Great customer service at this location, and they dedicate their time to explaining you things/facts/specs about their vehicles. When you attend here you will easily have a good time test driving trucks. The person who helped me in test driving their trucks, is knowledgeable of his work and very attentive which is definitely a must when buying a vehicle. Easily a 5-star dealer in customer service compared to other Ford dealers or dealers in general. Overall, I had a great experience on my first time there!

As soon they received the vehicle that I ordered the sales person(Isaiah Merritt) called me to let me know that truck was ready. We set up an appointment. Once I we got to the dealership he was there waiting for us, very friendly, respectful and professional. He showed us the truck and we went for a test drive. Once we came back, we start the paperwork process that went super smooth. The finance person was very friendly, respectful and professional as well .Everybody were super friendly. They took care of every detail making us feel good during the whole process. Thank so much for the excellent service.

I dropped my vehicle off at Brandon Ford service department at 11:30 on Monday. At 422 p.m. I was called to tell me that it would take 2 days to receive the park. After hearing nothing for 3 days I call myself to check on the progress at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. I was advised that my service advisor had left for the day and there were no updates. Friday I received an email with this survey asking how my service experience was. I had still yet to receive a phone call with an update or to tell me that my car was ready. I call Brandon Ford service department and I'm told that my car is ready for pickup anytime. I arrived to pick up my car and check out with the cashier. I go outside to wait for them to pull my vehicle around. A man drives by and asks what I am waiting for. I tell him I am waiting for my 2018 gray Ford escape. He points to one that is sitting in the front of the service Bay and says it has been there for a long time. I advise him that is not my vehicle and that it is not even a 2018. My car is pulled around I get in and go home. After arriving home I go to look at the seat belts that were worked on in the backseat because I need to reinstall my car seats. I find that the actual buckles are not there. After some investigation I found them underneath the seat. Because the brackets are made of metal I have no way of getting these from under the seat without taking the seat out of the vehicle. I called Ford and they advised me to bring the vehicle back. Mind you the Ford dealership is a 16 mile round trip from my home and I have already done that twice. When I arrived at Ford this time the service advisor was very kind and took the vehicle back and had it repaired. This time I checked everything before I left the parking lot. If I could leave 0 stars I would have. To add insult to injury, it's my birthday and I didn't plan on spending half of the day driving back and forth to Ford in highway 60 traffic

Once again I have purchased another Edge from Brandon Ford, this time I had a team of 3: Lyle; Zoran and Kevin working on a great price and great car. I have purchased numerous vehicles for myself and my daughter And referred my brother and friends and each have had a great experience and a great deal. Keep up the good work guys..... I'll see you in a couple of years. Kevin Stone is the "Best". He knew what I wanted and had it ready when I arrived. This is my fourth car purchased at Brandon Ford and each and every time I leave knowing I got a great deal. No games or tough negotiating, Kevin goes to bat with "Z" to get the best price possible on the new car and the trade in. I have recommended Kevin, Z and Brandon Ford to all of my family and friends ! They are the ultimate professionals. See you guys again in a few years....

I want to say that April Lowe of Brandon Ford parts dept. has shown me a new level of commitment to customer service. After needing parts she found, ordered and got them to me within a day. She kept me informed and returned my calls asap. One thing I found out is she has a vast knowledge of Ford parts and where to find them. April was very professional and has the customers best interest as her first priority. I have dealt with another Ford dealership in this area for over 20 years but will now use Brandon Ford as my go to Dealership. If you need parts for your Ford do yourself a favor and deal with the best and get service above and beyond what you usually see. I'll only deal with her from now on.
