I have owned two Honda Ridgelines driven for a total of 280,000 miles. With the return of the Ridgeline in 2017 I knew that I was ready to upgrade. Unfortunately, the Ridgeline with the trim and options I wanted is in high demand and difficult to find. I visited my normal Honda dealership (not Brandon Honda) to test drive a Ridgeline last month although not the exact trim desired. I was willing to make a deal that day even if they had to order the vehicle, provided the pricing was right. That dealer (not Brandon Honda) knowing that the truck I wanted was hard to find, demanded a premium for the vehicle and low-balled my trade. They didn't care that I have been a 12 year customer who performs all of my maintenance at their dealership.Enter Brandon Honda and Priscilla. After failing with my normal dealer I emailed several other Honda Dealerships in the area. I told them what I wanted and gave them specifics on my trade. Several responded right away including Priscilla. Nobody had the truck I was looking for but a few quoted me anyway and their pricing was more in line with what I expected. Everyone was within a few dollars of each other but two important things set Brandon Honda and Priscilla apart from the rest. First was their determination to locate and trade with another dealership to get the exact truck I wanted. Second, were the warranties they include with their new vehicle purchases including a lifetime warranty and 7-year paint protection.Through email, text and phone Priscilla and I were able to negotiate a deal and Brandon Honda went all the way to Jacksonville to find my truck. The process of closing the deal at the dealership was quick and painless. I had come with a good interest rate from my bank but Bo was able to get a lower rate for me. I WILL RETURN TO BRANDON HONDA TO DO BUSINESS WITH PRISCILLA AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! Thanks Priscilla. I love my truck!

I purchased a used vehicle that came up with an unexpected issue . I took it in to the service department, upon my arrival I met with Augustine a Service Rep that took very good care of me and reassuring me that they will do the best they can make me happy. When the issue had to be escalated to a senior manager and would take a little bit longer, Augustine set me up with a rental so that I would have a vehicle to use until the issue was resolved. The next day I got a call from the senior manager who committed to taking care of the issue and as he promised my vehicle is fixed. I would like to think the team at Brandon Honda especially Augustine for restoring my confidence in their excellent service.

The salesman , Tony townsend did a great job in helping me get into a new car and out of leased vehicle.. the staff at the site were helpful courtious. i couldnt walk the showroom floor without being greeted and made to feel at home. i highly recommend Brandon honda . great job!!! of all my car shopping experiences this by far has been the most positive one...

In the previous few weeks I began visiting Honda dealerships to inquire about the various models of CRVs and to gather information about their prices. I shared with the salesmen from the beginning that I did not need a new car and that I was not intending to buy any time soon. The treatment I received varied widely from place to place. Some did not take me seriously at all--probably because I was an old lady shopping by myself. One place took about 10 minutes with me, told me the features I wanted were hard to get in Florida and gave me a quick estimate on a small scrap of paper. Another dealership had at least four people come and meet me and begin to ask if I was going to drive home a new car that day. I felt very pressured to make a purchase then and there--since the deal would be no longer available by that weekend. Then they played the game of going back and forth with different prices on scraps of paper. When I went to Brandon Honda the difference was truly amazing. Professional. Courteous. Informative. No rush, no pressure. Printed out a written estimate. Great people, especially my salesman, Dan. The bottom line: I now have a wonderful new Honda and am looking forward to years of dealing with the special people at this dealership. Every person with whom I dealt was courteous and eager to please. The price was more than fair (I was also checking many places and prices online as well as other dealers locally). I highly recommend Brandon Honda. My experience there was a pleasure.

Typically, you head to a dealership (even to get serviced) and you already have it in your head that these people are here to make money, YOUR money. I've had horrible experiences in the past, being a single female, with mechanics and service techs trying to convince me of things that weren't necessary. I just bought a 2008 Civic, and only want it serviced by the best, so I took it to Brandon Honda. I was immediately greeted by younger men in blue shirts/jackets who were as friendly and fast as can be. As soon as they collected the basic car info, they took me to meet with Rachel who is a service advisor. She collected my personal information and thoroughly went over the process of routine maintenance my car was going through (just an oil change, but since I bought the car used, I wanted it thoroughly inspected as well) Rachel was incredible to work with, and she made sure to treat me as HER customer, not just someone coming in to get a service. She addressed all of my concerns and made sure to be thorough so I understood. the waiting area is awesome, they even have a play area for kids which I loved, having my 4 year old at a car dealership isn't exactly ideal, but she was happy with the toys and TV. When my car was finished, Rachel came and found me. before we started getting into the details of what the mechanic found, she gave my daughter a cookie, which even made her feel special. There was a list of things that the mechanic found with my car, but each of them were graded with a risk factor, I.E. safety risk, down to something you just need to monitor, which really helped me out. They didn't just say "this is wrong, we need to fix it, hand us $ xx.xx, they actually explained what it does for the car, how bad it is, and warning signs/symptoms. the only thing that was really wrong and needed immediate attention, were my front brake pads. Instead of having the mechanic do something I was sure I could do on my own, Rachel walked me over to the Parts center and helped me get my order, which was a quick and convenient process. The price was definitely comparable to competitors (parts stores) and I was even able to go with Honda Manufactured parts for the same price as "after market" parts. When I was done with that, one of the Pinnacle employees, who originally took the car information, Jaimeson, walked me to my car, made sure I was completely satisfied and I noticed it was even washed (black cars show everything). He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable when it came to cars, and he made me feel safe (again, single mother with a daughter) by walking me to my car and ensuring I drove away alright. My overall experience with this dealership and service center, was incredible. I will never go anywhere else. I never experienced this with the Toyota dealership where I bought my last car, or any other service centers. The staff was beyond pleasant and definitely knew their product, which made me feel comfortable and trustworthy that not only my car, but the life of myself and my daughter, were in good hands. I've been to the dealership a few times after the initial visit (just picking up parts for small changes I'm making to the car), and have yet to be disappointed. Rachel greets me by name everytime I see her, the parts process is quick, easy, and they're experts, and every single employee constantly has a real smile on their face. A place that has happy employees, is a place I want to spend my money. After I pay my new car off (maybe even before) I'm even going to take a trip to the sales side to purchase a new vehicle from this facility, that speaks volumes coming from someone who took 7 years to buy a new car. Thank you so much, Brandon Honda, for going above and beyond in every aspect possible.

My initial buying experience was excellent. Unfortunately the financial/title/responsiveness from Chris Shotwell, Grant Hawkings, Jacqueline Almond, and Ann Diep was sorely lacking. I was promised that the dealership would send the third party tag agent the paperwork to tag/title in another state would occur the next day. In fact it was almost 10 days later the title clerk did anything and then when they thought they needed proof of residency 14 days later they decided to just do nothing. I stopped by a Honda dealer in my new state and the General Manager there personally got on the phone to Brandon Honda, the title clerk, and was successful getting them to overnight the title to me. Great service in my new State and poor service at Brandon Honda.

Just got a 2015 Honda Civic! I love it. Honestly, we went with the intention of looking, but the service was so great. After negotiating for a bit, we got an awesome deal. They close at 8 pm, but they were nice enough to stay and help us and ended up staying until 10 pm. Ask for Sal, he is the best!

The BEST car shopping experience ever! I was ready to purchase a new Honda at my local Honda Dealership, but at the last minute drove an hour and a half to Brandon Honda. I was connected to Ron Wright after a previous online inquiry while on the other phone with my local dealership! Ron was upfront and extremely friendly, honestly wanting my business. I was skeptical of the price I was given via online, but Ron immediately sent me an email with an out the door price...no fine print, no hassle. We drove there expecting there to be some kind of catch. Great things like this just don't happen to us. Ron immediately greeted us and took us to "my" car for inspection. We sat down at Ron's desk and he handed me the user's manual and keys...without hesitation of my credit analysis. While in the finance office with Sean Hawes, sure enough, the price on the "out the door" email I got was exactly the same on the paperwork! I was so delighted - no surprises!! My credit union had already offered me a 2.45% APR and I am far from having perfect credit. I mistakenly let them know what my CU had offered prior to having them run my credit report. They could have matched it or even dropped it a little...BUT I got the .9% APR that Honda was offering. I am still pinching myself today...I had just sold my 2004 Toyota Camry and now am in an amazing updated reliable car that I am thrilled about! Sean was patient with my questions, honest with his answers and did not overwhelm me with pressure to purchase "extras" that I did not need. Once all the lines were signed, Ron met with us again and escorted us to my new Honda Accord EX-L sedan, showed me all the gadgets and gizmos and how they all worked, connected my Bluetooth with my phone and really took all the time we needed with any questions we had. I can't believe how incredible this experience was! The transaction in whole was extremely fast and being it was the day after Christmas, the place was packed! We were treated as if we were the most important people there that day, as I'm sure everyone there was made to feel the same! If I had the money, I would buy from Brandon Honda again tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day! When you stop in...ask for Ron Wright, you won't be disappointed!!!

I hate buying cars because I do not like dealing with sales people. Jerry Meany changed my thoughts on purchasing a vehicle. He sold the car I was considering (that is his job). He called two weeks later when he got another potential vehicle in. I couldn't believe he had remembered what I was looking for and called when it came in. Buying cars has always been a pain for my family. By the end of the day we're so worn out with trying to finance we almost throw our hands up and leave. Brandon Honda not only helped us find a suitable car for our needs, we also received a interest rate that blew us away. We don't have stellar credit but their finance people went above and beyond. Everyone involved in getting us from the show room to the road in a new car really went to bat for us. The staff is very polite, and we never felt like we weren't a priority to them. Now, admittedly I'm not a fan of the Honda brand but their used car selection was excellent; the warranty guarantees 100k miles. Work with: Salvador M., Robin V, Sean H., Robin V., Ferris H., and Jennifer S. for the same excellent service we experienced.

The sales manager and staff explained all the options for him. Once we settled on a vehicle, the paperwork was the fastest I've ever experienced. My son was looking for a particular car and found it at Brandon Honda. My son called and spoke to Chaly Afflitto (salesman) who answered all his questions. We were an hour away and started driving to Brandon Honda. My son made a comment about Chaly Afflitto that he sounded sincere on the phone. Went we met him, I felt the same. The car they advertised was excatly what it was. The process of purchasing with finance went swiftly. Within a few hours my son was driving his new car home. I highly recommend asking for Chaly Afflitto when your going to Brandon Honda for your next car.

Honda was last on my list of preferred cars when shopping for a new family sedan. That changed dramatically when i entered Brandon Honda during my browsing of car dealerships. We were treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire buying process. Robin was an outstanding person and listened to our every need and was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. Robin also was very patient, as this was our first car purchase and we wanted to make sure it was everything we wanted in a family sedan. He was not pushy and just let us get a feel of what was best for us. It was such a pleasure to be able to enjoy what could be a stressful experience and it turn into a great one! I do wish we could have received a better deal, but you are paying for the reliability and longevity of a Honda, so you take the good with the bad.

My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L from Salvador Manalili from Brandon Honda today. From when we entered the dealership we were very impressed with the entire experience. My wife and I said that this is the nicest dealership that we have seen. We even had breakfast there at their restaurant. Salvador and the Manager Dan Jordy worked together to give us the best deal possible. Finance was very efficient and fast in the paperwork and we were on the road within a couple hours with our new car :-) I would definitely recommend this dealership and come back again for sales and service.

As soon as I walked up I was greeted by a salesman named Robin. I told him I wanted to look at the Accords and within minutes after I told him the model I wanted to look at he had it ready for me to test drive. Robin presented the vehicle very well and he was very courteous. After the test drive he showed me most of the technology the car had to offer. He really took the time to go over everything. My fiance and I were ready to work out a deal at that point. Robin gave us a full tour of Brandon Honda. At the end of the day we felt like we made a new friend!

This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from Brandon Honda, our first was a 2010 Honda Fit. Our salesperson Robin Varghese and the Finance team at this dealership are the reasons we decided to come back. We went to Sun Toyota and were turned down without even being able to see the vehicle we had came to view. Then went to Q auto (the new dealer in Brandon) and we were wondered if the salesperson was even listening to what we were looking for! My wife said "let us go see Robin, he took such good care of us last time". Upon arriving at the dealership we found Robin and told him what we were looking for, within minutes he said " I think I have just what you were looking for!" We talked about financing, were introduced to Clayton, the finance manager and spoke to him about credit and payments. We left that night with a handshake and a promise to be back the next day. They not only gave us the payments that they promised but gave us a "bumper to bumper warranty" and Gap insurance also. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal.

Hassan is a great salesman. Bought my 2012 CR-V from him, was extremely happy with that experience so went in to have my tire fixed and decided to look at new one and ended up driving a 2014 Accord off the lot. Spent the day there and they treated us with great care.

After three weeks of car shopping at numerous dealerships, I found my way back to Brandon Honda. The sales personnel were courteous, and very helpful with my car selection. At no time did I get a sense of pressure to finalize a deal, which I found refreshing. The sales room and facilities were very clean. The overall experience gave you a level of comfort as if you were shopping with family/friends.

I was in the Market for a good used Genesis. Since I live in Orlando, my initial contact was thru the Cars.com e-mail section about being interested in the car. The Good: I did get a call from a Customer Service Center from Cars.com to see if I had been approach by the dealer. This was quick. The dealer did contact me, Mr. John Tanner Internet Sales Manager, he was very courteous and did answer my initial questions and concerns since I am in Orlando and the dealer is in Tampa. Now for the Bad: After my initial contact with Mr. Tanner, he transfer me to Hector one of the Sales Associate. He did call the 1st time and at that moment, I did not have the time to talk to him by phone. I ask Hector if I could call him back at a better time, he stated no problem to call before 6pm. Call him back at noon and left message. No call back. Call him at 4pm, answer machine (did not leave message), no call back, gave him a 3rd call just before 6pm and left message. The next morning, still did not receive a call. So, I went with my second option. Granted maybe he had an emergency, but somehow the ball was dropped. Currently right now I am driving on my new 2011 Genesis from my second option. Lets hope Brandon Honda fixes this, since most reviews are positive.

Just purchased another Honda CR-V. I choose to go with Brandon Honda because they offered the best deal,and excellent warranty. My sales rep Metin was wonderful. He took quite a bit of time with me negotiating the best deal. The car I wanted was on the showroom floor, so I was able to drive it home that same day.

I have bought over a dozen new cars from dealers around Tampa and Brandon Honda was by far the best experience I have had. The sales man Daniel Simon was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was very friendly and polite throughout the whole process. The sales manager was also very nice showing my fiance and I his car which was the exact same model I was purchasing just with a few extras he had put on aftermarket. This was not the first new car I purchased from Brandon Honda. The first experience was great, and it was no fluke I received even better treatment this time (and with completely different people). I had moved out of the area, but needed to help my daughter with her purchase. Jerry Meany was great over the Internet and never lost patience with me. The numbers he quoted me (Yes he actually gave me real figures) did not change when I got there for the actual purchase. He took extra care with my daughter in showing all aspects of the vehicle, and made this a very pleasant shopping experience. After Jerry, Denise in Finance treated us very well and explained everything. I came in the day before to settle up much of the paperwork and came back with my daughter the next day, they were even more gracious and got us great financing. I would tell anyone within a couple hours drive to absolutely go see Brandon Honda! I will again!

Will Shupe was our contact person. Great people skills, we felt at ease from the start! NO high pressure or underhanded tricks. Did what we asked (price and trade values) and made things happen until the car was ours! They took great care of us from the greeting on the lot, to the paper work (just about 2 hours). Denise Dupelle works in Financial Services and what pro she is. Knows the job backwards and forwards. Got a get rate 4.99%. We have had a few issues with credit but she made it happen! The only thing, we NEVER saw the sales manager not that it was that much of a problem but at other dealers they at least took the time to say hi, he did not.

Joe Saab was wonderful! I dreaded going to purchase a car, having to deal with the usual salesmen ready to pounce. He was not pushy and extremely personable. He was "real" not putting on that fake salesman persona. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole process and he was knowledgable and patient, answering all of my questions. I purchased a 2014 civic ex and love it!!! the sales person was great, answered all of my questions and followed up with me (on a sunday) to make certain everything was fine for my 1200 mile trip back to Pennsylvania! Most expensive repair bills I ever had. Went in for AC work came out with $1,200 bill. Told needed more work (motor mounts) told that was going to be even more $1,300. Had a friend look at mounts & he said they were fine. Turned around and drove back home. Doubt if I'll ever go back there for repairs, don't trust them and can't afford costly repairs. I may as well purchased another car which they also suggested. My money is still in my pocket and my 2005 honda is running fine.

Brandon Honda has earned my business one more time. This is the third vehicle that I lease/buy from them. Priscila Prates had contacted me a few weeks prior to my lease ending and explained the various options that I had. She told me that when I arrived, she would ensure that she would get me the best deal and I would walk away with a new vehicle and very happy. She did all she could and was able to get me the best deal for my money. We drove away in a new 2014 Accord. We are very happy with the vehicle and also with the excellent treatment and service that we received. Highly recommend it.

feel dupped. Bought used 2009 civic about a year and a half ago. Brought it in for an oil change a few months ago, and the next day the check engine light was on. Had to bring it back and now the thermostat had to be replaced. A major selling point on the car was a 100k warranty included with the car by this dealership. The representative knew nothing about it. After many phone calls, he figured out what warranty I had. Luckily the part was covered and I had to pay 100 deductible. Well I'm here again today, for a tire rotation and balance. I picked up my car and go to turn the ac on. It's already turned on full blast and nothing is happening. So I turn around and take it back. They check it and tell me the blower motor needs to be replaced. And it's not covered under the warranty. They did let me use a 15% coupon for the repair but it was $234 I hadn't planned on spending. Strange how my car works just fine before I bring it in. So, either my car is a lemon, they mess with the parts, or I'm totally unlucky. Whatever the case, I'm not going here anymore for my wallet's sake.

The Good: -------------- I recently bought a Lincoln Town car at this dealership. I had a good experience and fair experience when buying the vehicle. I buy a lot of cars and been to auctions and dealerships around Florida and this was a good experience - they really do work with you on the price and the internet deals where as they stated on the website. *** The Bad: ------------ ***** After buying the vehicle I parked it for a week and drove it 20 miles to get it tinted. The Oil service message came on and an amber light came on on the cluster. I wasn't familiar with this light and had some concerns. I called the service department the next day and immediately they started telling me about no warranty and AS IS and all this nonsense instead of addressing my concerns for a vehicle I just bought. I told this person "This is not the Buying experience I deserve (as the message on their phone systems states), are you kidding me I just bought this vehicle and drove it for 20 miles, and instead of helping me or telling me to come in, you treat me like its my fault somethings wrong with the vehicle I purchase from your dealership" I intermediately had him transfer me to sales person." No one answer made a few calls to general manager no one answered, or returned my calls". Finally I called the person that sold me the car in the first place -Priscilla and she was very helpful, and careful with her words (common sense and etiquette). She transferred me to Tim in the service department. -Tim showed exceptional professionalism and good knowledge of the car. He explained to me that the mechanic just forgot to reset the messaging system in the Lincoln and the red light just gets your attention. He also showed me how to do it myself as I'm not that mechanically inclined with Lincolns. He brought me back to ease and even used his hands to get out a frog that was in the hood of my car. **Conclusion** ------------------ I'm a very patient person and was giving the dealership a chance to rectify the situation before I escalate it legally or would have to contact the owner, but with anyone else it could have quickly went south.. I would say you should have decent experience at this dealership depending on who your dealing with. And Shout out to Tim in Service for your exceptional customer service.

We went in ready to purchase a Pilot. We had financing through our credit union and had done our research on the Honda Pilot. According to Cars.com, Brandon had the best prices....unfortunately, once there we found out that this was untrue. The salesperson was not friendly and seemed uninterested in selling a car to us. The cars that were advertised on the internet were not there. And when we were given pricing it was $4000 more than we were quoted in an email from a salesperson. FINALLY, they came back with the price we wanted, but by then I DID NOT WANT TO BUY FROM THEM. We proceeded to take our quote and drive all the way to Palm Harbor Honda where we were treated wonderfully. They matched the price quoted and sold us a beautiful brand new Pilot. I will never go back to Brandon Honda nor will I recommend it to anyone.

with 1st oil change was asked if anything was needing attention..........no,nothing wrong since buyng it in april of this year..oil change was completed and was told n/c....the car is a 13 crv/exl with nav...just came back from a 1700 mile trip and averaged 31.2mpg for the entire trip....WOW what a great car. and a GREAT dealership.....I worked for 40yrs in the tampa bay area with car dealerships both in service and mgmnt.....Again..a great dealership and service advisors sincerely Ron Steigerwaldt

Went in to look at a car advertised on Cars.com. Salesperson that came to meet us was rude in his approach, no building of rapport. Then when we asked to see the car they had advertised, it was 4K dollars more. He told us that Cars.com does that all the time and there should be a "disclaimer." Whatever that means. We have purchased numerous cars thru cars.com and never had that happen. Every car we saw that we had looked at online was being sold at a different price. Plus the car we came to look at did not have the features advertised online. Never again.

He was super to deal with -- very good salesman....very nice man. His name was Tony Montesano. We also deal with the manager, Cris. I shopped on-line for a new Ridgeline. Larry Larose was the only sales person to call me the same day. I put in the notes to please call, not email. Everyone eles emailed. Brandon Honda had the truck we were looking for. He worked very hard to make the deal happen. I bought the Rigeline for the price I was willing to pay. No hassel transaction. They also included alot of extras not offered at other Honda dealerships!!

First walking-in, my intention was just to look and shop around. After meeting sales specialist Jovino Castro in the lot, i was sold on purchasing a vehicle with Honda. He immediately made me comfortable and explained all the great experienced Honda Brandon provides. He knew about the cars and what was available. the overall experience was amazing. The entire process was completely misleading. We liked the vehicle and made the purchase, but we were not told the certified warranty did not apply to our SUV. We only asked for two things; a second key and to fix the map light. Our requests were refused. We were only interested in the vehicle because of the advertised warranty; but was not told it did not qualify until it was too late to return. We like the vehicle, but it would have been nice to have been told about these things beforehand.

If it was for the other sales person I probably would not have bought anything! He did not want us to test drive a new crv. For the price I paid for what I purchased he wanted me to buy a used car! I came to test drive locally to buy from a family member in Miami. Grant was the one who informed me there was a price match policy. I like honest people and will continue to tell all my pts and doctors about him in particular. I would not recommend the finance dept they were not very informative did not offer information. In a rush when it did not seem like anyone was waiting. I was going to go with another loan from Florida central credit union because they we nicer and covered all the information I had to call as ask about things, for ex when would my 1st payment be ????? My husband talked me out of it The other 2 people I would give 2 stars not satisfactory service at all!

I visited several dealerships before decideing on Brandon Honda. I DETEST being rushed. I looked at a couple of cars, left, came back, left, and came back again. Not once was I made to feel like this was the car, no better deal existed, etc. In fact, I was told if I wasn't 100% sure this was the car we'd like, not to buy it !!!! Never have I had this type of service, and I've been buying cars for over fifty three years !!! I can't thank my sales person, Sean Walsh enough, also Eric, who finalized the deal. In fact, Sean made me feel like a good friend more than a customer. He explained the different aspects of the SUV I purchased, and looked on me as a person, not a commission !! I've never owned a Honda before, but if this automobile is half as good as the people at Brandon Honda, this dealership will be where I do all my business.

I bought a new Honda Civic on June 30th from a salesperson who is no longer with the company. He gave inaccurate information regarding the incentives and features of the car I bought. After bringing the car home and realizing it didn't come with what he said were features, I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sam Raabe. I went in and met with him regarding the issues and he apologized for the incorrect information, made concessions for the misinformation I was given and impressed me with his desire make my car buying experience a positive one. Thank you Sam for the excellent customer service I received. Five weeks after buying the car, we had an accident that caused extensive damage. I had the car towed to Nufinish and due to issues with availability of parts needed from Honda, was told after two weeks that it would be another few weeks before I could expect to have my car repaired. I contacted Brandon Honda to see if there was anything they could do to help. Sean Visconte and Tim Eldredge came to my rescue. They arranged to get the parts from another vehicle to repair my car, hand delivered them to Nufinish and getting my car returned to me quickly. Their hard work and dedication to a customer kept me from having to run over the 30 days of a rental car covered by my insurance and allowed me to have my car back in time to take my much needed vacation - a 1500 mile trip to visit my grandson. These wonderful guys are a great asset to Brandon Honda - thank you all for everything you did!

He listened to our needs and recommended a few cars based off of those needs. He was not pushy or trying to work HIS agenda like many other car salesmen so often do. We visited Brandon Honda after reviewing cars via the internet. That is how I met Mr. Bufford. He knew everything about the 2012 CRV we drove home in. No pressure sales, and made it work for us. The place is very clean, the garage work area was air conditioned, demonstrating to me that they took care of the mechanics. Go there and get your 2012 CRV from Mr. Bufford, you will be satisfied.
