I gave my friend a ride from Rome Ga to get a car from this place. Upon arrival she was greeted by Ann who ran her did credit and gave her the keys to test driver her car she choose. When we returned Ann was "gone" Ken took over, he told us she was really the receptionist and the owner doesn't like for to gmake deals unless they are bust. At that time I asked if she would definitely be leaving with a car. He said yes. They just needed to calling the insurance company. 15min later My friend called me because Ken refused to send her info to the Bank because he "Knew" the bank wouldn't approve her because she COULD possibly file bankruptcy in the future and put the car on it. He repeated he knows they won't approve her after they had already put a CREDIT RAN. Ken was stand-offish and spoke negatively about other clients in our presences. In my opinion Ken did not want to give my friend the vehicles she wanted. He really didn't want to deal with her at all. Nice cars but if you go here DON'T DEAL WITH KEN!!!!

After a nightmare experience at another dealership, we internet shopped to find a nice Buick Enclave at Brant Auto Brokers. We arrived the dealership around 10:30 AM on Saturday morning and were greeted by Richard Williamson. The process of agreeing on a trade-in and a price for the Enclave was smooth as silk, with no haggling or stress. I highly recommend this dealership. I found Brandt online after 2 weeks of car shopping. My own car needed repairs in order to pass an emissions test and renew the plate, but the repairs cost more than the value of the car. I was also in a sticky situation with my credit and was having trouble getting approved by lenders. Not only did Richard help put me in a new car, he also negotiated the lender to get me a great interest rate, a VERY low monthly payment, and a short finance term. I'm not sure how he did it, but he's very good at his job. Very respectful and very knowledgeable. Ask for Richard Williamson.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle to replace one of our two older four door sedans (from our college days). We really had our eyes set on the Honda Pilot, so knowing that we perpetually scoured the internet searching for one within our budget. We were not sold on a particular year, make or model but knew that whatever we purchased, it must be from a reputable dealer. We shopped for model years from 2006 through 2012 to see what was either in our price range, or what we preferred. After missing out on the sale of a 2008 model, we realized that we were going to need to act quickly if we were to find one in range (as it seems, for mid sized SUVs pilots are wildly popular among many motorists). So that brought us to Brandt Auto Brokers. When we first saw the cars through searching on "car gurus" we discovered that there were two older (2006) models on a lot not far from our Smyrna home. We researched Brandt and read several of their positive and negative reviews and were very impressed with the reviews despite the fact that we were skeptical at first (most impressive were the gracious responses that Richard and Greg gave for the "one star" reviews. And then as they say, it got "Gooder"! After doing a test drive and thoroughly inspecting the black 2006 pilot LTD, Greg and Richard said, "why don't you take it home tonight and decide tomorrow if you want to buy it?" I was quite surprised at their offer, but very grateful since we've actually been having car troubles with both our sedans (one being in the shop and the other sentra too small to comfortably fit our two kids and my wife). That said, I did return the car the following day (after putting over 150 miles on it...which they were warned beforehand and agreed to). While the vehicle we drove was a great ride, unfortunately, there just a couple of items we couldn't agree to live with so we decided not to purchase (we really wanted the newer body style also). I promised Richard and Greg I would write this review because they really went out of their way to take take of my family (and they never even got to meet my wife and kids). I had come to Atlanta to visit family from Colorado & while there was looking to purchase a vehicle. Prior to visiting Brandt I went to another unnamed dealer that was uncomfortable from the start but they had the car I was looking for. After much negotiating back n forth we came to a total price agreement out the door but when I returned with the money there was no title & more fees. After the debacle with the previous dealer I did my homework & came to Brandt Auto Brokers. They had great ratings with the BBB as well as other sites & they also had the car I was looking for. I called to verify that the vehicle was still available & set an appointment for that day. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Greg Goodwin, who immediately knew who I was without ever meeting face to face. It was extremely comfortable from the handshake. We walked over to the vehicle, which look almost immaculate to be 9 yrs old, and after looking it over took her for a test drive. It was almost perfect so far & the feeling continued. I had explained my previous shopping experience & Greg explained to me that they own all of their cars with the titles in possession. We returned to the lot explained where I was on price & he didn't bat an eye. He agreed to the price, we shook hands & returned with funds for the purchase. If you are looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle & customer service, I don't think that I could recommend a better place! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

I was in the market for a "less than new" truck and began my search on the internet. I narrowed my choices to a few trucks of interest and sent emails to the various dealers seeking information. The first to get back to me was Richard Williamson and he described the truck to me, its blemishes as well as its virtues. I was travelling on business and could not get to Marietta for several days but my wife went down and drove the truck and after a couple of other email exchanges with other dealers (a couple didn't even bother to respond) I basically purchased the truck over the phone. Richard was very friendly accommodating to my wife and I and took care of all the necessary items and when I arrived on Friday he handed me the keys and I brought the truck to a mechanic for an unbiased opinion. I returned about an hour later and was done with the paperwork in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Brandt Auto Brokers and Richard Williamson. I will do business with them again!

Ok. I hate the car buying process and the fact that I'm writing a review at all is clear indication of my overall satisfaction. I spent too much time running around. Even with the internet, it turned out I felt like I was being misled. A lot of false claims out there that unfortunately support the negative stereotype about used car salesman. Richard and Mark changed that. They shot straight. We both walked away satisfied. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My daughter bought her dream car this weekend. Richard Williamson was great. I was there 30 minutes before they opened and he not only allowed me to come in, but he let me take the auto I came to see for an extended test drive to show my daughter. He went over all the history he knew about the vehicle including an admission that they bought the vehicle and later discovered it had transmission concerns. He showed me invoices where it had been repaired and let me know it had a year's warranty on the repairs. He put gas in it for me to take the car across town for my daughter to see and even told me if we decided to get the vehicle, we could come back Friday or Monday to finish the paper work. My daughter loved it!!!! She is now the proud owner of a 2006 Mini Cooper from Brandt Auto Brokers:)

I drove over 50 miles to check on a car that caught my interest. Once I got to the dealership Mark was on his way out and he said that I would be in good hands with Greg. So, I asked to test drive the car I previously called about.and Greg had the maintenance guy point the car out to me because he said he was the only one there. (Which I understood) Nevertheless, when I got in the car to test drive it, it was completely on empty with the red light on. I called ahead of time, so I would have thought someone would have put some gas in the vehicle so that I could at least feel safe not to run out of gas and be on the side of the road, especially since I was a potential buyer with a blank check in hand from USAA. Long story short I was not able to test drive it on the freeway and quickly turned back around. When I came back and I inspected it further, I inquired about the red fluid in the back of the trunk and he was oblivious to what it could have been. He said he could have it cleaned out but seemed as if I was making a big deal about it. We went inside to then talk about negotiating the price. When he began adding up the fees and I told him I wanted to negotiate the price. He then proceeds to tell me he didn't think he could do what I was asking, that the owner would have to approve it. So, I asked him to call the owner. He then commences to tell me "Mark is getting a haircut." I told him, "OK. well, Marietta is not next door for me, I drove over 50 miles and I'd appreciate if you could at least attempt to call him while I'm here." He got up reluctantly and went outside to make the call, (I wasn't quite convinced that he had call anyone.) Most dealers have the discussion in front of the customer to show they are making some effort to meet them halfway. He comes back in only to tell me, "I'm sorry, but we can't do that price out the door." The word "can't" should never be in the vocabulary of a business person without trying to meet on common ground. The car had been sitting for over 3 months. Maybe it just wasn't a god day for Greg, but whatever the case was or is, I decided to take do business elsewhere.

While assisting my 21 y/o daughter with her first car buying experience, I accompanied her for direction and to ensure that she was not taken advantage of. After visiting several lots and test driving several vehicles we found ourselves at Brandt. We were approached by Richard Williamson who approached me as the potential buyer. When I introduced my daughter and told him that she was the one looking to purchase, he turned his attention to her treating her with courtesy and respect. After test driving the car that we came to look at, we asked Richard if it would be okay to take it to our mechanic for review. He not only agreed but encouraged it. After returning, we let Richard know that we were interested and settled on a selling price. As it was late in the day and we did not have our financing 100% worked out we had to return the following day. I once again accompanied my daughter but was working with a short time frame because I needed to get to work. Long story short, throughout the time spend with Richard through the entire process, I felt comfortable enough to leave for work and allow my daughter to complete the process alone. Thank you Richard and Mark for your courtesy and assistance, it was a pleasure doing business with you and we will share our experience with others and be happy to recommend you to anyone in the market.

We bought a car for our college-aged son here. We looked around other places, but returned here because we liked Richard's helpful and no-pressure attitude. He suggested we have the car we were interested in checked out by our own mechanic before we buy it, and provided a Carfax report on it. The car we wanted had suspension issues, which they fixed before we bought it. There were also some other maintenance issues, which Richard arranged to have fixed by his mechanic at a much cheaper price than the quote given to us by our mechanic (although still at our expense). Overall we feel we were treated fairly and got a decent deal on a car which will be reliable for our son. A couple of days after we bought the car, our son stopped by the dealership to ask if there had been any mats in the car, and Richard gave him a new set of mats. Our son is very happy with the car, which he has been driving for a couple of months now. We will definitely return here again the next time we are in the market for a car.

I bought a used 2002 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. Richard was the salesperson. Of course slick talker but I thought he would be honest and fair especially since the first salesman we were suppose to deal with (Mark) blew us off. Anyway, The next day after buying the car we starting hearing a screeching noise coming from under the dashboard on the passenger side about 3 mins. after the car was parked and turned off and the airbag light started coming off. A couple of days we took it to get jeep dealer for inspection, come to find out A/C actuator needs repairs and the wiring for the airbag is loose due to a car accident and the airbag was deployed. We were told about the accident but we were also told the airbag never deployed and the car was in good condition running great. Any way the estimated cost almost $1000. We then went to another mechanic which said the same thing and the repair price was around the same amount. I contacted Richard and he gave us the run around. Finally he offered to take it to his mechanic to get it fixed and a more reasonable price (Yes we still had to pay for the repair) but they kept it for 4 days without even a phone call to let me know what was going on or even how much it would cast to fix. I had to keep calling Richard only to find out he was gone for the weekend. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. Don't make the same mistake I made. Go to a more reliable honest dealership for your next new car.

MarI, I'd like to thank you for making this purchase experience enjoyable. Being that this car purchase was my daughter's 1st experience, I was looking for an honest salesman and dealership. Mark was honest and up front about the car that we test drove & ultimately purchased. He was patient and extremely helpful when discussing finance options which is truly hard to find in the Atlanta Used Car Market. The dealership definitely operated like a family. I expect that when my daughter is ready to make her 1st car purchase that Brandt will be the 1st call that she will make & if you all have the car that she is looking for she will do business with you again. Then you'll be able to continue to give her some additional Life Lessons(hopefully she will put the ones you gave her to good use) & excellent customer service.

I bought my grand dauther a car from them,The car was making a noise,salesman Richard,told us"my mechanic said it was the ac compressor,on the way from the dealer the car cut off and wouldn't started,my brother got it started,bad wire,I took it to the repair shop,the mechanic told me ,it's not the ac compressor,Good,but the timing chain tensioner. I called Richard,let him know about the timing tensioner,thinkin since we only had the car for four days,he would repair it,but ,the only thing he told me"he's not a mechanic and he was working on my registration. since it's her first car and she love the little car,i'm having it fix,$375.

I went shopping for a reasonably priced used car this past Labor Day at Brandt Autos in Marietta, GA. Upon arrival my grandsons and I noted they were closed for the holiday. However in looking around the lot, we found the owner, Mark, and another team member there. We were showed the car I was interested in, given the opportunity to test drive it. After some pleasant exchange with Mark I decided to make the purchase. Suffice to say, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish because Mark was not pressuring, open to negotiation; and even gave my two young grandsons some good advice about presentations, driving, etc. I got the car I wanted for my needs, very reasonably priced, took it to my trusted mechanic who went over it, made a few minor adjustments...and I'm Good To Go!!!! Great company to deal with! I am a person that believes in the "review" process and I rely heavily on the advice of others that have "been there, done that". So when I began looking for a car, I checked all of the review sites for a reliable 4 or 5 star auto broker. Brandt Auto Brokers consistently received high marks for customer service. Lucky for me they had a Honda Odyssey that I was looking for. The price was fair and the CarFax report showed a clean, one owner vehicle. This was a 2002 Odyssey. I had researched this model and knew they had transmission problems. With this in mind I wanted to find the cleanest, best looking, strongest engine, one owner Odyssey I could find at a fair price. I met Mark the owner of Brandt Auto Brokers and purchased the vehicle. Sure enough, this Odyssey, like most out there, started having Transmission issues. I immediately got quotes on repairs. I let Mark know about the issue and even though I purchased the vehicle As-Is knowing this might happen, Mark went above and beyond and refunded $500. I feel confident in recommending all my friends to buy from Brandt Auto Brokers!

First I am happy severall people were satisfied customers. But I found Mr. Brandt to be a rude and arrrogant salesman. I bought the the car in spite of him because it seemed in good condition and the was price ok. Little did i know that the car had very poorly rated chinese tires. I can't believe he would even consider selling a car with such junk on it. In addition the brake rotors were slightly warped and needed replaced after about a thousand miles. And the driver's front door was sold to me with a defective hinge ($500 repair) plus a seat mechanism broke in a few months. I later read that these were common problems for the model year. Hard to believe it was not noticed by the seller's inspection. Finally the vehicle was due for a timing belt and water pump, however that was told to me only after I inquired. Mr. Brant claimed that it only costs about $500 to replace so he generously deducted it from the price...actually it was about double the cost if done by a dealer. I am glad several rating were positve. Wish mine could have been too.

I had given up on the car buying process after looking for 3 months. My husband stop by and spoke to Mark Brandt. He convince me to come in and meet Mark they will help us he said. I was very skeptical because of my poor credit, we talking about a very low score. I did come in and I happy I did. Mark introduce us to Richard to help us with our purchase. Richard is one of the most humblest, calm, friendly sales man I ever met. I am so happy with my car I love my Volvo. My car had to be repaired and Richard give me a car to go to work for a few days, until my car is ready. I would recommend Brandt auto brokers to anyone who's looking for a car, a great deal and great customer service. Ask for Richard!

I've purchased more than a dozen cars in my life time. Hands down, this was the best customer service I've ever received. They were prompt with all their responses and both Mark and Richard went beyond the call of duty to complete the sale. To top it all off, the car was nicer than expected (bought over the internet). Love it!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting and dealing with Mark. He got me an amazing deal on my finance especially considering my credit situation wasn't the best. I love my car so far and Mark was extremely efficient and I couldn't be happier with my experience in every aspect.

I must admit I was somewhat skeptical about an independent broker but after reading the reviews and seeing th A BBB rating I sent an email asking if the vehice I was interested in was still available. Mark Brandt called me back right away and we went for a test drive. There was no pressure at all, Mark just told us about the vehicle and answered any questions. We had two other dealers to visit but after looking at one we know Brandt was for us. I called Mark and told him we would be back after lunch to discuss things and when we arrived the vehicle had been detailed. Very smooth and fair negotiating and withing 30 minutes we were on our way with a wonderful 2007 Explorer. I would recommend Brandt's Auto Brokers to anyone.

My husband and I were looking for a nice reliable car to purchase for myself. Laughing I had been sending out emails making outrageous offers to dealers to see who would bite bait. And it was Richard with Brandt.. Even though I never spoke with him. I must say it turned out well.. He left a message on our anwering service to give him a call. Of course my husband is looking as well. He got in touch with Mark.. Smiling... which made it even better, because he's the owner..They spoke over the phone my husband said he had a good Feeling about Mark..We got there after business hours Mark was there waiting..(Thank You Mark):) We did a test drive, he talked about the carfax report that I had actually printed Prior to our meeting. I have been buying cars for years and this was the best experience I have ever had with any car dealer. Mark treated me fair and gave a decent price on my trade and got me bank financing. I was in and out, in about 2 hours and that included test driving the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone including family. When I decide to get another I will tell Mark what I am looking for and buy it from him.

I called about the car (2006 BMW 525I) on Wed and spoke with Richard. He not only answered all my questions, but made me feel it would be worth the 2 hr drive to see the car. He also took all my info and contacted me as promised that Friday to let me know the car would be there Saturday morning for me to see. Upon arrival, Mark greeted me with a great professional attitude, let me check the car fully, and was honest about everything.
