The showroom sets the tone....it is clean, modern, brightly light. The available cars to test drive are conveniently located across the street in a 7 story garage. One minor drawback is that if your car to test drive is on the 7th floor it is a long drive down before the sales agent let's you take over for the test drive, but that is a minor inconvenience. Manuela, Sales Agent was excellent, very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I would recommend her if you are looking for a nice dealership experience. She was also very good with my 2 children who were with me and engaged them and never showed that they were in the way. Good job Braman Hyundai on striving to deliver a great customer experience.

Experience was good in purchase this vehicle. I'm satisfied with quality fit and finish. Previous SUV was GLK Mercedes and I miss engine power it was 3.5 L V6. Santa Fe could have an option of the 3.3 L engine.

The customer service was pleasant while I was purchasing my vehicle. But in hindsight, buying a car from them was probably one of the worse experiences I've ever had. The sales manager David Perez just kept lieing about everything in order to pull more money out of my pocket. For example, I negotiated a price and had my own financing line up. But when I walked in to take the car, he states that if I didn't use Hyundais financing it would be an additional $750 because this was a rebate dependent on financing with Hyundai. This was a total lie. I shopped around to another dealer that was offering me the price I was willing to pay for the car. I was at the Brahman dealer for 6 hours because he kept lieing to get more money out of me. The only reason I bought the car from them was because the sales guy was kind of cool and I didn't want to make the drive to Kendall Hyundai. Such a horrible experience! If I wasn't working with another dealer, I would of paid a lot more for my Elantra.

The only reason why I didn't give this place an Excellent rating is because their color stock is limited. I wanted a white or black car and ended up getting a red one because they didn't have it with the features it had in another color (brand new car btw) and when it came to the used cars I couldn't look inside some of them because they couldn't find the key. Otherwise, great experience, great staff, negotiations went well. Will definitely come back in the future!

I had already visited a different Hyundai dealership looking to test drive the Genesis and it was a horrible experience. Walking into Braman Hyundai was entirely different. I tend to use a car broker over the phone every 3 years for a new car so I don't have to deal with the annoyance and unpleasantness associated with car dealerships and to get the best possible deal out there. This was the most positive experience I've had without using a broker. My salesman Frankie Lopez was knowledgeable about the car, asked me the right questions and listened to my answers! In the end, it was a great fit and I left that night with the car.... I love it!

David was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to really listen to what a really needed from my car and found the prefect fit. I was opposed to lease but he made a really compelling argument that totally convinced me that leasing was the way that would benefit me the most. He even went online and got me a new insurance policy with Gieco that turned out to be cheaper than what I was paying for my old car. My old insurance was wanting to charge me double because it was a lease. All in all, an awesome experience. I am looking forward to bring in my two kids to see David to see if he can help them too! My experience was absolutely fantastic. So I started my Friday morning by driving to West Palm Beach to look at a used car at a dealership there, but after two hours of getting no where I decided to head down to Braman Hyundai in Miami. I met with a super great salesperson, Michael Bacallao, who introduced himself by saying, "I'm going to do everything I can to make sure you leave here with a car today!". Talk about a great way to leave a first impression. Well long story short, not only did we get to the terms I was looking for, but they were able to get me into a brand new 2017 Sante Fe Sport. The best part is that this was a gift for my wife for our 7th year Anniversary. The facilities was great along with the sales manager. Everyone at Braman was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. When I arrived someone greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I advised that I was looking for Jerry. He quickly went to get Jerry and directed me to sit and wait for him. While waiting, Rey noticed that I had been waiting for awhile and asked if he could help. Once he found out that I was waiting for Jerry, he notified me that Jerry was with another customer and he would be happy to assist me. Rey was very helpful and straight forward, which I like. He asked questions on my vehicle preference and features I would like. Once we got everything worked out, he ran to get my new car washed, as they were close to closing. When Jerry was finished with his customer, he came and introduced himself and apologized for the wait. Ramon, the finance guy, was great. He made the paperwork quick and painless. Once everything was finalized, Jerry helped me moved my things from my old car to the new one. He then explained all the features of my new car. This was very nice since the dealership was closed. He made me feel special. Not rushing and being very thoughout. I was very satisfied with the service and made me question why dealerships like Lehman was still in business. (I had very horrible service from Lehman both in sales and in service)

The salesman, Jerry, greeted me with a smile from the minute I walked in. The receptionist was also very friendly. Jerrywas extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Never once acting annoyed or frustrated in how long I was taking to make a decision. He did everything to try to help get me the car I wanted. I originally planned to get another SUV, however once he showed me the Genesis, I was convinced that was the car for me. He was very nice in helping me work out my new insurance. Ray, the finance manager, was also helpful in that regard. Ray was also helpful when I had to return to switch my car from a lease to a purchase and tried to get the payments as low as possible, which I really appreciated. I appreciated both Ray and Jerry's friendly, cheerful personality. I was also very impressed with Jerry's quick response to any text message I sent him. . I will definitely recommend Braman Hyundai to others. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

"Sales Representative Estrella Castellanos was not at fault with my overall negative purchasing experience. Her boss I believe his name is Brandon Phillips is the person of blame. First of all he ordered the wrong vehicle and then blamed me for the mistake. There was accessories included in the window sticker of the vehicle I test drove and those accessories were part of the negotiations but I was told that ""there's no way in xxxx your getting the extra stuff."" And to top it all of it's been over 7 weeks now since I purchased my vehicle and my trade-in has yet to be paid off. I don't like being lied to and I think the fact that I have to continually call the dealer for my trade-in pay off updates is ridiculous. My first purchase was a much smoother experience!"

He is a great person who is very helpful and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable and will do anything to make you a happy customer. They gave a great price on a new vehicle and I wish I would've have gone their first before purchasing my other vehicle at a prior time. This is by far the best Hyundai dealership in South Florida. The finance manager Wesley is also a great person who truly explains everything so you will understand every step in the purchase. Just a recommendation do not go to Doral Hyundai they are the worst dealership in South Florida. They are full of sharks and the dealership and service area is a disaster. The free car wash is a utter joke which never works. Doral Hyundai wanted to charge me way more than Braman Hyundai and they did not want to haggle a dime. Braman Hyundai has me as a customer for life. Thank you Braman Hyundai for making my purchase such an enjoyable experience!

I called the agency to speak with Adrian or Alfredo in sales, explained what I was looking for, after finding a car to my specifications they called back and texted a picture, Alfredo came to my home to pick me up, upon arrival a Braman and test driving the car, I gave the ok and paperwork was quickly done. Worst experience ever.I would never buy a car from this dealer ever. They lie to me made me take the car back after 1 month an a half because my deal wasn't aprove and when I ask for the car I had giving in as a trade they told me they didn't have it anymore that they sold it at this point I was very upset now what was I supost to do without a car they told me i had one choice and it was the cheaper version of what I chose the car is very uncomfortable it doesn't have anything of what my old car had and the one that I chosed at the begining when I first went to this dealer.well I really don't have anything good to say about Braman Hyundai.

Albert Leal was so patient with my son and our family, I highly recommend him to anyone with children he made my 13 month old son smile and enjoy looking at the cars too. Bramans is a class act. they really know how to treat a customer. From my first contact with the receptionist to the final negotiation and purchase, I was treated cordially and professionally. Paul and Ronnel were the salesmen that I dealt with. When one was unavailable , the other was right there to help me and address my concerns. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Paul even deliverd my car to me and brought the paperwork for me to sign, This was the best experience that I've ever had at a car dealership

Went looking for a new genesis and wound up at braman Hyundai in midtown. My salesman, Michael Fernandez was great. Very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells. I have never had a car buying experience quite like what I experienced at Braman Hyundai. Nice new showroom, great selection, and most important to me, the salesperson was a true professional. Not pushy or in a rush. What a great organization. I commend you for the staff you have, and specifically, Mr. Fernandez.
