticed but when driving behind my car on freeway I saw shield flapping violently under car - they had left two bolts off during some previous service. I brought it to their attention this time and their response was so lacking that I had to bring it up 2-3 times just to make sure they had heard it. They never commented on it, never apologized. (Did they neglect anything more important? Do they care?)

I was very satisfied with the way David Eichstaedt resolved the issue and the way he kept me informed. The problem seemed to be intermitant and difficult to identify. He offered to keep the car an additional day to see if the problem could be duplicated. After 2 days of analysis they could not duplicate the problem. Since there was no opportunity to resolve the problem, there was no charge. That gave me confidence and trust in the dealer and it's employees.

I had shopped hundreds of pre-owned cars online, after being pre-approved for a loan by Kristina Beck at Boucher. I had only previously leased new vehicles, and was not really excited about having to buy a used car, but Kristina worked very hard to get me the right finance deal that worked for me. She was incredibly kind, and cared about me as a person. I decided on a Certified pre-owned 2007 Volkswagen Passat that was at the Boucher VW dealership in Franklin. I didn't look forward to having to haggle over price and hate high pressure sales people. When I entered the dealership, everyone was very kind. George Cooper, the used car manager, had the vehicle I had selected ready for me. When I first saw it I thought it was a new car! There were no scratches or scuffs, and the interior was immaculate and even smelled great! I could tell that they cared a lot about the cars they sell. I drove it, loved it, and he gave me a great price without any haggling or 'back and forth.' I took it home in less than an hour after I got there, very satisfied with the process. I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences ever. When I took the car to work, no one believed it was a used car. I had gone to several dealers first (Not Boucher) and they would run up to me before I even got out of the car, try to have me fill out a credit application as soon as I walked in, etc. I hated it. They had what seemed like high school kids running around, not asking about what I wanted, and didn't know anything about the warranty, features on the car I was interested in, or even how to make the MP3 player work. One guy said this was his first time selling cars after working at Radio Shack! Even though I told a sales manager at one store I was already pre-approved, he insisted that I fill out a credit application and get approved by him before I could even drive one of the cars I had seen online. He must have thought I was an easy target being a woman with no man with me??? I walked right out. Boucher VW Franklin proved that there are still good dealerships out there that employ good salespeople that care about the customer, and sell good quality vehicles. I only wish I had gone there first! I felt they were there to help me buy a car, rather than try to sell me a car. That makes a big difference in my mind. Yay Boucher!

My initial impression was not that good...the person I had a confirmed appointment with was not there when I arrived, and was not available. BUT I was 'assigned' to Jose, who was great! I was able to ask lots of questions (after all, this is a major purchase!), and he either knew or looked up all the answers. I was introduced to the car thoroughly at curbside before I got an extended (in my experience) test drive. I was able to try out both highway as well as city driving. This was a big help as compared to the 'take it around the block' approach. I was concerned about going alone as a woman to buy a car--so many stories (and experiences!) that that seldom turns out well. But such was not the case! There seemed to be no patronizing as I have felt in the past. (Maybe I'm too old to be treated that way any more!) Overall, I was very satisfied with this dealership and the individuals I worked with. And now...I have a new car coming!:-)

I have been a VW owner for years and years. Recently I had to take my 2007 VW Rabbit in for on oil change and I talked my husband into looking at the used Touregs they had for sale. You see, my husband was a die-hard Chevy Blazer guy, needing a bigger truck/SUV to haul his many, many snowmobiles each winter. But unfortunately, his luck has been horrible with his last three Blazers/Trailblazers. He was ready for a change. There was no way we could afford a new Toureg, but there were a couple of used ones for sale but nothing that fit our budget. The two sales people that helped us were Sean (Internet sales) and Geroge (Sales Manager??) and they found us exactly what we wanted in their Janesville dealership. After offering to bring the truck to the Franklin location in two days, (when I was coming back to pick up my car) we took a look, test drove it and LOVED it! The financing guy was super busy that day and even skipped his lunch to make sure we got the paperwork finished, although we did have to wait for a couple of hours. They did offer us a burger (they were grilling for the sales people celebrating Father's Day) while we waited. We got a good price, a fair trade-in and even some things fixed that didn't look so great on the 6 year old car. We love it! My husband drives it mostly and I am kind of jealous about that but I'm glad he's finally happy! We are getting 20+ MPH - better than any Chevy we ever had. All-in-all an excellent experience!
