Had a great experience working with Zach to put my wife in her car. I found the vehicle she wanted online and Zach was very helpful and professional. He took the time to send me pictures that I requested and worked to get the financing squared away. He was professional and responsive to my calls and texts all along the way. After a test drive and inspection, All the paperwork was prepared and ready to go when I arrived to sign. Took 10 minutes tops and I was out the door. Fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience with Zach Panek on 7/1/21. He is very friendly and easy to work with. Test drove a 2014 mustang and made the offer the same day. He was quick to get back to me with all the details that I requested. All the paperwork was done over the phone as I was working. Once I made it to the dealership, I was only there for 10-15 min with signing and out the door. That NEVER happens at a dealership. No long hours of waiting. My daughter loves her new car!!!!! We were pleased with our purchase at Brandon Reeves auto world, however we’re not so pleased now! It’s been 3 weeks since we bought the truck And still no tag! My husband called Zach who was the salesman that worked with us and He said He would check on it, but He didn’t. My husband called back a week later still no tag, Zach had not checked on it so a couple more calls to find out the information for a new tag had not been sent out from Brandon Reeves auto world as it should of been! Now our paper tag runs out in a few day !?? Bad business and Zach was slack about checking on his customers making sure it was a smooth transaction!

by far the worst experience I've ever encountered on a car lot new or used was talked to and treated so unprofessionally that I would not even consider buying one cup of water from these guys stay clear stay away unless you want to be treated like crap

I will be a return Customer. I found this to be the best ever used Car purchase ever. My friend purchased her truck as well and they completey have stood behind anything that has to have been done and it was nothing major but anytime she calls they say bring it in and they take care of it. Really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and when my Husband gets ready for a new truck this is difinelty where we will be heading . Enjoyed the selection of trucks to choose from. Sales staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They were also really helpful with my financing issues and made it work. Upon purchasing my truck, there were a couple of minor issues that I wanted addressed and they immediately took care of my issues. I would use them again to purchase another vehicle with out a second guess. I also refer them to others with confidence. Thanks Marc

Starting from showing up ready to purchase a car in cash to having numerous phone calls afterwards due to a car the "owner's nephew owned" (apparently supposed to be impressed by this) they have had worse customer service than most debt collectors! Phone calls go unreturned, allowing their "Warranty" to go by so that THEY do not actually have to fix any problems with vehicles they sell. I should have stayed in my local town and gotten ripped off in price. At least then I would know my wife and kids are in a safe vehicle that doesn't constantly have a problem every time I turn around, plus at least the sales sharks in town give the customer the courtesy of finishing THEIR sale not handing people off to others who are working with other people causing hours of sitting around for nothing. Absolutely hands down WORST purchase EVER made! I will make sure I nor any military member I know within the town I live in EVER make the mistake of going back there again!
