I recently bought a car with the Brandon Tomes dealership and I have never experienced a more seamless car buying experience in my life. Bobby Heck was my salesman and he went above and beyond to ensure I found the car of my dreams! He was incredibly kind, smart and professional and I cannot say enough good things about him as a person and someone I worked with. I was blown away by the humanity and kindness I felt through this car buying experience, something that most dread ended up being one of the most pleasant exciting times in our life. I 100% recommend this dealership and Bobby Heck! They have a great selection I couldn’t find anywhere else in the state.

Just wanted to say how Fantastic Zack French (General Sales Manager) was for us! He personally made sure we are happy throughout our leasing experience! In addition, Salesman Mark, Sales Manager Sam and Finance guy Justin helped us above and beyond in getting the job done! Trust me if you are ever in the market for a new vehicle this is the place to go to. I thank them again for all their hard work. Excellent job fellas, much much appreciated!

KERRI WAS AMAZING, but her manger was pushy to the point of being rude. We bought our Forester from Brandon Tomes Subaru right down the road. We expected more from a Brandon Tomes manager. Like the ability to listen to the customer. KERRI greeted us in the parking lot ready and willing to help us find what we need in a second vehicle. We're still shopping around trying to find the best vehicle for our needs, so having a saleswoman who was able to tell us what we needed to know with a very straight to the point mentality was PERFECT! However HER MANAGER WAS BEYOND PUSHY, to the point of being DOWNRIGHT RUDE. We had other errands to do and we had to keep repeating ourselves that we didn't want to sit down and talk further about numbers. We're still early in the buying process so we're seeing what we want and where we want to get it. A good manager should be able to listen and make the experience a pleasant one. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times and he still didn't like our response and that is why WE WON'T BE BACK!!! We feel bad for Kerri that she lost a sale due to her OVERLY RUDE MANAGER. We EXPECTED MORE FROM a BRANDON TOMES dealership! - Greg and Diane Wallace

I had a great experience at the dealership and with the sales person Parker Smith. He did not waste my time but answered my questions on the vehicle I was interested in. He had a solid understanding of the financials and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Never pushy but pleasant and professional. I have recommended him to my business associates and my family. By the way I really am enjoying my Atlas.
