Took 3 weeks to get 3 hours worth of labor on my car done. They never called me with updates on my car. I had initiate contact anytime their was an update. Two separate days, I was told my car would be done. Only to find out, that it wouldn't be done that day. All service is supposed to come with a complimentary car wash, and topping off the cars liquids. They didn't do anything their website says that's included in their service. Apparently, they offer to pick up customers from their house to retrieve their vehicles during Covid. That didn't happen. They didn't even bring my car to the service door, I had to go find it myself in the lot. The mechanics did solid work on my car, but I will never return as a customer based on the unprofessional service I received. The manager Craig is a poor excuse of a manager and should be fired immediately. 0 stars for customer service and 4 stars for the mechanics.

BOWSER HYUNDAI has given us very good service for the last 17 years. I trust Bowser with my car. I always get an appointment when I need it. Service is exceptional.

The only place that I buy from and service my Hyundai. Best car from the best dealer bar non. I highly recommend this dealer and service department. You can't go wrong at Bowser.

Service was HORRIBLE!!! I gave them a second chance and I am on day 3- no call about my vehicle. Individuals answering the phone continue to send me to voicemail. This is ridiculous. I'm going to have to take further action against them. This is ridiculous. I wish we could give 0 stars. I could have taken my car to #1 Cochran instead of here....I am so upset.

Thanks to Ashley who help me with prices before we even got there, Bernie our salesman. And the business manager (sorry can't remember his name) They answered all of our questions were super helpful. Made our buying experience easy.
