On Monday, August 29, 2016, I had an appointment with the service department reference a flat tire. Upon my arrival, Service Advisor Mr. Gary Besrosiers approach was professional yet soothing. With the weather being terrible and no power, my vehicle could not receive the repair needed. However, that did not prevent Mr. Besrosiers from completing the necessary task given. I was advised my vehicle would have to stay at the dealer and that my vehicle will be render service upon the repairs of the power outage restored. Additionally, he advised that he will contact me in the morning. Of course as a new car owner I did not want to hear those words, since I wanted to drive my car. Unforeseen weather will occur and on this day, it happened. Once again, he continued to provide great customer service and it put this writer at ease.I truly appreciate receiving a telephone call the following morning from Mr. Besrosiers advising the status and the solution of the repairs. Upon arrival on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, once again I was greeted with a smile and a firm hand shake by Mr. Besrosiers. My observation of him allowed this writer to see how much he is driven to make all who arrive at your dealership for services, will leave with a smile. I would return for future repairs and purchases at your dealership and I would highly recommend Mr. Besrosiers to someone. Thank you for a job well done!

Quality of repairs have been outstanding to exceptional as my car has needed some complex to tricky electronic/computer issues.4.5 Stars, vs. 5: Repair/service turnover was longer than expected, over 4.5 hrs. from scheduled appt time (5.25hrs if counted the arrival time before appt. time). Suggestion: At the 2.5 to 3hr mark, it would be great to get an "out the door" update/status eta. Thank you.

I have a 2011 Hyundai and my check engine light came on. They didn't try and rip me off when it came down to repairs as I googled the amount of the part being replaced. They had the pet in stock so it was very fast. They also gave me a free car wash at the end! They reviewed all my warranties to try and save me money as well. I'll continue to go back to them as long as I live in South florida!

The experience of leasing a car has been a very good one! I had a lease with Braman Hyundai, a Sonata 2013. By the time it was ending and I had to make a decision, my first option was keeping business with them. I visited its local looking for options and pricing (Which was a very important item...) and a sells representative, Leonardo Santos, made my case his. I'm very glad of his performance and actions to make me continuing with Braman hyundai, he got me the car I wanted and needed. My only complaint is not with him, is about the time spent; to me it was too long, about four hours the first day and four more the second one when I returned to clean the car and finish with the procedures.In general I'm happy and grateful about the treatment received...

I was promised a loaner car when I purchased my Genesis and when I made my appointment. There never seems to be one available. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment and waited for over an hour to get ride home.When i returned to pick up my car it took over 25 minuted for the car to be brought by the valet after i paid my bill.Service is courteous; waits are unacceptable! Not enough people to handle the volume of customers. I dread going back for future repairs and/or service.

Fausto was my service rep. He was exceptional. Total hands on customer service. I had a fairly big repair job that took more than one day and one trip to the dealership. He kept me apprised of what was going on at all times and offered his assistance. I found him to be sincere. It's never fun when you have to put your car in the shop, especially when you don't know what the end result will be. There are many places I can take my car to be repaired. Customer service, quality of work and knowing what to expect, cost-wise and time-wise, are the factors that will lead me back. I will definitely go back to Braman Hyundai. The work was good and my rep made the process much less painful. And....really important for me....there was no pressure to do any unnecessary work on the car. The gave me options and let me make my decisions.

Recently I had been thinking on upgrading my car to A Santa Fe, I had been getting direct mail pieces at home from other dealers but I was hesitant to proceed. I got a call from Jerry Abreu from Braman Hyundai whose super professional, helpful and courteous. I will admit that I don't like being approached by sales people but the way Jerry called was in a non-threating way. I felt comfortable and asked the questions I had in mind and got clear answers, then made the appointment to see him. When I arrived on that Sunday he was prompt to take care of me and very professional manner and dressed sharp. Well because of my financial situation my credit score being a little lower I was not able to get the Santa Fe, but I am now driving a 2016 Elantra. I also want to mention that the Finance guy (Yovany Yero) was also very Professional, informative, caring, helpful and courteous. Guys keep up the good work. I will for sure refer anyone I can to Braman Hyundai. Oh and wanted to take advantage to mentioned Carlos over from the Hyundai service department he has also been very professional and helpful, he took very good care of me with my 2010 Elantra and I am looking forward to working with him again with my 2016 Elantra. I have driven BMW's for the past 15 years and my current lease was ending this month. I decided that I was interested in the new collision avoidance technology and enhanced safety features in my next car. The IIHS rated the Hyundai as their safest car so I was interested in exploring the possibility of moving from BMW. I contacted several dealers in the Miami area and found that Braman offered me the best deal as well as being extremely easy to work with. My salesman, Jerry Abeau was terrific, helpful and very professional. Jerry made this experience a pleasure. In fact after I told my friend about the Hyundai Genesis and the way I was treated at Braman, he leased the same car. We are very pleased with our vehicles and dealing with Jerry and the other staff at Braman.

I took my 2011 Hyundai Accent for a routine oil change. I met with the always wonderful Carlos Poirot and he quickly squeezed me in to his busy schedule. Upon inspection, he advised me to also rotate the tires which would help with car's longevity. After signing the usual documents I awaited in the world-class waiting hall where different coffee flavors were available for my pleasure. Shortly thereafter I received news my car was good to go so I paid the cashier who offered me a variety of payment options until I found the one I was most comfortable with. I then went to back to discuss any further revisions my car may need in the future with Mr. Carlos Poirot and I was on my way. I found my car in the exact same spot I left with a noticeable difference. A complimentary car wash! As always, excellent service.
