Nick was awesome and gave exceptional service! This was a local sale and couldn’t be happier. I contacted Nick about a vehicle and he was very helpful with all my questions. He had a lot of vehicles with very low mileage for their age. I went and looked at the vehicle Nick was up front and very laid back. I explained that I wanted to look at another vehicle before making a decision. He did not pressure me and very respectful. I called him later that day and told him I wanted the vehicle. I went in the next day and he had the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Great experience working with Nick and his staff. The vehicle purchase was seamless , especially being out of state. The car we purchased was in incredible shape and exceeded every expectation. On top of that…the vehicle delivery guy was prompt and very courteous. He even hand delivered a thank you note from Nicks staff, which included a Starbucks gift card. Will def consider these guys for all future business.

We are very happy with our 2003 Azteck, and it runs perfectly! This is our first time to purchase a car we didn't see in person upfront, but we read positives reviews of this dealership and decided to give it a try. We contacted Nick, and he was very professional and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. Also, he responded to all of our messages right away, so we have proceeded with the purchase within one day. Our car was shipped to us here in Michigan shortly after. We did experience some oil leakage with a vehicle due to in-transport issues and delay with the title delivery (FedEx messed up our address), but Nick and Kathy resolved all of those issues and kept us updated until everything was resolved favorably. I would highly recommend Boutique Motor and will for sure recheck them when we decided to purchase our next car.
