I'm forever staying with Boyko Motors when purchasing a car. We went to some other car dealership cuz they were giving away stuff lol (everyone likes free stuff and we won a gift card to target and a toolkit so I mean it was good!) But their prices were RIDICULOUS, a truck older than our car and with 3 times the miles for 3 times the price! No. Be realistic here guys. Boyko worked with us to get low monthly payments with a short loan term. He didn't push us into anything and listened to our wants and needs. He gave us his honest opinion of what our financing would look like with the info we gave him. And worked hard to get us the best rate. When it came down to it he got us a lower rate than he even expected. He was also understanding of our daughter and kept things fast! As a parent that was the best since she didn't even have time to be restless. The staff there is all great, I love it. I'll always stick with them for realistic car prices and customer satisfaction~

I emailed the shop to get more information on a posting online. Within 20 minutes, I got a reply and the were able to answer all the questions I had. I made the appointment for Sunday when they're typically closed and when I arrived Leo, the owner, greeted me happily with all of the vehicle's history documents. Very easy to talk to and work with and it felt more of an interaction between friends than a buyer/seller relationship. The only knock I had (if any) was the congestion of the shop. They have a nice inventory and all the cars looked great but the poor building was stuffed. The vehicle I was interested in was already out and showcased though, so this wasn't a problem for me!

I went to Boyko with my friend so he could look at some of there cars. Little did I know that 2 days before Alex and Leo purchased a 2007 audi S4 in great condition. This car had some aftermarket work done to it and I instantly wanted it. Of course Alex and Leo picked up on this. At this point I had to have it. Alex and Leo worked there magic and came through for me in a big way. They bought my 2007 Audi A4 also in great condition for more then I could have hoped for. they were both very patient and stayed way past closing hours to make sure I got the lowest apr and a price I was comfortable with. After all was said and done, both my buddy and I drove off the lot beyond satisfied with our purchase and the service was impeccable. Thank you Alex and Leo at Boyko motors for my amazing audi s4.

Best experience we ever had at a car dealership. I purchased a 2008 Mazdaspeed3 from them. I had some credit issues but within 3-4 weeks later they got a bank to finance me and the deal took no longer than a couple minutes, literally swapped keys and drove off with a couple signatures. Unlike prior personal experiences, they were very professional and never too pushy for me to buy from them. Would recommend them in a heartbeat! They are kind of hidden and out of the way but if you can find them please just step right inside and I guarantee you will be pleased with what you see and the friendly staff. I will be returning for more vehicles from them in the future. Keep it up guys.

Leo was great. I live about 2 hrs away and was able to talk to them about the car I wanted to see and they were ready for me when I got there. Test drive sign paperwork and out the door in 1.5 hours. It was refreshing to not have to dicker around too much on price and just get the sale part done.

Had a great time purchasing my new Subaru wrx from Leo at Boyko Motors. Very laid back staff that make you feel comfortable making your own decisions without the pressure. I was able to trade my Mustang in and they were able to meet a price that I was more than happy with. Even with some small found problems with the Subaru, they were able to order the parts right then and there with no extra cost. I would definitely recommend them and would come back in the future.

This is the first car I have ever bought from a dealership and it was a great experience. I had done research ahead of time and knew the car I wanted to see and test drive. When my boyfriend and I arrived a young man greeted us and was very laid back yet knowledgeable. He set the tone right away for an easy and pressure-free experience. He answered all our questions about the car and let us test drive it. We loved the car- a 2009 Toyota RAV4. We had a couple of small concerns though. First, the windshield was cracked. This had happened while the car was on the lot, presumably from a rock kicked up from a passing vehicle. When we brought this up, we were answered immediately with, "we'll have that fixed, no problem." So that was really nice- that the dealership would arrange for the new windshield and pay for it. Our other concern was that the low tire pressure light on the dashboard was lit. Again, the dealership offered to pay for us to take it right next door to a PepBoys so they could check the tire pressure and have the light turned off. It was just so relieving to have all our concerns instantly addressed. It made the experience very easy. We signed papers with Leo and he walked us through everything. Again, it was the first car I have ever bought from a dealership so I was out of my element but it was nice to have someone like Leo who was so easy going. My favorite thing about the experience was that there was no pressure. Another great thing was how it didn't take as long as I thought the process was going to take. Since buying the car about a month ago, I have contacted Leo via email and phone to ask a couple of random questions and each time he has promptly responded and answered my questions. It's really nice to know that even though he's already sold us the car, he will continue providing us with answers to our questions. (Leo, hopefully the questions are all done now! I think we have everything figured out.) Overall, Boyko Motors is a great family-run company and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free car shopping experience.

I am very pleased with the calm, no hassle, fast and friendly service at Boyko! Not your typical experience buying a car. I've been through many dealerships, small and large, and this is the place you want to go to find a great deal and a fast signing process! I found a very nice low mile VW TDI at Boyko motors. Leo was amazing, he got me approved quickly, made a very fair offer for my trade-in and got me driving my new car quickly. Best of all Leo is a no pressure salesman, he simply wont sell you something you don't want. I was so happy with Boyko motors that I returned to buy another car 7 months later for my wife. I recently had to purchase my daughter a car on short notice. I found a 2006 Scion tc on the web at Boyko Motors. I called the number listed and Leo (the owner) immediately answered. I asked about the condition of the car and he described it perfectly. Even honestly mentioning that it had had some previous paint work done to it. We negotiated a price over the phone, I filled out his online credit application as time was of the essence. It was a birthday gift for my 18 year old daughter. Within 20 minutes of me showing up he had me approved at a great rate. The whole process only took an hour or so and I was able to surprise my daughter who absolutely loves her new car. Boyko Motors is not a typical used car dealership by any means. I would recommend them to anyone.

This dealer has three qualities I look for when shopping anywhere: Honesty, respect, and attention to detail. David was very helpful and was actually familiar with the cars. He's not just a guy trying to sell them. Every car on the lot was in excellent condition and I could tell that they only had cars which the owners would drive themselves. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will be coming to this lot first.

A while back we came to purchase a car for my brother. But this review is for my expierence. Leo was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of looking for a great car for me. He let me test drive as many as I was interested in without hesitation. While I was undecided about what car to get, he wasn't the type to pressure me into choosing the most expensive car or giving me a car knowing it was way out of my liking and budget range. He put in his own opinion but laid back when he knew I needed time to think. It was also very kind of him to call places that we had questions about right on the spot. Leo never kept us waiting on anything! The purchasing of my car went by super fast and he was very kind throughout the whole process. Leo also made my family and I feel very comfortable answering all the questions and having regular conversations throughout the time being there. Everything was crystal clear when he was providing information and had a sense of where I was coming from unlike some dealers who just pressure you into buying something you don't like. I highly recommend coming here if you want excellent customer service as well as good pricing!

David and Leo at Boyko Motors made me feel comfortable to be there and worked with me to get me into the 2004 ford Explorer I recently purchased with them. It has been the most pain free buying experience I have ever had buying a used car. I took a test drive one day, filled out the application and the next day was finishing the paperwork on the vehicle. They really worked for me on this one and I applaud them for that. Other places I have been have almost made it so I can't get the vehicle I was looking at. I would definitely recommend buying from them. The only real complaint I have is that there is nowhere to park that is easily accessible to get out of.

Our Honda Pilot is amazing, it had a rebuilt title that we were assured was problem free. For peace of mind we took it to our personal mechanic that has been in our family for a long time and that we trust and he assured me that this Pilot showed no signs of damage and was a very reliable SUV. I called ahead about a vehicle I had seen online. From the phone experience, to the minute I got there I felt there was only great customer service involved. The car was pulled up and ready for me to look at and test drive. I was a little rusty with a manual, so I was even offered help in backing it up, lol. A few months ago I wrote a positive review about my experience with Boyko Motors. After completing and reevaluating the process, I am afraid that I need to rescind that opinion. After going through the car, I realized that 1) a mechanic did not inspect it as I was led to believe ( I immediately found a radiator leak visible on top of the radiator, 2) Not all the electrics worked as stated ( a side mirror was poorly replaced with a manual mirror) and 3) I was not supplied with all the working keys. I was also frustrated by the lack of communication. I had to write several emails to get one answered. Short review: I would not recommend buying a car on the web without actually seeing it from this dealer.

Just purchased a car from Boyko Motors and had a great experience! The dealer, Leo, was incredibly friendly, easy-going, and willing to go out of his way to help someone. When there was a potential oil leak in the vehicle he took it to Pep-Boys and got the oil changed and checked himself. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase, which made it a very relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. The only thing that is slightly difficult is the location of the dealership, there wasn't really any parking for individuals wanting to check out cars. But otherwise I have no complaints about Boyko! Incredibly fair prices and helpful to their customers.

The facility is small but the selection was amazing good. They seem to know what I was looking for and had several cars to pick from that met my need. There is a small staff but there was always someone to help me and answer my questions. I don't know how they manage it but it had the feel of a big car lot combined with the hometown service I would expect from a local dealer. The staff is very accommodating and willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. You don't have to deal with high pressure sales staff and you can still find what you want. I will be back to buy my next vehicle from Boyko Motors.

I inquired about a car being sold by Boyko Motors and cars.com sent them my request. This was on August 15th. I was told that Boyko Motors would be following up and contacting me. As of today (August 23) I have not heard from them. You would think that with today's economy, they would be wanting the business which means money and possibly more money by way of referrals by happy customers. I am still in need of a car, but will spend my money elsewhere as Boyko Motors obviously is not interested in my business. Best of luck to Boyko Motors. I don't see them surviving financially based on their customer service or lack thereof.
