Wondering why my 2014 Nissan Versa, with only 16,000 miles, needs a new transmission. This is absolutely unacceptable. Warranty has expired. Trying to work with Good Will Assistance. They want to pay only 70% of the cost. Personally, I feel I should pay nothing. After researching this it is a known fact that these transmissions are lemons. What cars transmission dies at 16,000 miles unless there is a known problem. 😡😡😡

It's time to buy a new car. Due to the pandemic, I decided to do as much research and online shopping as possible. With the Nissan 2021 Rogue selected as our next vehicle, I built the vehicle configuration on the Nissan website and sent it to the four nearest Nissan dealerships. Three of them sent me their quotes. The fourth showed no interest in working with me after it turned out they didn't have a car in our chosen color. The best offer was from Steve Madden of Bowser Nissan in Pleasant Hills, PA. In his first email Steve promised that I would have "a great and easy car buying experience" with them and they delivered! Steve did a great job and the entire deal was negotiated online. On the day we arrived at the dealership to test drive and sign the paperwork, Chuck Mours greeted us outside the building. Steve didn't work that day and Chuck replaced him to complete the deal. Everything went smoothly and beautifully. Obviously, Chuck loves his job and does it like a pro. He has a rare talent for making the client happy. And I couldn't be any happier when we left the dealership in our new Rogue! This is a summary for my fellow online car buyers: in my experience, there is no better place to buy a new Nissan in the Pittsburgh area other than Bowser Nissan!

Bought my first car here a few days ago from Chuck. He was super helpful and didn't give us any hassle for our millions of questions. He went out of his way to help when I came in with an out of state ID also (oops). Would definitly recommend!

My lease was up so I made an appointment to see what my options were. Chuck Mours has been my salesman for the past several years, and he is awesome. He was able to put me into a beautiful Rogue Sport with all of the safety features that I was seeking. He is a topnotch young man, easy to talk to and always makes us a good deal.

Chuck was our Sales Representative. We came in basically knowing our budget. He did everything in his power to to get us the best deal on a vehicle and he succeeded. Communication was upfront and was straight forward. Best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle to date.
